This research work uses a High-Velocity Oxy Fuel (HVOF) system to create a cermet based WC-10Co reinforced with a durable Iron-based (FeNiCrMo) advanced composite coating to resist high-temperature sliding wear on an ASTM-SA213-T11 steel substrate. Metco 41C (70%) + WC-10Co (30%) were mechanically blended. Then, feedstock was utilized by the HVOF system to create coatings. The base alloy and the coatings were subjected to various metallurgical and mechanical characterizations. Dry sliding wear test of base alloy and coating, were evaluated using the pin-on-disc device. The test was performed by varying parameters of load 10 N and 20 N with variable temperature of 200 °C, 300 °C and ambient conditions. SEM/EDS and XRD techniques were used to examine the worn samples and to identify the formation of new phases during wear test. The wear characteristics pertaining to wear rate, volume loss, and COF were computed. The coating exhibits both intermetallic phases, such as Mo2C and Co3W3C, and challenging stages, such as Cr3C2, Ni3C, W2C, Fe2C, and SiC. There has been a resultant improvement in wear resistance and hardness of coating relative to the base alloy.

Infertility in bovines is a major cause of serious economic loss to the dairy farmers. A major reason for infertility is sub-clinical, retrograde uterine infections. Sub-clinical endometritis is endometrial inflammation without apparent clinical manifestation and usually without signs of infection. This condition may be due to uterine infections or an extended inflammatory period that exists after elimination of bacteria. At present, infertility treatment is mainly done with intrauterine antibacterials, antiseptics and less commonly by hormones. These days, the major problem faced by animal reproductive health workers is the multiple drug resistance pathogens because of the indiscriminate use of antibiotics.Therefore, a different approach for more effective treatment of subclinical endometritis with Lactobacilli and its role on the steroid hormone profile was studied. In the present study, estradiol-17 β values were lower in the sub-clinical endometritis affected cows. Whereas, intra-uterine administration of Lactobacillus bacteria caused significant increase in estradiol level in a cycle after treatment in cross- bred cows. Similarly, the circulating serum progesterone concentration was also found to be low in subclinical endometritis affected cows. These findings could be used for clinical and experimental interpretations. Further, the information on pulsatile release of gonadotropins and steroid hormones status, receptors and its control, the close relationship among hormones could be necessary for better understanding of the role of steroid hormones in sub-clinical uterine infections.

In order to realize the automatic detection system of electric sensor, a method based on sensor and nonlinear machine vision is proposed. Aiming at complex scenes and dynamic changes in target recognition and detection in large-scale industrial field, a target recognition and detection system based on the fusion of vision sensor and nonlinear machine vision is proposed. The system introduces nonlinear features and uses deep neural network to realize multi-scale analysis and recognition of image data on the basis of traditional machine vision. The system uses C++ language development and has a good user interface. The photoelectric sensor weld image is collected by machine vision technology, the target area of the image is detected by Gaussian model, the feature points of the target area are extracted by combining Hessian matrix, the extracted feature points are input into the quantum gate neural network model, and the recognition results are obtained. The simulation results show that the author’s method has the highest value among the three test indicators, with the highest accuracy rate of 97%, the highest recall rate of 98%, and the highest F1 value of 94. The time consumed by the author’s method for automatic identification of photoelectric sensor welding is within 6 s, the time spent on the film wall recognition method for automatic identification of photoelectric sensor welding is within 20 s, and the time spent by the feature extraction and identification method for automatic identification of photoelectric sensor weld is within 22 s. It has been proven that the method based on the fusion of sensors and nonlinear machine vision can achieve an automatic recognition and detection system for electrical sensor welds. The object detection and recognition method proposed in this article can be applied to dynamic changes and complex scenes in various complex backgrounds and has a good application prospect. The system proposed in this article has some limitations, such as the algorithm in the calculation accuracy, real-time, and other aspects that have room for improvement.

The demand for energy is a significant topic in both developing and developed nations. The need for energy is growing rapidly every day. Biodiesel is a viable alternative answer to this issue, hence it is vital to discover an environmentally friendly alternative solution. To compare the emissions and combustion behaviors while diesel engines employing with Pithecellobium dulce seed oil. As a catalyst, seed oil biodiesel that has been blended separately and mixed with nanoparticles of titanium oxide and aluminum oxide is employed. Transesterification was used to esterify Pithecellobium dulce Seed Oil. Then, for each nano substance, samples S1, S2, and S3 were generated using a sonication technique. The project's focus is on creating a substitute fuel for everyday use. Hydrocarbon‐based gasoline is currently a dependable fuel. Alternatives that are environmentally friendly, like biodiesel, should be taken into account. The main objective of this experiment is to determine the engine performance and emission parameters of diesel engines using mixes of diesel and biodiesel with nano additives. Background: In in vitro culture systems IGF-I was known to promote follicular maturation, granulosa cell proliferation and increase overall cellular function. The expression patterns of developmentally important markers for IGF-I are expressed differentially during the transition of preantral follicles to the ovulatory stage. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the influence of time specific addition of Insulin like growth factor-I (IGF-I) on in vitro development of sheep preantral follicles (PFs'). Methods: Mechanically isolated sheep preantral follicles were cultured for six days either in TCM 199B or standard medium supplemented with IGF-I at different points during the culture period and were subsequently subjected to in vitro maturation (IVM) for additional 24 hrs to evaluate different follicular development parameters. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is concluded that: 1) IGF-I supplementation was needed during early rather than later stages of culture period, therefore, role of IGF-I in time/stage specific manner in cultured preantral follicles is confirmed. 2) Supplementation of TCM 199B with IGF-I simultaneously for the first two days followed by TCM 199B alone without any growth factor (s) in later days (Treatment 1) supported better development of PFs' in vitro.
