The fusion of industry and education proposes new guidelines to construct school-enterprise collaborative education platform and integration of industrial chain and academic chain. By using the fusion of industry and education to enhance higher education quality for colleges and universities, Tarim university construct the competency-based talent cultivation mechanism through the introduction of virtual simulation in the experiments teaching of the principles of chemical engineering, optimizing the curriculum system, adopting virtual reality courses, promoting reform of the practice teaching, building platforms for practice and innovation, training "double-skilled" teachers and establishing safeguard measures for talents training. Thus, providing guidance and demonstration for the cultivation of applied talents with innovative spirits in colleges and universities.

Uptake and in-plant transport of formaldehyde by six plants with or without soil microorganisms were investigated. The capabilities of fresh and boiled leaf extracts to dissipate added formaldehyde were also measured to evaluate formaldehyde metabolism in plant tissues. Results show that when the initial formaldehyde level in air was 0.56 ± 0.04 mg·m

The rapid growth and expansion ofCryptomeria japonica (Thunb. ex L. f.) D. Don in karst area strongly affects plant composition of native deciduous broad-leaved forest, which seriously threat ecosystem function and service. Given the importance of soil microorganisms in regulating nutrients cycling and plant species coexistence, understanding soil microbial attributes and their relationships with soil and vegetation features in forests harboring different C. japonica abundance will help understanding the drivers of ecosystem function changes. Here we examined the diversity and composition of soil bacterial and fungal communities and their correlations with plant diversity as well as soil physicochemical properties in karst broad-leaved forests with different relative abundances of C. japonica (i.e., a high, moderate, low and no proportion level with a stem density of 1,487, 538, 156 and 0 plant/hm2, respectively) in Mid-Subtropical China. We found that soil pH decreased while soil water content (SWC), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) and total potassium (TK) tended to increase with the increase in C. japonica abundance. In contrast, soil available nitrogen (AN), available phosphorus (AP) and available potassium (AK) content declined by 26.1%∼49.3% under the high level of C. japonica abundance. A gradual decrease in relative abundance of Acidobacteria and Chloroflexi while a pronounced increase in relative abundance of Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were observed with increase of C. japonica abundance. Alternations in bacterial composition were closely related to changes in AP and AK, while the change of fungal structure was mainly related to SWC, soil organic carbon (SOC) and pH, indicating that bacterial community was sensitive to declines in soil available nutrients and fungal structure was sensitive to changes in soil physicochemical properties (i.e., pH and SWC) and organic carbon resource. Understory plants had the highest α-diversity in forest containing moderate abundance of C. japonica, which might be related to the high bacterial diversity. Our findings suggest conservation of soil bacterial and fungal taxa that are responsible for nutrients availability and carbon sequestration is of great significance for improving the resistance of natural deciduous broad-leaved forests to the rapid spread of C. japonica in karst areas. Moreover, Acidobacteria, Chloroflexi, Ascomycota and Basidiomycota are potential indicators for soil properties changes, which should be taken into consideration in karst forest managements.

In 2012, 7 million premature deaths were attributed to air pollution, of which 4.3 million to indoor air pollution inducing the “sick building syndrome.” In particular, formaldehyde, a toxic and highly reactive chemical, has been linked to cancer. The use of soil microbial biomass and plants to remove formaldehyde from polluted air by plants has been proposed, but there are so far few quantitative reports. Here, we developed an efficient plant–microbe technology to remove formaldehyde by adding cultured microorganism into the rhizosphere of three plant species, Tradescantia zebrina Bosse (T. zebrina), Aloe vera (Haw.) Ber (A. vera) and Vigna radiata (Linn.) Wilczek (V. radiata). Shoots were exposed to 0.72 mg of formaldehyde per m3 of air for 24 h. Results show that formaldehyde removal rates were 23.1 ± 0.1 μg/h/g fresh weight with microbes versus 18.5 ± 0.21 μg/h/g without microbes for A. vera, 86.4 ± 0.7 versus 59.3 ± 0.2 μg/h/g for T. zebrine and 97.6 ± 0.9 versus 25.1 ± 4.2 μg/h/g for V. radiata. Overall, formaldehyde removal was increased by 6.7–90.5% using microbes. Formaldehyde removal was influenced by light intensity, with this effect more pronounced in plant–microbe systems.

Indoor potted plants played an important role in the removal of air-borne VOCs. According to the difference between plant fresh extracts and boiled extracts on breakdown ability to the added formaldehyde, a simple quantitative evaluation method was used to identify the mechanisms of formaldehyde removal from the air by wild Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz. and Plantago asiatica L.. After shoots exposure to formaldehyde (1.28 mg/m3 in the air) for 24 h, the formaldehyde removal rates of P. asiatica and T. mongolicum were 73.18 and 121.20 mg/h/kg FW (fresh weight), respectively. Formaldehyde can be transported from the air to the rhizosphere solution by plants, and the maximum rates of transmission by T. mongolicum and P. asiatica were 23.73 and 83.08 mg/h/kg FW, respectively. Although plant metabolism was responsible for formaldehyde loss in the air-plant-solution system, and the metabolic activity depended on the enzymatic and redox reactions in the plants, P. asiatica and T. mongolicum are still good candidate species for developing phyto-microbial technologies. The redox reaction was the main mechanism used by P. asiatica shoots to dissipate formaldehyde, while the enzymatic reaction was the main mechanism used by T. mongolicum. The higher oxidative potential and lower defensive enzyme activity in P. asiatica shoots led to its higher formaldehyde removal rate compared to T. mongolicum. Meanwhile, the stronger redox reaction ability in the T. mongolicum roots was partly responsible for its lower formaldehyde transmission rate. The results show two plants have strong tolerance to formaldehyde in the air and good formaldehyde removal ability.

Objective: To study the growth, accumulation and soil nutrient content of each overseeded species under different interharvesting intensity treatments of Eucalyptus, and to explore the best re-cultivation method suitable for mixed overseeded species after Eucalyptus interharvesting. Methods: In Guangxi state-owned Qipo forest, Eucalyptus tailorii with different planting densities (DH32-29) were mixed with Castanopsis hystrix, Mytilaria laosensis and Michelia macclurei, and four different treatments (CK, LT, MT and HT) were established for re-cultivation of Eucalyptus near-mature forests with different logging intensities, and the differences in growth conditions and soil physicochemical properties of each species were analyzed. Results: (1) As the proportion of Eucalyptus allocation decreased, the growth of Eucalyptus diameter at breast height, tree height and individual wood volume could be promoted; the growth of the three parameters of HT and MT Eucalyptus were significantly different from LT and CK. (2) The average wood volume per plant of the set species in the CK and LT treatments was Mytilaria laosensis > Michelia macclurei > Castanopsis hystrix, while in the MT and HT treatments it was Mytilaria laosensis > Castanopsis hystrix > Michelia macclurei. (3) The differences in soil aeration, total saturated water holding capacity, capillary water holding capacity, and field water holding capacity in soil layers of different depth varied. In the same soil layer, soil aeration, total porosity and capillary porosity were HT > CK > LT > MT; saturated water holding capacity and capillary water holding capacity were HT > CK > LT > MT, while field water holding capacity was CK > HT > LT > MT. (4) Organic matter, pH, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, fast-acting nitrogen, fast-acting phosphorus, and fast-acting potassium changed with varying soil depth in each treatment.

Lateral movement technology is widely used in complex network attacks, especially in advanced persistent threats (APT). In order to evade the detection of security tools, attackers usually use the legal credentials retained on the compromised hosts to move laterally between computers across the enterprise intranet for searching valuable information. However, attackers cannot acquire the information about the normal action patterns of intranet users. So even the savviest attacker will “blindly move” in the intranet, making his lateral movement usually different from the typical users’ behavior. In order to identify this potential malicious lateral movement, we proposes a Continuous-Temporal Lateral Movement Detection framework CTLMD. The remote and local authentication events are represented as a Path Connection Graph and a Bipartite Graph respectively. We extract normal lateral movement paths with time constraints while abnormal lateral movement paths are generated based on several attack scenarios. Finally, we define multiple path features using graph embedding methods to complete the follow-up classification task. We evaluate our framework by using injected attack data in real enterprise network dataset (LANL). Our experimental results show that the proposed framework can classify normal and malicious lateral movement paths well with the highest AUC of 92%. Meanwhile, the framework can detect the lateral movement state timely and effectively.

Self-enhancement effect of potted Chlorophytum comosum on formaldehyde removal from air and its mechanism were investigated by measuring the formaldehyde removal rate and its oxidative potential in leaf extracts with an increase in shoot exposure time. Results showed that the main mechanism of formaldehyde removal by potted C. comosum was the accumulation by plant tissues and the breakdown therein. With a 74-h shoot exposure, 68 and 94% of formaldehyde loss in air were dissipated by plant tissues when the initial level in air was about 1.22 and 2.64 mg m−3. Leaf extracts of C. comosum could effectively dissipate (added) formaldehyde, and the dissipative capability increased with the time of shoot exposure to formaldehyde in air, which corresponded to an increase in oxidative potential of the leaf extracts. By comparing the dissipation capabilities of fresh-leaf and boiled-leaf extracts to added formaldehyde, the redox reaction between oxidative matters in plants and reductive formaldehyde might be the main mechanism on the formaldehyde breakdown in plants. With increasing initial formaldehyde concentration in extracts, the contribution of enzymatic reactions (such as dehydrogenase) to dissipate added formaldehyde decreased sharply, corresponding to an increase in the redox reaction. A burst in ROS (reactive oxygen species) induced by formaldehyde exposure could enhance the capability of C. comosum to remove formaldehyde from air, suggesting that a further increase in formaldehyde removal by plants could be accomplished by increasing the oxidative potential in plant leaves.

Recently, the continuous release of antibiotics has resulted in a serious environmental pollution. Tetracycline (TC), one of the most commonly used antibiotics due to the effective antimicrobial effects, is hard to be decomposed in living organisms. Photocatalysis technology, regarded as one of the promising methods has been widely studied to degrade the antibiotics. A series of Ag/AgBr@UiO-66 composites have been constructed to obtain materials with enhanced photocatalytic activities of tetracycline (TC) degradation. The Ag/AgBr@UiO-66 composites were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS and BET. Decorated with 25% Ag/AgBr, the composite exhibited the best photocatalytic efficiency thanks to improved adsorption as well as the spatial separation of photogenerated carriers between Ag/AgBr and UiO-66 particles. The photocatalytic mechanism was also studied by free radical capture experiments, revealing that ·O2 is the predominant active specie generated from the electrons on the CB of UiO-66. The PL and photoelectrochemical analyses are the evidence of the fast transfer of electron and hole pairs with inhibiting recombination.

The roles of enzymatic reactions and redox reactions caused by reactive oxygen species (ROS) in formaldehyde metabolism in tomatoes and wheat seedlings and the changes in peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities in plants were investigated. Differences in the breakdown of added formaldehyde between fresh and boiled plant extracts were determined to calculate the contributions of different removal mechanisms. Because of the complicated modification process, easy aggregation and low reproducibility, conventional Au-based SERS nanoprobes encountered a great bottleneck in clinical assay. We develop an alkyne functionalized graphene-isolated-Au-nanocrystal (AGIAN) SERS nanoprobe for the ratiometric analysis of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in Raman-silent region with acetonitrile as the internal standard. Through a simple ultrasound treatment, the Raman reporter can be strongly bond on the graphene surface to prepare the AGIAN SERS nanoprobe within several minutes. Owing to the excellent physical isolation of graphene, the AGIAN nanoprobe possesses admirable stability, keeping off the irreversible metal aggregation. Moreover, with the intensity ratio between the Raman molecule (alkyne reporter) and the internal standard (acetonitrile solvent) as the signal, this nanoprobe is capable of reliable SERS detection of the ALP, effectively avoiding the optical fluctuations resulted from the external interferences. Particularly, the characterized peaks from the self-synthesized alkyne molecule and acetonitrile solvent are both strong and separated in Raman-silent region, suffering no signal overlapping with the biosystem and leading to reliable analytical results. Therefore, along with simple modification, high stability and accuracy, our SERS system provides a novel solution for the important appeal of SERS analysis in the clinical application.

In order to solve the problems of multiple construction links, mutual influence and restriction, and tight construction period of the ventilation shaft under complex geological conditions, the BIM technology is used to realize the three-dimensional parametric modeling of the Nanhu ventilation shaft project from geology, main structure and main construction equipment, etc. Simulating the construction schedule, formulating a reasonable schedule and optimizing the construction plan are of great significance for accelerating the construction schedule, controlling construction risks, and striving to make the Nanhu air shaft project put into use as soon as possible.

Aptamers are short single-stranded RNA or DNA molecules that can recognize a series of targets with high affinity and specificity. Known as "chemical antibodies", aptamers have many unique merits, including ease of chemical synthesis, high chemical stability, low molecular weight, lack of immunogenicity, and ease of modification and manipulation compared to their protein counterparts. Using aptamers as the recognition groups, fluorescent aptasensors provide exciting opportunities for sensitive detection and quantification of analytes. Herein, we give an overview on the recent development of aptamer-based fluorescent sensors for the detection of cancer biomarkers. Based on various nanostructured sensor designs, we extended our discussions on sensitivity, specificity and the potential applications of aptamer-based fluorescent sensors in early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cancers.

Bismuth oxychloride (BiOCl), limited by a wide band gap, makes it poor perform in visible-light-driven photodegradation. The novel semiconductor composites of BiOCl/g-C3N4@UiO-66 composites were first prepared through the facile solvothermal approach. BiOCl/g-C3N4@UiO-66 photocatalysts were characterized and BiOCl nanoplates and g-C3N4 nanosheets were successful constructed and further decorated on the surface with UiO-66. In comparison with the binary composites and the pure materials, BiOCl/g-C3N4@UiO-66 exhibits the higher RhB photocatalytic degradation under visible light irradiation. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of BiOCl/g-C3N4@UiO-66 composites can be attributed to the lower recombination probability of electron-hole pair of the heterojunction, increased surface area for RhB adsorption accomplished with photodegradation process.
