Alloying heavy metals (HMs) has been an effective method for enhancing the efficiency of spin–orbit torque. In this study, we demonstrate that Pt100−xWx/Pt/Co/Ta multilayers still maintain perpendicular magnetic anisotropy after high-temperature annealing. Doping tungsten (W) into HM platinum (Pt) at the bottom of a Pt/Co/Ta multilayer significantly increases the spin Hall angle (θ S H ) and reduces the critical switching current density (Jc). The harmonic Hall test results show that the θ S H of the Pt88W12 alloy film is approximately 0.29, which is higher than that of the pure Pt film (0.15). The magnetization switching test reveals that the Jc of Pt94W6 alloy film is approximately 4.892 × 106 A/cm2, which is 51.9% lower than that of the pure Pt film. Photothermal elastomers are recognized as smart flexible materials that can rapidly and effectively convert light energy into heat energy. However, there has been a lack of adequate focus on tackling the sustainability challenges of photothermal elastomers, particularly in terms of material selection, the integration of complex functionalities, and final disposal. A fully bio‐derived photothermal elastomer (BPTE) produced through a simple and chemical‐free approach is introduced, utilizing alkali lignin, lipoic acid, and phytic acid as bio‐derived feedstocks. The BPTE exhibits an adaptive polymeric network crosslinked by dynamic covalent disulfide bonds and multiple hydrogen bonds, endowing it with dual‐mode photothermal conversion capability, robustness, stretchability, rapidly self‐healing property, hydrophobicity, swelling resistance, self‐adhesion, full recyclability, and degradability. The BPTE is further demonstrated as a next‐generation solution for photothermal generators, light‐driven actuators, photothermal antibacterial dressings, and photothermal fibers. The versatility of BPTE opens avenues for innovative smart devices and systems with significant potential in energy conversion, soft robotics, medical treatment, and smart clothing. With outstanding photothermal performances, full recyclability, and biodegradability, these fully bio‐based elastomers present an attractive prospect for the development of the advanced smart photothermal products. Objective: A robotic system was recently introduced to improve prosthetic alignment during total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The purpose of this multicenter, prospective, randomized controlled trial (RCT) was to determine whether robotic‐arm‐assisted TKA improves clinical and radiological outcomes when compared to conventional TKA. Methods: One hundred and thirty patients who underwent primary TKA were enrolled in this prospective, randomized controlled trial, which was conducted at three hospitals. Five patients were lost to follow‐up 6 weeks after surgery. Therefore, 125 participants (63 in the intervention group and 62 in the control group) remained in the final analysis. The primary outcome was the rate at which the mechanical axis of the femur deviated by less than 3° from the mechanical axis of the tibia. This was evaluated by full‐length weight‐bearing X‐rays of the lower limb 6 weeks postoperatively. Secondary outcomes included operation times, 6‐week postoperative functional outcomes evaluated by the American Knee Society score (KSS) and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index (WOMAC), short form‐36 (SF‐36) health survey results, and the occurrence of adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs). Results: At 6 weeks postoperatively, we found that the rate of radiographic inliers was significantly higher in the intervention group (78.7% vs 51.6%; p = 0.00; 95% confidence interval, 10.9% to 43.2%). The operation was significantly longer in the intervention group than in the control group (119.5 vs 85.0 min; p = 0.00). There were no significant differences in the 6‐week postoperative functional outcomes, SF‐36, AEs, and SAEs between the two groups. There were no AEs or SAEs that were determined to be "positively related" to the robotic system. Conclusion: Robotic‐arm‐assisted TKA is safe and effective, as demonstrated in this trial. The vast distribution, abundant reserves, and high combustion utilization rate of natural gas hydrate make it an appealing alternative energy source. Nevertheless, the special physical and mechanical properties of the hydrate production test area in the South China Sea have led to frequent geological disasters, requiring monitoring and early warning of potential geohazards. To facilitate this process, a model was established to determine the relationship between sediment resistivity and physical properties in this area. However, there is currently no suitable sediment resistivity inversion model for this region. We obtained an 8 m-long core sediment sample from the hydrate production test area in the South China Sea using a core sediment sampler aboard the research vessel "Marine Geology 6". Indoor geotechnical tests were conducted to determine the vertical variation characteristics of the sediment, and indoor resistivity tests were performed to obtain its resistivity vertical variation. Using empirical power function formulae, we established a relationship model between resistivity and physical properties, which we then compared with relevant data from nearby sea areas. This model lays the foundation for using in situ resistivity to invert the dynamic changes of sediment physical properties and promote the development of deep-sea engineering geology. Predicting the strength parameters of multi-type sediments containing hydrates is the basis and precondition for the safe and efficient development of natural gas hydrates. However, studies on the shear mechanical behavior and morphology of multi-type hydrate-bearing sediments (HBS) are still insufficient. Herein, this study presents an integrated test system that can be used to measure the interfacial strength and morphology of multi-type sediments containing hydrates. This device integrates specimen preparation, shear test, morphology observation, and data analysis, which is helpful to comprehensively evaluate interfacial strength, roughness, and morphology. The propagation and development characteristics of microfractures of HBS during shearing can be obtained, which is favorable for identifying the damage and failure modes. Preliminary validation experiments have been conducted on massive pure hydrate, hydrate–sediment interface, and homogenous HBS to verify the applicability of the device for multi-type HBS. The device and corresponding analysis method are expected to support the evaluation of interfacial strength and morphology, thereby promoting a deeper understanding of hydrate–sediment interactions and failure mechanisms of hydrate reservoirs. The posterior root tear of the medial meniscus has received increasing attention from scholars in recent years, with its incidence rate accounting for 10.1%–27.8% of all meniscal tears. A comprehensive search of eight databases was conducted to identify studies on the efficacy and negative consequences of arthroscopic medial collateral ligament release for medial meniscus damage. Data analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software, following a thorough assessment of the literature quality. A total of seven studies were included in this meta-analysis. Based on the data from these studies, there was no statistically significant difference between the test group and the control group in terms of Lysholm scores [standardized mean difference (SMD): 3.23; 95% confidence interval (CI): −1.61, 8.06; P = 0.191], IKDC scores (SMD: 0.42; 95% CI: −3.54, 4.37; P = 0.837), VAS scores (SMD: −0.48; 95% CI: −1.36, 0.40; P = 0.283), and operation time (SMD: −24.87; 95% CI: −41.68, −8.05; P < 0.01). According to Lysholm scores, IKDC scores, VAS scores, operation time, and adverse reactions, the findings of this research imply that arthroscopic medial collateral ligament release may be favorable to people who have medial meniscus injury. This study presents field tests on an energy pile embedded in cohesive soil and subjected to building loads. The effects of head restraints on the radial thermal responses of the pile were comparatively analyzed. The results reveal that the beam foundation provided poor insulation between the atmosphere and the near-surface soil layer. The radial thermal influence radii at the mid-depth of the energy pile ranged from 3.5D to 1.5D (D is the pile diameter) when operating from 24 h to 8 h daily. When additional mechanical loads were applied to the pile heads, the axial thermal strains decreased, and the radial thermal strains increased; the ratios of axial thermal strain to radial thermal strain decreased by 83% for piles embedded in clay/silty clay and by 18% for piles embedded in dense sand; the responses of radial and axial thermal stresses increased by 33% and 11%, respectively, for piles in clay/silty clay and by 11% and 48%, respectively, for piles in dense sand.
