Aeroengine parts are manufactured mostly from high-strength titanium alloys to meet aeroengine requirements, and shot peening is used to improve the fatigue life of such parts. Shot peening introduces compressive residual stress within the impact layer, and different shot-peening conditions produce different residual-stress fields. In this paper, the residual stress induced by shot peening is investigated. Different shot-peening parameters (air pressure, flow rate, nozzle speed, distance), paths, and sequences are planned for block and thin-plate specimens, and their effects on the consequent residual stress are investigated. The air pressure, flow rate, and nozzle speed have large effects on the residual stress, as do the shot-peening sequence and path, thereby providing technical support for the subsequent work of optimizing the residual stress after shot peening. From the perspective of the optimization design of rail-roader electric wheel,according to the working condition and load conditions of planetary gear,taking the volume,contact ratio,efficiency of NGW planetary gear transmission as the target function,optimization design of gear reducer is carried out based on the theory of reliability.The reliability of gear fatigue strength is combined within the constraint of optimization problem,the optimization parameters such as the minimum volume and quality of the machinery parts and components are obtained,the transmission efficiency remain before optimization level.By the optimization design of planetary gear reducer,the special requirements of rail-roader electric wheel are fulfilled.The reference forthe design of rail-roader provided.

Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an acquired autoimmune disease characterized by an immune mediated decrease in platelet number. Disturbance of CD4+ T‐cell homeostasis with simultaneous decrease of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) as well as unrestricted proliferation and activation of peripheral CD4+ effector T cells underpin the pathophysiology of ITP. Indirubin is an active ingredient of a traditional Chinese herb called Indigofera tinctoria L. which is clinically used for the treatment of ITP patients. Whether indirubin targets the Tregs/effector T cell‐axis to restore platelet number is unknown. In our in vitro studies, Indirubin could significantly enhance the number and function of Tregs and meanwhile dampen the activation of effector T cells in a dose‐dependent manner. Indirubin was observed to restore the expression of programmed cell‐death 1 (PD1) and phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) on the CD4+ T cells of ITP patients, leading to the subsequent attenuation of the AKT/mTOR pathway. Furthermore, these observations were recapitulated in an active murine model of ITP with a prominent platelet response. Thus, our results identified a potentially novel mechanism of the therapeutic action of indirubin in the treatment of ITP through regulating the homeostasis of CD4+ T cells in a PD1/PTEN/AKT signalling pathway. Purpose: To measure the corneoscleral limbus and anterior sclera parameters of normal Chinese adults by swept-source optical coherence tomography (OCT)., Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a total of 56 Chinese subjects with ametropia were evaluated in the Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from September 2020 to December 2020, including 26 (46.4%) men, with an average age of 24.7±1.8 years old. The OCT SS-1000 (CASIA, Tomey, Tokyo, Japan) was used to measure the sagittal height, corneoscleral junction (CSJ) angle, and scleral angle., Results: The chord was across the corneal center and the line connecting the center of the cornea and the center of the chord was perpendicular to the chord. The mean sagittal height at chord lengths of 10.0, 12.3, and 15.0 mm were 1,756±72, 2,658±110, and 3,676±155 μm, respectively. The absolute values of the differences between horizontal and vertical meridians at three chord lengths were 54±40, 70±67, and 117±95 μm, respectively. One-way analysis of variance showed that the differences of CSJ angles at 12.3-mm chord and scleral angles at 15.0-mm chord in the four segments were statistically significant ( F values were 32.01 and 13.37, respectively, both P <0.001). The CSJ angles from low to high were 176.53±2.14° (nasal), 178.66±1.84° (inferior), 179.13±1.20° (temporal), and 179.31±1.68° (superior), and 87.5% of the nasal angles were less than 179°. The scleral angles from high to low were 38.35±2.47° (temporal), 38.26±3.37° (superior), 35.37±3.10° (nasal), and 35.30±4.71° (inferior)., Conclusions: The morphology of corneoscleral limbus and anterior sclera is asymmetrical in normal Chinese adults. Primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is the most common acquired autoimmune bleeding disorder. Abnormally increased levels of High Mobility Group Box 1 (HMGB1) protein associate with thrombocytopenia and therapeutic outcome in ITP. Previous studies proposed that a natural inhibitor of HMGB1, 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid (18β-GA), could be used for its anti-inflammatory and immune-modulatory effects, although its ability to correct immune balance in ITP is unclear. In this study, we showed that plasma HMGB1 correlated negatively with platelet counts in ITP patients, and confirmed that 18β-GA stimulated the production of regulatory T cells (Treg), restored the balance of CD4+ T-cell subsets and enhanced the suppressive function of Treg through blocking the effect on HMGB1 in patients with ITP. HMGB1 short hairpin RNA interference masked the effect of 18β-GA in Treg of ITP patients. Furthermore, we found that 18β-GA alleviated thrombocytopenia in mice with ITP. Briefly, anti-CD61 immune-sensitized splenocytes were transferred into severe combined immunodeficient mice to induce a murine model of severe ITP. The proportion of circulating Treg increased significantly, while the level of plasma HMGB1 and serum antiplatelet antibodies decreased significantly in ITP mice along 18β-GA treatment. In addition, 18β-GA reduced phagocytic activity of macrophages towards platelets both in ITP patients and ITP mice. These results indicate that 18β-GA has the potential to restore immune balance in ITP via inhibition of HMGB1 signaling. In short, this study reveals the role of HMGB1 in ITP, which may serve as a potential target for thrombocytopenia therapy.
