The epididymis is a crucial component of the goat's reproductive structure. The epididymis is responsible for the transportation, concentration, and maturation of sperm. This study aimed to examine the differences in the structure of macro and microanatomy, tissue composition, and the existence of androgen receptors in the epididymis of Kacang goats aged 4, 8, and 12 months. The assessment of macroscopic organ growth was done immediately after sampling, whereas microscopic measurements were carried out following histological preparations using hematoxylin-eosin (HE) and immunohistochemical (IHC) procedures. The results on the macroscopic anatomy of the epididymis indicated a significant association between age with the width of the caput dexter and sinister and the circumference of the right cauda. However, no significant relationship was found between age with the corpus length and the left cauda's circumference. Significant variations were observed in the diameter and concentration of the agglutinated spermatozoa in the lumen during histomorphometry of the epididymis in three age groups of Kacang goats. There were no statistically significant variations in the expression of androgen receptors among the three age groups. This study showed that the correlation coefficient test reveals a positive relationship between age and the caput width and corpus length dimensions, indicating that these measurements tend to grow as age increases. On the other hand, the diameter of the agglutinated spermatozoa in the epididymal lumen exhibits significant variations between the ages of 4 months, with the ages of 8 months and 12 months, suggesting that the sperm becomes fully matured by the age of 8 months.

This study aims to provide an overview and explain more clearly about interactive games as a learning medium in Early Childhood. This study uses a literature review research method, which is a research approach that involves the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various literature sources relevant to a particular topic. Applying the method by conducting an in-depth literature review to uncover interactive games as a learning medium in early childhood. The data used was obtained from various sources such as scientific articles, journals, and relevant books, which were accessed through the Google Scholar platform. The analysis was carried out by reviewing and interpreting the results of previous research on interactive games in the context of education. This method focuses on an in-depth exploration of how interactive games can form an optimal learning environment to hone thinking skills in early childhood. The results that have been done in four article manuscripts containing interactive games as a learning medium, the essence of the content of the four articles is really extraordinary because it clearly discusses the advantages and disadvantages of integral games in general as a learning medium. In particular, the difference lies in the explanation of the starting point, the importance of understanding or several stages that can be passed as a learning medium. Ultimately, however, it is up to readers, practitioners and researchers to carefully examine the characteristics of interactive games as a learning medium and make decisions about which interactive games should be chosen for the learning media process.

Berpikir kritis sangat diperlukan di dunia seperti sekarang ini, sehingga harus diajarkan pada anak-anak sejak dini. Berpikir kritis membantu peserta didik mengembangkan keterampilan memecahkan masalah yang efektif. Sehingga peserta didik dapat menganalisis masalah, mengidentifikasi solusi, dan memilih solusi terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir kritis anak usia 4-5 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi terhadap perilaku peserta didik saat menggunakan media flip chart gambar seri dan wawancara guru dan peserta didik untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendapat mereka terhadap implementasi media tersebut. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif yang bersumber dari wawancara, pada penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah guru dan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media flip chart gambar seri yang digunakan dapat menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir kritis anak usia 4-5 tahun dalam memecahkan suatu masalah yang ada pada cerita gambar seri dan mampu memberikan solusi atau pendapat terkait masalah yang ada. Anak mampu memahami dan mengenali informasi lewat gambar, anak mampu mengenali hubungan sebab akibat melalui gambar, anak mampu mengevaluasi isi cerita, anak mampu memberikan kesimpulan terkait dengan isi cerita gambar seri.

This research aims to determine the effect of quercetin antioxidant concentration levels on Boer goat semen quality during room temperature storage using andromed extender. Fresh semen was collected from two-5-year-old Boer goats weighing 60 and 70 kg. The method of this research was an experimental laboratory using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Factorial of two factors, namely the treatment of quercetin concentration levels at 0 µM, 10 µM, 20 µM and 30 µM and the storage time during room temperature at 0 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours and 8 hours. Critical study of Islamic Education Neuroscience is still not sufficiently carried out in accounting for its knowledge, in order to confirm and fill in gaps in its scientific development. The purpose of this study is to examine the various scientific varieties of Islamic Education Neuroscience using the epistemology of Islamic Education, in order to find, fill, and develop their scientific potential, also from the perspective of developing hybridization of other Islamic Education scholarships. The method used in this study uses a qualitative type of literature according to Creswell: 2015, meaning that it is processed from various kinds of analytical theory from various sources of literature. The results of the study show that Islamic Education Neuroscience in epistemology also refers to Islamic law. Epistemologically, Irfani refers to the background of the scientific dichotomy between neuroscience, education, and Islam. Epistemologically, Burhani refers to empirical facts about the importance of collaboration between Islamic educators and neurologists in designing curricula and learning that optimizes students' brains in achieving Islamic education goals. Referring to the hybridization of other disciplines such as anthropology and psychology of Islamic education, this scientific development can further deepen the derivatives and clusters knowledge and more adapted to the needs of students.

Background and Aim: Fertility is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of livestock production, as it directly impacts the reproductive rates. A comprehensive understanding of the relationship between sperm quality and embryo development is key to optimizing reproductive outcomes and improving the quality of livestock. This study analyzed the developmental competence of in vitro embryos recovered from Bali cattle with normal or poor sperm motility. Materials and Methods: Nine bulls with normal fresh semen (NFS) or poor fresh semen (PFS) motility were ejaculated for semen. Semen ejaculates, including volume, motility, and sperm concentration, were evaluated immediately after collection to measure the quality of the fresh semen. Frozen semen was evaluated using computer-assisted semen analysis (CASA) for motility, progressive sperm motility, distance curve path, distance curve linear, distance straight line, average path velocity, curvilinear velocity, linear velocity, straightness (STR), linearity of forward progression (LIN), wobble, and average lateral head displacement (ALH). Bull groups were used to determine in vitro embryo cleavage ability after fertilization of Bali cattle. Ovaries of Bali cattle were collected by slicing, and only cytoplasmic oocytes with compact cumulus cells were used in this study. The oocytes were matured, and in vitro fertilization was performed using fertilization media with a final sperm concentration of 1.5 × 106 spermatozoa/mL. After 48 h, the embryo cleavage ability of the cultured oocytes was evaluated. Results: There were significant differences in motility values between the NFS and PFS groups; however, there were no significant differences in the volume or sperm concentration. There was a significant difference in the LIN value between the groups but no significant differences in other CASA parameters. There were no significant differences in the cleavage rate and morula between the groups, but a positive correlation was observed between the cleavage rate and the morula and between the morula and ALH. A significant negative correlation was observed between the cleavage rate and STR and between the morula and STR; no significant differences were observed for other variables. Conclusion: Despite variations in sperm characteristics, both normal and poor sperm motility demonstrated comparable in vitro embryonic development competence. These findings provide important insights into the fertility potential of Bali bulls, providing valuable information that can enhance selection strategies to improve the quality of livestock production.

Degradation of ethics and morality during adolescence poses a threat that can hinder or even jeopardize the future of teenagers. This counseling is conducted to provide education and a deep understanding of how teenagers can build strong morals and develop positive adolescent ethics. The counseling uses the PAR approach with the aid of media such as laptops, LCD projectors, and materials as primary tools for conveying information. The results of the counseling show: that the event was conducted very well, with excellent interaction between the presenter and participants. The presenter effectively and smoothly delivered information about ethics and morality, the causes of their decline, and strategies for prevention. Conclusion: The counseling on ethics and morality has a positive psychological impact as participants are able to understand the material well.

Abstract Inappropriate equilibration time will reduce the quality of spermatozoa. The aim of this research were knowing the effect of different cold temperature equilbration and liquid nitrogen vapor equilibration time to the quality of Boer goat semen after thawing using tris aminomethane that suplemented with antioxidant quercetin. Semen from 5-year-old, 70 kg Boer goats was equilibrated for 1 hours, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 2.5 hours at 4˚C and for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes in liquid nitrogen vapor. This study used laboratory experimental methods using Completely Randomized Design 4 x 3 factorial. Observed parameters are motility, viability, abnormality, and membran integrity after thawing. The result showed that 2.5 hours cold temperature equilibration has the best percentage of individual motility, viability, abnormality, and membran integrity after thawing respectively for 40.00±12.06%, 69.58 ± 3.16%, 2.58±0.41%, 31.50±3.10% while 5 minutes in liquid nitrogen vapor has the best percentage individual motility, viability, abnormality, and membran integrity after thawing respectively for 36.88±12.23%, 67.39±5.16%, 2.61±0.34%, 29.53±4.46%. The conclusion is cold temperature equilibration for 2.5 hours and nitrogen vapor equilibration time for 5 minutes are the optimal time treatment combinations for spermatozoa to adjust with low temperatures and maintaining quality after thawing. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan ekuilibrasi suhu dingin dan ekuilibrasi pada uap nitrogen cair terhadap kualitas semen kambing Boer setelah dicairkan menggunakan tris aminomethane yang disuplementasi dengan antioksidan quercetin. Materi penelitian menggunakan semen segar yang diambil dari kambing Boer berumur 5 tahun dengan berat badan 70 kg. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode percobaan laboratorium dengan jenis Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial 4 x 3. Faktor pertama adalah waktu kesetimbangan suhu dingin 4˚C (1 jam, 1,5 jam, 2 jam, 2,5 jam). Faktor kedua adalah kesetimbangan uap nitrogen cair (5 menit, 10 menit, 15 menit). Parameter yang diamati adalah motilitas individu, viabilitas, abnormalitas, dan integritas membran spermatozoa setelah thawing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu 2,5 jam memiliki persentase motilitas, viabilitas, abnormalitas, dan integritas membran individu terbaik setelah thawing masing-masing sebesar 40,00±12,06%, 69,58±3,16%, 2,58±0,41%, 31,50±3,10%. Waktu 5 menit dalam memiliki persentase motilitas individu, viabilitas, abnormalitas, dan integritas membran terbaik setelah thawing masing-masing sebesar 36,88±12,23%, 67,39±5,16%, 2,61±0,34%, 29,53±4,46%. Kesimpulannya adalah waktu ekuilibrasi suhu dingin selama 2,5 jam dan waktu ekuilibrasi uap nitrogen selama 5 menit merupakan kombinasi perlakuan waktu yang optimal bagi spermatozoa untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan suhu rendah dan menjaga kualitas setelah thawing. The dichotomy of religion and culture has denied acculturation from various societal elements. This study aims to analyze the values of Islamic education and its role in cultural da'wah in the art of Kubro Siswo. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field study research. The results indicate that Kubro Siswo is an art form that integrates Islamic teachings with local culture, encouraging the development and co-existence of hadith in society. Kubro Siswo has Islamic educational values including the values of aqidah, worship, morals, and socio-culture contained in the verses of the songs chanted and community behavior. Kubro Siswo has a role in preaching culturally. Some of its advantages and application as a medium of cultural da'wah through appreciation of art, as a message of harmony between (habluminallah) and (habluminannas), fostering a culture of multiculturalism, as a form of intuitive intelligence and a natural message of humans can be conveyed through art, as education to foster noble behavior and ethics.

Purpose – This research is to learn more about the function and role of the human brain. This research will focus on how the brain's ability to create and develop neuroscience-based character education can be used by educators, especially those working in the field of education. Method – In this descriptive research, researchers collect and analyze data to provide interpretations or explanations. The inductive method is used to identify patterns or themes from the collected data and then infer general findings. Deductive methods are used to apply existing theories or knowledge to understand the data or solve specific problems identified from the data. Findings – The brain plays an important role in individual character development, which is closely related to the brain's nervous system. Character education is an important component in Islamic education. This is because character education teaches values that can be applied in everyday life, such as honesty, responsibility, and empathy. There is a connection between the brain's nervous system and character development. Human character develops through the interaction and regulation of the nervous system in the brain. Six Major Nervous Systems in the Brain: Prefrontal Cortex, Limbic System, Gyrus Cingulatus, Basal Ganglia, Temporal Lobe, Cerebellum. Character education plays an important role in optimally developing the human brain. By teaching character values, character education helps in the regulation of behavior and the development of social and emotional skills that are important for everyday life. Research Implications – The implications of this research show that character education as brain education emphasizes the relationship between the brain and human character in relation to spiritual values in Islamic education. The importance of integrating between neuroscience and spirituality in education, to develop neuroscience-based character education that can be used by educators, especially those working in the field of education.

In Indonesia, there are three housing systems: sometimes open, semi-closed and closed. This study aimed to analyze the effect of microclimatic conditions, NH3, and E. coli levels on broiler productivity in open, semi-closed, and closed houses during the dry season. The research took place in June - August 2019, when the air temperature was 28°-34°C during the day, while at night, the air temperature was around 21°-25°C with rainfall < 60 mm/month. The material used was the Lohmann strain broiler. Observations were made in six house units consisting of two open house units with a total of 5,000 chickens/house unit, two semi-closed units with a total of 18,000 chickens/house unit, and two closed house units with a total of 33,000 chickens/house unit. This study aimed to detect genetic diversity associated with litter size traits of the P21-activated kinases (PAK1) gene in Senduro and Boerawa goats using the PCR-RFLP method. The restriction enzyme used is MSP1 (C*CGG). A pair of primers used in this study, namely Forward ((5'-GCTCAGTGTTGTATTAGCAG-3') and Reverse (5'- CAAGATATAAAGCACAGCCG-3') product length 713 bp (access code ENSCHIG00000003071). The samples used in this study consisted of 80 samples of Senduro goats and 20 samples of Boerawa goats from UPT PT-HMT Singosari, Malang Regency. The results showed that the PAK1 exon 9 gene in Senduro goats and Boerawa goats UPT PT-HMT Singosari was uniform (monomorphic), it was because all samples had GG genotype and G allele frequency of 100%. In conclusion, the PAK1 exon 9 / MSP1 gene is monomorphic and does not associate with litter size in Senduro goats and Boerawa goats, so it cannot be used as a genetic marker.

Local wisdom in children's education is challenging to find today. Even though the introduction of local wisdom from an early age is outstanding in developing various aspects of child development. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning strategy of local wisdom in two provinces. This research is a type of field research with a case study approach. Sample selection conducted based on purposive sampling in one ECCE institution in South Sumatra and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The PAUD institutions that were sampled in this study were TK Al-Ittifaqiyah Indralaya South Sumatra and PAUD Griya Yogyakarta. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis using Miles and Huberman techniques is through the process of data collection, data reduction and conclusions. The results of the study found that teachers use goods in the surrounding environment in learning local wisdom. The dance strategy is the strategy used by TK Ittafiqayah while the traditional Javanese art strategy is the strategy used by in learning local wisdom.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, learning of the Qur'an and Hadith is less effective, its impact on student learning. One of them is because learning is not by the brain-based way of learning for students. This study aims to analyze the learning of Al-Qur'an Hadith at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta in the covid-19 era from the perspective of Ibn Sina's multilevel reasoning and neuroscience. This research data through (search) the literature description of scientific journals and observation of research work references, as well as interview information data at schools. This research is a literature study with a qualitative method. Research results prove that learning the Qur'an and Hadith based on Ibn Sina's level of reasoning and neuroscience, can understand the material theoretically and empirically, both theoretically learning with tajwid and in practice the law of recitation and makhurijul huruf. Learning that has implications for students in understanding, developing interest, evaluating, and producing learning works on the discourse of the Qur'an Hadith.

The development of the flow of Arabic knowledge at the pesantren level (Madrasah Aliyah, Madrasah Diniyah, and Madrasah Ta'wiliyah). Demanding increased Arabic learning to santri. However, this is inversely proportional to the fact that students are declining in developing Arabic mufrodat and linguistics material. This study aims to analyze the Arabic language learning model based on multiple intelligences from a neuroscience perspective. The setting of this research is located in the Himmatul ‘Amilin Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta. The subjects of this research consisted of the leaders of Islamic boarding schools, musyrif, and ustadz. Subject selection was carried out using the purposive sampling technique to obtain objective and valid data. The approach in this research is to use a case study-based qualitative method. Researchers in collecting data using observation methods, direct interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was followed by Milies and Huberman, namely by displaying data, reducing data, and verifying data. The results of this study explain that learning Arabic based on multiple intelligences increases the intelligence of students in learning Arabic mufradat and linguistics (mufradat, Arabic morphology, and Arabic syntax). From some of the material taught, namely about everyday mufradat and understanding of shorof in the isim file chapter. In this case, multiple intelligences are combined with neuroscientific theory between the interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence centers in the right brain and left brain. This research has implications for the improvement and development of students in understanding Arabic material (quwaidul arabiyah) in today's Islamic boarding schools.

This study is the first review of current research on microplastics (MPs) in the marine environments at the national scale in Indonesia from 2015 to 2022. This review was conducted to measure the environmental risk and highlight the waste management issue in Indonesian waters. Our literature study found that: (1) the MPs research was mainly conducted in the western part of Indonesia, especially in Java Island; (2) current research has primarily focused on coastal waters (98%) rather than the deep-sea area (2%); (3) the comparability of data is still hampered by difference in quality, about 67% of articles published have not carried out the polymer confirmation; (4) MPs concentrations reported on the articles that did not carry out the polymer identification tended to report higher MPs concentrations. Finally, we propose to have a standard guideline for MPs analysis at a national level and to do more research in the eastern part of Indonesia and deep-sea areas. Further research is required to fill research gaps on plastic distribution and density in deep-sea areas in the eastern part of Indonesia.

Heat shock proteins (HSPs) associated with stress reactions play an important role in cell survival by activating numerous regulatory proteins and inducing black apoptosis. This study aimed to identify the potential SNPs of HSP70 gene in Kacang goats in Indonesia. Forty-three Kacang goats were selected from Sidoarjo and Tulungagung districts. The DNA isolated from blood samples was successfully amplified using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method with a pair of primers. The PCR products were sequenced in the coding region. The sequences were successfully aligned to determine the potential SNPs. A novel SNP (c.1311C>T) was found in this study. This SNP was categorized as a synonymous mutation. The insertion-deletion (in-del) mutation was also observed at the 1151st and 1161st nucleotide positions. Based on these mutations, four haplotypes were constructed where haplotype 1 had the highest frequency in Sidoarjo. Indonesian goats had no close relation with Iraqi goats according to Neighbor-Joing with Kimura’s 2-parameter approach. Haplotypes 1 and 2 in Indonesian goats had three different bases with all haplotypes in Iraqi goats in Median Joining Network. The study concluded that a novel SNP of HSP70 gene was identified in Kacang goats.

This study analyzes how Islamic education disciplines can be hybridized with neuroscience disciplines. This study employs a qualitative research methodology based on literature review. Data were gathered from a variety of books, periodicals, and other sources, and were then subjected to concept analysis. The results show that Suyadi thoughts on Islamic education and neuroscience can be hybridized. The hybridization then resulted in various new branches of science called Neurosains Pendidikan Islam (NPI). It is can answer the challenges and needs of exploring the human dimension in more detail, from molecular cellular to behavioral regulation and social science. In its implementation, educators and neurologists must make new findings to optimize the brain's working system by stimulating and exploring neuroanatomy and neurophysiology. This investigation aimed to identify the production and composition of crops as feed, classify the types of integrated farming in different locations, and compare dairy goats based on their morphometric characteristics. The data used were collected from July to November, 2021 in the Malang, Lumajang, and Bangkalan regencies of Indonesia, via a survey and direct observations. Descriptive, multivariate, and variance analyses were adopted using RStudio to analyze the collected data. In Malang and Lumajang, farmers adopted agroforestry, alley cropping, and cover crops as the main types of integrated farming. The integrated farming adopted by the farmers in Malang, Bangkalan, and Lumajang helped to explain the differences in forage crops. Calliandra calothyrsus, Indigofera zollingeriana, and Thitonia diversifolia are non-grasses having high levels of average production. In Lumajang, farmers provided only a few combinations with Calliandra which was the most intensively grown crop. In Malang, six crops were combined for the dairy goat feed. Pennisetum purpureum was the crop most intensely grown to feed the PE (Etawa crossbred). In Bangkalan, Pote-Arosbaya goats were fed a combination of eight crops. Moringa oleifera, Bambusa sp., Artocarpus heterophyllus, and natural grasses were the most popular feed crops. In Malang and Lumajang, the PE Singosari and Senduro goats had a high degree of similarity based on their morphometric characteristics, respectively.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to create a non-formal module on the fiqh of disaster as part of an effort in landslide mitigation-preparedness using a community-oriented in Indonesian society. Indonesia is strategically placed in the ring of fire, making the main areas vulnerable to natural disasters. As one of the most prominent Muslim organizations in Indonesia, Muhammadiyah, with fiqh of disaster attempts to provide direction for society on disaster management based on Islamic norms and regulations. In this study, we use a transdisciplinary Islamic approach within the key fields of Islamic education, Islamic jurisprudence, and disaster jurisprudence, and physics (inclined plane). The research method used in this study is R&D under the ADDIE model, with five steps: analysis, design, development, evaluation, and analysis. This study included data document evaluation and questionnaires as data collection, whereby content analysis, product development, and product feasibility are all data analysis methodologies. The results showed that the module on landslide mitigation for society is well executed. The material examiner obtained a total score of 22 with a percentage of 91% and rated it "very valid.” The subject examiner obtained a total score of 13 with a percentage of 81% and rated it "very valid." This study provides recommendations for further Implementation in the form of the effectiveness of modules for the community based on ADDIE phases. In addition, it is hoped that the study can be developed in the post-disaster stage so that researchers, policymakers, the government, and the community in landslide disaster management can use it. Letak Indonesia yang strategis di ring of fire membuat wilayah-wilayah utama rentan terhadap bencana alam. Sebagai salah satu ormas Islam terkemuka di Indonesia, Muhammadiyah dengan fikih kebencanaan berupaya memberikan arahan kepada masyarakat tentang penanggulangan bencana berdasarkan norma dan aturan Islam. Dalam studi ini, kami menggunakan pendekatan Islam transdisipliner dalam bidang-bidang utama pendidikan Islam, fikih Islam, fikih kebencanaan, dan fisika (bidang miring). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan model ADDIE, dengan lima langkah yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, evaluasi, dan analisis. Kajian ini meliputi evaluasi dokumen data dan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data, dimana analisis isi, pengembangan produk, dan kelayakan produk merupakan metodologi analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul penanggulangan longsor untuk masyarakat terlaksana dengan baik. Penguji materi memperoleh skor total 22 dengan persentase 91% dan dinilai “sangat valid”. Penguji mata pelajaran memperoleh skor total 13 dengan persentase 81% dan menilainya “sangat valid.” Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi Implementasi selanjutnya berupa efektivitas modul untuk masyarakat berdasarkan tahapan ADDIE. Efforts to prevent corruption are carried out in various lines, including early childhood education scope. PAUD/TK Griya Bermain Pangkalpinang is an Islamic educational institution that instills academic values and Islamic values in which there is also an emphasis on integrity values. PAUD/TK Griya Bermain Pangkalpinang has caught that corruption prevention measures from an early age during the covid pandemic can be carried out by internalizing the importance of integrity in Islamic education by training and stimulating students through anti-corruption exercises. This research aims to develop and instill the values of integrity in early childhood students through anti-corruption gymnastics activities during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative approach in field research in PAUD/TK Griya Bermain Pangkalpinang. Techniques for data collecting included observation, interviews, and documents. The data were analyzed in three ways: descriptively, interpretively, and in comparison. In collaboration with parents and the University of Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung's research team, the teacher taught students anti-corruption gymnastics and monitored students' integrity and anti-corruption habit. During the Covid-19 pandemic, it has the potential to be one of the programs through anti-corruption exercise habituation exercises that children and their parents can practice at home.

Perkembangan teknologi dinilai sangat penting dalam bidang pendidikan pada masa covid-19, perubahan gaya belajar pada masa covid-19 mau tidak mau harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman dalam pembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi, agar perkembangan anak bisa berkembang dengan baik, maka harus menggunakan pembelajaran yang menarik salah satunya dengan menerapkan teknologi augmented reality sebagai media pembelajaran bagi anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui teknologi augmented reality dalam mengembangkan kreativitas pada anak usia dini dimasa covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan informasi serta melakukan observasi di PAUD Saadatudarain Gaung, terkait tentang teknologi augmented reality dalam mengembangkan kreativitas pada anak usia dini pada saat covid-19. Dalam tulisan ini menyatakan bahwa teknologi sangat berperan penting dalam pengembangan kreativitas pada anak karna dapat menarik dan perhatian minat belajar anak serta menambah imajinasi kreativitas pada anak.

The Corona Virus (Covid19) is spreading rapidly, so social distancing is imposed to prevent the spread of the virus. This has an impact on teaching and learning activities in schools. So that during the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning system has changed to learning from home (school from home). The change in the learning system to school from home has an impact on various aspects, especially on the achievement of the 5 aspects of early childhood development. The impact of the development of the socio-emotional aspects of children during the implementation of school from home is reviewed in this study. The research methodology uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews and observations. This study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of school from home on the socio-emotional development of early childhood in the Karangsoko village environment. The results of interviews and observations state that the implementation of school from home affects children's social behavior, especially for children who have experienced gadget addiction. In addition, children's interest in learning is also reduced and other aspects of development are also reduced.

Education is absolutely necessary for humans, because it is an effort to shape character. This is inseparable from the role of parents and teachers. Parents as the first teachers, forming character is an obligation not only at birth, but when the baby is in the womb. In addition, teachers, especially in elementary schools, have the same obligation in shaping character. In the process, teachers need to use a brain-based character education approach (neuroscience). The reason is that the success of forming character starts from changing the student's brain. If brain-based character education is applied from an early age, the implication is that Indonesian education is of higher quality and able to prepare a quality 2045 golden generation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that quality education is education that is able to shape the character of its students. Ruminants have a complex digestive system so they can utilize forage nutrients to convert them into food products of high economic value (meat and milk) and papaya leaves have the potential to be an alternative source of new feedstuff. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Animal Feed Chemistry, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Hasanuddin University Makassar (for proximate analysis), Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Feed, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta (for quantitative and qualitative analysis). The study was used proximate analysis to determine the nutritional content of papaya leaf, in vitro analysis to measure dry matter digestibility (DMD) and organic matter digestibility (OMD), and Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC) for quantitative and qualitative tests of alkaloid compounds. The results showed that the DMD values of dry leaf and fresh leaf DMD were 72.74% and 78.44%, respectively. The highest score of rations DMD and OMD was R2FPL (69.98%) and R2DPL (61.92%), respectively. A qualitative test of papaya leaf bioactive compounds using UV 254 light obtained 3 spots with a detectable Rf value of 0.72 and a quantitative test with piperine test parameters showed the results of the analysis were "not detected". The results showed that papaya leaves were suitable as an alternative feedstuff for ruminants (cattle, buffalo, goats, and sheep).

GDFP is a standard guideline for producing good milk quality and efficient production system. GDFP implementation has been less attention among the dairy smallholder farmers. The smallholder farmers are classified into three categories depending on animal ownership; strata 1 (1-3 AU), strata 2 (4-6 AU), and strata 3 (>7 AU). This research determines the score of GDFP implementation on smallholder farmers in East Java. The total respondents were 56, with 325 dairy cattle. A questionnaire and field observations were used to collect data using the survey method. The farmers were interviewed using a prepared questionnaire with general information about their farms and questions about GDFP implementation. The result showed that the score of GDFP implementation in all strata of smallholder farmers in East Java Indonesia in 6 aspects as follows: animal health was “good enough†(score 2.68-2.70), milking hygiene was “good†(score 3.19-3.42), nutrition was “good enough†(score 2.86-2.97) in strata I and III and “good†for strata II (score 3.03), animal welfare was “good enough†(2.56-2.60), the environment was "good enough" (2.34-2.50) and socio-economic management is “not good†(score GDFP = 1.60-1.92).

Profits is very important in most industries and determined by the cost and amount of products generated. In the livestock industries, higher number of viable animals produced will improve the economies of scale, hence, their profit. In general, twinning can be a good approach to increase reproductive capacity, and consequently the production volume. Cattle are monovular animal, typically give birth to one offspring and multiple birth is rare. Multiple gestation is mostly unfavorable in the dairy industry due to their negative impact on reproductive and production performance on cow and calf. Twinning is highly correlated to ovulation rate and various genes that are affecting hyperprolificacy in sheep have been identified. Many studies have reported quantitative trait loci (QTL) that are associated with high ovulation rate and twinning in cattle. Besides the genetic factor, twinning can also be induced via hormonal methods. Knowledge on the factors that causing hyperprolificacy can assist the breeders or farmers for their selection, based on their objectives and strategy.

Media pembelajaran PAPIKA di PAUD Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Medan merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam meningkatkan motorik halus anak yang telah diterapkan oleh pendidik untuk memfokuskan kepada peserta didik supaya bersikap tanggung jawab dan jujur. Bahwa permainan PAPIKA yang telah dilakukan guru untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan motorik halus anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di medan karena sebagai bentuk motivasi bagi sekolah, guru dan juga siswa. Adapun metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran PAPIKA di PAUD Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Medan dapat berperan aktif, karena dengn menggunkan media pembelajaran ini anak lebih mudah memahami secara faktanamun tetap dalam pantauan guru, bahwa bermain PAPIKA yang dilakukan pada anak usia dini terdapat aspek baik dari segi keaktifan anak dan juga rasa ingin tahunya dan motorik halusnya dapat bersikap sopan santun serta jujur terhadap guru dan juga teman-temannya.

Perkembangan tafsir dari masa ke masa mengalami perkembangan, sebab para mufasir selalu memiliki pandangan tentang penafsiran Al-Qur’an, salah satu dalam surat Al-Alaq tentang Nasiyah yang membahas tentang otak, maka dari itu artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep Nasiyah dalam Tafsir Salman yang terdapat dalam QS. Al-Alaq ayat [96]: 15-16. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekataan kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan pengumpulan data-data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan, sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan secara hermeneutik. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni mengargumentasikan bahwa istilah kata dari Nasiyah telah muncul sejak lama sebelum Al-Qur’an diturunkan sedangkan istilah dari otak baru muncul pada abad ke-19. Maka dari itu, tidak mengherankan jika interpretasi klasik belum menggunakan pendekatan ilmu saraf (neurosaintifik) untuk memahami Nasiyah dan neurosains memiliki sejarah ilmiah yang begitu panjang, terutama dalam tradisi pemikiran Islam baik secara klasik maupun pemikiran Islam secara modern. Mengingat konsep-konsep pendidikan Islam yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus yang bersifat normatif dalam wilayah metafisik ketuhanan, yang belum berpijak pada bidang keilmuan sehingga masih sulit untuk diimplementasikan ke ranah pragmatis amalyyah.

Molecular information using gene variants could support livestock selection to improve livestock productivity. This study aimed to identify the variants in part of the MSTN gene (part of the third exon coding region), a gene known for its significant effect on muscle growth. DNA was isolated from 95 Madura cattle blood samples collected in Pamekasan, Madura. PCR was used to amplify to MSTN region in part of the third exon, and one-way sequencing was conducted to obtain the sequence from the amplified product. Six SNPs were identified. Four SNPs were novel mutations, and the other two SNPs were recorded in the Ensembl database (rs466598800 and rs211583837). Among the identified novel mutations, one mutation in c.1301G/T caused a stop codon for the TT genotype cattle. However, no cattle carried the TT genotype. Three other mutations in c.1324, c.1373, and c.1399 were missense mutations that change the amino acids Q311L, A318P, and L335B, respectively. Most of the cattle had heterozygote genotypes for all the identified SNPs. It could also be noted that there were sequence differences in the part of the third exon identified between Madura cattle and Zebu cattle (by Tantia et al., 2006).

Endemic leaf rust disease always occurs in almost all maize plantations in Indonesia. Furthermore, the development of this disease differs concurrently and is greatly influenced by the ecological conditions of maize cultivation. Therefore, this study fills the epidemiological gap of diseases that has not been conducted against the epidemiology of maize rust. This identifies the causes of leaf rust that attacked the maize plants in two locations, namely Bayur and Muang Dalam, Lempake, Samarinda, Indonesia. This study also analyzed the relationship or model between ecological factors of temperature, humidity, and soil fertility on the intensity of leaf rust and the infection rate of maize leaf rust. Measurement of disease intensity, the rate at which it developed, soil fertility and temperature and humidity of the area are conducted in this study. Meanwhile, soil fertility also influenced disease progression and the nutrient-poor soils in two sites cause leaf rust disease to develop well. The identification results showed that the cause of maize leaf rust was Puccinia sorghi Schw. Therefore, the temperature accompanied by the increased humidity is directly proportional to the development of the leaf rust.

So far, reason according to the Qur'an and Neuroscience is something that considers identity different, while neuroscience is the same entity. This study aims to analyze the mind and heart according to the perspective of Al-Quran and Neuroscience. This research approach is a qualitative type of literature. The data source of this research is a literature review. The data collection technique was carried out by searching for references in the google scholar data base through the keywords reason, qalb, al-quran and neuroscience. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively by using a pattern of inductive and deductive thinking techniques. The results showed that the mind and qalb are functions of the brain, especially the frontal cortex and limbic system.

This study aimed to analyze Arabic language learning with a neurolinguistic approach at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Students have not been able to accept the material presented by the teacher. Students have not responded with their brain intelligence, both in understanding mufradât as well as understanding muhâdatsah. This research used a case study approach, involving the principal, the representative of Ismuba (al-Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic Language) and the Arabic language teacher. Data were collected by observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study prove that the neurolinguistic approach can understand students in mastering Arabic learning through brain synchronization, both right brain, and left brain. Optimizing Arabic language skills rests on his brain. This neurolinguistic approach can facilitate students in mastering istimâ', kalâm, qirâ'ah, and kitâbah abilities in Arabic learning.

The study was aimed to evaluate semen production on different levels of breeds and ages. A total of 28 bulls were used in this study constisted of 13 Bali bulls, 6 Simmental bulls, and 9 Ongole Grade bulls. The bull’s age was ranged from 2 to 5 years old. The semen was collected at Singosari National Artificial Insemination Center three times a week during 2018. Bull’s semen was evaluated macroscopically and microscopically. Parameters analyzed in this study were semen volume, sperm motility and concentration. The result showed that the different semen quality was found among the bulls at different ages. Semen volume increased with time until 5 years genarally. Bali cattle had the lowest sperm concentration. Ongole Grade cattle had higher sperm motility and lower semen volume. Simmental had the lowest sperm motility. Simmental cattle had semen volume more than 6 mL. In conclusion, Ongole Grade cattle have higher semen production than Bali and Simmental. The failed semen collection was found among the bulls but the qualified semen production based on SNI would be used in the process of frozen semen at Singosari National Artificial Insemination Center

Currently, teachers' and students' relations were not ideally treated because of the rapid growth of information technology. The teacher's role was needed in improving students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills for facing the recent era. This study was aimed to analyze the teachers and students relation in appropriate models using Ibn Sina's multilevel reasoning and neuroscience perspective. The data were obtained through observing manual and digital scientific journals and research references focusing on this issue. This research was a literature study using a qualitative method. Findings proved that Ibn Sina's multilevel reasoning approach was relevant for improving the student's brain, emotional intelligence, and empathy to their teachers. Teachers should be creative to approach the pupils by providing appropriate advice and character education. Thus this research was expected to contribute to the Islamic education development in this millennial era.

The purpose of this study is to describe the extravagant behavior studied from Ibn Khaldun's theory. We find a lot of extravagant behavior in Indonesia, where the majority of the population is Muslim. Wasteful behavior actually does not only occur in Indonesia but also occurs in developed countries. If this wasteful behavior is continuously carried out by the community, what happens can result in poverty. Meanwhile, Ibn Khaldun often criticized the extravagant behavior of advanced societies, both explicitly and implicitly. The method of writing this article is a literature study, namely looking for sources through the Library. As a tipping point where the economic life of society and civilization declines.

Tujuan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa PIAUD terhadap pembelajaran daring pada masa covid-19. Pada penelitian yang penelitian lakukan ini sangat penting dilakukan karena untuk mengetahui tentang persepsi mahasiswa PIAUD terhadap pembelajaran daring masa covid-19. Untuk mengetahui aplikasi yang digunakan saat pembelajaran daring serta untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat saat melakukan pembelajaran secara daring. Perkuliahan yang dilaksanakan daring ataupun online adalah bentuk dari pemanfaatan internet pada masa covid-19. Penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian deskriptif survey, sampel pada penelitian ini mahasiswa PIAUD 2A Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta jumlah sampel adalah 31 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpul data menggunakan wawancara dan angket dengan menggunakan bantuan google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat bebarapa aplikasi yang digunakan mahasiswa saat melakukan pembelajaran daring yaitu menggunakan grup wahtshap dan zoom. Terdapat 75,9 mahasiswa lebih suka menggunakan aplikasi whatshap grup dibandingkan zoom dikarenakan jaringan yang kurang bersahabat serta keterbatasan kuota internet. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi zoom digunakan hanya untuk mempresentasikan hasil makalah selanjutnya dilanjutkan tanya jawab melalui aplikasi grup whatshap.

Gallus domesticus merupakan ayam lokal Indonesia yang harus dilestarikan sebagai sumber daya genetik lokal karena memiliki keunggulan daya adaptasi yang tinggi terhadap lingkungan dan memiliki nilai ekonomis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas semen Gallus domesticus terhadap pengaruh lama penyimpanan dengan penambahan ekstrak Allium cepa pada pengencer Ringer's Dextrose suhu 5°C. Pembuatan ekstrak Allium cepa dilakukan dengan cara maserasi dan semen Gallus domesticus dikumpulkan dengan metode teaser female. Semen yang terkumpul dibagi menjadi 4 perlakuan yaitu T0 (Ringer’s Dextrose tanpa ekstrak Allium cepa); T1 (Ringer’s Dextrose + 0,02 ml ekstrak Allium cepa); T2 (Ringer’s Dextrose + 0,04 ml ekstrak Allium cepa); T3 (Ringer’s Dextrose + 0,06 ml ekstrak Allium cepa) dan evaluasi kualitas semen meliputi motilitas individu, viabilitas, dan abnormalitas diamati dalam waktu 6, 8, dan 24 jam. Behavioristic learning theory from B.F Skinner is the theory of learning which discusses the process of changing behavior. This behavior change is mentioned as a form of learning outcomes through a process of strengthening a new behavior which is also called operant conditioning. The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of Skinner's theory in Alam Nurul Islam IT Elementary School and the impact of the application of B.F Skinner’s behavioristic theory on learning to read and write Al-Qur'an. The writer uses descriptive qualitative method in conducting the research in order to explain the application of B.F Skinner's behavioristic theory. Through this research, the researchers tries to reveal the efforts of giving stimulus and repetition which is made by the teacher to the material being taught as well as the principles of Skinner which are applied in BTAQ learning. The result of this research shows that the application of B.F Skinner's behavioristic theory has resulted in a better change in student behavior in the form of increasing motivation, discipline, istiqomah behavior, and quality of memory.

Gen Inhibin berperan dalam mengatur proliferasi sel, pertumbuhan kelenjar adrenal, hematopoiesis dan metabolisme tulang. Inhibin subunit alpha juga diketahui memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap berat badan, panjang tubuh dan lingkar badan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keragaman gen INHA dan INHBA pada Sapi PO yang berturut-turut sebanyak 68 ekor sapi PO yang berasal dari UPT PT HMT Tuban dan 11 ekor sapi PO BBIB Singosari. Metode pendeteksian keragaman gen menggunakan metode sequencing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada sapi PO populasi UPT Tuban ditemukan tiga genotipe (AA, AB dan BB) pada fragmen gen INHA dan INHBA, sapi PO populasi BBIB Singosari memiliki satu genotipe (AA) pada fragmen gen INHA serta dua genotipe (AA dan BB) pada fragmen gen INHBA. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa gen INHA dan INHBA pada sapi PO populasi UPT Tuban dalam kondisi beragam (polimorfik). Informasi dalam penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar atau landasan dalam memulai program seleksi dan perkawinan sapi potong lokal Indonesia berbasis teknologi molekuler.

Perkembangan serta dukungan teknologi digital sudah memebrikan jalan baru untuk memeberikan pembelajaran dalam bentuk game edukasi digital pada anak usia dini, karena bahwasannya anak usia dini selalu berkaitan dengan permainan. Maka Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan kognitif anak melalui penggunanan game edukasi digital sebagai salah satu alat bagi para pendidik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Metode ini akan diaplikasikan melalui media ICT yang mampu memotivasi peserta didik untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berfikir dan menyelesaikan masalah. Apa yang akan dicapai dalam penerapan metode ICT melalui game edukasi digital, melalui media ini ialah agar dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berfikir anak usia dan kreativitas dalam belajar dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Metode yang peneliti gunakan ialah kualitatif deskritif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan sasaran subjek usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan aspek perkembangan dan aspek kearifan local mendapatkan data berkembang sesuai harapan. INHA gene is a gene that is suggested to have role in reproductive system. Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) of Madura Bulls were identified in this study. Polymerase Chain Reactions (PCR) was used to amplify INHA gene region and MEGA 7 program was utilized to align the amplified region sequences with sequence from Ensembl database. Four SNPs found in INHA and they are located at the first exon. Two SNPs were misssense mutations that causing the substitution of amino acid leucine21 by proline, and amino acid valine63 by methionine and the other two SNPs were synonymous mutation. One of the synonymous SNPs was a novel mutation. Based on those identified SNPs, they could be suggested as potential candidate markers of reproduction traits for Madura bulls. Moreover, through heterozygosity value from the observed bulls, it was indicated that the genotype was varied in population. Therefore a molecular selection program could be designed to determine the Madura superior bull.

The epididymis is a crucial component of the goat's reproductive structure. The epididymis is responsible for the transportation, concentration, and maturation of sperm. This study aimed to examine the differences in the structure of macro and microanatomy, tissue composition, and the existence of androgen receptors in the epididymis of Kacang goats aged 4, 8, and 12 months. The assessment of macroscopic organ growth was done immediately after sampling, whereas microscopic measurements were carried out following histological preparations using hematoxylin-eosin (HE) and immunohistochemical (IHC) procedures. The results on the macroscopic anatomy of the epididymis indicated a significant association between age with the width of the caput dexter and sinister and the circumference of the right cauda. However, no significant relationship was found between age with the corpus length and the left cauda's circumference. Significant variations were observed in the diameter and concentration of the agglutinated spermatozoa in the lumen during histomorphometry of the epididymis in three age groups of Kacang goats. There were no statistically significant variations in the expression of androgen receptors among the three age groups. This study showed that the correlation coefficient test reveals a positive relationship between age and the caput width and corpus length dimensions, indicating that these measurements tend to grow as age increases. On the other hand, the diameter of the agglutinated spermatozoa in the epididymal lumen exhibits significant variations between the ages of 4 months, with the ages of 8 months and 12 months, suggesting that the sperm becomes fully matured by the age of 8 months. Testing an inbred cross for hybrid development requires a proper test cross method. The diallel is one crossing method to find out the magnitude of inbred combining ability, both general general (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) and specific combining ability, that is useful in hybrid development. The objective of the study is to determine the GCA, SCA and heterosis of 6 inbred lines in two seasons. All the inbreds were crossed in diallel design and further evaluated for their combining ability and genetic ratio following the respective methods of Griffing and Baker. The results revealed that GCA, SCA and Reciprocal (REC.) were influenced by planting seasons for almost all yield and yield-related traits. Non-additive gene action was more important in controlling ear length, ear row number, shelled ear weight and yield. The best GCA for yield trait was detected on inbreds G2 and G5. The conclusion from the interpretation of both SCA and REC. is that the inbred crosses of G1 x G6, G2 x G5, G4 x G6, and G5 x G6 have the best yields followed by high heterosis values.

Masa pra sekolah merupakan tahapan yang sangat berarti dalam kehidupan seseorang, yang sangat mempengaruhi tahap perkembangan selanjutnya maka diperlukan perhatian lebih pada aspek-aspek perkembangan yang ada. Aspek perkembangan kognitif adalah aspek yang penting dikembangkan secara maksimal. Pengembangan aspek kognitif salah satunya dapat dilakukan melalui media beam number. Tujuan Penelitian ini guna untuk mengetahui penerapan atau pelaksanaan media beam number dalam kemampuan mengenal angka 1-10 untuk anak usia 4-5 tahun. Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan McTaggart. Dalam pengamatan ini peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara,, dan dokumentasi, dan pengamatan tersebut menggunakan analisis deskriftif kuantitatif. Peneliti melalukan pengamatan sebanyak 8 kali. Pengamatan tersebut menghasilkan bahwa peningkatan mengenal angka untuk anak kelompok A adanya peningkatan pada pra siklus sebesar 29,5%, kemudian pada siklus 1 terjadi kemajuan sebesar 65%, dan siklus II meningkat sebesar 100%. Media beam number adalah salah satu media alternatif untuk mengenal angka usia 4-5 tahun
