The increased awareness of the impact of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and consumption of fossil fuels on the environment has led to world-wide research focused on sustainable transportation solutions. University campuses are one of the affected environments involved in this issue as a high dependency on private vehicles causes' traffic congestion in the campus area particularly during peak hours leading to concerns about parking especially for the established universities. Therefore, alternative transport solutions should be considered in minimizing the environmental consequences specifically within the campus area. This study aims to examine the extent of sustainable transportation practices implemented by a university campus in a developing country, Malaysia and Indonesia. A survey methodology was applied using self-administered questionnaires as the main technique of data collection. Both, UiTM Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia and Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia are selected as the sample study and the target observations are focused on the transportation pathway which includes transportation modes, passengers, terminal and parking space. The study is expected to enrich the existing sustainable model of Stakeholder Theory to deliver a more robust competency model to provide solutions in creating sustainable transportation in university campuses. Subsequently, the outcome would support Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030), Mid-term Review of the Eleventh Malaysia Plan [2016-2020], Indonesia's long-term development plan to phase IV period 2020-2025 through better adoption of low- carbon supply chain practices in order to reduce GHG emission. This is in line with Malaysia and Indonesia's commitment in being a key part of the global transition to a low-carbon, and eventually carbon- neutral society by 2050.

Food safety incidents have generated consumer concerns and impacted their purchasing decisions significantly. However, the precise ways these incidents affect consumers' choices and consequences for the food industry remain unclear. This study employs the PRISMA methodology to systematically review existing empirical and conceptual studies to address this gap. A comprehensive search of databases like Web of Science and Scopus using relevant keywords yields 42 pertinent articles after a thorough screening process. This review identifies four key variables influencing consumer behaviour regarding safe food. These variables encompass product features, perceptions of food safety, trust in food safety, and consumers' characteristics. These variables have collectively shaped consumer preferences for safe food and reflect the complex interplay of internal and external factors, including the role of supply chain actors in managing food safety incidents. The study contributes significantly to current knowledge by comprehensively understanding the factors guiding consumers toward safe food choices. It also introduces a foundational conceptual framework that can be further examined and validated in future research. Beyond academia, the research equips industry stakeholders with vital insights into consumer behaviour, enabling them to effectively formulate strategies that promote food safety and sustainability. Consequently, this study marks a crucial step toward enhancing food safety practices and consumer-centric approaches in the food industry, fostering a safer and more sustainable food environment. Purpose: Students must exercise self-regulation to enhance their academic performance, while concurrently addressing academic procrastination is imperative. Thus, this research endeavours to explore the influence of teacher support, learning motivation, and emotional intelligence on educational self-efficacy, educational self-regulation, and Academic Procrastination. Additionally, this study examines the mediating role of educational self-efficacy. Methodology: Employing a cross-sectional research design, data were collected from students enrolled in universities located in KSA via simple random sampling, yielding a usable response rate of 70.28%. Analysis of the gathered data was conducted using Smart PLS 4. Findings: The findings suggest that teacher support, learning motivation, and emotional intelligence significantly impact educational self-efficacy. Furthermore, educational self-efficacy strongly influences procrastination and self-regulation. The study confirms the statistically significant mediating effect of educational self-efficacy. The primary objective of this study was to examine the effects of environmental performance incentives, eco-friendly processes, green product innovation, ecofriendly customer pressure, and green innovation costs on the operational performance of the hotel industry. Additionally, the study also examined the moderating influence of green behavioural intention. In order to fulfil the objectives of the study, quantitative data was gathered from a sample of 284 employees employed in various manufacturing sector organisations in Saudi Arabia. This data was collected through the use of a survey questionnaire. The data that was gathered was subjected to analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, specifically employing regression analysis as a method for hypothesis testing. The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between various factors, namely environmental performance incentives, eco-friendly processes, green product innovation, eco-friendly customer pressure, and green innovation cost, and the operational performance of an organisation. Additionally, the findings of the study revealed that there is a moderating effect of green behavioural intention on the relationship between eco-friendly processes and operational performance, as well as between green innovation cost and operational performance. This study makes a valuable contribution to the existing body of knowledge by addressing the limited exploration and understanding of the implications of green operational practices in the services sector, specifically within the hotel industry. Furthermore, the examination of environmental performance incentives and green innovation costs as explanatory factors for the operational performance of the hotel industry has not been previously explored, rendering this study a significant contribution to the existing literature. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of selected environmental, situational and individual factors in the training transfer process. Design/methodology/approach: This study proposes and tests a framework via structural equation modelling by including supervisor and peer support, instrumentality and learner readiness on 503 Malaysian bank employees. It proposes a modified and improved scale for learner readiness previously developed by Holton "et al".. Findings: As hypothesized, supervisor and peer support increase the motivation level of the trainee to transfer the learned skills. The findings of this study will help researchers to resolve the conflict among past researchers about the role of peer and supervisor support in training transfer process. In addition, an improved scale of learner readiness is used and the result indicates a significant relationship between learner readiness and transfer motivation. Furthermore, this study explains the importance of intrinsic rewards and finds that intrinsic rewards make trainees retain more skills and learned skills are transferred to the work place. Practical implications: The findings of this research would be helpful for human resource development professionals to develop effective strategies in order to maximize the training transfer and effectively manage the training program. The findings of this research explained the role of stakeholders--trainers, trainees, supervisors, peers and top management--which will maximize the training transfer at the work place.
