As an important reactive oxygen species (ROS) signal molecule in plant physiological regulation, H2O2 maintains cellular homeostasis through concentration regulation. It is worth paying attention to the concentration imbalance of H2O2 caused by various stresses, resulting in programed cell death or even developmental arrest in plants. To accurately quantify alterations in H2O2 concentration induced by these stress factors, and deeply understand the H2O2‐related physiological processes, a highly efficient hybrid electrode material of thionine@Ti3C2Tx (Th@MXene) composite was developed. MXene nanosheets not only performed as carriers with high specific surface area for loading Th but also contributed to the enhancement of electrical conductivity. Meanwhile, Th was uniformly loaded on the MXene surface, facilitating electron transport from the analyte to the modified electrode. Under the optimal detection conditions, the sensing electrode (Th@MXene/GCE) was employed to quantify H2O2 through Square‐wave Voltammetry signals with a good linear relationship (correlation coefficient is 0.9997), and a wide calibration range of the sensor was 0.1 to 10,000 nM. High‐performance light‐emitting/detecting bifunctional optoelectronic devices based on halide perovskites are hindered by the less efficient carrier transport and radiative recombination processes. The density of defects (i.e., surface and bulk defects) is the main factor affecting carrier transport, radiation recombination, and determining performance in perovskites. Therefore, techniques to effectively regulate defects are highly needed. Here, a convenient and effective strategy, electrical doping, is proposed to flexibly regulate defect density, resulting in dramatically enhanced light‐emitting (i.e., fluorescence and carrier lifetime) and light‐detecting performance (i.e., hole mobility, photo‐responsivity, and photo‐detectivity) simultaneously. An improved carrier transport model in CH3NH3PbBr3 (MPB) single‐crystal thin‐film (SCTF) is proposed to elucidate the regulation mechanism of defects and carrier transport under electrical doping. These results show that the surface defect density can be effectively reduced by 47.49% under optimal electrical poling intensity (0.168 V µm−1), and photoluminescence intensity and carrier lifetime can be increased by 259% and 89.98%, respectively. Furthermore, planar MPB SCTF photodetector exhibits hole mobility increased by 14.97%, photo‐responsivity increased by 82.78%, and photo‐detectivity increased by 868% at 0.168 V µm−1. Particularly, a record photo‐detectivity of 3.53 × 1013 Jones is achieved under electrical doping. AbstractThe study of luminol electrochemiluminescence (ECL) is commonly conducted in alkaline solutions. However, many substances, especially biomolecules, are only stable in neutral or weakly acidic media. In this study, a sensitive ECL immunosensor was developed using polypyrrole-luminol (PPY-Lu) nanoparticles for the determination of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in a neutral buffer. Polypyrrole (PPY) nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical oxidation. Subsequently, luminol was attached to the PPY nanoparticles via electrostatic interaction, resulting in the formation of the desired nanoparticles which exhibited strong and stable electrochemiluminescence in neutral solution. Furthermore, the PPY-Lu nanoparticles have abundant amino groups suitable for immobilizing biomolecules. An ECL immunosensor for AFP was fabricated by immobilizing anti-AFP on the PPY-Lu-modified electrode surface. The electrochemiluminescence decreased when AFP was captured. The immunosensor exhibited a linear range from 1.0 × 10−11 to 1.0 × 10−6 mg/mL with a low detection limit of 8.5 × 10−12 mg/mL and excellent specificity, reproducibility, and long-term stability. This paper presents a nonstandard numerical manifold method (NMM) for solving Burgers' equation. Employing the characteristic Galerkin method, we initially apply the Crank–Nicolson method for temporal discretization along the characteristic. Subsequently, utilizing the Taylor expansion, we transform the semi-implicit formula into a fully explicit form. For spacial discretization, we construct the NMM dual-cover system tailored to Burgers' equation. We choose constant cover functions and first-order weight functions to enhance computational efficiency and exactly import boundary constraints. Finally, the integrated computing scheme is derived by using the standard Galerkin method, along with a Thomas algorithm-based solution procedure. The proposed method is verified through six benchmark numerical examples under various initial boundary conditions. Extensive comparisons with analytical solutions and results from alternative methods are conducted, demonstrating the accuracy and stability of our approach, particularly in solving Burgers' equation at high Reynolds numbers. Breast tumor segmentation of ultrasound images provides valuable tumor information for early detection and diagnosis. However, speckle noise and blurred boundaries in breast ultrasound images present challenges for tumor segmentation, especially for malignant tumors with irregular shapes. Recent vision transformers have shown promising performance in handling the variation through global context modeling. Nevertheless, they are often dominated by features of large patterns and lack the ability to recognize negative information in ultrasound images, which leads to the loss of breast tumor details (e.g., boundaries and small objects). In this paper, we propose a novel noise suppression and boundary refinement network, NSBR-Net, to simultaneously alleviate speckle noise interference and blurred boundary problems of breast tumor segmentation. Specifically, we propose two innovative designs, namely, the Noise Suppression Module (NSM) and the Boundary Refinement Module (BRM). The NSM filters noise information from the coarse-grained feature maps, while the BRM progressively refines the boundaries of significant lesion objects. Our method demonstrates superior accuracy over state-of-the-art deep learning models, achieving significant improvements of 3.67% on Dataset B and 2.30% on the BUSI dataset in mDice for testing malignant tumors. This paper proposes an adaptive optimal control strategy of finite-time control for high-order uncertain strict-feedback nonlinear systems. Firstly, a reinforcement learning (RL) based an optimal control scheme is employed to design a optimal controller, to achieve global optimisation. Additionally, considering the unmeasurable states, we construct a fuzzy observer and utilise fuzzy logic systems to approximate the unknown functions. Meanwhile, the inclusion of command filtering and time-based control simplifies the controller design and enhances the system's response rapidity. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is distinguished by clonal growth of myeloid precursor cells, which impairs normal hematopoiesis. Minimal residual disease (MRD) refers to the residual leukemia cells that persist after chemotherapy. Patients who test positive for MRD have a higher likelihood of experiencing a recurrence, regardless of the specific chemotherapy approach used. Multi‐parameter flow cytometry (MFC), polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and next‐generation sequencing (NGS) are commonly employed techniques for identifying MRD. In the context of AML, patients are frequently monitored for measurable residual disease via multi‐parameter flow cytometry (MFC‐MRD). In order to explore recent advancements in AML and MRD diagnosis, an extensive search of the PubMed database was conducted, focusing on relevant research in the past 20 years. This review aims to examine various MRD monitoring methods, the optimal time points for assessment, as well as different specimen types used. [Display omitted] Antibacterial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) is highly effective in killing bacteria, while the problem of hypoxia and limited light penetration in deep tissue has not been properly solved. In addition, few aPDT works take into account the regulation of inflammation, which is an important regulatory process after antimicrobial therapy and the final purpose of treatment. In this work, to address the above isssues, we have designed a multi-functional composite UCNPs-Ce6-Mn(CO) 5 Br@Silane (referred to as UCM@Si), which consists of several key components: Up-conversion nanoparticles (UCNPs: NaErF 4 :Tm3+@NaYF 4 :Yb3+), Chlorin e6 (Ce6) and Manganese pentacarbonyl bromide (Mn(CO) 5 Br). When exposed to near-infrared (NIR) light (980 nm), the UCNPs can emit strong red light at 655 nm which further trigger the aPDT of Ce6. The generated reactive oxygen (ROS) subsequently break the metal carbonyl bond of Mn(CO) 5 Br, leading to the production of carbon monoxide (CO) molecules as well as manganese ions (Mn2+), which further decomposes hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2) in the microenvironment to oxygen (O 2). Therefore, this simple nanocomposite not only provides substantial self-oxygen replenishment for enhanced aPDT, but also facilitates effective inflammation regulation via CO across a wide range of deep infections. This approach leverages the unique properties of these materials to combat bacterial infections by simultaneously killing bacteria, regulating inflammation, and enhancing the oxygen levels in the affected microenvironment. This O 2 and CO gas based aPDT treatment system offers a promising approach to comprehensively address microbial-induced infectious diseases, particularly deep infections, holding the potential clinical applications. High electrical conductivity and low thermal conductivity are beneficial for the electrical discharge machining performance of ceramics. In this work, B 4 C–TiB 2 composites were prepared by spark plasma sintering of B 4 C–TiC–B powder mixture. The chemical reaction between TiC and B, together with subsequent selective matrix grain growth, expelled small in-situ generated TiB 2 grains to form conductive interlayers around large B 4 C grains. The unique microstructure significantly enhances the electrical conductivity of B 4 C–TiB 2 composites, especially at low TiB 2 content, while the ultrafine in-situ formed TiB 2 grains endow the composites with low thermal conductivity. The effects of TiB 2 content on the microstructure, mechanical properties, thermal & electrical conductivity of the composites were investigated. B 4 C–20 vol% TiB 2 composite exhibits excellent comprehensive performance, including a relative density, Vickers hardness, flexural strength, fracture toughness, room electrical and thermal conductivity of 98.6%, 28.15 GPa, 656 MPa, 5.46 MPa⋅m1/2, 1.08 × 105 S/m and 19.37 W/m⋅K, respectively. [Display omitted] Aerosols greatly influence precipitation characteristics, thereby impacting the regional climate and human life. As an indispensable factor for cloud formation and a critical radiation budget regulator, aerosols can affect precipitation intensity, frequency, geographical distribution, area, and time. However, discrepancies exist among current studies due to aerosol properties, precipitation types, the vertical location of aerosols and meteorological conditions. The development of technology has driven advances in current research, but understanding the aerosol effects on precipitation remain complex and challenging. This paper revolves around the following topics from the two perspectives of Aerosol-Radiation Interaction (ARI) and Aerosol-Cloud Interaction (ACI): (1) the influence of different vertical locations of absorbing/scattering aerosols on the atmospheric thermal structure; (2) the fundamental theories of ARI reducing surface wind speed, redistributing water vapour and energy, and then modulating precipitation intensity; (3) different aerosol types (absorbing versus scattering) and aerosol concentrations causing different precipitation diurnal and weekly variations; (4) microphysical processes (cloud water competition, invigoration effect, and evaporation cooling) and observational evidence of different effects of aerosols on precipitation intensity, including enhancing, inhibiting, and transitional effects from enhancement to suppression; and (5) how meteorology, water vapor and dynamics influencing the effect of ACI and ARI on precipitation. In addition, this review lists the existing issues and future research directions for attaining a more comprehensive understanding of aerosol effects on precipitation. Overall, this review advances our understanding of aerosol effects on precipitation and could guide the improvement of weather and climate models to predict complex aerosol-precipitation interactions more accurately. This article primarily focuses on the finite‐time fault‐tolerant tracking control problem of quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems. Our main innovation points are: (1) A simple cubic form of Lyapunov function is applied to the design of the position ring controller of the quadrotor UAV; (2) The command filtering technology effectively solves the challenge of derivation of complex coupling matrixs in the controller design process; (3) An improved disturbance observer and a variable threshold event‐triggered mechanism are applied in the Quadrotor UAV system. In summary, the overall approach combines the backstepping method and finite‐time Lyapunov stability to prove the finite‐time stability of all the signals in the system. Energy storage plays an important role in integrating renewable energy sources and power systems, thus how to deploy growing distributed energy storage systems (DESSs) while meeting technical requirements of distribution networks is a challenging problem. This paper proposes an area-to-bus planning path with network constraints for DESSs under uncertainty. First, a distribution location marginal price (DLMP) formulation with maximum fluctuation boundaries of uncertainties is designed to select vulnerable areas exceeding voltage limits and higher line losses that occur in distribution networks. Different from simple multi-scenario power flow calculation and sensitivity analysis, DLMP with time and regional characteristics could be more intuitive to reflect line losses and voltage limits of distribution networks through price signals. After that, a two-stage stochastic robust optimization based planning method is developed to determine locations and capacities of DESSs in vulnerable areas. To make the uncertainty problem more tractable, stochastic scenarios are used to portray upper and lower boundaries of uncertainties, which avoids too-conservative decisions for robust optimization. Finally, numerical tests are implemented to testify the reasonability and validity of the proposed area-to-bus planning path under uncertainty. Compared with the DESSs planning framework without DLMP, the costs of DESSs are observably reduced with DLMP. With same budgets of uncertainty, investment costs of DESSs for the stochastic robust optimization with 30 and 50 scenarios are 3.91% and 4.45% lower than classical adaptive robust optimization (ARO). Recent studies have highlighted the ferroelectric potential of ZrO 2 thin films, which offer advantages over HfO 2 -based ferroelectric materials, such as lower thermal budget and greater natural abundance. In this research, pure ZrO 2 ferroelectric thin films were fabricated on Si substrates using chemical solution deposition with all-inorganic precursors. We explored the impacts of film thickness and HfO 2 seed layers on phase transition and ferroelectric properties. Notably, an 11 nm thick ZrO 2 film exhibited ferroelectric behavior with a remanent polarization of 12.6 μC/cm2. Due to the combined effects of tensile stress and surface energy, the increase in thickness to 30 nm led to a phase transition from the orthorhombic phase to the monoclinic phase and a resultant decrease in remanent polarization. Additionally, the introduction of a HfO 2 seed layer facilitated the crystallization of the ferroelectric o-phase, enhancing the remanent polarization to 16.5 μC/cm2 in our ∼8 nm thick ZrO 2 thin film with a ∼2 nm thick HfO 2 seed layer. Objective To investigate the effects of gender on dosage of remimazolam and quality of recovery in patients undergoing ambulatory arthroscopic surgery at 24 hours postoperatively. Methods Fifty patients who underwent elective arthroscopic meniscus repair in a daytime surgery center were divided into two groups according to gender: 25 males (group M) and 25 females (group F). The remimazolam dogages of loss of consciousness and anesthesia maintenance were recorded, and the effects of gender on the quality of recovery at 24 hours postoperatively and sleepquality were observed by using QoR-15 scale and Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS). Results The doses of remimazolam at the time of loss of consciousness and anesthesia maintenance for patients were (0.13 and 0.15) mg/kg and 0.80 (0.60 and 0.96) mg/ (kg·h) in group M, and 0.14 (0.12 and 0.16) mg/kg and 0.90 (0.79 and 1.12) mg/ (kg·h) in group F. There were no statistical differences in the doses of remimazolam between the two groups (P > 0.05). AIS scores did not differ on postoperative day one between the two groups (P > 0.05), but there was a statistically significant difference on final awakening earlier than expectation in the female patients (P < 0.05). Female patients had lower total QoR-15 scores and physiological comfort scores, and higher incidences of hypotension and PONV than male patients (P < 0.05). Conclusions Gender had no significant effects on dosage of remimazolam during anesthesia induction and anesthesia maintenance in the patients receiving daytime arthroscopy. Our society has been pursuing high‐performance biodegradable polymers made from facile methods and readily available monomers. Here, we demonstrate a library of enzyme‐degradable polymers with desirable properties from the first reported step polyaddition of diamines, COS, and diacrylates. The polymers contain in‐chain ester and thiourethane groups, which can serve as lipase‐degradation and hydrogen‐bonding physical crosslinking points, respectively, resulting in possible biodegradability as well as upgraded mechanical and thermal properties. Also, the properties of the polymers are scalable due to the versatile method and the wide variety of monomers. We obtain 46 polymers with tunable performance covering high‐Tm crystalline plastics, thermoplastic elastomers, and amorphous plastics by regulating polymer structure. Additionally, the polymerization method is highly efficient, atom‐economical, quantitatively yield, metal‐ and even catalyst‐free. Dense Si 2 N 2 O ceramic was successfully prepared through the spark plasma sintering method at 1750 °C with nano-sized amorphous Si 3 N 4 powder as raw material. The reaction sintering process, mechanical and dielectric properties of the Si 2 N 2 O ceramic were investigated in detail. The results revealed that the amorphous Si 3 N 4 was initially crystallized to β-Si 3 N 4 , then oxidized to Si 2 N 2 O during the sintering process. With prolonging the dwell time, the grain orientation of Si 2 N 2 O gradually developed to the c-axis direction of the orthorhombic crystal. Meanwhile, the density of as-sintered ceramic was improved significantly, which greatly influenced the mechanical and dielectric properties of Si 2 N 2 O ceramic. In this work, the optimal dwell time of sintering process was 20 min, which is obviously shorter than the ordinary sintering methods. The Si 2 N 2 O ceramic fabricated at the above conditions exhibited the most favorable mechanical and dielectric properties with a bulk density of 2.80 ± 0.01 g cm−3, Vickers hardness of 13.1 ± 0.1 GPa, flexural strength of 214.1 ± 15.8 MPa, fracture toughness of 2.8 ± 0.3 MPa m1/2, and combined with low dielectric constant of around 3.5 to 4.5 at 8.2−12.4 GHz. Thus, the spark plasma sintering method is potentially regarded as a rapid way to prepare Si 2 N 2 O ceramic used as the structural and wave-transmitting functional material. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The detection of volatile amines is necessary due to the serious toxicity hazards they pose to human skin, respiratory systems, and nervous systems. However, traditional amines detection methods require bulky equipment, high costs, and complex measurements. Herein, we report a new simple, rapid, convenient, and visual method for the detection of volatile amines based on the gas–solid reactions of tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone (TCBQ) and volatile amines. The gas–solid reactions of TCBQ with a variety of volatile amines showed a visually distinct color in a time-dependent manner. Moreover, TCBQ can be easily fabricated into simple and flexible rapid test strips for detecting and distinguishing n-propylamine from other volatile amines, including ethylamine, n-butyamine, n-pentamine, n-butyamine and dimethylamine, in less than 3 s without any equipment assistance. The foveal load effect is one of the most fundamental effects in reading psychology, and also one of the most controversial issues in recent years. The foveal load effect refers to the phenomenon that the difficulty of foveal processing affects parafoveal preview. In Chinese reading, whether the foveal load effect exists, as well as whether this effect is modulated by parafoveal word frequency, remains unclear. In this study, the eye-tracking technique was used to track the eye movements of 48 subjects. Utilized the boundary paradigm with single-character words as parafoveal words, the present study manipulated foveal word frequency (high and low), parafoveal word frequency (high and low), and two types of preview (identical preview and pseudocharacter preview) to investigate these questions. The results revealed that the foveal word frequency does not influence preview, suggesting the absence of the foveal load effect when using single-character words as parafoveal words. Furthermore, parafoveal word frequency does not modulate the effect of the foveal load on the preview. This empirical evidence contributes to refining the understanding of the Chinese reading model. Enhancing the through-flow capability of the turbine facilitates the potential to decrease the external dimension of the engine, leading to a reduction in weight and an increase in the thrust-to-weight ratio. The optimization of blade profile in terms of aerodynamic design is an essential strategy to improve the overall performance of the high through-flow design turbine. This study aims to develop an automated optimization technique, utilizing the response surface method (RSM), to enable reliable prediction and rapid optimization of aerodynamic performance. A parametric modeling method is devised to generate blade profiles with continuous curvature throughout the automated optimization process. The Box–Behnken experimental design, in combination with Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes numerical calculation, is employed to construct a second-order polynomial RSM approximation model. The optimization process comprises two levels: improving the through-flow capability and reducing blade profile loss. The optimized profile, Opt1, achieves a substantial 13.19% improvement in through-flow capability at the cost of a 12.27% increase in blade profile loss. Thus, further optimization is performed to minimize blade profile loss based on the Opt1 scheme. Geometric constraints are applied to the most influential parameters affecting through-flow capability to mitigate their impacts. Compared to the Opt1, the final optimized profile, Opt2, achieves a substantial 31.83% decrease in blade profile loss with a negligible sacrifice of 0.23% in through-flow capability. Xiazhuang uranium ore field, located in the southern part of the Nanling Metallogenic Belt, is considered one of the largest granite‐related U regions in South China. In this paper, we contribute new apatite fission track data and thermal history modeling to constrain the exhumation history and evaluate preservation potential of the Xiazhuang Uranium ore field. Nine Triassic outcrop granite samples collected from different locations of Xiazhuang Uranium ore field yield AFT ages ranging from 43 to 24 Ma with similar mean confined fission track lengths ranging from 11.8 ± 2.0 to 12.9 ± 1.9 μm and Dpar values between 1.01 and 1.51 μm. The robustness time‐temperature reconstructions of samples from the hanging wall of Huangpi fault show that the Xiazhuang Uranium ore field experienced a time of monotonous and slow cooling starting from middle Paleocene to middle Miocene (∼60–10 Ma), followed by relatively rapid exhumation in the late Miocene (∼10–5 Ma) and nearly thermal stability in the Pliocene–Quaternary (∼5–0 Ma). The amount of exhumation after U mineralization since the Middle Paleogene was estimated as ∼4.3 ± 1.8 km according to the integrated thermal history model. Previous studies indicate that the ore‐forming ages of U deposits in the Xiazhuang ore field are mainly before Middle Paleocene and the mineralization depths are more than 4.4 ± 1.2 km. Therefore, the exhumation history since middle Paleocene plays important roles in the preservation of the Xiazhuang Uranium ore field. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Traditional mapping of bedforms in submarine canyons relied on vessel‐mounted and towed sensors, but their fine‐scale geomorphology and shallow structure requires higher resolution datasets. This study utilizes a high‐resolution dataset obtained from an autonomous underwater vehicle, combined with seismic reflection profiles and sediment cores, to analyse bedform sets within a 25.6 km long submarine canyon (canyon C14) in the northern South China Sea. A train of crescent‐shaped axial steps, indicative of cyclic steps formed by supercritical turbidity currents, is imaged along the canyon. Axial steps in the upper course show erosional truncations and sub‐horizontal reflectors on the lee and stoss sides, respectively, pointing to erosional–depositional cyclic steps formed by confined flows with high erosional capacity. This is facilitated by canyon narrowness and steeper axial gradient. After a transition segment, the lower course widens, with a gentler axial gradient, resulting in increased asymmetry and wavelength of axial steps. Backset bed deposits on the stoss sides of these steps indicate depositional cyclic steps with higher aggradation. Sediment filling, almost padding each cyclic step associated scour suggests the reworking of previously formed bedforms by gravity flows fed by destabilization processes on the canyon sidewalls and upstream lee faces and, possibly, by shelf‐edge and uppermost slope spillover into the canyon. At the lowermost course, cyclic steps transition to a furrow field, likely associated with flow velocity reduction facilitated by canyon floor widening and a further decrease in slope gradient. Flow braiding and re‐convergence, related to the erosion of fine‐grained deposits within the canyon floor, should have played a role to produce furrows under supercritical conditions. This work enhances our understanding of the detailed morphology and shallow relief configuration of bedforms in deep‐water submarine canyons, providing insights into their causative processes and evolution. Accurate segmentation of industrial CT images is of great significance in industrial fields such as quality inspection and defect analysis. However, reconstruction of industrial CT images often suffers from typical metal artifacts caused by factors like beam hardening, scattering, statistical noise, and partial volume effects. Traditional segmentation methods are difficult to achieve precise segmentation of CT images mainly due to the presence of these metal artifacts. Furthermore, acquiring paired CT image data required by fully supervised networks proves to be extremely challenging. To address these issues, this paper introduces an improved CycleGAN approach for achieving semi-supervised segmentation of industrial CT images. This method not only eliminates the need for removing metal artifacts and noise, but also enables the direct conversion of metal artifact-contaminated images into segmented images without the requirement of paired data. The average values of quantitative assessment of image segmentation performance can reach 0.96645 for Dice Similarity Coefficient(Dice) and 0.93718 for Intersection over Union(IoU). In comparison to traditional segmentation methods, it presents significant improvements in both quantitative metrics and visual quality, provides valuable insights for further research. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death in the United States, but CVD mortality rates vary substantially across U.S. counties. Recent explanations about geographic disparities in CVD mortality focus mainly on differences in demographic composition, socioeconomic conditions, health care access, and health behaviors. It is unclear what role air pollution plays in explaining geographic disparities in CVD mortality. In this study, I examine the associations between air pollution and county-level CVD mortality for the years 2016 to 2018 and how these associations vary across rural and urban counties. To answer these questions, I merge county-level data from multiple sources and apply spatial models. I find that higher concentrations of fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) are associated with higher CVD mortality rates, net of important county-level confounders such as socioeconomic and racial/ethnic composition. Moreover, PM 2.5 concentration is more strongly associated with CVD mortality in rural than in urban areas. These findings reveal the importance of air quality for reducing the CVD burden in the United States. Developing stable and highly selective two‐electron oxygen reduction reaction (2e− ORR) electrocatalysts for producing hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is considered a major challenge to replace the anthraquinone process and achieve a sustainable green economy. Here, we doped Sn into Ti4O7 (D−Sn−Ti4O7) by simple polymerization post‐calcination method as a high‐efficiency 2e− ORR electrocatalyst. In addition, we also applied plain calcination after the grinding method to load Sn on Ti4O7 (L−Sn−Ti4O7) as a comparison. However, the performance of L−Sn−Ti4O7 is far inferior to that of the D−Sn−Ti4O7. D−Sn−Ti4O7 exhibits a starting potential of 0.769 V (versus the reversible hydrogen electrode, RHE) and a high H2O2 selectivity of 95.7 %. Excitingly, the catalyst can maintain a stable current density of 2.43 mA ⋅ cm−2 for 3600 s in our self‐made H‐type cell, and the cumulative H2O2 production reaches 359.2 mg ⋅ L−1 within 50,000 s at 0.3 V. The performance of D−Sn−Ti4O7 is better than that of the non‐noble metal 2e− ORR catalysts reported so far. The doping of Sn not only improves the conductivity but also leads to the lattice distortion of Ti4O7, further forming more oxygen vacancies and Ti3+, which greatly improves its 2e− ORR performance compared with the original Ti4O7. In contrast, since the Sn on the surface of L−Sn−Ti4O7 displays a synergistic effect with Tin+ (3≤n≤4) of Ti4O7, the active center Tin+ dissociates the O=O bond, making it more inclined to 4e− ORR. A convective cell storm containing two differential reflectivity (ZDR) columns was observed with a dual-polarization phased-array radar (X-PAR) in Xixian County. Since a ZDR column is believed to correspond to a strong updraft and a single convective cell is considered to have a simple dynamic structure with one updraft core, how these two ZDR columns form and coexist is the focus of this study. The dynamic and microphysical structures around the two ZDR columns are studied under the mutual confirmation of the X-PAR observations and a cloud model simulation. The main ZDR column forms and maintains in an updraft whose bottom corresponds to a convergence of low-level and mid-level flow; it lasts from the early stages to the later stages. The secondary ZDR column emerges at the rear of the horizontal reflectivity (ZH) core relative to the moving direction of the cell; it forms in the middle stages and lasts for a shorter period, and its formation is under an air lifting forced by the divergent outflow of precipitation. The application of virtual reality (VR) promises unique visitor experiences in museum tourism; however, the underlying characteristics of the experiences still need to be well-researched. This research used world-famous paintings (Vincent van Gogh' s The Starry Night and Claude Monet's Water Lilies) as examples, combining flow theory and Stimulus-Organism-Response framework and using the experimental research method. The findings were: (1) the display methods of museum exhibits affected visitors' flow experience and intention to use VR; (2) flow experience had a significant mediating effect in the main effect, and (3) the familiarity with VR had a moderating effect on flow experience's mediating effect. The findings enriched the research literature on VR usage and display methods in museums, providing a theoretical reference and strategic suggestions for enterprises developing museum exhibits and applying VR technology. Purpose: Oxidative stress has been reported to cause telomere attrition, which triggers cell apoptosis. Apoptosis of neurocytes may play an essential role in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases. This study hypothesized that folic acid (FA) supplementation decreased neurocyte apoptosis by alleviating oxidative stress-induced telomere attrition in 25-month-old Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. Methods: Three-month-old male SD rats were randomly divided into four diet groups by different concentrations of folic acid in equal numbers, with intervention for 22 months. Folate, homocysteine (Hcy), reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, antioxidant activities, and telomere length in the brain tissues were tested at 11, 18, and 22 months of intervention, and 8-hydroxy-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) levels, neurocyte apoptosis and telomere length in the cerebral cortex and hippocampal regions were tested during the 22-month intervention. An automated chemiluminescence system, auto-chemistry analyzer, Q-FISH, qPCR, and TUNEL assay were used in this study. Results: The rats had lower folate concentrations and higher Hcy, ROS, and 8-OHdG concentrations in brain tissue with aging. However, FA supplementation increased folate concentrations and antioxidant activities while decreasing Hcy, ROS, and 8-OHdG levels in rat brain tissue after 11, 18, and 22 months of intervention. Furthermore, FA supplementation alleviated telomere length shortening and inhibited neurocyte apoptosis during the 22-month intervention. An endophytic bacterium Paenibacillus polymyxa DS-R5 which can effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic fungi was isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza in our previous study. By using hydrochloric acid precipitation, methanol extraction, silica gel column isolation, dextran gel chromatography column, and HPLC, 3 compounds with antifungal activity were isolated. To further improve the production of antifungal compounds produced by this strain, fermentation medium was optimized using one-factor-at-a-time, Plackett–Burman design, and Box–Behnken design experiments. Through statistical optimization, the optimal medium composition was determined to be as follows: 14.7 g/l sucrose, 20.0 g/l soluble starch, 7.0 g/l corn steep liquor, 10.0 g/l (NH4)2SO4, and 0.7 g/l KH2PO4. In this optimized medium, the highest titer of antifungal compounds reached 3452 U/ml, which was 123% higher than that in the initial medium. In addition, in order to guide scale-up for production, logistic and Luedeking–Piret equations were proposed to predict the cell growth and antifungal compounds production. The fermentation kinetics and empirical equations of the coefficients (X0, Xm, μm, α, and β) for the two models were reported, which will aid the design and optimization of industrial processes. The degrees of fit between calculated values of the model and the experimental data were 0.989 and 0.973, respectively. The results show that the cell growth and product synthesis models established in this study may better reflect the dynamic process of antifungal compounds production and provide a theoretical basis for further optimization and on-line monitoring of the fermentation process. The cloud type product 2B-CLDCLASS-LIDAR based on CloudSat and CALIPSO from June 2006 to May 2017 is used to examine the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and interannual variability of eight cloud types (high cloud, altostratus, altocumulus, stratus, stratocumulus, cumulus, nimbostratus, and deep convection) and three phases (ice, mixed, and water) in the Arctic. Possible reasons for the observed interannual variability are also discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) More water clouds occur on the Atlantic side, and more ice clouds occur over continents. (2) The average spatial and seasonal distributions of cloud types show three patterns: high clouds and most cumuliform clouds are concentrated in low-latitude locations and peak in summer; altostratus and nimbostratus are concentrated over and around continents and are less abundant in summer; stratocumulus and stratus are concentrated near the inner Arctic and peak during spring and autumn. (3) Regional averaged interannual frequencies of ice clouds and altostratus clouds significantly decrease, while those of water clouds, altocumulus, and cumulus clouds increase significantly. (4) Significant features of the linear trends of cloud frequencies are mainly located over ocean areas. (5) The monthly water cloud frequency anomalies are positively correlated with air temperature in most of the troposphere, while those for ice clouds are negatively correlated. (6) The decrease in altostratus clouds is associated with the weakening of the Arctic front due to Arctic warming, while increased water vapor transport into the Arctic and higher atmospheric instability lead to more cumulus and altocumulus clouds. Central questions that remain to be addressed are the links between the material properties of coacervates (condensates) and both the primary and the secondary structures of their constitutive building blocks. Short LLPS-prone peptides, such as GY23 variants explored in this study, are ideal model systems to investigate these links because simple sequence modifications and the chemical environment strongly affect the viscoelastic properties of coacervates. Herein, a systematic investigation of the structure/property relationships of peptide coacervates was conducted using GY23 variants, combining biophysical characterization (plate rheology and surface force apparatus, SFA) with secondary structure investigations by infrared (IR) and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. Mutating specific residues into either more hydrophobic or more hydrophilic residues strongly regulates the viscoelastic properties of GY23 coacervates. Furthermore, the ionic strength and kosmotropic characteristics (Hofmeister series) of the buffer in which LLPS is induced also significantly impact the properties of formed coacervates. Structural investigations by CD and IR indicate a direct correlation between variations in properties induced by endogenous (peptide sequence) or exogenous (ionic strength, kosmotropic characteristics, aging) factors and the β-sheet content within coacervates. Histidine behaviors (including tautomeric behaviors and protonation behaviors) have been considered as an origin factor in protein folding and misfolding. However, such effects on human islet amyloid peptide (hIAPP) is still unclear, which are the key points in understanding hIAPP misfolding mechanisms. In current study, to investigate the structural properties of hIAPP peptide with histidine in (δ), (ϵ), and (p) states, three independent replica exchange molecular dynamics simulations were performed. Our results show that β‐sheet structure contents are very low no matter histidine on which state, while high α‐helix contents are obtained in A8‐L16/H18 and G24‐L27/S28 regions. Cluster data suggested that three hIAPP systems are prone to flexible structural features. Further analysis confirmed that the histidine related H‐bonding networks were detected in hIAPP(δ) (N14‐H18) and hIAPP(p) (N14‐H18 and F15‐H18). Moreover, based on overall hIAPP(δ), hIAPP(ϵ), and hIAPP(p) equilibration trajectories, we discovered both sheet and helix structural features in basin of free energy landscape. Our current study contributes to the understanding on conformational changes of hIAPP due to histidine behaviors, which could lead to new insights into histidine behaviors mechanisms. Background: Deficits in prepulse inhibition may be a common feature in first-episode schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (BD) and major depressive disorder (MDD). We sought to explore the levels and viability of prepulse inhibition to differentiate first-episode schizophrenia, BD and MDD in patient populations. Methods: We tested patients with first-episode schizophrenia, BD or MDD and healthy controls using prepulse inhibition paradigms, namely perceived spatial co-location (PSC-PPI) and perceived spatial separation (PSS-PPI). Results: We included 53 patients with first-episode schizophrenia, 30 with BD and 25 with MDD, as well as 82 healthy controls. The PSS-PPI indicated that the levels of prepulse inhibition were smallest to largest, respectively, in the first-episode schizophrenia, BD, MDD and control groups. Relative to the healthy controls, the prepulse inhibition deficits in the first-episode schizophrenia group were significant (p < 0.001), but the prepulse inhibitions were similar between patients with BD and healthy controls, and between patients with MDD and healthy controls. The receiver operating characteristic curve analysis showed that PSS-PPI (area under the curve [AUC] 0.73, p < 0.001) and latency (AUC 0.72, p < 0.001) were significant for differentiating patients with first-episode schizophrenia or BD from healthy controls. Limitations: The demographics of the 4 groups were not ideally matched. We did not perform cognitive assessments. The possible confounding effect of medications on prepulse inhibition could not be eliminated. Conclusion: The level of prepulse inhibition among patients with first-episode schizophrenia was the lowest, with levels among patients with BD, patients with MDD and healthy controls increasingly higher. The PSS-PPI paradigm was more effective than PSC-PPI to recognize deficits in prepulse inhibition. Introduction: Aberrant expression of long noncoding RNAs (LncRNAs) can regulate oxidative stress in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). This study focused on investigating the effects of LncRNA differentiation antagonizing nonprotein coding RNA (DANCR) regulation of Keap1‐Nrf2/ARE pathway on inflammation and oxidative stress in RA. Methods: The levels of LncRNA DANCR/miR‐486‐3p/Keap1 in peripheral blood of 30 RA groups and 30 normal subjects were examined, and the association of LncRNA DANCR with inflammatory indicators of RA was investigated. We stimulated fibroblast‐like synoviocytes (FLS) from RA patients with tumor necrosis factor α and subsequently performed in vitro cellular assays to construct overexpression plasmids and small interfering RNAs of LncRNA DANCR to investigate the relationship between LncRNA DANCR and FLSs viability and migration in RA, as well as the effects on cellular oxidative stress factors and Keap1‐Nrf2/ARE pathway; molecular biology analysis was used to predict microRNAs that can bind LncRNA DANCR, and luciferase verified the binding sites of LncRNA DANCR with Keap1 and miR‐486‐3p; to further refine the gene and protein expression results, we used reverse transcription‐quantitative polymerase chain reaction and immunoblotting assays. Results: In both groups of peripheral blood mononuclear cells, the expression levels of LncRNA DANCR and Keap1 messenger RNA were higher in the RA group than in the normal control group, and the opposite was true for miR‐486‐3p; LncRNA DANCR was positively correlated with total antioxidant capacity (TAOC), IL6, IL17, malondialdehyde (MDA), but not with IL11, rheumatoid factor, cyclic citrullinated peptide, superoxide dismutase (SOD), with 28‐joint disease activity score, reactive oxygen species, C‐reactive protein, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were negatively correlated; overexpression of LncRNA DANCR stimulated the Keap1‐Nrf2/ARE pathway, decreased the expression of IL10, SOD, TAOC, and increased the expression levels of MDA, IL11, IL‐17, PD‐L1, and silencing of LncRNA DANCR was the opposite, but knockdown of miR‐486‐3p or overexpression of keap1 reversed the expression of the above‐mentioned inflammatory and oxidative factors. In addition, pcDNA‐DANCR clearly showed stronger cell invasion and migration ability and exacerbated its inflammatory response, which may be related to the regulatory role of miR‐486‐3p and Keap1‐Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway, and we verified their targeting relationship using dual luciferase, showing that DANCR could regulate Keap1‐Nrf2/ARE through miR‐486‐3p modulates the Keap1‐Nrf2/ARE pathway and affects inflammatory and oxidative responses in RA patients. Liner‐type organic conjugated molecules with 1D π‐electron delocalization present conformation‐dependent intramolecular optoelectronic behavior. Significantly different from non‐planar ones, the coplanar conformational backbone of π‐conjugated molecules can enhance intramolecular π‐electron delocalization and dominate intermolecular π‐electron coupling, which are the fundamental parameters for improving their optoelectronic properties. Herein, the effect of the formation of coplanar conformation on intermolecular packing and optoelectrical properties of liner‐type steric terfluorene (DSFX‐SFSO) toward solution‐processed deep‐blue organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) is systematically demonstrated. Firstly, uniform and continuous crystalline films based on the planar conformational DSFX‐SFSO molecules are achieved via thermal annealing at 160 °C, which can avoid microscale crystallization processing. Contrary to amorphous ones, these hierarchical crystalline films present robust deep‐blue emission with an efficiency of > 60%, due to the suppression of defect structures. More interestingly, this hierarchical crystalline film has a stable and efficient deep‐blue electroluminescence (CIE: 0.15, 0.09) without the obvious defective green‐band emission, even at 500 mA cm−2, also further confirming the excellent and perfect molecular landscape to obtain single‐chromophore excitonic behavior from single planar‐terfluorene segments. Therefore, obtaining a uniform hierarchical structure based on planar conformational molecules is an effective strategy to optimize the optoelectrical properties for optoelectronic applications. Objective: To evaluate the effect of Internet based intervention model on breastfeeding knowledge, attitude, self-confidence and breastfeeding rate. Methods: An electronic literature search of PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, CNKI, Wanfang, CBM and VIP database was performed using combinations of the keywords "Breastfeeding," "Breastfeeding, Exclusive," "Internet," "Online," and "Website". The retrieval period was from their inception to March 31, 2023. Quality appraisal was performed using the Cochrane 5.1 for randomized controlled trials (RCTs). RevMan5.3 was used for data analysis. Results: Thirty-two studies were included in the review, with a total of 9514 samples. The results of Meta-analysis showed that, compared with routine nursing, the intervention model based on the Internet can effectively improve breastfeeding knowledge and attitude of pregnant women, improve breastfeeding self-confidence (P < 0.05), and improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the short term (within 6 weeks) and the long-term postpartum (3–6 months) had a positive effect on the rate of exclusive breastfeeding (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The Internet breastfeeding intervention model may be an effective intervention to improve the effect of exclusive breastfeeding. In the future, more high-quality, large-sample randomized controlled trials can be carried out to further explore the effect of the Internet intervention model on breastfeeding. In this paper, we consider the optimal linear closed-loop Stackelberg strategy for stochastic system where the state is unknown but observed though linear stochastic measurement systems. Particularly, the information structure is asymmetric where the leader can obtain the follower's measurement information and its historical control inputs, while the follower can only obtain its own measurement information and historical inputs, which have led to major challenge since the 1970s. It is well known that the closed-loop Stackelberg optimal control in general is a hard problem and no explicit solution can be derived. Instead, this paper aims to present a linear closed-loop solution to the problem. However, how to give a rational definition for the linear closed-loop Stackelberg controller is a difficulty. By using innovation, this paper defines the linear closed-loop Stackelberg controller with specified given gain matrices. Then the analytical solutions for the leader and the follower are given, respectively, which are the feedback form of the Kalman filtering and the optimal gain matrices for the leader and follower are obtained by decoupled solving two Riccati equations. Finally, by using the forward iteration algorithm, the coupled forward and backward Riccati equations are solved in infinite horizon, which overcomes the obstacles that the separation principle becomes invalid. Immunotherapy has attracted widespread attention in cancer treatment and has achieved considerable success in the clinical treatment of some tumors, but it has a low response rate in most tumors. To achieve sufficient activation of the immune response, significant efforts using nanotechnology have been made to enhance cancer immune response. In recent years, the induction of various regulated cell death (RCD) has emerged as a potential antitumor immuno-strategy, including processes related to apoptosis, autophagy, necroptosis, pyroptosis, ferroptosis, and cuproptosis. In particular, damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) released from the damaged membrane of dying cells act as in situ adjuvants to trigger antigen-specific immune responses by the exposure of an increased antigenicity. Thus, RCD-based immunotherapy offers a new approach for enhancing cancer treatment efficacy. Furthermore, incorporation with multimodal auxiliary therapies in cell death-based immunotherapy can trigger stronger immune responses, resulting in more efficient therapeutic outcome. Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is a rare low-intermediate grade malignant neoplasm. To date, published data on FDCS clinical courses are sparse, and no conditional survival study has been performed. Thus, we retrospectively analyzed 187 patients diagnosed with FDCS from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. In this study, the median age at diagnosis was 50 years and 91 (48.7%) patients were male. The most common primary location was the abdomen/pelvis (82, 43.9%). The 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year overall survival (OS) were 88.7%, 69.0%, and 59.8%, respectively. The 5-year conditional overall survival increased from 65.7% at baseline to 83.8% in 5-year survivors. The 3-year FDCS-specific death rate was 26.7% and the rate of death from other reasons was 3.7%. In addition, the annual death hazard was the highest in the first four years after diagnosis and increased again in the 7th and 8th years. Age > 60 years at diagnosis, metastatic disease, and FDCS in thoracic organs were associated with shorter OS and FDCS-specific survival. In addition, FDCS patients, with either local or metastatic disease, could benefit from surgery therapy. In addition, adjuvant radiotherapy or chemotherapy for local disease provided no significant improvement in overall survival or FDCS-specific survival. Highlights: A class of hydrogel electrolytes that couple high adhesion and anti-freezing properties is developed. Zn/Li hybrid capacitors based on the hydrogel electrolyte can tolerate low temperatures and accommodate dynamic deformations across a temperature range of 25 to − 60 °C. This work highlights an advancement for promoting next-generation energy storage system with low-temperature capability and mechanical durability. Solid-state zinc-ion capacitors are emerging as promising candidates for large-scale energy storage owing to improved safety, mechanical and thermal stability and easy-to-direct stacking. Hydrogel electrolytes are appealing solid-state electrolytes because of eco-friendliness, high conductivity and intrinsic flexibility. However, the electrolyte/electrode interfacial contact and anti-freezing properties of current hydrogel electrolytes are still challenging for practical applications of zinc-ion capacitors. Here, we report a class of hydrogel electrolytes that couple high interfacial adhesion and anti-freezing performance. The synergy of tough hydrogel matrix and chemical anchorage enables a well-adhered interface between hydrogel electrolyte and electrode. Meanwhile, the cooperative solvation of ZnCl2 and LiCl hybrid salts renders the hydrogel electrolyte high ionic conductivity and mechanical elasticity simultaneously at low temperatures. More significantly, the Zn||carbon nanotubes hybrid capacitor based on this hydrogel electrolyte exhibits low-temperature capacitive performance, delivering high-energy density of 39 Wh kg−1 at −60 °C with capacity retention of 98.7% over 10,000 cycles. With the benefits of the well-adhered electrolyte/electrode interface and the anti-freezing hydrogel electrolyte, the Zn/Li hybrid capacitor is able to accommodate dynamic deformations and function well under 1000 tension cycles even at −60 °C. Objective: To evaluate the effect of Internet based intervention model on breastfeeding knowledge, attitude, self-confidence and breastfeeding rate. Methods: An electronic literature search of PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, CNKI, Wanfang, CBM and VIP database was performed using combinations of the keywords "Breastfeeding," "Breastfeeding, Exclusive," "Internet," "Online," and "Website". The retrieval period was from their inception to March 31, 2023. Quality appraisal was performed using the Cochrane 5.1 for randomized controlled trials (RCTs). RevMan5.3 was used for data analysis. Results: Thirty-two studies were included in the review, with a total of 9514 samples. The results of Meta-analysis showed that, compared with routine nursing, the intervention model based on the Internet can effectively improve breastfeeding knowledge and attitude of pregnant women, improve breastfeeding self-confidence (P < 0.05), and improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the short term (within 6 weeks) and the long-term postpartum (3–6 months) had a positive effect on the rate of exclusive breastfeeding (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The Internet breastfeeding intervention model may be an effective intervention to improve the effect of exclusive breastfeeding. In the future, more high-quality, large-sample randomized controlled trials can be carried out to further explore the effect of the Internet intervention model on breastfeeding. The discharge of phosphorus from rural wastewater causes eutrophication, so phosphorus removal is regarded as an important part of water treatment. In this study, corn biochar (BC) was prepared at pyrolysis temperature of 450 °C, and then Al-Fe dual-decorated biochar (AFBC) was obtained through a two-step modification method (AlCl3 immersion before FeCl3 immersion) on the base of BC. The characterization results showed that Fe and Al were decorated on corn biochar in the form of FeOOH, Fe2O3, and AlOOH. Compared with Al/Fe mono-decorated biochar (ABC/FBC), AFBC exhibited superior phosphate removal performance in a wide pH range (pH 4.0–11.0). The adsorption behavior of AFBC was a spontaneous exothermic process, and conformed to the Langmuir and pseudo-second-order kinetic models. The adsorption mechanism was dominated by the electrostatic attraction and coordination between metal (hydrogen) oxide on biochar surface and phosphate. In the dynamic adsorption-desorption experiment, AFBC could reduce total phosphorus (TP) from 5.54 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L within 40 BV of actual rural wastewater. In addition, using phosphate-loaded AFBC as a soil conditioner promoted the growth of ryegrass, and it also provided an effective method to achieve bio-waste resource utilization and phosphorus reuse. Immunosenescence has been demonstrated to play an important role in tumor progression. However, there is lacking comprehensive analyses of immunosenescence-related pathways. Meanwhile, the sex disparities of immunosenescence in cancer are still poorly understood. In this study, we analyzed the multi-omics data of 12,836 tumor samples, including genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. We systematically identified immunosenescence pathways that were disordered across cancer types. The mutations and copy number variations of immunosenescence pathways were found to be more active in pan-cancer. We reconstructed the immunosenescence core pathways (ISC-pathways) to improve the ability of prognostic stratification in 33 cancer types. We also found the head and neck squamous carcinoma (HNSC) contained abundant sex-specific immunosenescence features and showed sex differences in survival. We found that OSI-027 was a potential sex-specific drug in HNSC tumors, which tended to be more effective in male HNSC by targeting the MTOR gene in the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway. In conclusion, our study provided a systematic understanding of immunosenescence pathways and revealed the global characteristics of immunosenescence in pan-cancer. Flower color is a key ornamental trait in plants. The petals of Gloriosa superba 'Rothschildiana' petals undergo a color transformation from yellow to red during their development, but the molecular mechanism of this process remains unexplored. This study examines the anthocyanin profiles and gene expression patterns of 'Rothschildiana' petals across four developmental stages: bud (S1), initial opening (S2), half opening (S3), and full opening stage (S4). A total of 59 anthocyanins were identified with significant increases in cyanidin-3,5-O-diglucoside, cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, pelargonidin-3-O-glucoside, and pelargonidin-3,5-O-diglucoside levels observed during petal maturation. Transcriptome analysis revealed 46 differentially expressed genes implicated in flavonoid and anthocyanin biosynthesis. Additionally, three gene modules were found to be associated with anthocyanin accumulation throughout flower development. Expression levels of genes associated with auxin, abscisic acid, brassinosteroid signaling, and transcription factors such as NACs and WRKYs underwent significant changes and exhibited strong correlations with several flavonoid and anthocyanin biosynthetic genes in these modules. Promoting the thermogenic capacity of brown/beige adipocytes is becoming a promising strategy to counteract obesity and related metabolic diseases. Inorganic pyrophosphatase 1 (PPA1) is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of PPi to Pi, and its presence is required for anabolism to take place in cells. Our previous study demonstrated the importance of PPA1 in maintaining adipose tissue function and whole-body metabolic homeostasis. In this study, we found that the expression of PPA1 was positively associated with the thermogenic capacity of brown/beige adipocytes. PPA1+/− mice exhibited less browning capacity in subcutaneous white adipose tissue compared to wild-type mice and also showed apparent cold intolerance. We found that decreased PPA1 abundance may lead to mitochondrial dysfunction and inhibited adipocyte browning both in vivo and in vitro. Furthermore, our study also revealed that PPA1 worked as a new target gene of nuclear respiratory factor 1 (NRF1), a major transcription regulator of mitochondrial biogenesis. Together, our findings indicated an essential role of PPA1 in mitochondrial function and browning in adipocytes and suggested PPA1 as a new therapeutic target for increasing thermogenesis to combat obesity and metabolic diseases. • Expression of PPA1 positively associated with the abundance of browning markers. • Reduced PPA1 expression in adipose tissue inhibited the browning process and thermogenic capacity in vivo. • Loss of PPA1 inhibited brown adipogenesis by impairing mitochondrial function. • PPA1 maintains mitochondrial function as a new target gene of NRF1 (nuclear respiratory factor 1). Conventional triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) usually use polymer as friction layers, because polymer usually has large electronegativity differences and reliable frictional recovery properties. In recent years, inorganic material-based TENG has drawn attention due to its much higher resistance to high-temperature aging, light aging, and fatigue resistance than polymer. However, the performance of TENG with aging has not been fully studied. In this work, pure inorganic TENG based on WS2 and ITO glass was prepared, achieving a short-current (ISC) of 0.3 μA and an open voltage (VOC) of 30 V in the dark. Particularly, the current output of the nanogenerator could be enhanced to 0.61 μA under illumination. In addition, accelerated aging experiments indicated that the inorganic nanogenerator had a good improvement in performance degradation compared to most conventional polymeric nanogenerators.
