In an increasingly advanced digital era, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) face new challenges and opportunities in enhancing their sales performance. The use of innovative technologies, such as ChatGPT and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), is key to improving operational efficiency and strengthening MSME competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the impact of integrating ChatGPT and CRM on MSME sales performance with operational efficiency as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach using SEM-PLS methodology to explore the relationships between relevant variables. The study was conducted on 100 MSMEs in Subang Regency, Indonesia, using an online questionnaire as the data collection tool. The findings indicate that the integration of ChatGPT and CRM significantly affects MSME sales performance in Subang Regency, with operational efficiency as a mediating variable. First, ChatGPT has been shown to have a significant positive impact on MSME sales performance. This technology facilitates the adoption of new technologies, enhances customer interaction, and enables better service personalization, which directly impacts increased sales volume, sales growth, and revenue. Second, effective CRM implementation also demonstrates a significant positive influence on MSME sales performance. Good customer data management, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty contribute to increased sales volume, sales growth, and revenue. Third, operational efficiency proves to play a significant mediating role in the relationship between ChatGPT and CRM integration and MSME sales performance. Improvements in operational efficiency through reduced processing times, optimized resource use, and cost reduction support increased sales volume, sales growth, and revenue.

Sugarcane is an essential commodity in Indonesia. However, climate change negatively affects the sugarcane production efficiency. This study aims to measure the technical efficiency of sugarcane farming using a bootstrap data envelopment analysis (DEA) approach, compare the efficiency of irrigated and rain-fed sugarcane farming, and determine the factors affecting the technical efficiency of sugarcane farming in East Java, Indonesia. Primary data were collected from 451 sugarcane farmers during the 2020–2021 planting season. The results indicate that the “bias-corrected” technical efficiency scores of the single- and double-bootstrap approach (0.624 and 0.561) were lower than that of conventional DEA (0.714). The efficiency score of irrigated sugarcane farms (0.593) was higher than that of rain-fed farms (0.529). Moreover, the farmers’ age, household size, dependency, farming experience, training, subsidies, crop diversification, and access to irrigation impacted sugarcane farming’s technical efficiency. Improvement of 1% in training, irrigation access, and subsidies increased the technical efficiency by 0.034, 0.032, and 0.030, respectively. This strategy is expected to enhance the productivity and technical efficiency and reduce the poverty in rural households in East Java.

This study aims to examine a model that integrates social cognitive theory and experiential learning theory in the context of using ChatGPT and entrepreneurship education to enhance students' entrepreneurial intention, considering the mediating role of innovative behaviour. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using SEM-PLS data analysis to explore the relationship between the relevant variable. Purposive sampling technique is used to select samples that meet specific criteria. The research sample consisted of 139 students in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, with data collected via an online questionnaire. The study results indicate that the use of ChatGPT, entrepreneurship education, and innovative behaviour positively and significantly influence students' entrepreneurial intentions, in line with social cognitive and experiential learning theory. Innovative behaviour also plays a significant role as a mediating variable. This research suggests that educational institutions can further optimize the use of technology, such as ChatGPT, in entrepreneurship curricula and provide more practical experiences to strengthen students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Background: Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (LBL) is a rare neoplasm which represents 1-2% of all Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphomas (NHLs). Objectives: To present challenges in diagnostic of a rare case in limited resources setting Case Presentation: A 36-year-old male came to Dr. Soetomo hospital with shortness of breath, facial edema and chest pain. Physical examination revealed a decreased breath sound and dull percussion in the right chest. CT scan showed solid mass 10.4 x 5.9 x 14.6 cm in the anterior - medius of mediastinum. Fine needle aspiration biopsy guided by CT scan showed the spread of lymphoid cells, big in size, anaplastic, rounded and hyperchromatic nuclei. Core biopsy showed diffuse and monotonous pattern of pleomorphic cells, round to oval and hyperchromatic nuclei. Immunostaining were positive for CD3 and Tdt, high Ki67 proliferation index 98%, and negative for CD20. Conclusion: T-LBL is a rare neoplasm, that generally occurs in adolescents and young adults, and is most common in males. It is an aggressive neoplasm, which can involve mediastinal mass and cause superior vena cava syndrome. Immunostaining would be positive for Tdt, and variably express CD1a, CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, and CD8. The prognosis was poor due to the aggressiveness and the relapse.

AbstractOur research explores the determinants of capital buffers in Indonesian Islamic banking, which is ranked 10th in the world. The explanatory variables consist of competition, profit loss sharing (PLS) financing, and bank-specific variables such as bank size, stability, total financing, efficiency and financing risk. All Islamic banks, 34 banks, are selected for the purpose of this study, covering from 2014 to 2020 and using quarterly data. The dynamic panel regression is employed and estimated using the bias-corrected least-squares dummy variable (LSDVC) that generates a more robust estimator than the widely used GMM method for the case of the small cross-section unit with the unbalanced panel. The findings evidently show that low competition discourages banks from having a high capital buffer. Stability, bank size and high financing default encourage banks to build up a high capital buffer. By contrast, PLS financing, total financing and operating inefficiency lower capital buffers. Interestingly, being a full-fledged Islamic bank gives more benefits than an Islamic bank window in building up a capital buffer. Our study has important implications for the Indonesian Financial Service Authority as a policymaker. Converting an Islamic bank window to a full-fledged Islamic bank through a spin-off policy must be implemented immediately according to Indonesian Islamic bank law no 23/2008 to encourage strong and sound Islamic banking in Indonesia.

AbstractBackground Utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) in chatbots, especially for chronic diseases, has become increasingly prevalent. These AI-powered chatbots serve as crucial tools for enhancing patient communication, addressing the rising prevalence of chronic conditions, and meeting the growing demand for supportive healthcare applications. However, there is a notable gap in comprehensive reviews evaluating the impact of AI-powered chatbot interventions in healthcare within academic literature. This study aimed to assess user satisfaction, intervention efficacy, and the specific characteristics and AI architectures of chatbot systems designed for chronic diseases.Method A thorough exploration of the existing literature was undertaken by employing diverse databases such as PubMed MEDLINE, CINAHL, EMBASE, PsycINFO, ACM Digital Library and Scopus. The studies incorporated in this analysis encompassed primary research that employed chatbots or other forms of AI architecture in the context of preventing, treating or rehabilitating chronic diseases. The assessment of bias risk was conducted using Risk of 2.0 Tools.Results Seven hundred and eighty-four results were obtained, and subsequently, eight studies were found to align with the inclusion criteria. The intervention methods encompassed health education (n = 3), behaviour change theory (n = 1), stress and coping (n = 1), cognitive behavioural therapy (n = 2) and self-care behaviour (n = 1). The research provided valuable insights into the effectiveness and user-friendliness of AI-powered chatbots in handling various chronic conditions. Overall, users showed favourable acceptance of these chatbots for self-managing chronic illnesses.Conclusions The reviewed studies suggest promising acceptance of AI-powered chatbots for self-managing chronic conditions. However, limited evidence on their efficacy due to insufficient technical documentation calls for future studies to provide detailed descriptions and prioritize patient safety. These chatbots employ natural language processing and multimodal interaction. Subsequent research should focus on evidence-based evaluations, facilitating comparisons across diverse chronic health conditions.

The productivity of cassava in acid dryland is generally still low. Fertilization, land amelioration, and superior varieties are the main solutions for increasing cassava productivity. This research aimed to determine the response of high-yielding varieties and fertilization technology packages to the growth and yield of cassava in acid dryland of Sukaharja Village, Warung Kiara District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The contents of organic carbon, nitrogen, and magnesium of the soil is below the minimum threshold, so the application of N fertilizer, organic matter, and ameliorant is expected to increase plant growth. The research consisted of two treatment factors: two cassava varieties and three fertilization technologies. The treatments were arranged in a completely randomized split-plot experimental design with three replications with variety as the main plot and fertilization technology package as the subplots. The treatment effect was observed on the character of plant height, wet biomass weight, stem diameter, number of tubers, tuber length, tuber diameter, tuber weight (large and small) per plant, and tuber yield per plot to be converted per ha. Tuber quality was observed by observing water content, percent dry matter, and starch yield. The results showed that the fertilization technology package increased plant height, fresh biomass weight, stem diameter, large tuber weight per plant, and yield per hectare in both varieties. Differences in varieties and fertilization technology packages have no effect on starch levels.

The Indonesian government has implemented a tax on electronic system trading transactions (PMSE) with Law Number 2 of 2020. Business actors appointed as Electronic System Trading Implementers (PPMSE) face various problems. This study aims to explore the role of e-commerce platforms in the collection of Value Added Tax (VAT) and the problems faced by PPSME subjects in VAT collection activities. This study uses a normative juridical method with an analytical descriptive approach and employs a qualitative approach to systematically provide and describe regulations based on legislation, the relationship between legislation and legal issues. The research findings indicate that e-commerce platform provider companies are responsible for imposing VAT on transactions within the Customs area.

Introduction: Ovarian cancer is still a major health problem in Indonesia. development of breast cancer gene-related personalized medicine to increase the survival outcome of epithelial ovarian cancer patients in Indonesia is expected to be achieved. This research aims to evaluate the impact of pathogenic breast cancer gene 1 and breast cancer gene 2 tumor mutation on high-grade serous epithelial ovarian cancer survival outcome. Methods: This study is an observational analytic study, using a historical cohort study design. A total of 68 from 144 patients diagnosed with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics 2014 stage IIB-IV high-grade serous epithelial ovarian cancer between January 1st, 2015 until March 31st, 2021, at three centers in Jakarta. Next-generation sequencing tumor breast cancer gene 1 and breast cancer gene 2 testing and were included in this cohort historical study. We compared patient’s overall survival outcomes, according to pathogenic breast cancer gene 1 and breast cancer gene 2 tumor mutational status. Clinicopathological characteristic factors that might affect patient’s survival outcomes were also investigated. Results: In the group of individuals with pathogenic breast cancer gene 1 and breast cancer gene 2 tumour mutations, the risk of death was significantly lower by 86% (adjusted RR 0.149; 95% CI: 0.046–0.475; p -value = 0.001), and the median survival time was significantly better (median 46 months; 95% CI: 34.009–57.991; p -value = 0.001) compared to the group without pathogenic breast cancer gene 1 and breast cancer gene 2 tumor mutations (median 23 months; 95% CI: 15.657–30.343; p -value = 0.001). The multivariate analysis revealed that the presence of a pathogenic breast cancer gene 1 and breast cancer gene 2 tumor mutation is an independent and positive prognostic factor for survival outcome. The adjusted relative risk was 0.149, with a 95% CI of 0.046–0.475, p -value = 0.001. Conclusions: In high-grade serous ovarian cancer patients, the pathogenic breast cancer gene 1 and breast cancer gene 2 tumor mutations group have a better prognosis with longer survival outcomes than those without pathogenic breast cancer gene 1 and breast cancer gene 2 tumor mutations.

Bark plastic composite is a composite wood board consisting of a plastic matrix and bark in the form of powder or fibers as a filler. This research aimed to determine the influence of ratio and particle size on the characteristics of the composite made of Gmelina bark mixed with recycled polypropylene. Bark plastic composites were made with variations in powder: plastic ratio, namely 40:60% (P60), 30:70% (P70), 20:80% (P80), and 0:100% (P100), as well as variations in filler particle size, namely 40 to 60 mesh (M40), 60 to 80 mesh (M60), and 80 to 100 mesh (M80). Maleic anhydride (MAH) as a compatibilizer was added at 5% of the matrix's weight. The reference testing standards were JIS A 5908:2003 and SNI 03-2105-2006. In the physical property testing, including density, moisture content, water absorption, and thickness swelling, all boards with different treatments met the standards. In the modulus of elasticity (MOE) testing, none of the boards with different treatments met the standards, while in the internal bond testing, all boards with different treatments met the standards. As for the modulus of rupture (MOR) testing, hardness, and screw-holding power, some samples met both standards. The M40P80 treatment produced the best bark plastic composite.

Pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Namun dalam pemanfaatannya, model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving masih minim digunakan oleh guru pada proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Creative Problem Solving berusaha mengaitkan konten mata pelajaran dengan situasi dunia nyata dan memotivasi siswa, menghubungkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa serta diperkuat dengan peningkatan kreativitas. Ketika dihadapkan dengan situasi masalah, siswa dapat melakukan keterampilan pemecahan masalah untuk memilih dan mengembangkan tanggapannya. Proses belajar tidak hanya dengan cara menghapal tanpa berpikir, karena keterampilan memecahkan masalah memperluas proses berpikir. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan percobaan factorial design 2 x 2 dan teknik analisis varian (ANOVA) dua jalur untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Kemudian untuk mengkonfirmasi hasil pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan pendekatan mixed method dimana proses pembelajaran dengan model CPS dilakukan triangulasi konkuren untuk memastikan tahapan pembelajaran yang mana yang berkontribusi terhadap hasil belajar. Selanjutnya hasil belajar juga dilakukan triangulasi konkuren untuk mengetahui dampaknya terhadap keberlangsungan keterampilan belajar peserta didik. Percobaan penelitian ini dengan memperhatikan kemungkinan adanya variabel moderator yang mempengaruhi perlakuan (variabel bebas) terhadap hasil (variabel terikat).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan model Creative Problem Solving berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi redoks (sig = 0,001 < 0.05). Self efficacy peserta didik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi redoks (sig = 0,001 < 0.05). Kemudian terdapat interaksi antara model Creative Problem Solving dan self efficacy terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada materi redoks (sig = 0,027 < 0.05).

Implementing society empowerment models is crucial for addressing micro-level problems where government services often fall short. Despite evidence that social capital significantly contributes to development and poverty reduction, there remains a gap in understanding specific strategies and outcomes of social capital-based empowerment initiatives. This study aims to fill this gap by investigating the unique learning concept of Pesantren Rakyat Sumberpucung (PRS), which emphasizes low- cost, independent, flexible, and mutual assistance principles. Utilizing framework which includes structural opportunity to meet, know-how of social interaction, sense of belonging, and ethos of mutuality, this study employed qualitative research design. Data were gathered through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with village-level stakeholders, in-depth interviews and focus group discussion. The results indicate that the integrative model known as "Pancarukun," which includes initiatives such as Jagong Mathon, Celengan, Ngaji Ngluruk, Lumbung Pesantren Rakyat, and Fatehahan, effectively strengthens socio-cultural-religious networks, fostering harmony and cooperation between PRS and the community. These strategies have successfully promoted a spirit of togetherness and consistent collaboration. In conclusion, PRS’s approach demonstrates the potential of integrative community-based strategies to address diverse problems across sectors such as economy, agriculture, education, and culture. By leveraging social capital, PRS has created a sustainable model of community empowerment that can serve as a blueprint for similar initiatives.

Abstract The understanding of students, their learning methods, and cognitive characteristics are important aspects of classroom learning management. Fractional math problems require reasoning and mathematical logic, so to complete the gap in previous research, namely how types of intelligence form patterns of student thought processes, this study examines the level of student understanding and problem-solving strategies for fractions based on STIFin intelligence characteristics. This research uses a mixed-method approach in data collection. The research instrument uses the Fraction Sense Test (FST) and interviews and STIFin tests. The study involved 16 fourth-grade students of SD 47 Kota Jambi. The results showed that students with the thinking intelligence type scored the highest compared to sensing, intuiting, and feeling. Furthermore, there are four strategies students use in developing problem-solving strategies for fractions: (1) comparing fractions using other simple benchmark fractions like ½, (2) comparing fractions based on the denominator and numerator, (3) creating a fraction representation in the form of flat shapes to understand and compare fractions.

This research aims to determine the improvement in the performance of Sahabat Yatim Indonesia (SYI) Yogyakarta Branch employees by increasing the amount of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) received. This research is qualitative, with data sources in the form of primary and secondary data. The method used in collecting data was interviewing and looking at the financial reports held by the SYI Yogyakarta branch. There were seven interview informants, including branch heads and employees of the SYI Yogyakarta branch. The validity of the data was tested using the source triangulation method. This research uses data analysis techniques, such as data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research find that the strategy to improve employee performance carried out by the SYI Yogyakarta branch has gone according to plan; this is realized through measurable implementation and supervision through monitoring and evaluation. The strategy to increase ZIS revenues has also been running well. The increase in ZIS proves that this is accepted every month. The theoretical implications of this research can be helpful as a reference for further research on a similar theme. The practical implication of this research is that the SYI Yogyakarta branch can maintain employee performance in increasing ZIS acquisition. The leadership of the SYI Yogyakarta branch can provide policies for distributing employee performance according to employee duties and functions so that employee performance can run better by the organizational structure of the SYI Yogyakarta branch.

Pendahuluan : Prevelensi kejadian hipertensi pada lanjut usia (lansia) terus mengalami peningkatan baik secara global maupun nasional. Hipertensi pada lansia apabila tidak di atasi dengan baik tentunya dapat menimbulkan beberapa komplikasi mulai dari penyakit jantung hingga storke dan kematian. Tekanan darah yang tidak stabil (fuktuatif) merupakan salah satu efek negatif dari proses penuaan pada lansia, maka dari itu, perlu adanya upaya pengendalian tekanan dara. Salah satu terapi yang dapat digunakaan dalam mengendalikan tekanan darah yakni terapi farmakologi dan non-farmokologi. Efek yang ditimbulkan oleh farmakologi dapat mempengaruhi konsekuensi negatif lansia, maka dari itu dikembangkanlah terapi berbasis non-farmakologi yakni terapi relaksasi benson. Kelebihan terapi relaksasi benson ini selain dapat menstabilkan tekanan darah, terapi relaksasi benson juga dilakukan dengan mudah dan dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja dan kapan saja, serta tidak membutuhkan waktu dan biaya. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh relaksasi benson terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-ekperimental dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-post test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 08-21 Juni 2023. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat korban bencana pasca banjir dengan jumlah sampel 50 responden. Hasil hasil penelitian Rata-rata nilai tekanan darah sistolik sesudah dilakukaan intervensi didapatkan median 162.00 mmHg dengan nilai standar deviasi 10.48. Health workers’ awareness can affect hospital fall prevention success. Enhancing awareness can be achieved by exploring their perspectives on the phenomenon. This study aims to explore health workers’ perceptions regarding fall risk prevention in hospitals. This study employed qualitative methods using photovoice. The participants were 20 health workers. The data collection was done within several steps, such as (1) The photographs of fall prevention were collected at 5 different hospitals within 3 months; (2) 20 photos were selected to be shown in the photo exhibition; (3) Participants were asked to reflect on the meaning of the photographs during photo exhibition, individually through Google Form and interview using SHOWED guidelines. This study identified 4 themes, including (1) the importance of fall risk identification, including environmental and physiological identification and the use of the appropriate assessment instrument based on age range; (2) the role of family and patient education, but does not guarantee that those who are educated have better attention; (3) involvement of nonhealthcare workers, such as security guide's contribution to identify patients; (4) application of fall protection and signs is crucial stuff to be applied in an appropriate way to prevent patients from falls. Health workers encountered both positive and negative aspects related to fall prevention strategies in hospital settings. Health workers’ perspectives can be considered by stakeholders to help improve hospital fall prevention regulations.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional quotient, competence, and independence, by involving auditor integrity as a moderating influence on audit quality. Methodology/approach: The population in this study consists of all levels of auditors working in Public Accounting Firms in the cities of Malang and Surabaya. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 98 respondents. This study used primary data collected through questionnaire distribution. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4. Findings: The results of this study indicate that auditor competence and independence have a positive effect on audit quality. Meanwhile, the auditor's emotional quotient does not affect on audit quality. Auditor integrity as a moderating in this study can strengthen the relationship between emotional quotient, competence, and independence on audit quality among auditors in the cities of Malang and Surabaya. Practical and Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study can provide practical guidelines for auditors in Public Accounting Firms in evaluating policies or performance that can be done to maintain and enhance the quality of their audit results, as well as to maintain public trust. Thus, through continuous improvement in audit quality, clients can make informed decisions based on reliable, trustworthy financial reports produced by auditors. Additionally, this research can explain existing theories into a phenomenon, namely Heider's attribution theory (1958) and Jensen and Meckling's agency theory (1976), and provide empirical evidence regarding factors influencing audit quality. Research Limitation: This study utilized a Google Form link to distribute questionnaires to respondents who were inaccessible. This resulted in less direct knowledge of to whom the questionnaire was distributed and how many questionnaires were distributed.

Cutinase is an enzyme that can be used as a catalyst in the hydrolysis reaction of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) waste into terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol. Generally, cutinase has low stability in its free form. Therefore, to increase cutinase stability, cutinase needs to be immobilized. In this study, cutinase was immobilized into a sea sand matrix by adsorption technique. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum conditions of PET hydrolysis (pH, temperature, and incubation time), and to study the ability of immobilized cutinase for catalytic degradation of PET. The results show that immobilized cutinase has optimum conditions at pH 8, temperature of 50 °C, and incubation time of 24 hrs. Moreover, the immobilized cutinase can be used for up to three cycles with a residual activity percentage of 66.2% and an activity value of 23.224 nmol. g-1. min-1. The total enzyme activity of immobilized cutinase after being used in three cycles was 89.99 nmol. g-1. min-1 or 28.6% of its free enzyme activity.

Background: Circumcision using the Super Ring method requires removing the ring after the wound is dry by treating used the principle of moisture. Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the difference in the effectiveness of removing the Modern Super Ring Circumcision Device with Olive Drops and Aloe vera Ointment treatment. Method: The research design used Pre-Experimental with a post test only approach, used Accidental Sampling with a research sample of 32 respondents and tested using the Mann Whitney test. The majority of 14 respondents (87.4%) removed the circumcision ring with aloe vera ointment treatment in less than 10 days, while the majority of 15 respondents (93.7%) received circumcision ring removal with olive drops in more than 10 days. Results: The results of the Mann Whitney Test obtained a p value of 0.000, indicating that there was a significant difference, aloe vera ointment showed that the average time required to remove the Circumcision Ring was faster than olive drops. Conclusion: Aloe vera ointment made the wound environment more moist, thereby speeding up the wound healing process.

Meatballs are a popular food in Indonesia. Vegetable meatballs (VM) are not as popular as meatballs. The utilization of soy protein isolate (SPI) in vegetable meatballs is expected to improve the functional quality of the meatballs. SPI is useful as a source of essential amino acids the body needs. SPI acts as a binder and gelling agent during processing and improves emulsion stability. This study aims to investigate the use of soy protein isolate in making vegetable meatballs (VM) and its effect on sensory and characteristic properties. The treatment material in this study was the use of SPI in meatball dough as a substitute for meat. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of five treatments, namely the ratio of tapioca flour and SPI with treatments (VM0) 100:0%, (VM1) 80:20%, (VM2) 70:30%, (VM3) 60:40% and (VM4) 50:50% and analyzed triplicate. The investigated parameters of this investigation were: volume, weight, bulk density, cooking yield, water retention, proximate, and sensory evaluation. The results showed that using SPI 30% by weight of starch gave the best results. The value of the volume expansion ratio is 1.52 ml/ml, water reabsorption is 308.20%, bulk density is 0.64 g/ml, cooking yield is 218.84 %, and moisture retention is 227.54%. Crude protein content 29.417%. The preference score of vegetable meatballs is quite good, which is between 4 to 4.5 for color, aroma, and elasticity, while for taste and aroma, it is an average of 3.5. Although it is still lower than meatballs, vegetable meatballs provide a choice of healthy meatballs. It is expected that the results of this study will be able to produce VM that contains high vegetable protein and lower prices.

Purpose: This paper aims to develop a coffee supply chain traceability system based on Blockchain (BC) and Machine Learning (ML) with the aim of ensuring the quality of coffee beans production. BC functions to ensure supply chain performance, while the ML model ensures product quality. Design/methodology/approach: Smart Contracts will be built on the Ethereum Virtual Machine BC network based on Ethereum. The ML model to identify good and bad green coffee beans will be built using different YOLO algorithms, which will go through training and validation stages, namely using the k-fold cross validation method. The ML model algorithm is based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) using YOLOv5m, YOLOv6m and YOLOv7. The best model will be chosen based on the results of cross-validation with test data in the form of coffee image data that the model has never seen (unseen data). The whole process of building the ML model is done on the Google Collab Pro+ Virtual Machine. Findings: YOLOv5m outperformed the other models in both non-augmented and augmented training datasets, highlighting the proficiency of YOLOv5m in managing compact datasets and its resilience in the face of data augmentation, positioning it as a prime selection for quality discernment tasks within the realm of green coffee beans. The smart contracts offer an all-encompassing approach for user management, monitoring product status, and presenting traceability data within the framework of coffee plantation administration. Originality/value: This research contributes to the development of blockchain network as a solution to implement traceability systems along coffee supply chains in Indonesia. Moreover, it shows that while blockchain can ensure the process of production along the coffee supply to follow certain guidelines, machine learning can verify whether the product that was produced by utilizing BC is of high quality/acceptable.

Research on the influence of family, church, and school education on the character of Christian children towards a Golden Indonesia 2045, aims to measure how strong the influence of education from the three institutions is. The research was conducted on students at Erenos Junior High School, South Tangerang, with a total of 151 students. The research method was quantitative, using a different test approach, determining the number of samples using the Slovin method. The research results showed that the influence of family education on the character of Christian children was 0.615, church education on the character of Christian children was 0.637, and school education on the character of Christian children was 0.573, all in the strong category. Together, the influence of family, church, and school education on the character of Christian children is 0.630, balanced and equally strong. Christian religious education as a basis for forming strong character will make students have a strong Christ character, to ward off the phenomenon of moral decline. A strong Christian character will equip children to meet the success of Golden Indonesia 2045 and support the success of the Indonesian nation in reaping the Demographic Bonus

This research uses the Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) method to identify knowledge trends in beliefs about the nature of mathematics, learning, and learning mathematics and identify new development opportunities for further research. The Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) method is the initial stage for selecting primary sources in a literature study. The Scopus database was used for SMS, then 171 articles were found ready for further analysis. The results show that mathematical belief has become a current research trend. The keywords are "beliefs." The new trending keyword is "pre-service teachers." The thematic map shows thirteen clusters, where the motivation, pre-service mathematics teachers, mathematics education, beliefs, and attitudes clusters are the motor themes currently a global challenge. This means there are still great opportunities to research this theme to complete the knowledge puzzle. In closing, 41 articles are primary articles related to this theme. Three of them, namely articles from Stipek et al. (2001), Beswick (2012), and Felbrich et al. (2012), can be seen as primary references.

This study aims to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship education and social media use on students' entrepreneurial interest using the Theory of Planned Behaviour and Social Media Use Theory approaches. This study used a survey method with a quantitative research approach, involving 139 student respondents from Semarang City, Indonesia, through an online questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used were Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicated a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurship education, social media, and students' entrepreneurial intention. Thus, based on the principles of the Theory of Planned Behaviour and Social Media Use Theory, entrepreneurship education provided understanding, skills, and support to consider self-employment as a career. In contrast, social media provides access to information, social interaction, motivation, role model influence, and norms that support entrepreneurship, creating an ecosystem that supports students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Jeruju (Acanthus ilicifolius) leaves ethanol extract contains flavonoids that function as an antiinflammatory source. So it is necessary to research to increase the utilization of ethanol extract of Acanthus ilicifolius leaves (A. ilicifolius L.) in encapsulations to increase the stability of antiinflammatory chemical compounds. Concentrated dyestuff extracts are often unstable, so they need to be converted into solid form, and one technique that can be done is encapsulation. Encapsulation aims to protect sensitive components of the material and reduce the degradation of active compounds in the material. The research method begins with preparing samples to be extracted with ethanol solvent, extract phytochemical screening tests, validation determination tests for the analysis method of ethanol extract levels of jeruju leaves, encapsulated formulations, encapsulated physics and chemical properties test and anti-inflammatory tests. In this research, the secondary metabolite compounds contained in the ethanol extract of Jeruju Leaves were flavonoids, phenolics, steroids, and saponins. The determination of the validation of the analysis method of ethanol extract levels of jeruju leaves was obtained by measurement using a UV-vis spectrophotometer and obtained extract levels of 1367,831 mg/g. This research used maltodextrin coating material for encapsulation formulation because it has low viscosity in many ratios, high solubility, has no taste. The freeze-dryer method was used in this study because it produces better drying quality than other drying methods. The physical property test was carried out by analysis using FTIR and SEM while the chemical properties of encapsulation obtained the highest yield proportion of 58.81%, and the highest solubility proportion of 98.76%. Anti-inflammatory testing is carried out using male mice as test animals. Anti-inflammatory testing in mice based on the Rat hind paw oedema method. The average percent inhibition of each dose administered is calculated based on the data results. The high average percent inhibition obtained for Diclofenac Na is 80%. In the research Encapsule 1:12, the 120 mg/KgBW dose had a significant percentage of inhibition of 75.55%, with Na Diclofenac dose of 10 mg/KgBW being 80%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengendalian pembayaran angsuran agar selalu tepat waktu di KSPPS Yaumi Maziyah Assa’adah Pati sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah di tentukan. Juga untuk mengetahui seberapa respon anggota dalam menerima program ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terhadap responden, observasi pada lingkungan kerja responden dan informan serta dokumentasi yang terdapat di kantor KSPPS Yaumi Maziyah Assa’adah. Responden melibatkan karyawan KSPPS Yaumi Maziyah Assa’adah bagian pelayanan pembiayaan dan informan melibatkan anggota pembiayaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan diantaranya, pertama pemberian bonus angsuran tepat waktu adalah upaya lembaga untuk mengendalikan angsuran dari anggota pembiayaan. Kedua pemberian bonus angsuran tepat waktu adalah media untuk komunikasi dan menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan anggota. Ketiga pemberian bonus angsuran tepat waktu sebagai upaya meningkatkan pendapatan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota.

Intrauterine device is a widely used contraceptive method. However, it may translocate to other sites within the pelvic cavity, including the intestines and the bladder. This contraceptive method has failure rate between 1 and 3 out of 100 women/year. The use of intrauterine device also slightly increases the risk of ectopic pregnancy upon its failure. The combination of intrauterine device translocation and contraceptive failure is rare. We present such a case. A 29-year-old woman (Gravida 4, Para 2) presented with a complaint of abdominal pain and presence of blood spotting over the last 7 h. She tested positive for pregnancy. Upon arrival, her vital signs were normal, but she was moderately obese with a body mass index (BMI) of 38.8 kg/m 2 . She displayed tenderness during abdominal examination and cervical motion tenderness. Her blood test results showed no significant abnormalities. Abdominal ultrasound revealed a translocated part of intrauterine device to the cervix and transvaginal ultrasound confirmed the presence of a hypoechoic complex structure in the left adnexa, measuring 53 mm, alongside free fluid in Morrison’s pouch. An emergency laparotomy was performed, revealing a normal uterus and a ruptured left fallopian tube with approximately 800 cc of blood in the abdomen.

Locus of control (LoC) is an individual's belief in the control of events that can be caused by factors within the individual (internal LoC) and/or factors from outside the individual (external LoC). This study aims to examine the effect of auditor’s independence and professional skepticism on audit quality and find out the role of locus of control (LoC) in moderating the effect of auditor’s independence and professional skepticism on audit quality. An online survey is conducted on 67 respondents (auditors) working at the Big-Four Accounting Firms. This research is a quantitative research with the aim to test the hypotheses. The method used to quantify data is to give weight or attributes in the form of numbers to the data so that it can be processed using modeling and quantitative tools. The results show that auditor’s independence and professional skepticism have a positive effect on audit quality. Internal locus of control strengthens the effect of auditor’s independence and professional skepticism on audit quality. Conversely, the external locus of control weakens the effect of auditor’s independence and professional skepticism on audit quality. The results of this study indicate that auditors often face external pressure during the audit process, which has negative consequences for the quality of audited financial reports.

This paper discusses the development of utilization of zakat and waqf funds managed by the Al-Qur'an Waqf Agency (BWA) in order to help the community, especially on remote islands and remote areas during a pandemic. The purpose of this paper was to get an overview of the development of forms of utilization of zakat and waqf funds by BWA in helping the community. This paper belonged to the field of research on Islamic law and social institutions with a qualitative type of research. Data was collected through interviews and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study stated that BWA developed forms of utilization of zakat and waqf in the health, religious and socio-economic sectors, by creating the Against Covid-19 Strengthen Indonesia program. The old programs were still a priority, such as several waqf programs and Peer to Peer Zakat. The conclusion of this paper was that the development carried out by BWA in utilizing zakat and waqf was carried out by analyzing the current pandemic situation. They remain focused on the old program while opening humanitarian services for people affected by Covid-19 on remote and inland islands.

The background of this research is the observation of class IV teachers at SDN 1 Lengkong, Nganjuk Regency. In the teaching and learning process, the teacher does not use learning media and is only fixated on textbooks as the only source of teaching and learning so that students tend to have difficulty understanding the material taught by the class teacher. The formulation of the research problem: How is the validity, practicality, effectiveness of articulate storyline-based interactive multimedia for material on ethnic and cultural diversity in Indonesia in class IV students at SDN 1 Lengkong? In this study using the type of research and development (Research and Development). The model used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) developed by Sugiyono. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SDN 1 Lengkong. The results of the study (1) The results of the validation of media experts obtained a percentage of 84.5% and material experts 95%. The average level of validity score is 90%, it can be stated that it is very valid. (2) The results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 94% and the teacher's response questionnaire was 86%. The average level of practicality gets a score of 90%, it can be stated that it is very practical. (3) The results of limited trials obtained a percentage of 84% and 87% of wide trials. The average level of effectiveness gets a score of 85.5%, so it can be stated that it is very significant. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Model yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono. Subjek peneliian ialah siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Lengkong. Hasil dari penelitian (1) Hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh presentase 84,5% dan ahli materi 95%. Rata-rata tingkat kevalidan skor 90%, dapat dinyatakan sangat valid. (2) Hasil angket respon siswa diperoleh presentase 94% dan angket respon guru 86%. Rata-rata tingkat kepraktisan mendapatkan skor 90%, dapat dinyatakan sangat praktis. (3) Hasil uji coba terbatas diperoleh presentase 84% dan uji coba luas 87%. Rata-rata tingkat keefektifan mendapatkan skor sebesar 85,5%, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa sangat signifikan. Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) and laminated veneer board (LVB) panels from jabon wood (Neolamarckia cadamba) were impregnated with fire retardation substances, namely diammonium phosphate (DAP) and sodium silicate (SS). Prior to testing, the boards were conditioned in relative humidity (RH) of 65% and a temperature of 25 °C. The moisture content (MC), bending strength tests in flat wise position, and bonding tests were conducted in accordance with the Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS:2008). Density tests and hardness tests were conducted in accordance with ASTM D143 standard (2003) in 50 mm x 50 mm. Thickness-swell shrinkage tests were conducted in accordance with the standard BS EN 317:1993, and fire resistance was tested under PS 1-19 standard. The use of 20% DAP and SS solution on jabon wood using impregnation methods affected some of the properties of the panels, especially the moisture content, density, and bonding strength of LVL and LVB compared to the control panels. Both DAP and SS impregnation increased the density. The treatments showed promise for resisting fire, as well as increasing the moisture content and increasing the density compared to the control.

This study analyzed the diversity of physical properties and mechanical properties of white jabon (Neolamarckia cadamba (Roxb.) Bosser) from various locations and ecological conditions in West Java and Banten Indonesia. White jabon wood samples were taken from 8 locations in West Java and the Banten region. Tree ages ranged from 5 to 6 years. This wood was then tested to compare physical characteristics (density or specific gravity) and mechanical characteristics (modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE)). The results showed that wood density ranged from 0.29 to 0.43 g.cm-3, MOR ranged from 361 to 641 kg.cm-2, and MOE ranged from 31,117 to 58,910 kg.cm-2. The highest density average (0.43 ± 0.004 g.cm-3) was produced from Cianjur, and the lowest density average (0.29 ± 0.010 g.cm-3) was from Tanjungsari Sumedang. Environmental factors (precipitation and altitude) affect the density of wood. Separately, rainfall has a low effect and a negative relationship to jabon wood density, while altitude has a high influence and a negative relationship to jabon wood density. Andosol soil types tend to produce low density wood.

This research was motivated by the lack of learning media used by teachers when delivering material. The solution to overcome this problem is to use learning video media. The aims of this research are (1) To find out how the use of water cycle video learning media affects the understanding of class V students at SDN Tarokan 3 in the experimental class, (2) To find out how learning without using learning media affects the understanding of class V students at SDN Tarokan 3 in the control class , (3) To determine the difference between the use of water cycle video learning media and without the use of media on the understanding of class V students at SDN Tarokan 3 regarding the water cycle material. This research is a type of quantitative research with experimental techniques. The conclusion of this research is that the water cycle video learning media has a greater role in increasing students' understanding compared to delivering material without using learning media. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan menggunakan media video pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran video siklus air terhadap pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN Tarokan 3 di kelas eksperimen, (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran terhadap pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN Tarokan 3 di kelas kontrol, (3) Untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan penggunaan media pembelajaran video siklus air dan tanpa penggunaan media terhadap pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN Tarokan 3 terhadap materi siklus air. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik eksperimen. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran video siklus air memiliki peran lebih dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dibandingkan dengan penyampaian materi tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran. The implementation of Pancasila student profile values in global citizenship education that is applied to national schools abroad must be analyzed to achieve the meaning and goals of global citizenship education. This study aims to provide an overview of the actualization characteristics of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in global citizenship education. This quantitative research at the Indonesian School of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, uses a descriptive method. The research instrument used questionnaire data analysis techniques by collecting, selecting, editing, coding, and presenting data. The results showed that strengthening the profile of Pancasila students was implemented in the form of cultural projects, entrepreneurial projects, archipelago culinary projects, and environmental preservation projects. The implications of this research provide recommendations regarding implementing global citizenship education based on a contextual approach by strengthening the profile of Pancasila students who are oriented towards solving global issues.

Several citrus species when physiologically ripe are still yellow-green in color, one of which is the Tangerine RGL (Rimau Gerga Lebong) grown in the city of Pagar Alam, South Sumatra. To improve the physical quality of tangerines, RGL can be applied with degreening technology and low-temperature storage. This study aims to examine the effect of degreening and low-temperature storage on physicochemical changes and to determine the optimum method of degreening and low-temperature storage on citrus quality. This study used a completely randomized 2-factor design. The first factor is degreening with 4 levels (0 ppm, 250 ppm, 500 ppm, 750 ppm), and the second factor is storage temperature with 3 temperature levels (10ºC, 20ºC, and room temperature). The results showed degreening increased the CCI value by 3.48-3.82, changing the skin color to uniformly yellow and did not affect the internal quality of the fruit. Treatment with a temperature of 10oC extended the shelf life of the fruit up to 29 days. The combination of 250 ppm ethepon and 10oC effectively suppressed weight loss to maintain the quality of RGL tangerines.

This study aims to describe the stages of student problem solving based on the Polya stages in terms of adversity quotient on integer material. Based on these objectives, this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected from grade VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Karanganom who were selected by purposive sampling. The subjects selected in this study were 3 students, consisting of 1 student who was type AQ quitter, 1 student who was type AQ campers, and 1 student who typed AQ climbers. Data collection techniques used were AQ questionnaire, tests, interviews, and completed with documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The validity of the data used was technical triangulation. In this study, the QSR Nvivo software was used to help process and analyze research data. The results in this study indicate: 1) The quitters subject can understand the problem, is less able to prepare a resolution plan, is less able to solve problems according to the plan, and is less able to re-examine the results that have been obtained. 2) The campers subject can understand problems, able to plan resolution, able to solve problems, and less able to re-examine the results that have been obtained. 3) The climbers' subject was able to understand the problem, was able to plan the solution, was able to solve the problem according to the plan, and was able to re-examine the results that had been obtained

Utilization and management of Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB) fibre continue to develop as the main ingredient and additional material used in various industrial products. The technological breakthrough targeted in this study is the developed EFB fibre as a filler in polymer composite partition boards which are used as heat retainers in the interior construction of buildings. The partition board is a heat insulator, and its thermal conductivity is affected by mass density and porosity. The purpose of this study was to determine the heat resistance of partition board products to reduce the heat entering the room from outside by propagating through walls exposed to direct sunlight. The test method used is adopted from ASTM C177-13, namely the measurement of heat propagation with a modification of the heat source of 40 watts. In addition, mass density tests (referring to SNI 03-2105-2006) and water absorption (referring to ASTM D5229M-12) were also carried out on the product. The specimens were based on the formation of Singapore Highpolymer Chemical Product (SHCP) 2667 WNC polyester resin matrix partition board with weight fractions of 25%, 30%, and 35% chop strand mat (CSM). The test results show that the highest thermal conductivity value is found on the board with a weight fraction of 25%, namely 0.153 W/m.°C with a mass density of 1.16 g/cm3 and a water absorption capacity of 3.38%. However, the lowest thermal conductivity value was found in the fibre with weight fraction of 35%, namely 0.147 W/m. °C at a mass density of 1.24 g/cm3 and a water absorption capacity of 3.75%.

This study aims to find the causes of bullying, the principal's policy for minimizing bullying, the types of bullying, and the consequences of bullying at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi. research method using descriptive qualitative research method. The research subjects were school principals, homeroom teachers for grades VIII and IX, and counseling teachers and students in grades VIII and IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi. data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the cause of bullying was peer factors. Types of bullying at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi are verbal bullying, physical bullying, even if only occasionally, and extortion or bullying at school, ranging from Rp. 500 – Rp Rp. 1,000 and in the form of snacks. The impact of bullying at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi is that the victim feels embarrassed, often cries in class, and becomes a quieter child. Meanwhile, the perpetrators were given points for violations and ordered to clean the classrooms, bathrooms, and mosques. If the perpetrator continues to bully again, the parents will be summoned to school, but so far there has never been a summons from a student's guardian to school because of bullying. The school principal's policy in minimizing bullying at Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi Middle School is in the form of: (1) making a Decree (SK) on "Manners and Orders of School Social Life for Students", (2) making media posters, (3) working with the police to socialize about bullying, (4) giving lectures after Duha prayers and giving direct advice to students before learning, (5) emphasizing the teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Ngawi to approach and provide good examples to their students.

Purpose – This study aims to explore spiritual intelligence and the methods to optimize the spiritual intelligence of early childhood based on the teachings of the Al-Qur’an and Hadith. Method – The research method employed in this study is a literature review, which involves the examination of theories, writings, works, and images as reference sources. The researchers utilized various sources and gathered data from article references, journals, textbooks, and literature reviews concerning spiritual intelligence in early childhood. This collected data was then meticulously examined and analyzed using the researchers' own words and interpretations. Findings – The results indicated that optimizing spiritual intelligence in children can be achieved by interpreting the pillars of faith and the pillars of Islam in ways that are relatable and understandable to the child. This process involves connecting these religious principles to everyday experiences and contexts that are familiar to children, thereby making the concepts more accessible and meaningful. The approach is firmly grounded in the teachings and the inherent perfection of the Qur’an and Hadith, ensuring that the methods used are both authentic and spiritually enriching for early childhood development. Research Implications – This research provides a significant contribution for researchers and readers by enhancing their understanding of spiritual intelligence and offering practical insights into how to optimize spiritual intelligence in children. By exploring methods based on the teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith, this study offers valuable guidance for effectively fostering spiritual growth and development in early childhood.

The use of gadgets in the current era of globalization has become a concerning trend, especially among preschool children, leading to addiction and detrimental effects on their physical, psychological, and emotional health. It has also resulted in increased social isolation and hindered development. The impact of this trend is significantly influenced by the roles of parents, family, and the surrounding environment. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of health education using modules on the benefits of storytelling and coloring therapy in enhancing parents' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors regarding prudent gadget use in preschool children. The research design was a pre-post quasi-experiment without a control group. The population comprised parents with preschool children attending 11 public kindergartens in Samarinda City. A total sampling method was utilized, resulting in 303 respondents. Health education intervention occurred after the pre-test, followed by one month of assistance and a subsequent post-test. The research instrument was a questionnaire adapted from the theory of planned behavior, assessing parents' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to providing gadgets to children. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analyses using the Wilcoxon test. The results indicate a significant influence of health education using modules on the benefits of storytelling and coloring therapy on parents' wise gadget use in preschool children (p-value < 0.005). Thus, health education for parents on prudent gadget use in preschoolers is highly recommended, particularly during parent meetings at school.

This study aims to determine the papain soluble collagen from the milkfish scale based on the yield and antioxidant activity due to treatment of extraction time and papain concentration. Papain soluble collagen (PSC) was isolated from the scales of milkfish (Chanos chanos) caught in Sidoarjo, Indonesia, with a total production of 828,372.62 tons in 2018. Independent variables of extraction time were (X1, hour) and papain concentration (X2, U/mg). Dependent variables were yield (Y1, %) and antioxidant activity (Y2, mg/L).This research used Response Surface Methodology. The result showed that the extraction time and papain concentration from 24 hours to 82 hours with papain concentration 3000 U/mg to 7000 U/mg resulted in yield 2.25% to 6.4% and antioxidant activity of 199 mg/L to 418 mg/L. The optimal condition of extraction PSC was 56.45 hours with papain concentration 5950 U/mg resulting in a yield of 6, 0%±0,012 and antioxidant activity of 258±0, 98 mg/L.

The potential for vegetables in Indonesia is enormous. However, activities both upstream and downstream are still not well developed so that Indonesia is still importing horticulture to meet domestic needs. Because the potential for horticulture has not been maximized, the Ministry of Agriculture is holding a Horticultural Village program, one of which is in Central Java. The Horticultural Village Program that has been running requires a strategy to increase its sustainability. This research was conducted in Central Java to determine strategies to improve the sustainability of the horticultural village program. The method used in this study is multidimensional scaling (MDS) with the rapid appraisal for horticultural village (RAP-HORVI) technique or RAP-HORVIs. This research method will produce an index value that will determine the sustainability status of all dimensions used, namely, input, process, output, and outcome. The result of this analysis is that the Horticultural Village in Central Java is in a quite sustainable status. The results of this MDS show that 12 sensitive attributes can be used as strategies in increasing the value and sustainability status of Horticultural Villages in Central Java, namely, business management training, availability of production tools and materials, suitability of production input facilities, technical training, availability of capital, optimizing the use of infrastructure assistance, checking on farmers/micro, small, and medium enterprises beneficiaries of SK CPCL, intensive assistance by trainers, increasing planting area, increasing the number and variety of plant types, planning the area of land ready for planting, and increasing business capital.

Purworejo Regency is located in the south coast of Java where rivers flow into the Indian Ocean. The Jali River in Purworejo becomes a migration route for eels where juvenile eels (glass eels) move from the ocean to freshwater passing through the estuary. During migration, glass eels will make efforts to survive, one of which is to manage their osmotic pressure (osmolarity). With regards to those, a study on the upstream migration of glass eels in Jali River was carried out. Glass eels samplings were conducted using hand-held lift nets at the new moon phase, from 20:00 pm to 4:00 am. Sampling stations included the estuary, a branch river, and below the dam. The osmolarity of both glass eels and media (river water) were measured. Furthermore, the chemical and physical parameters of the waters as the natural habitat for glass eels were also measured. Glass eel samples were then identified to species level. The results showed that glass eels entering the Jali River consisted of Anguilla bicolor bicolor and Anguilla nebulosa nebulosa with the former being the most common. Total length of glass eels ranged between 44.10 to 69.70 mm with total weights 0.08 to 0.54 g. Glass eel migration has a close relation with surface current and tide. The osmotic work level (OWL) of glass eels approaches 0.34 mOsm/l H2O which is close to iso-osmotic. This happened at salinity 0 o/oo so that the glass eels migrate to fresh water which has a lower salinity to achieve iso-osmotic condition.

Initial knowledge and conception are one of the factors that have a major influence on learning activities. This is the basis for building students' knowledge of a material concept. However, not all students have the same ability, there are students who have low ability to build concepts. As a result, students who have low ability to build concepts may experience misconceptions that have an impact on their learning outcomes. Therefore, it is necessary to have an appropriate test instrument to identify misconceptions and multiple representation profiles especially in chemistry learning materials, one of which is the topic of reaction rate. This article aims to provide an overview of the application of the five-tier diagnostic instrument in identifying misconceptions and profiles of students' misconceptions about reaction rates. The method used is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) from literature studies from 2011 to 2021 which are available in the ERIC, SINTA, and Google Scholar databases. The findings of the research results show that the five-tier test instrument can identify students' misconceptions about learning material. Information obtained from the use of the instrument can be used to determine the development of students' ability to understand chemistry using representations.

Endometriosis (EM) is a gynecological disorder that causes morbidity in women and is characterized by endometrial tissue in the uterus cavity. This study investigated the mechanism of genistein in the VEGF-A and ER-α expression through in vivo and in silico approaches. An in vivo study was conducted by thirty-six mice that were divided into six groups including control, EM, and EM treatment with genistein with the doses of 1.3, 1.95, 2.6, and 3.25 mg/day for 14 days. Peritoneal tissues with lesions were collected and analyzed by immunohistochemistry to measure the VEGF-A and ER-α expression. Background: Hand sanitizers generally contain alcohol. However, it can cause dry and irritated skin. Therefore, it is necessary to find antibacterial alternatives that are safe for the skin. One of the plants that has antibacterial activity is Terminalia mantaly (T. mantaly). This study aimed to investigate the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract and hand sanitizer gel of T. mantaly. Methods: The antibacterial activity test against gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes) and gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli and Shigella dysenteriae) was carried out using the liquid micro dilution method. The phytochemical tests were also performed. This study was conducted at the Chemistry Laboratory, Faculty of Sains and Informatics, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani in April-June 2022. Results: The ethanol extract of T. mantaly stem contained secondary metabolites of alkaloids, tannins, quinones, saponins, steroids, and flavonoids. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of T. mantaly stem ethanol extract against Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes were 0.63%, 0.63%, 0.16%, and 0.16%, whereas the hand sanitizer gel gave MIC values of 0.63%; 0.31%; 0.16%; and 0.16% respectively. The minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) values of T. mantaly stem ethanol extract and hand sanitizer gel had the same results, namely 2.50%, 0.16%, 1.25%, and 1.25%. The physical stability of the hand sanitizer gel from the ethanol extract of T. mantaly stem met the physical stability standards of the gel. Conclusions: The ethanol extract of the T. mantaly stems has stronger antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria than against gram- negative bacteria.

Laminated veneer lumber (LVL) and modified grain orientation of LVL (LVB) are composite products made from veneer that are predicted to replace construction timber. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical and mechanical properties of LVL and LVB of mahoni (Swietenia macrophylla), manglid (Manglietia glauca), and gmelina (Gmelina moluccana) and to compare their characteristics. The results showed that the physical and mechanical properties of LVL and LVB generally meet the standards for use in construction. Differences in the properties of LVL and LVB occurred in the properties of hardness and screw tests, while the other properties were similar. The parallel fiber direction was better in terms of adhesive strength, while the compaction density was slightly higher than LVL. The LVL flexural strength was better than LVB in flat and edge test directions. This difference correlates with the adhesive strength in the shear strength test due to the different orientation of the fiber directions.
