Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) is a luminescence production technique triggered by electrochemistry, which has emerged as a powerful analytical technique in bioanalysis and clinical diagnosis. During ECL, charge transfer (CT) is an important process between electrochemical excitation and luminescent emission, and dramatically affects the efficiency of exciton generation, playing a pivotal role in the light-emitting properties of nanomaterials. Reticular framework materials with intramolecular/intermolecular interactions offer a promising platform for regulating CT pathways and enhancing luminescence efficiency. Deciphering the role of intramolecular/intermolecular CT processes in reticular framework materials allows for the targeted design and synthesis of emitters with precisely controlled CT properties. This sheds light on the microscopic mechanisms of electro-optical conversion in ECL, propelling advancements in their efficiency and breakthrough applications. This mini-review focuses on recent advancements in engineering CT within reticular frameworks to boost ECL efficiency. We summarized strategies including intra-reticular charge transfer, CT between the metal and ligands, and CT between guest molecules and frameworks within reticular frameworks, which holds promise for developing next-generation ECL devices with enhanced sensitivity and light emission. Hyperspectral image classification (HSIC) has garnered increasing attention among researchers. While classical networks like convolution neural networks (CNNs) have achieved satisfactory results with the advent of deep learning, they are confined to processing local information. Vision transformers, despite being effective at establishing long-distance dependencies, face challenges in extracting high-representation features for high-dimensional images. In this paper, we present the multiscale efficient attention with enhanced feature transformer (MEA-EFFormer), which is designed for the efficient extraction of spectral–spatial features, leading to effective classification. MEA-EFFormer employs a multiscale efficient attention feature extraction module to initially extract 3D convolution features and applies effective channel attention to refine spectral information. Following this, 2D convolution features are extracted and integrated with local binary pattern (LBP) spatial information to augment their representation. Then, the processed features are fed into a spectral–spatial enhancement attention (SSEA) module that facilitates interactive enhancement of spectral–spatial information across the three dimensions. Finally, these features undergo classification through a transformer encoder. The work focuses on the optimization of management strategies of energy supply chain in oil–gas enterprises to find out the optimal management strategy and overcome the fragility of the traditional energy supply system. Back propagation neural network (BPNN) is applied to energy supply predicting and energy security early warning in oil–gas enterprises, and the security early warning system is designed based on the auxiliary cognitive system. The security early warning system is used to predict the peak value of oil and gas supply, and then the detection performances and the data security transmission performances of different models are compared and analysed. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model for security management of oil–gas supply chain based on the neural network is established. It is found that compared with convolutional neural network (CNNs), the improved BPNN model algorithm proposed shows increased accuracy by 5.4%, reduced model training time and test time, and improved accuracy and recall rate. The accuracy, recall rate, and F1 value of the proposed model are 88.48%, 75.88%, and 96.21%, respectively, which were obviously higher than those of the CNN. It suggests that the improved security management model of oil–gas supply chain shows better recognition and prediction accuracy. Based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis results, the optimization suggestions for management strategies in oil–gas enterprises are put forward, which is of strategic significance for improving the security of oil–gas supply. Progressive neuronal loss is a hallmark feature distinguishing neurodegenerative diseases from normal ageing. However, the underlying mechanisms remain unknown. Extracellular K+ homeostasis is a potential mediator of neuronal injury as K+ elevations increase excitatory activity. The dysregulation of extracellular K+ and potassium channel expressions during neurodegeneration could contribute to this distinction. Here we measured the cortical extracellular K+ concentration ([K+]e) in awake wild-type mice as well as murine models of neurodegeneration using K+-sensitive microelectrodes. Unexpectedly, aged wild-type mice exhibited significantly lower cortical [K+]e than young mice. In contrast, cortical [K+]e was consistently elevated in Alzheimer's disease (APP/PS1), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) (SOD1G93A) and Huntington's disease (R6/2) models. Cortical resting [K+]e correlated inversely with neuronal density and the [K+]e buffering rate but correlated positively with the predicted neuronal firing rate. Screening of astrocyte-selective genomic datasets revealed a number of potassium channel genes that were downregulated in these disease models but not in normal ageing. In particular, the inwardly rectifying potassium channel Kcnj10 was downregulated in ALS and Huntington's disease models but not in normal ageing, while Fxyd1 and Slc1a3 , each of which acts as a negative regulator of potassium uptake, were each upregulated by astrocytes in both Alzheimer's disease and ALS models. Chronic elevation of [K+]e in response to changes in gene expression and the attendant neuronal hyperexcitability may drive the neuronal loss characteristic of these neurodegenerative diseases. These observations suggest that the dysregulation of extracellular K+ homeostasis in a number of neurodegenerative diseases could be due to aberrant astrocytic K+ buffering and as such, highlight a fundamental role for glial dysfunction in neurodegeneration. With the rapid progress of urbanization in China, the real estate industry, characterized by a long industrial chain, has become a pillar industry for economic development. Therefore, we inspect the nexus between land finance, housing prices, and economic growth. For this purpose, we use the panel data of 277 cities at the prefecture level or above in China from 2011 to 2019, and empirically examine it by using the Panel Vector Auto Regression (PVAR) model. The results show that there is a causal relationship between housing prices and economic growth. Housing prices promote economic growth in the short term and inhibit it in the long term. Both economic growth and housing prices have a significant impact on land finance. The economic growth show a significantly positive impact, while housing prices promote land finance in the short term with a long-term trend from positive to negative. This is the first study that tries to probe the relationship between urban housing prices, land finance, and economic growth by considering 277 prefecture-level and above cities in China. To promote the stable development of the regional economy, local governments need to overcome their dependence on the housing market and land finance and promote the healthy development of the housing market. In this study, an overview of two years of research findings concerning the 2022 Hunga Tonga–Hunga Ha'apai (HTHH) volcanic eruption in the stratospheric environment is provided, focusing on water vapor, aerosols, and ozone. Additionally, the potential impacts of these changes on aviation equipment materials are discussed. The HTHH volcanic eruption released a large amount of particles (e.g., ash and ice) and gases (e.g., H2O, SO2, and HCl), significantly affecting the redistribution of stratospheric water vapor and aerosols. Stratospheric water vapor increased by approximately 140–150 Tg (8–10%), with a concentration peak observed in the height range of 22.2–27 km (38–17 hPa). Satellite measurements indicate that the HTHH volcano injected approximately 0.2–0.5 Tg of sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere, which was partially converted into sulfate aerosols. In-situ observations revealed that the volcanic aerosols exhibit hygroscopic characteristics, with particle sizes ranging from 0.22–0.42 μm under background conditions to 0.42–1.27 μm. The moist stratospheric conditions increased the aerosol surface area, inducing heterogeneous chlorine chemical reactions on the aerosol surface, resulting in stratospheric ozone depletion in the HTHH plume within one week. In addition, atmospheric disturbances and ionospheric disruptions triggered by volcanic eruptions may adversely affect aircraft and communication systems. Despite notable advancements achieved on Hyperspectral (HS) pansharpening tasks through deep learning techniques, previous methods are inherently constrained by convolution or self-attention intrinsic defects, leading to limited performance. In this paper, we proposed an Attention-Interactive Dual-Branch Convolutional Neural Network (AIDB-Net) for HS pansharpening. Our model purely consists of convolutional layers and simultaneously inherits the strengths of both convolution and self-attention, especially the modeling of short- and long-range dependencies. Specially, we first extract, tokenize, and align the hyperspectral image (HSI) and panchromatic image (PAN) by Overlapping Patch Embedding Blocks. Then, we specialize a novel Spectral-Spatial Interactive Attention which is able to globally interact and fuse the cross-modality features. The resultant token-global similarity scores can guide the refinement and renewal of the textural details and spectral characteristics within HSI features. By deeply combined these two paradigms, our AIDB-Net significantly improve the pansharpening performance. Moreover, with the acceleration by the convolution inductive bias, our interactive attention can be trained without large scale dataset and achieves competitive time cost with its counterparts. Compared with the state-of-the-art methods, our AIDB-Net makes 5.2%, 3.1%, and 2.2% improvement on PSNR metric on three public datasets, respectively. This study conducts two-dimensional numerical simulations of the flow over four square cylinders arranged side by side at a low Reynolds number (Re) of 100. The investigation primarily centers on the influence of the gap to a square cylinder width ratio (g*) on the flow. The range of g* spans from 0.1 to 7.0. Within this parameter range, three distinct flow regimes emerge based on the inherent flow characteristics. These regimes are defined as follows: (1) single bluff body flow (g* ≤ 0.3), (2) flip-flopping flow (0.3 < g* < 2.0), and (3) modulated periodic flow (g* ≥ 2.0). Additionally, the modulated periodic flow is further categorized into three distinct flow patterns. Various aspects of these different flow regimes are examined, including vortex contours, velocity fields, and liquid force coefficients around the cylinders. Moreover, detailed illustrations are provided for the modulation behaviors in vortex structures and liquid force coefficients. Finally, the proper orthogonal decomposition technique is employed to identify and analyze the underlying spatial coherent structures in the flow field, offering further insights into the dynamic features of wakes. There have been considerable efforts in generating tree crown maps from satellite images. However, tree localization in urban environments using satellite imagery remains a challenging task. One of the difficulties in complex urban tree detection tasks lies in the segmentation of dense tree crowns. Currently, methods based on semantic segmentation algorithms have made significant progress. We propose to split the tree localization problem into two parts, dense clusters and single trees, and combine the target detection method with a procedural generation method based on planting rules for the complex urban tree detection task, which improves the accuracy of single tree detection. Specifically, we propose a two-stage urban tree localization pipeline that leverages deep learning and planting strategy algorithms along with region discrimination methods. This approach ensures the precise localization of individual trees while also facilitating distribution inference within dense tree canopies. Additionally, our method estimates the radius and height of trees, which provides significant advantages for three-dimensional reconstruction tasks from remote sensing images. We compare our results with other existing methods, achieving an 82.3% accuracy in individual tree localization. This method can be seamlessly integrated with the three-dimensional reconstruction of urban trees. We visualized the three-dimensional reconstruction of urban trees generated by this method, which demonstrates the diversity of tree heights and provides a more realistic solution for tree distribution generation. Aims and Objective: To summarize evidence from systematic reviews (SRs)/meta‐analyses (MAs) regarding the impact of dyadic interventions delivered to both members of a cancer dyad, including a cancer patient and caregiver (e.g. family caregiver, intimate partner). Design: This overview of SRs was conducted in accordance with the preferred reporting items for overviews of reviews statement. Methods: A comprehensive search of multiple databases, including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wan Fang. The methodological and reporting quality of SRs and MAs was assessed using the Assessing the Methodological Quality of Systematic Reviews 2. The quality of the included SRs/MAs was evaluated using the Grades of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation approach. Results: Eighteen SRs/MAs undertook quantitative synthesis to assess the impact of dyadic interventions on cancer dyads. Both the credibility of the SRs/MAs and the evidence quality of the outcome measures were below satisfactory standards. Prior SRs/MAs revealed several limitations such as lack of pre‐published protocols or research objectives, failure to report excluded studies and insufficient details on funding sources for individual studies. Conclusions: Dyadic interventions may prove advantageous for the physical health and dyadic adjustment of cancer dyads. Nevertheless, the reported results of dyadic interventions on the psychological health of patient–caregiver dyads affected by cancer are inconsistent. Thus, rigorous and comprehensive studies are requisite to establish reliable evidence for conclusive determinations. Relevance to Clinical Practice: The findings of this overview can guide healthcare practitioners when considering the use of dyadic interventions for cancer dyads. Background: Scarce research has reported the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic distal gastrectomy in elderly patients. This retrospective study aimed to compare the outcomes of laparoscopic and open distal gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer in elderly patients. Methods: A total of 303 elderly patients who underwent distal gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer from June 2017 to June 2021 were enrolled. Variables used to calculate propensity score matching included sex, age, body mass index, American Society of Anesthesiologists, history of diabetes, and history of hypertension. The statistical significance of continuous variables was tested using an independent sample t test. chi-square or Fisher's exact tests were used for categorical variables. Kaplan–Meier curve and log-rank test were used for the evaluation of 3-year overall survival and recurrence-free survival. Results: After performing 1:1 propensity score matching, 248 patients were included for analysis (laparoscopic = 124, open = 124). Compared with the open group, the laparoscopic group showed significant advantages in estimated blood loss (P < 0.001), pain scale on the first postoperative day (P = 0.002), time to first flatus (P = 0.004), time to first liquid diet (P = 0.005), hospital stays (P < 0.001), and total complications (P = 0.011), but devoted much more operation time (P < 0.001). No statistical difference was observed between the two groups in 3-year recurrence-free survival (P = 0.315) or overall survival (P = 0.159). Conclusions: Our analysis demonstrated that laparoscopic surgery had the advantages of less intraoperative blood loss, fewer postoperative complications, and faster postoperative recovery in distal gastrectomy for advanced gastric, indicating that laparoscopic distal gastrectomy is safe and effective for treating elderly patients with distal gastric cancer. Introduction: Poststroke sleep disturbances are common and can affect stroke outcomes, but the clinical studies mainly focus on breathing-related sleep disorders, while the bidirectional impact of circadian rhythm dysfunction in ischemic stroke remains unknown. This study observed the characteristics of melatonin secretion in acute ischemic stroke patients and evaluated whether melatonin rhythm impacts the prognosis after stroke by assessing the neurological function, cognition, emotion, and quality of life 3 months after stroke. Methods: Acute ischemic stroke patients were selected from the Department of Neurology Inpatients of the Second Hospital affiliated with Soochow University from October 2019 to July 2021. Healthy control subjects were recruited at the same time. Demographic and clinical data were collected, and relevant scale scores (including neurological function, cognition, emotion, and sleep) were assessed within 2 weeks of onset and followed up 3 months later. All participants collected salivary melatonin samples on the 4th day of hospitalization and dim light melatonin onset (DLMO) was calculated according to melatonin concentration. Stroke patients were then divided into three groups based on their DLMO values. Results: A total of 74 stroke patients and 33 control subjects were included in this analysis. Compared with healthy controls, stroke patients exhibited a delayed melatonin rhythm during the acute phase of stroke (21:36 vs. 20:38, p = 0.004). Stroke patients were then divided into three groups, namely normal (n = 36), delayed (n = 28), or advanced DLMO (n = 10), based on their DLMO values. A χ2 test showed that there were significant differences in the rate of poor prognosis (p = 0.011) and depression tendency (p = 0.028) among the three groups. A further pairwise comparison revealed that stroke patients with delayed DLMO were more likely to experience poor short-term outcomes than normal DLMO group (p = 0.003). The average melatonin concentration of stroke patients at 5 time points was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.145 vs. 7.065 pg/mL, p < 0.001). Accordingly, we split stroke patients into three groups, namely low melatonin level (n = 14), normal melatonin level (n = 54), or high melatonin level (n = 6). Unfortunately, there were no great differences in the clinical characteristics, cognition, emotion, sleep quality, and short-term outcome among groups. Flood discharge atomization is a phenomenon of water droplets and mist diffusion caused by dam discharge, which brings heavy rainfall around the dam. The unnatural rainfall is harmful to the safe operation of hydropower stations and the stability of slopes. Jet splashing is the most important factor in the formation of flood discharge atomization. The splashing rainfall intensity and diffusion region are highly dependent on the jet impingement conditions. In this study, a two-dimensional splashing model is derived that describes the splashing rainfall distribution when a jet impinges on a plunge pool surface in terms of the jet impingement conditions. Given the close relationship between the splashing rainfall intensity distribution and the motion trajectories of droplets, it is hypothesized that certain droplet trajectories can accurately represent the distribution of rainfall intensity. The characteristic ejection angle of splashing droplets and the splashing diffusion coefficient are introduced to estimate the characteristic trajectories of droplets. Experimental data from laboratory tests are used to estimate the parameters of the splashing model. The current predictions are compared with the data from laboratory tests and prototype observations. The results suggest that the model accurately predicts the relative rainfall intensity at the upper region of the predicted curves, which corresponds to approximately 1/10 of the total height of the ideal parabola. Simple Summary: Protozoa that parasitize within host cells can avoid direct damage from the host immune system. In this review, we have revealed some key factors and signaling pathways that inhibit host cell apoptosis, regulate cell apoptosis signal transduction, and interfere with the molecular mechanisms of cell apoptosis. These findings provide important clues to further understand the infection mechanism and pathogenesis of Apicomplexan protozoa and a theoretical basis for the development of new therapeutic strategies and preventive measures. Apicomplexan protozoa, which are a group of specialized intracellular parasitic protozoa, infect humans and other animals and cause a variety of diseases. The lack of research on the interaction mechanism between Apicomplexan protozoa and their hosts is a key factor restricting the development of new drugs and vaccines. In the early stages of infection, cell apoptosis is inhibited by Apicomplexan protozoa through their interaction with the host cells; thereby, the survival and reproduction of Apicomplexan protozoa in host cells is promoted. In this review, the key virulence proteins and pathways are introduced regarding the inhibition of cell apoptosis by the interaction between the protozoa and their host during the early stage of Apicomplexan protozoa infection. Purpose: Scarce research has reported the comparison between robotic and laparoscopic surgery in mid–low rectal cancer. Therefore, this meta-analysis is aimed to compare the safety and efficacy of the two surgical approaches. Methods: A comprehensive search of the databases (PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane, and Web of Science) was performed for studies comparing robotic and laparoscopic surgery. The outcomes of interest acquired from eight articles included three aspects: intraoperative conditions, postoperative status of patients, and complications. All data (robotic = 1350 patients, laparoscopic = 1330 patients) enrolled were analyzed using Rev Man 5.4. Results: Compared to the laparoscopic group, the robotic group indicated a noticeable superiority in estimated blood loss (P < 0.0001), number of lymph nodes dissected (P = 0.004), time to first flatus (P = 0.001), time to first fluid diet (P = 0.001), hospital stay (P < 0.0001), conversion (P = 0.009), and urinary retention (P = 0.0006), but devoted much more operation time (P = 0.0004). Conclusion: Robotic surgery was associated with superiority over laparoscopic surgery in increasing surgical safety, accelerating postoperative recovery, and reducing complications, which suggested that robotic surgery could be a safe and effective method for treating mid–low rectal cancer. A novel electromagnetic shocking treatment (EST) was put forward to selectively embellish interface microstructure of solid alloy and improve its performance in our previous work. However, considering the nonlinear response characteristic of phase evolution under EST, the effect of precipitates evolution on precipitate and microhardness distribution of Al7075-T73 alloy is worth of attention and still unknown. Herein, microhardness distribution test and TEM characterization of precipitates for Al7075-T73 alloy are carried out to explore the influence mechanism of EST on the precipitate and microhardness distribution. Compared with the received sample, the microhardness distribution turns more homogeneous, while the average microhardness remains basically constant for EST sample. Besides, for EST sample, grain boundary precipitates (GBPs) dissolve and coarsen obviously, while there also exists that the distribution of matrix intragranular precipitates remains basically constant with that of the received sample. Meanwhile, stripy grain boundaries (GBs) can be observed more commonly and GB wetting occurs for EST sample. It indicates that EST promotes nonlinear interface wetting and results in nonlinear phase transition, inducing significant GBPs transformation and then gradient phase transition of precipitates within grain size scale. The resultant gradient phase distribution combined with nonlinear interface bridging promotes a more homogeneous microhardness distribution without losing the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy. This work provides a new understanding about the effect of EST on the microstructure evolution process of solid alloy and is beneficial to the optimization of EST process to improve the service performance of alloys and even finished parts. Here, we report a facile gram‐scale approach for preparing self‐assembled CuNCs (CuNCsAssy) induced by ligands with exceptionally boosted anodic ECL and stability. Compared to the disordered aggregates that are inactive in ECL, the CuNCsAssy shows a record anodic ECL efficiency for CuNCs (10 %, wavelength‐corrected, relative to Ru(bpy)3Cl2/tripropylamine). Mechanism studies revealed the unusual dual functions of ligands in simultaneously facilitating electrochemical excitation and radiative transition. Moreover, the assembly addressed the limitation of poor stability of conventional CuNCs. Previous research indicates that parental emotion socialization (ES) practices play important roles in adolescents' social and emotional development. However, longitudinal studies testing bidirectional effects are relatively scarce. Additionally, most studies have focused on people from Western societies. In the current 3-year, multi-informant, longitudinal study of Chinese adolescents and their parents, we investigated prospective bidirectional effects between parental positive ES practices and adolescents' psychosocial adjustment (i.e., self-esteem and depressive symptoms). Adolescents (N = 710 at T1, 50% boys, M age = 12.41, SD = 0.59) reported on parental positive ES practices and their own depressive symptoms and self-esteem when they were in 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. Mothers and fathers reported on their own use of positive ES practices at all three time points. We utilized a random intercept cross-lagged panel model to examine between- and within-family effects. Overall results showed robust effects of adolescent depressive symptoms on parental positive ES practices and bidirectional effects between parental ES and adolescent self-esteem. Effects differed by informants whether using adolescent-perceived data, or mother- or father-reported data. However, these child effects and bidirectional effects did not differ by adolescent sex. The purpose of this study is to investigate how Rab27a-mediated exosome secretion in the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) regulates visceral hyperalgesia induced with neonatal maternal deprivation (NMD) in adult mice. The colorectal distension method was adopted to measure visceral pain. The BCA protein assay kit was applied to detect the exosome protein concentration. Western blotting, quantitative PCR, and immunofluorescence technique were adopted to detect the expression of Rab27a and the markers of exosomes. Exosomes extracted from ACC were more in NMD mice than in control (CON) mice. Injection of the exosome-specific inhibitor GW4869 in ACC attenuated colorectal visceral pain of NMD mice. Injection of NMD-derived exosomes produced colorectal visceral pain in CON mice. Rab27a was upregulated in ACC of NMD mice. Rab27a was highly expressed in ACC neurons of NMD mice, rather than astrocytes and microglia. Injection of Rab27a-siRNA reduced the release of exosomes and attenuated the colorectal visceral pain in NMD mice. This study suggested that overexpression of Rab27a increased exosome secretion in ACC neurons, thus contributing to visceral hyperalgesia in NMD mice. Online surface inspection systems have gradually found applications in industrial settings. However, the manual effort required to sift through a vast amount of data to identify defect images remains costly. This study delves into a self-supervised binary classification algorithm for addressing the task of defect image classification within ductile cast iron pipe (DCIP) images. Leveraging the CutPaste-Mix data augmentation strategy, we combine defect-free data with enhanced data to input into a deep convolutional neural network. Through Gaussian Density Estimation, we compute anomaly scores to achieve the classification of abnormal regions. Our approach has been implemented in real-world scenarios, involving equipment installation, data collection, and experimentation. The results demonstrate the robust performance of our method, in both the DCIP image dataset and practical field application, achieving an impressive 99.5 AUC (Area Under Curve). Background: Psychological distress is an important mental health problem in college students. Insomnia may be a major factor contributing to psychological distress. This study aimed to explore the indirect relationship between insomnia and psychological distress through the five PERMA wellbeing variables (i.e., positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning in life, and achievement) among nursing college students. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in China using an online survey design. Mediation analyses were examined using the PROCESS macro version 4.1 for SPSS 27.0. A total of 1741 nursing college students completed the online survey. Results: Insomnia was positively associated with psychological distress (p < 0.01, r = 0.673), while negative associations were detected between PERMA wellbeing variables and insomnia (p < 0.01, r range = −0.176 and −0.272), as well as psychological distress (p < 0.01, r range = −0.196 and −0.386). The association between insomnia and psychological distress was partially mediated by the participants' positive emotions (indirect effect = 0.137, SE = 0.024, 95% CI boot = [0.094, 0.188]), engagement (indirect effect = −0.033, SE = 0.010, 95% CI boot = [−0.054, −0.017]), and meaning in life (indirect effect = 0.027, SE = 0.014, 95% CI boot = [0.001, 0.055]) but not their relationships or achievement of the PERMA wellbeing variables. Conclusions: The findings of this study suggest that the PERMA wellbeing variables, especially positive emotions, engagement, and meaning in life, could be potential mechanisms by which insomnia is associated with psychological distress. The mediating roles of PERMA wellbeing variables between insomnia and psychological distress could be incorporated into the health management of university administrations to promote the health and wellbeing of nursing college students. The neurotoxicity of 2,2',4,4'‐tetrabromodiphenyl ether (PBDE‐47) is closely linked to mitochondrial abnormalities while mitophagy is vital for mitochondrial homeostasis. However, whether PBDE‐47 disrupts mitophagy contributing to impaired neurodevelopment remain elusive. Here, this study showed that neonatal PBDE‐47 exposure caused learning and memory deficits in adult rats, accompanied with striatal mitochondrial abnormalities, neuronal apoptosis and the resultant neuronal loss. Mechanistically, PBDE‐47 suppressed PINK1/Parkin‐mediated mitophagy induction and degradation, inducing mitophagosome accumulation and mitochondrial dysfunction in vivo and in vitro. Additionally, stimulation of mitophagy by adenovirus‐mediated Parkin or Autophagy‐related protein 7 (Atg7) overexpression aggravated PBDE‐47‐induced mitophagosome accumulation, mitochondrial dysfunction, neuronal apoptosis and death. Conversely, suppression of mitophagy by the siRNA knockdown of Atg7 rescued PBDE‐47‐induced detrimental consequences. Importantly, melatonin, a hormone secreted rhythmically by the pineal, improved PBDE‐47‐caused neurotoxicity via preventing neuronal apoptosis and loss by restoring mitophagic activity and mitochondrial function. These neuroprotective effects of melatonin depended on activation of the AMP‐activated protein kinase (AMPK)/Unc‐51‐like kinase 1 (ULK1) signaling. Collectively, these data indicate that PBDE‐47 impairs mitophagy to perturb mitochondrial homeostasis, thus triggering apoptosis, leading to neuronal loss and consequent neurobehavioral deficits. Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) model to automatically identify the manufacturer and model of hip internal fixation devices from anteroposterior (AP) radiographs. Materials and methods: In this retrospective study, 1721 hip AP radiographs, including six internal fixation devices from 1012 patients, were collected from an orthopedic center between June 2014 and June 2022 to establish a classification network. The images were divided into training set (1106 images), validation set (272 images), and test set (343 images). The model efficacy is evaluated by using the data on the test set. The overall TOP-1 accuracy, and the precision, sensitivity, specificity, and F1 score of each model are calculated, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves are plotted to evaluate the model performance. Gradient-weighted class activation mapping (Grad-CAM) images are used to determine the image features that are most important for DCNN decisions. Results: A total of 1378 (80%) images were used for model development, and model efficacy was validated on a test set with 343 (20%) images. The overall TOP-1 accuracy was 98.5%. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) values for each internal fixation model were 1.000, 1.000, 0.980, 1.000, 0.999, and 1.000, respectively. Gradient-weighted class activation mapping showed the unique design of the internal fixation device. Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most frequent malignant brain tumor, the relapse of which is unavoidable following standard treatment. However, the effective treatment for recurrent GBM is lacking, necessitating the understanding of key mechanisms driving tumor recurrence and the identification of new targets for intervention. Here, we integrated single-cell RNA-sequencing data spanning 36 patient-matched primary and recurrent GBM (pGBM and rGBM) specimens, with 6 longitudinal GBM spatial transcriptomics to explore molecular alterations at recurrence, with each cell type characterized in parallel. Genes involved in extracellular matrix (ECM) organization are preferentially enriched in rGBM cells, and MAFK is highlighted as a potential regulator. Notably, we uncover a unique subpopulation of GBM cells that is much less detected in pGBM and highly expresses ECM and mesenchyme related genes, suggesting it may contribute to the molecular transition of rGBM. Further regulatory network analysis reveals that transcription factors, such as NFATC4 and activator protein 1 members, may function as hub regulators. All non-tumor cells alter their specific sets of genes as well and certain subgroups of myeloid cells appear to be physically associated with the mesenchyme-like GBM subpopulation. The preparation and application of microcapsules containing healing agents have become a crucial way to enhance the self-healing capability of bitumen. This intelligent material has become a hot topic in the field of pavement material and has greatly stimulated the development and applications of pavement engineering. However, there has been no research focused on the relationship of the multistructures from the viewpoint of molecular-size, microsize, and macrosize, which significantly limits the predictions of the self-healing efficiency and structure design of this self-healing material. The purpose of this study was to make a mathematical analysis of the influencing factors of self-healing efficiency based on the self-healing mechanism of bitumen using microcapsules, fully considering the structural dimensions, preparation conditions, and self-healing conditions. In the mathematical analysis, the cross-linking degree of the shell material molecules of the microcapsules was considered for its damage strength from the perspective of molecular structure. The final tip stress of the microcrack was believed to be equal to the puncture strength of the microcapsules in terms of microsize. From a macroscale point of view, the amount of healing agent released from the microcapsule rupture was considered more significant than or equal to the volume of the microcracks. At the same time, the time–temperature superposition principle was applied to simplify the influence factors. The above derivation based on multiscale structures found that the additive amount of the microcapsules, temperature, and time were the three main influencing factors on the self-healing features of bitumen. Finally, the experimental data was investigated considering the three factors, which thoroughly verified the feasibility of the derivation. The oily rejuvenator acted as the healing agent in microvasculars. A tensile test was designed to evaluate the self-healing efficiency of asphalt affected by microvascular number, self-healing time and temperature. It was found that the healing agent was slowly released through the microporous channels on the inner shell of the microvascular. The release modes of the agent can work together to improve the self-healing efficiency. The self-healing values of the three samples (asphalt, asphalt/microvasculars without rejuvenator and asphalt/microvasculars with rejuvenator) are 51%, 53%, and 71%. The self-healing capability of the asphalt samples with a healing agent is much greater than that of the other two without a healing agent at the same time. More microvascular rupture at the asphalt sample interface led to a higher self-healing efficiency. The self-healing efficiency values of the three samples (asphalt samples with one, two, and three microvasculars) are 52%, 67%, and 73%, respectively. The self-healing efficiency of the same sample increased during 1–3 days from 26% to 88% in one self-healing cycle. The self-healing efficiency value indicated that increasing the temperature improved each sample's self-healing efficiency. The above trend of change also applies to the second self-healing process. A higher temperature reduces the resistance to molecular motion and accelerates the molecular action of bitumen and the healing agent. The electroreduction of CO2 (CO2RR) is a sustainable approach to mitigate the increased global CO2 emissions and further produce valuable chemicals. Electrocatalysts are crucial to lower the energy barrier, tune the intricate reaction pathways and suppress the competitive side-reactions. In this feature article, we give a brief overview of our journey in the design of efficient catalysts for the CO2RR. From bulk metals to nanoparticles to single-atom catalysts (SACs), we summarize our progress in the design of efficient metal nanoparticles by porosity engineering, defect engineering and alloy engineering, and developing single-atom catalysts with advanced metal sites, coordination environments, substrates and synthesis routes. We highlight the importance of reaction environments and provide an ionic liquid nanoconfinement strategy for local environment modification. CO2 flooding is recognized as an efficient method for enhancing shale oil recovery, while CO2-oil MMP (minimum miscibility pressure) in the micro-nanoscale is a crucial parameter. This paper presents a method for calculating the MMPs of pure hydrocarbons (C4H10, C6H14, C8H18, and C10H22) and CO2 systems in nanopores (3 nm to 10 nm) with temperature ranging from 290.15 K to 373.15 K. Firstly, we modify the Peng-Robinson equation of state (PR-EOS) by considering the influence of confinement effect and capillary pressure in nanopores. Secondly, the flash calculation algorithm is employed to determine whether the oil and gas phases in nanopores have reached an equilibrium state according to the equality of the fugacity of the two phases. Thirdly, we calculate the interfacial tension (IFT) between the two phases using the Macleod-Sugden equation. When the extrapolated IFT is zero, we treat the corresponding pressure as the MMP of the CO2-oil system in nanopores. Simulation results indicate that the calculated MMP using this method has a relative error of about 0.62% compared to the MMP calculated using the multiple mixing cell (MMC) method, indicating high reliability for MMP prediction. Moreover, the measured MMP at the nanoscale is generally smaller than that in the bulk phase due to the influence of the confinement effect. Background: During pregnancy, both ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) and pregnancy luteoma could manifest as massive ascites, enlarged ovaries, or elevated serum levels of cancer antigen 125 (CA125), and atypical cells may be found in the ascitic fluid of OHSS patients. Whether this should be treated aggressively as peritoneal carcinomatosis is controversial. Case presentation: A 35-year-old G2P1A1 woman with secondary infertility had a successful pregnancy after one cycle of assisted reproductive technology. The patient complained of lower abdominal distension, oliguria, and poor appetite 19 days after embryo transplantation. She was diagnosed with late-onset OHSS. Although the size of the ovaries decreased bilaterally to the normal range at 12 weeks of gestation after prompt medical care, the ascites increased again after an initial decreasing trend. Elevated serum levels of CA125 (191.1 IU/mL), and suspected adenocarcinoma cells were observed in the ascitic fluid. Although further magnetic resonance imaging examination or diagnostic laparoscopy was recommended, the patient was provided with supportive treatment and closely monitored upon her request. Surprisingly, her ascites diminished, and serum level of CA125 started to decline at 19 weeks of gestation. During cesarean section, pathological examination of the solid mass in the right ovary revealed pregnancy luteoma, which was presumably the other cause of the intractable ascites. Conclusions: Caution should be exercised in cases of suspicious malignant ascites during pregnancy. This may due to OHSS or pregnancy luteoma, in which abnormalities usually regress spontaneously. Objectives: This study was designated to establish a polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) rat model with recombinant human insulin-like growth factor-1 (RH-IGF-1). We made assessment on the characteristics of hyperinsulinemia and hyperandrogenism in the rat model. Design: This study performed the characteristics of PCOS upon RH-IGF-1 injection and evaluated the disease process of PCOS syndrome caused by the insulin-resistant pathological condition of IGF-1 based on the comparative study of in vivo test. Setting: The experiment was conducted in the experimental research center of Yinzhou NO.2 hospital, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. Materials and Methods: Thirty-four female Sprague Dawley immature rats aged 21 days were randomly divided into two groups. Those treated with RH-IGF-1 2 mg/100 g daily were in RH-IGF-1 group (n = 20), and those with 0.9% sodium chloride 0.2 mL/100 g daily were in the saline group (n = 14). The experiment was carried out in two stages. In stage I, rats were anesthetized upon the first estrous cycle in the saline group with tissue and blood samples collected (n = 7), and rats in the RH-IGF-1-treated group were anesthetized on the 5th day after vaginal opening (VO) (n = 10). In stage II, rats in the saline group were anesthetized after three complete cycles (n = 7), meanwhile, while on the 15th day after VO (n = 10) for those in the RH-IGF-1 group. Results: We have found that compared with the control group, rats injected with RH-IGF-1 expressed an early VO, disordered estrous cycle, polycystic ovaries, and significantly increased ovarian weight/body weight ratio. And from the perspective of hormone secretion, their androgen increased significantly and the insulin resistance index also elevated distinctly, possessing main characteristics similar to PCOS. Limitations: In this study, we were limited by the inability to examine IGF-1 in hypothalamus. IGF-1 in hypothalamus and in vitro experiments would be taken into consideration for further study in the future. Conclusions: These findings suggest that IGF-1 may be a key factor in the pathogenesis of PCOS, and the increase of androgen may be the pathological result, not the cause of PCOS. Strong earthquakes can not only trigger many landslides in a short period of time but can also change the stability of slopes in the earthquake area, causing them to be active for a long time after the earthquake. Research on the variation of slow-motion slopes before and after earthquakes can help us to better understand the mechanism of earthquake-affected landslides, which is also crucial for assessing the long-term landslide risk in seismically active areas. Here, L-band ALOS-2 PALSAR-2 images are utilized with the SBAS-InSAR algorithm to monitor and assess the location and activity changes of slow-moving landslides in the Iburi region (Hokkaido, Japan) before and after an earthquake occurred on 6 September 2018. Unlike previous studies, which focused on single typical landslides, we tracked all the landslides within a 33 × 55 km region close to the epicenter. According to the results, the majority of the co-seismic landslides that quickly failed during the earthquake are now stable, and a few of them are still moving. In contrast, due to near-field seismic shaking, certain slopes that did not show substantial surface changes during the earthquake period continued to move and eventually developed into slow-moving landslides. In addition, it can be seen from the spatial distribution of slow-moving landslides after the earthquake that this distribution is not only dependent on strong earthquake seismic vibration or the hanging-wall effect. Far-field weak vibrations can also accelerate landslides. Additionally, we discovered that the earthquake made the unstable slopes move more quickly but also tended to stabilize the slopes that were already in motion before the earthquake. The various response modes of slow-moving landslides to seismic events are related not only to the intensity of seismic vibration but also to the geological conditions of the region and to the size of the landslide itself. The advent of immunotherapy has made an indelible mark on the field of cancer therapy, especially the application of immune checkpoint inhibitors in clinical practice. Although immunotherapy has proven its efficacy and safety in some tumors, many patients still have innate or acquired resistance to immunotherapy. The emergence of this phenomenon is closely related to the highly heterogeneous immune microenvironment formed by tumor cells after undergoing cancer immunoediting. The process of cancer immunoediting refers to the cooperative interaction between tumor cells and the immune system that involves three phases: elimination, equilibrium, and escape. During these phases, conflicting interactions between the immune system and tumor cells result in the formation of a complex immune microenvironment, which contributes to the acquisition of different levels of immunotherapy resistance in tumor cells. In this review, we summarize the characteristics of different phases of cancer immunoediting and the corresponding therapeutic tools, and we propose normalized therapeutic strategies based on immunophenotyping. The process of cancer immunoediting is retrograded through targeted interventions in different phases of cancer immunoediting, making immunotherapy in the context of precision therapy the most promising therapy to cure cancer. Since late 2019, the explosive outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) has emerged as a global threat, necessitating a worldwide overhaul of public health systems. One critical strategy to prevent virus transmission and safeguard public health, involves deploying Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) sites. Nevertheless, determining the optimal locations for public NAT sites presents a significant challenge, due to the varying number of sites required in different regions, and the substantial influences of population, the population heterogeneity, and daily dynamics, on the effectiveness of fixed location schemes. To address this issue, this study proposes a data-driven framework based on classical location-allocation models and bi-objective optimization models. The framework optimizes the number and location of NAT sites, while balancing various cost constraints and adapting to population dynamics during different periods of the day. The bi-objective optimization process utilizes the Knee point identification (KPI) algorithm, which is computationally efficient and does not require prior knowledge. A case study conducted in Shenzhen, China, demonstrates that the proposed framework provides a broader service coverage area and better accommodates residents' demands during different periods, compared to the actual layout of NAT sites in the city. Abstract The experimental results of this paper showed that the final grades of most students would be improved in the class with low English proficiency in the case of textbooks of the same difficulty. However, when multimodal instruction was used, the failure rate in the second semester decreased by 13 percentage points compared with the first semester, while the high-achieving students increased by 6 percentage points. Therefore, by using the multimodal teaching method, the learning effect of students with low English proficiency from the mid-term to the end of the term has been significantly improved, which showed that the multimodal teaching method was more superior than the conventional teaching method. Before and after the use of multi-modal teaching, students in class B had a 24% increase in grades from mid-term to final, mainly because the English level of class B was generally higher. Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the mechanism and interaction of microRNA-181a (miR-181a), toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) in gastric hypersensitivity in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetes was induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ; 65 mg/kg) in female SD rats. Gastric balloon distension technique was used to measure diabetic gastric hypersensitivity. Gastric-specific (T7-T10) dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons were acutely dissociated to measure excitability with patch-clamp techniques. Western blotting was employed to measure the expressions of TLR4, TRAF6 and NF-κB subunit p65 in T7-T10 DRGs. The expressions of microRNAs in T7-T10 DRGs were measured with quantitative real-time PCR and fluorescence in situ hybridization. Dual-luciferase reporter gene assay was used to detect the targeting regulation of microRNAs on TLR4. Results: (1) Diabetic rats were more sensitive to graded gastric balloon distention at 2 and 4 weeks. (2) The expression of TLR4 was significantly up-regulated in T7-T10 DRGs of diabetic rats. Intrathecal injection of CLI-095 (TLR4-selective inhibitor) attenuated diabetic gastric hypersensitivity, and markedly reversed the hyper-excitability of gastric-specific DRG neurons. (3) The expressions of miR-181a and miR-7a were significantly decreased in diabetic rats. MiR-181a could directly regulate the expression of TLR4, while miR-7a couldn't. (4) Intrathecal injection of miR-181a agomir down-regulated the expression of TLR4, reduced the hyper-excitability of gastric-specific neurons, and alleviated gastric hypersensitivity. (5) p65 and TLR4 were co-expressed in Dil-labeled DRG neurons. (6) Inhibition of p65 attenuated diabetic gastric hypersensitivity and hyper-excitability of gastric-specific DRG neurons. (7) The expression of TRAF6 was significantly up-regulated in diabetic rats. CLI-095 treatment also reduced the expression of TRAF6 and p65. Conclusion: The reduction of microRNA-181a in T7-T10 DRGs might up-regulate TLR4 expression. A growing amount of experimental evidence has proven that the application of gold nanorods (AuNRs) in photodynamic therapy (PDT) can significantly enhance its therapeutic efficacy. The aim of this study was to establish a protocol for investigating the effect of gold nanorods loaded with the photosensitizer chlorin e6 (Ce6) on photodynamic therapy in the OVCAR3 human ovarian cancer cell line in vitro and to determine whether the PDT effect was different from that of Ce6 alone. OVCAR3 cells were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, Ce6-PDT group, and AuNRs@SiO2@Ce6-PDT group. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. The generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) was measured by a fluorescence microplate reader. Cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. The expression of apoptotic proteins was detected by immunofluorescence and western blotting. The results showed that compared with that of the Ce6-PDT group, the cell viability of the AuNRs@SiO2@Ce6-PDT group was significantly decreased (P < 0.05) in a dose-dependent manner, and ROS production increased significantly (P < 0.05). The flow cytometry results showed that the proportion of apoptotic cells in the AuNRs@SiO2@Ce6-PDT group was significantly higher than that in the Ce6-PDT group (P < 0.05). Immunofluorescence and western blot results showed that the protein expression levels of cleaved caspase-9, cleaved caspase-3, cleaved PARP, and Bax in the AuNRs@SiO2@Ce6-PDT-treated-OVCAR3 cells were higher than those in the Ce6-PDT-treated cells (P < 0.05), and the protein expression levels of caspase-3, caspase-9, PARP, and Bcl-2 were slightly lower than those in the Ce6-PDT group (P < 0.05). In summary, our results show that AuNRs@SiO2@Ce6-PDT has a significantly stronger effect on OVCAR3 cells than the effect of Ce6-PDT alone. Remarkable exertions are directed to reveal and understand topographic cues that induce cell mechanical sensitive responses including lineage determination. Extracellular matrix (ECM) is the sophisticated ensemble of diverse factors offering the complicated cellular microenvironment to regulate cell behaviors. However, the functions of only a few of these factors are revealed; most of them are still poorly understood. Herein, the focus is on understanding the curved structure in ECM network for regulating stem cell mechanotransduction. A curved nanofiber network mimicking the curved structure in ECM is fabricated by an improved electrospinning technology. Compared with the straight fibers, the curved fibers promote cell bridge formation because of the cytoskeleton tension. The actomyosin filaments are condensed near the curved edge of the non‐adhesive bridge in the bridging cells, which generates higher myosin‐II‐based intracellular force. This force drives cell lineage commitment toward osteogenic differentiation. The aging and damage of artificial skin materials for artificial intelligence robots are technical problems that need to be solved urgently in their application. In this work, poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) fibers containing a liquid agent were fabricated directly as biomimetic microvasculars, which were mixed in a glycol–polyvinyl alcohol–gelatin network gel to form biomimetic self-healing artificial skin composites. The self-healing agent was a uniform-viscous buffer solution composed of phosphoric acid, acetic acid, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na), which was mixed under 40 °C. Microstructure analysis showed that the fiber surface was smooth and the diameter was uniform. SEM images of the fiber cross-sections showed that there were uniformly distributed voids. With the extension of time, there was no phenomenon of interface separation after the liquid agent diffused into the matrix through the fiber cavity. The entire process of self-healing was observed and determined including fiber breakage and the agent diffusion steps. XRD and FT–IR results indicated that the self-healing agent could enter the matrix material through fiber damage or release and it chemically reacted with the matrix material, thereby changing the chemical structure of the damaged matrix. Self-healing behavior analysis of the artificial skin indicated that its self-healing efficiency increased to an impressive 97.0% with the increase in temperature to 45 °C. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study conducted two experiments to explore the effects of intuitive thinking and social value orientation (SVO) on cooperative behavior and assess the mediating effect of cooperative expectations. It manipulated intuitive thinking by increasing the participants' need for cognitive closure, classified SVO using the triple-dominance measure, measured cooperative behavior using the prisoner's dilemma game, and considered cooperative expectations based on participants' assessments of the cooperativeness of their counterparts. Both experiments showed that intuitive thinking increased and decreased the cooperation of pro-social and pro-self individuals, respectively. Learning from nature and promoting original design concept is a significant way to develop functional materials with outstanding performance. Even since the discovery of the role of DOPA residues in the strong adhesion ability of mussel foot-byssus proteins (Mfps), numerous efforts have been devoted into the design of mussel-inspired polymers and many outstanding results have been achieved. Herein, this review is aimed to summarize the recent progress in mussel-inspired polymers in the last decade, including further explorations in the structure and functionality of Mfps, the design trend and driving forces for mussel-inspired polymers, and the applications and prospects for functional mussel-inspired polymers. With the rapid development of the chemical industry, oil/ water emulsion separation is receiving global attention. It is particularly important to find a low-cost, convenient, economical and environmentally friendly method to prepare superhydrophilic/ underwater superoleophobic membranes for oil/ water emulsion separation. In this paper, discarded cigarette butts were used as raw materials, combined with chitosan to form a superhydrophilic/ underwater superoleophobic membrane through a phase inversion method. The performance of CA/CS membrane is controlled by adjusting the ratio of cellulose acetate and chitosan. The cigarette butts are washed in ethanol solution to remove impurities to obtain cellulose acetate, and then chitosan and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) are added to build the micro–nano structure on the surface of the membrane. The prepared CA/CS composite membrane was superhydrophilic/ underwater superoleophobic. For the oil-in-water emulsion, the filtrate of the CA/CS membrane can hardly see the oil droplets through electron microscope. CA/CS membrane has a higher emulsion permeation flux (more than 340 L m − 2 h − 1) and a higher separation efficiency (more than 97.1%). In addition, the membrane has good reusability within 10 cycles. This method can reduce the harm of cigarette butts to nature and can also be used for oil–water separation. The method of turning discarded cigarette butts into treasure is worthy of social advocacy. In this work, a superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic membrane was prepared using the discarded cigarette butts and chitosan through phase inversion method. The prepared membrane could separate the oil-in-water emulsions with high flux and efficiency. In addition, the membrane had good reusability within 10 cycles. Two experiments were conducted to explore whether and why procedural fairness may promote cooperation. In both experiments, participants first took part in a task in which they were connected to an allocator who then either selected a fair or an unfair procedure for allocating outcomes between them. After this manipulation of procedural fairness, participants performed a second task in which we studied their cooperation in a chicken game. In Experiment 1, participants were informed that their opponent in the chicken game was the same person who had previously selected the fair (vs. unfair) procedure. In Experiment 2, participants learned that their opponent in the chicken game had not been involved in the selection of the prior procedure. Both studies showed that having experienced a fair (vs. unfair) procedure facilitated subsequent cooperation in the chicken game. Mediation analyses suggest that this positive effect was explained by the finding that the prior experience of procedural fairness induced participants to expect higher levels of cooperation from their opponent, even when this opponent was not involved in the prior experience of procedural fairness. Background: Ferroptosis plays a key role in human cancer, but its function and mechanism in glioma is not clear. P62/SQSTM1 was reported to inhibit ferroptosis via the activation of NRF2 signaling pathway. In this study we reveal a dual role of p62 in ferroptosis of glioblastoma (GBM) according to p53 status. Method: Lipid peroxidation analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), GSH assay were performed to determine the level of ferroptosis. Western blot and qPCR were obtained to detect the expression of ferroptosis markers. Construction of mutant plasmids, immunoprecipitation, luciferase assay and rescue-experiments were performed to explore the regulatory mechanism. Results: P62 overexpression facilitates ferroptosis and inhibits SLC7A11 expression in p53 mutant GBM, while attenuates ferroptosis and promotes SLC7A11 expression in p53 wild-type GBM. P62 associates with p53 and inhibits its ubiquitination. The p53-NRF2 association and p53-mediated suppression of NRF2 antioxidant activity are diversely regulated by p62 according to p53 status. P53 mutation status is required for the dual regulation of p62 on ferroptosis. In wild-type p53 GBM, the classical p62-mediated NRF2 activation pathway plays a major regulatory role of ferroptosis, leading to increased SLC7A11 expression, resulting in a anti-ferroptosis role. In mutant p53 GBM, stronger interaction of mutant-p53/NRF2 by p62 enhance the inhibitory effect of mutant p53 on NRF2 signaling, which reversing the classical p62-mediated NRF2 activation pathway, together with increased p53's transcriptional suppression on SLC7A11 by p62, leading to a decrease of SLC7A11, resulting in a pro-ferroptosis role. Conclusion: Together, this study shows novel molecular mechanisms of ferroptosis regulated by p62; the mutation status of p53 is an important factor that determines the therapeutic response to p62-mediated ferroptosis-targeted therapies in GBM. Under the background of the global value chain (GVC) crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, using methods of risk analysis of input-output table and geopolitical deduction, and based on the latest datasets of carbon dioxide emissions and the world energy trade, this paper analyzes the global value chain risks and energy security issues from three dimensions: climate governance dilemma, the global value chain crisis, and energy security and energy transition. It then presumes changes in world energy trade and geopolitical evolution and assesses their impact on China. The main findings and viewpoints of this paper are as follows: (1) The brokage, fragmentation, cutoff, and even production stoppage of the global value chain have done huge damage to the world economy, and it is urgent to rebuild a safe, stable, resilient, and green global value chain in the post-COVID-19 era. (2) Due to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the flow direction and volume of the world' s energy trade have changed greatly, and the energy supply chain has gradually formulated into five formulas: the ' Europe-U.S. supply chain,' the ' Eurasian supply chain,' the ' U.S., Japan, Australia, and India supply chain,' the ' OPEC supply chain,' and a ' new Europe supply chain.' Among them, the United States has increased rapidly its LNG exports to Europe, and Russia has significantly increased its energy exports to Asian countries, inducing a new ' Eurasian energy supply chain.' (3) The world' s energy geopolitics is evolving in such a way that the United States is strengthening its grip on Europe to jointly restrain Russia' s power and initiating a Asia-Pacific ' four-sided mechanism' to counter China' s rise. Consequently, energy security has been bound to geopolitics. (4) China should act as a geopolitical ' power of equilibrium' to avoid the increasing risk of a new Cold War or a ' quasi-Cold War' to ensure its own energy security, to promote its dual goals of reaching peak carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality actively and gradually, and to steadily follow the path of peaceful development. We conclude that: the ' dual carbon' goals set up a timetable for China' s transitions in terms of energy, economy, and development mode. At the same time, the strategy of 'decoupling with China' promoted by some countries gives China an opportunity instead and forces China to accelerate its industrial transition, trade upgrading, and optimization of economic structure, in order to build an upgraded version of the ' world factory' and fully realize a high-quality, green, sustainable development with a goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions. North Patrininae herba, a perennial herbaceous plant, has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat appendicitis, enteritis, and dysentery. Sonchus arvensis L., Sonchus oleraceus L., and Ixeris chinensis (Thunb.) Nakai are used as substitutes for North Patrininae in different regions, but the consistency of chemical composition and efficacy of these three species is still unknown. In this study, a detailed chemical analysis was carried out of the extract obtained from Sonchus arvensis L., Ixeris chinensis (Thunb.) Nakai and Sonchus oleraceus L. and a chemical component not previously reported in Ixeris chinensis (Thunb.) Nakai was found—Luteolin‐7‐O‐(6''‐malonylglucoside). The mechanism of action of the extract against inflammation and type II diabetes was investigated using network pharmacology and analysis of blood‐absorbed components following oral dosing of rats. Finally, a highly accurate and reliable method was established for quality control purposes. The results showed that Sonchus arvensis L. and Sonchus oleraceus L. may be considered potential resources of a medicinal compound, whereas Ixeris chinensis (Thunb.) Fertility is a significant concern among adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors and their caregivers, especially after their completion of cancer treatment programs. Concerns about fertility affect not only cancer patients' psychological well‐being, but also all aspects of their medical treatments, including treatment protocol, decision‐making, and treatment adherence. In this scoping review, the PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science, Embase, CNKI, and Wanfang electronic databases were searched according to the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analysis Extension for Scoping Reviews. The searches identified 669 articles, 54 of which met the inclusion criteria. Reviewers extracted the data on the study characteristics, measurements, positive factors, negative factors, and additional themes. This scoping review included studies from 10 countries. Most studies were quantitative using a cross‐sectional design. The prevalence of reproductive concerns among AYA cancer survivors ranged from 44% to 86%, and 28% to 44% of the survivors experienced moderate to severe concerns. Given multiple material performance advantages, ceramic matrix composite (CMC) material has become one of the most promising hot structural materials used for thermal protection system in hypersonic vehicles. Under harsh thermal exposure of vehicles in flight, the design of connection structure would be a critical issue in improving load-carrying efficiency and ensuring service safety of aircraft structures in service environments. However, little attention was paid on mechanical behavior and its factors affecting the mechanical property of CMC joining at elevated temperature. To address this concern, a 3D finite element model coupled with progressive damage analysis is carried out to predict high temperature tensile properties and failure behavior of single-lap, double-bolt CMC/superalloy joints assembled by two serial protruding-head bolts. In the implementation of progressive damage analysis of 2D plain-woven C/SiC composites, a user-defined subroutine UMAT including a nonlinear constitutive model, 3D Alvaro failure criterion and Tan's material degradation rule were embedded into the general package ABAQUS® through Fortran program interface. A parametric study considering geometries of joints was performed to evaluate their resultant influence on high temperature tensile behavior and the associated damage mechanisms for the CMC/superalloy double-bolt joint. Instant delivery is an intermediary bridge for same-city O2O services and an important part of urban short-distance logistics. The route planning and scheduling of instant delivery need to balance cost and customer satisfaction and consider the impact of traffic conditions on the distribution process. In this paper, we propose a vehicle routing problem model considering two types of customer time windows under time-dependent road networks and design a memetic algorithm combined with genetic algorithm and variable neighborhood search to solve the problem. By comparing the results of the different time periods and conducting sensitivity analysis for the two types of customer time windows, the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified.
