The Korean Wave, also known as Hallyu, is a phenomenon of globalization of South Korean culture that has influenced many aspects of life in various countries. Indonesia is a country affected by the Korean Wave due to globalization through the media. This paper aims to analyze the impacts of four detailed movie-related Korean Wave variables (visual, vocal, celebrity, and language) on intention to visit South Korea, with country image as a mediating variable. The research sample consisted of 302 fans and non-fans of the Korean Wave who either experienced or were interested in Korean Wave cultural contents. Data were collected from September to October 2023. The results were analyzed using the Partial Least Squared Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results confirm that four Korean Wave traits positively affect Indonesian tourists’ desire to travel to Korea. Improving the movie quality, including visuals, voice, celebrity, and language, might motivate Indonesian tourists to visit Korea. Likewise, the country’s image is positively and significantly influenced by each of the four Korean Wave variables. The findings were statistically significant at 5% significance level. Moreover, the study discovered that the perception of the country considerably affected the desire to travel and served as a go-between for the effects of film visuals, celebrity presence, and language on the decision to visit.

Abstract Background Studies have attributed 50% of infertility cases to male infertility, 15% of which is caused by idiopathic genetic factors. Currently, no specific biomarkers have been revealed for male infertility. Furthermore, research on genetic factors causing male infertility is still limited. As with other multifactorial genetic disorders, numerous risk loci for male infertility have been identified by genome-wide association studies (GWAS), although their clinical significance remains uncertain. Therefore, we utilized an integrative bioinformatics-based approach to identify biomarkers for male infertility. Bioinformatics analysis was performed using Open Targets Platform, DisGeNet, and GWAS Catalog. After that, the STRING database and the Cytoscape program were used to analyze protein–protein interaction. CytoHubba was used to determine the most significant gene candidates. Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analyses were used to assess biological functions that correspond to the male infertility disease pathway. Results We identified 305 genes associated with male infertility and highlighted 10 biological risk genes as potential biomarkers for male infertility such as TEX11, SPO11, SYCP3, HORMAD1, STAG3, MSH4, SYCP2, SYCE1, RAD21L1, and AMH. Of all the genes, we took the top three genes, namely, TEX11, SPO11, and SYCP3 as the genes that have the most potential as biomarkers. Conclusions TEX11, SPO11, and SYCP3 are involved in meiosis and spermatogenesis. We propose that further research in regarding these genes in detecting male infertility.

This study empirically examines the impact of price-savings orientation on utilitarian and hedonic app browsing, as well as the influence of utilitarian app browsing, hedonic app browsing, and social influence on consumer persuasion within the Indonesian online meal delivery app context. Primary data was collected through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, utilising purposive sampling criteria explicitly targeting users who had conducted transactions on these platforms. The analysis employed the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS software, revealing significant findings. Price-savings orientation positively affected utilitarian and hedonic app browsing, while utilitarian app browsing and social influence significantly influenced consumer persuasion. Implications suggest that future online meal delivery platform development and marketing should prioritise pricing and social influence. Subsequent research should extend this framework to other digital-based business sectors, focusing on a more diverse range of productive-age respondents.

Profitability denotes a company's capacity to generate earnings within a specified timeframe. Companies that thrive and exhibit profitability are perceived as successful and typically garner favour among shareholders. This study examines profitability in the context of a company's ability to generate earnings within a specified timeframe, which is crucial for shareholder favour and business success. It focuses on the banking sector in Indonesia, encompassing 33 listed entities, with eight selected for the research sample. Employing hypothesis testing and analytical techniques, the study finds that asymmetric information and fluctuations in profitability do not affect credit pricing. Instead, credit risk positively impacts credit pricing, along with positive contributions from asymmetric information and profitability. This suggests that profitability does not hinder creditworthiness improvements. Asymmetric information does not affect credit pricing, making selling bank loans risky. Further research on credit pricing at a larger scale is warranted.

Vape use is increasing among the youth and there is a catchphrase that vape is the solution to conventional tobacco smoking. Some case reports show the impact of vape use in the form of lung injury. However, there are no studies that definitively determine how many cases and what kind of problems in the lungs and airways can be caused by the use of vape and this is the purpose of our research. This systematic review article used several databases with the keywords "Vape OR E-cigarette" and "Disease." We screened and eliminated articles based on the PEOS framework. The included articles were analyzed for risk of bias using the JBI critical appraisal tool. A total of 16 articles were included and involved 313 patients in this review. Several case reports show the incidence of pulmonary infections in vape users, lung damage (EVALI), respiratory failure, burning throat, and various other events associated with vape use. The duration of vape use also varies before the appearance of the disease and the earliest use duration is six months and the longest is up to years. Vape use poses a risk of lung and airway disease and requires further study to accurately determine the degree of risk of the impact of vape use on lung and airway health. In conclusion, vape circulation vigilance needs to be considered because the impacts can cause health issues and interfere with the achievement of health goals for all.

Patients with diabetes often lack the necessary knowledge, leading to inadequate behavior in preventing wounds. To overcome the limitations of traditional learning methods, it is crucial to adopt the flipped classroom approach for effectively educating diabetic patients about wound prevention. This study aimed to explore the relationship between the environment, learning infrastructure, and the flipped classroom learning method among patients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Employing a cross-sectional design, the study encompassed patients with DM aged 40-55 years from both genders. A total of 120 patients were selected through purposive sampling techniques. The variables investigated included education factors and the flipped classroom method, which were assessed using a modified questionnaire developed by the researchers and validated for reliability. Data analysis was conducted utilizing Spearman rank analysis. Concerning education factors, 80% of the participants reported having a supportive environment, while 82.5% indicated having access to good learning infrastructure. Regarding the flipped classroom method, 35.8% of the respondents stated that its application in educating patients with DM in the community was effective. Objective: To assess the perceptions of mothers with stunted children regarding the factors contributing to stunting in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. Introduction: Stunting is intricately linked to underlying risk factors, and understanding these factors is crucial for preventing its recurrence, particularly for mothers who play a central role in caring for stunted children. Methods: The research sample consisted of mothers referred by the Perhentian Raja Community Health Center with stunted children. Purposive sampling was employed to select informants and thematic analysis was used for data analysis. Results: A total of 15 informants were interviewed, leading to the identification of five themes related to stunting risks: (1) before pregnancy, (2) during pregnancy, (3) postnatal, (4) infectious disease factors, and (5) socio-demographic factors. Conclusion: The study indicates that mothers hold diverse opinions about factors contributing to stunting, with their views being shaped by health programs and personal experiences, specifically focusing on aspects like breastfeeding and weaning foods. Additionally, it underscores that education and economic challenges introduce complexity to understanding how mothers perceive the risk factors associated with stunting.

The era of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the world of vocational education. Vocational education is becoming increasingly important in this era because the business world and the industrial world (DUDI) increasingly need a skilled workforce and have skills that are relevant to industry needs. This study aims to find out how far the management of vocational education is in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, especially at SMK N 2 Pengasih. The research was conducted using qualitative methods using interviews as a data collection technique. The results of the research show that the management of vocational education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 at SMKN 2 Pengasih has been going quite well. HIV is a chronic condition that requires ongoing medical management, and sleep disturbances are common among individuals living with the virus. By examining the relationship between the duration of illness and sleep quality, healthcare professionals can gain insights into the unique challenges faced by HIV patients and develop targeted interventions to address their specific sleep-related needs. This study aims to find out the relationship between the illness duration and the quality of sleep among people living with HIV/AIDS. This research used an observational research design using a cross-sectional approach. 128 HIV patients on Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Wilayah Semarang were involved in using purposive sampling techniques. The data was gathered with medical records and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Spearman rank correlations were used to analyze the data. This study has been declared ethically appropriate by the Health Research Ethics Committee faculty of Nursing Universitas Islam Sultan Agung. The results found a relationship between the illness duration and quality of sleep where a p-value of 0.019 < α (0.05) with a contingency coefficient value of 0.208. The length of diagnosis and sleep quality have a strong correlation. Nurses and other healthcare providers need to provide interventions for PLHIV to improve sleep quality.

Research in recent years has shown that Bitcoin is a virtual asset that is used as a medium of exchange and investment tool other than shares and bonds, the development of the digital era has opened up opportunities for Bitcoin to be chosen as part of an investor’s portfolio. The focus of this study is to examine the impact of nine key determinants on Bitcoin price. The data used in the study are daily data starting from January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2022. The main data source is taken from Investing.com, and the estimation method applied is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The main finding shows that Bitcoin Volume impacts Bitcoin Price negatively, which is in line with the demand theory. Another finding is related to the substitute effect of Ethereum Volume, Litecoin Volume, and Gold Volume, each of which influences Bitcoin Price positively, suggesting that these three commodities are substitutes to Bitcoin. In contrast, whereas Oil Volume has an insignificant effect on Bitcoin price in the short term, it has a negative significant impact in the long term. In addition, LQ45 stock index Volume influences Bitcoin Price positively in the short term, suggesting that LQ45 stock index and Bitcoin substitute for each other. Moreover, Google Trends impacts Bitcoin price positively in the long term. In terms of the income effect, either the Indonesian GDP or US GDP has a strong positive effect on Bitcoin price in both the short and long term.

Due to the guarantees that have given by the Government through statutory regulations and consumers following the instructions, they are guaranteed to receive legal protection from the state, State Administrative Officials, in terms of granting permits they have gone through applicable legal procedures, if it is proven otherwise then the government must be responsible for the decision. State Administration. However, if there is a violation of the law by the developer, it will difficult for home buyers to claim losses. South Korea has a good image overseas due to the success of its national branding. With the Korean Wave as their national branding, Koreans introduce their country and culture through Korean entertainment. Indonesia is one of the Asian countries exposed to the Korean Wave, especially Korean dramas. This paper aims to analyze the determinants of changes in perceptions and the desire of Indonesians to visit South Korea as a tourist destination. International strategy theory, international marketing theory, and Korean Wave types are analyzed. The research sample consists of 237 randomly selected Korean Wave fans and non-fans. Data were collected using a questionnaire adapted and modified from previous studies. Respondents received questionnaires on-line via Google Forms. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The findings show that international strategy and marketing can adequately explain changes in the perception and desire of Indonesians to visit South Korea as a tourist destination. The study aims to determine the impact of financial leverage, profitability and the moderation effect of corporate size on tax evasion. The population of this study is the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2022. There are 71 samples, selected using purposive sampling. The analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis (MRA) to look at the influence of moderation of corporate size variables. Data collection through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. The results show that all the hypotheses built in this study are acceptable, that’s financial leverage and profitability have a positive and significant effect on tax evasion. Also, the moderation effect of corporate size has been shown to strengthen the influence on financial leverage and profitability against tax evasion.

Spar-type floating offshore wind turbine has been massively developed considering its design simplicity and stability to withstand the wave-induced motion. However, the variation of the local sea level and the readiness of supporting production facilities demand the spar design to adapt in a viable way. Considering this, the present article investigated how the slenderness (length over diameter ratio) and the roundness of cross section influence the hydrodynamic characteristics, which are the crucial parameters of floater performances. The OC3-Hywind spar-type floating platform was adapted as the reference model. The length of the reference floater was then varied with a ratio of 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3 and the diameter was proportionally scaled to obtain constant buoyancy. The number of the sides which indicated the roundness of the cross section was varied to be 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and infinity (cylindrical shape). The analysis was conducted using potential flow theory in a boundary element method solver through an open-source code NEMOH. Initially, panel convergence was conducted and compared with the experimental results of the reference model to obtain the appropriate simulation settings before being used for the case configuration analysis. Results stated that the roundness effect with sides greater than 16 had little effect on dynamic characteristics. Meanwhile, the spar with the largest diameter was more stable against the translational motion.

Peer group support plays a crucial role in enhancing diabetic foot care. However, diabetic patients often exhibit suboptimal foot care behavior due to a lack of support. This study aimed to explore the correlation between peer group support and foot care practices in individuals with diabetes mellitus. Employing a cross-sectional design, the research focused on diabetes mellitus patients aged 40-55 years, and those with less than five years of diabetes history. A purposive sampling technique was utilized to select 64 participants. The research variables encompassed demographic factors, peer group dynamics, and diabetic foot care behavior. These were assessed through a modified questionnaire, verified for validity and reliability. Data analysis involved descriptive analysis and chi-square analysis. The findings revealed a prevalence of 79.7% for inadequate peer group support and 20.3% for robust support. In terms of diabetic foot care behavior, 56.3% exhibited poor practices, while only 17.2% demonstrated good foot care behavior. All variables displayed significance concerning the dependent variable, with a p-value < 0.003. This underscores the positive impact of peer group support on improving foot care behavior in diabetes mellitus patients. This study highlights the need for further research to delve into the effects of educational interventions and family involvement in enhancing diabetic foot care behavior.

Audit businesses encourage their auditors to conduct remote audits during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, auditors from small audit firms exchange their skills, viewpoints, and experiences through internet forums. The purpose of this study is to investigate how auditors’ knowledge-sharing activities through a social media community based on the reciprocity standard can prevent stress caused by work stressors, which affect their job satisfaction. The relationship between knowledge-sharing activities, work stressors, and job satisfaction was examined using the partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) method. This survey includes 151 auditors from 27 Indonesian small audit firms. The findings revealed that active involvement in knowledge sharing activities through social media groups boosts auditor motivation by raising good feelings when confronted with work conflict (β = 0.334, p < 0.001) and lowering negative emotions when confronted with work ambiguity (β = –0.407, p < 0.001) and work overload (β = –0.372, p < 0.001). However, only minimizing the negative feelings of work ambiguity (β = –0.331, p < 0.001) and work overload (β = –0.277, p < 0.001) can improve job satisfaction. Furthermore, work ambiguity (β = 0.135, p < 0.001) and overload (β = 0.103, p < 0.01) totally mediate the association between knowledge–sharing activities and auditor job satisfaction. Auditors set the norm for social media reciprocity by sharing their knowledge and expertise with others. As a result, the auditor can reduce negative emotions when facing hindrance stressors, thereby increasing job satisfaction. Youth unemployment is a contemporary socioeconomic problem in many countries. Although it is a negative phenomenon, this number can be translated into different perspectives as it offers plenty of available job force not only in terms of age and easily adaptable workers but also opportunities for low-wage workers. Unfortunately, despite having a high Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and economic growth rate, Indonesia still suffers from the youth unemployment problem. The research observed a relationship between youth unemployment and FDI in the case of Indonesia from 1991 until 2019. Because of a different situation faced by female and male workers, the research also extended the impact of FDI into gender-specific effects. Data were from World Development Indicator (WDI) in 1991-2019. The short- and long-run situations were analyzed using the Auto-Regressive-Distribution-Lag (ARDL) technique. Based on the findings, it is found that in the short run, FDI can increase youth unemployment in Indonesia. This situation can be due to the reallocation industry, which requires workers’ adjustment. However, in the long run, FDI significantly reduces youth unemployment. Therefore, it concludes that FDI in Indonesia can provide employment opportunities for young people. Next, FDI is found to have a negative and significant effect on female youth unemployment. Meanwhile, there is no significant effect found in male youth unemployment.

AbstractThis study aims to prove the consistency of Agency Theory, Behavioral Consistency Theory and Upper Echelon Theory as a solution to explain the influence of male CEO masculinity on earnings management. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population and research sample using companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016–2021. The study collected images of faces identified as male CEOs from data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and company websites and using Google searches. The data analysis method in this study uses Ordinary Least Square Regression, Fixed Effects, Random Effects, Robust by using Stata Software which is one of the regression solving procedures that has a high level of flexibility in research that connects theories, concepts and data that can be carried out on research variable. These findings explain that the higher the masculinity of the male CEO’s face has an impact on increasing earnings management, and vice versa, the lower the masculinity of the male CEO’s face has an impact on the decrease in earnings management. The empirical findings have implications for management as a policy maker regarding the face of male masculinity which has an impact on earnings management policies, so that these empirical findings can be used by corporate and government management. The empirical findings provide evidence in the field of behavioral accounting by looking at the face of male masculinity as determinant of company earnings management.

This study seeks to identify the effect of Board Size, Woman on Boards on Financial Distress, and the Role of Political Connections in Moderating Board Size, Woman on Boards towards Financial Distress. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population and research sample using companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016–2021. This study collects Board Size, Woman on Boards on Financial Distress from data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and companies from 2016–2021 and utilizes Google search. The data analysis method in this study uses the Regression Ordinary Least Square analysis method, Fixed Effects, Random Effects, Robust with Stata Software. Stata software is one of the Regression completion procedures that has a high degree of flexibility in research that links theory and data that can be carried out on variables in research. The first finding explains that board size does not have a negative effect on financial distress. The second finding explains that female commissioners have a positive and significant influence on financial distress. The third finding explains that the woman director has a positive and significant influence on financial distress. The fourth finding explains that the role of political connections strengthens and has a significant effect on board size on financial distress. The fifth finding explains that the role of political connections weakens and significantly influences the woman commissioner on financial distress. The sixth finding explains that the role of political connections weakens the influence of woman directors on financial distress. The practical implications of the results of this study can help company management and government in policy makers regarding the influence of board size, woman commissioners, woman directors on financial distress, and evaluate the role of political connections in moderating the effect of board size, woman commissioners, woman directors on financial distress. Theoretical implications of the results of this study can explain agency theory. As far as the results of the researchers’ observations so far have not found research on the topic and to evaluate the role of political connections in moderating the effect of board size, female commissioners, female directors on financial distress

AbstractIn order to show the consistency of agency theory as a theory to explain the influence of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on Sustainability, this study will explore the role of moderating actions of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on Sustainability. The firms that make up the demographic and research sample for this study, which uses a quantitative technique, are those that are included in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the years 2017 through 2021. The study’s yearly financial report panel data. The data analysis methods employed in this study were robust, fixed effects, random effects, and ordinary least square regression. These methods are one of the regression solution approaches that may be used with a lot of flexibility in research that combines thoughts, ideas, and facts. The first study found that the audit committee had an effect on sustainability, whereas the second found that the board of directors has no effect. Due to the third and fourth conclusions of the role of activities, the audit committee and board of directors are less strong on sustainability.

BACKGROUND: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune condition characterized by persistent, chronic inflammation that damages organ tissue. One of the symptoms that is often found in SLE is cognitive dysfunction. Hydroxychloroquine is recommended for the treatment of all levels of SLE. This study was conducted to prove the influence of hydroxychloroquine on improving cognitive function and inflammatory biomarkers compared to standard therapy. METHODS: The study adopted randomized controlled trial (RCT) in SLE patients with cognitive dysfunction who met the inclusion criteria. The treatment group consisted of 26 subjects who received hydroxychloroquine 200 mg/day for 8 weeks and standard therapy, while the control group consisted of 29 subjects who were given standard therapy only. Examination of Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)-INA, interleukin (IL)-6, IL-4, interferon (IFN)-α, and C-reactive protein (CRP) scores was carried out at the beginning and the end of the study. The unpaired variables were examined with independent T-test or the Mann-Whitney test, while the paired variables were examined with paired T-test or Wilcoxon signed rank test. The Spearman correlation test was used to measure correlation between variables. RESULTS: A total of 55 subjects participated and completed the study. The result showed a significant relationship between hydroxychloroquine and decreasing levels of IL-6 and IL-4 (p0.05) in both groups. CONCLUSION: Hydroxychloroquine decreases the levels of IL-6 and IL-4, but has no effect on cognitive function, levels of IFN-α and CRP. Vape fans claim that vaping is the solution to smoking cessation, but this is still debatable. Even if vape is still considered new, numerous studies show that vaping is associated with lung injury (EVALI). Despite this, the trend of vaping is still increasing. This study aimed to review the current understanding of conventional smoking and vaping and compare both. Is vaping safer than smoking? Smoking has health risks for lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), stroke, and others, while vaping has been linked with EVALI. Local perfusions were decreased in tobacco smokers after exposure. However, perfusion increased in vaping after exposure. Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) in vape users showed an increase of vitamin E acetate, possibly causing impairment in lung structure and functionality of surfactant. This is the potential mechanism of EVALI in vape users. Smoking uses the Brinkman Index to determine the severity of smoking, but there is no index for vaping because it depends not on how many sticks but on how many e-liquids were used. It seems that vape is “safer” than smoking, but smoking and vaping both have their own health risks, and it is safe to assume that neither is safe for use. “Vape is the solution for smoking cessation” needs further research because it takes years to understand conventional smoking in relation to other diseases. Prospective follow-up studies to determine the risk of vaping on other diseases are needed in the future.

Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, kualitas pelayanan, produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT Unionfam Azaria Berjaya di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 yang berjumlah 253 responden. Teknik pengambilan dengan cara memberikan penilaian sendiri terhadap sampel di antara populasi yang dipilih. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SEM AMOS 23. The purpose of this study is to provide a literature review with an extensive bibliometric analysis of digital leadership developments so far, the main streams, which channels are most influential, and research network models in digital leadership studies. Search and collect articles using the Scopus Database with the keyword "Digital leadership". The search results get 1298 articles. This bibliometric analysis uses VOSViewer software. The clustering process is assisted by the VOSViewer software by matching the words that appear frequently in each group. Each of these groups represents an area of digital leadership research. The eight clusters generated through the VOSViewer software provide an overview and research flow on digital leadership. Finally, researchers and practitioners need to pay attention to trends and research areas in digital leadership to enhance digital leadership development. Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan tinjauan literatur dengan analisis bibliometrik yang luas tentang kepemimpinan digital perkembangannya sejauh ini, aliran utama, saluran mana yang paling berpengaruh dan model jejaring penelitian dalam kajian kepemimpinan digital. Pencarian dan pengumpulan artikel dengan menggunakan Database Scopus dengan kata kunci “Kepemimpinan digital”. Hasil pencarian mendapatkan 1298 artikel. Analisis bibliometrik ini menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSViewer. Proses clustering dibantu oleh software VOSViewer dengan cara mencocokkan kata-kata yang sering muncul pada setiap kelompok. Masing-masing kelompok ini menujukkan area penelitian kepemimpinan digital. Delapan klaster yang dihasilkan melalui perangkat lunak VOSViewer memberikan gambaran umum dan aliran penelitian tentang kepemimpinan digital. Akhirnya peneliti dan praktisi perlu memperhatikan tren dan bidang penelitian dalam kepemimpinan digital untuk meningkatkan pengembangan kepemimpinan digital.

The availability of information about soil erosion vulnerability is necessary as a primary consideration to determine the effort of soil conservation, particularly in the coal mining area. This study aimed to estimate the potential risk of soil erosion from land cover variation in a coal mining concession site in South Borneo. Data were taken from 18 stations of soil erosion monitoring which were evenly distributed in each land cover. Soil erosion vulnerability was quantified using the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) method. The comparison mean of soil erosion among land cover types was evaluated using the Kruskal-Wallis test and followed by the Nemenyi test with a significant level of 5%. The purpose of this study was to design the User Interface (UI) of the Medical Check-Up Mobile application to make it easier for workers to find out the results of their examinations and doctors can evaluate the health status of workers. The object of this study was carried out at the Pratama Clinic of PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Sub Holding Marketing Region Sumbagsel. The research method in this study is a descriptive method that is usually used to solve problems, by describing and describing the classified data. While the design method used is Design Thinking. The results of the User Interface design can later be used as a proposal to the Pratama Clinic of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Subholding Marketing Sumbagsel Region for further implementation by the Internal IT Team.

Neuropathy is a condition in which the patient experiences a decreased sensation of pain in the legs that can affect the physical activity of diabetic patients mellitus, until work productivity decreases. This pain is often disturbing, limiting activity and decreasing the work productivity of diabetic patients. The aim of this study was to identify a correlation between foot sensation and physical activity of diabetic mellitus patients. cross-sectional was used in this study. Data collection uses instruments in the form of observation sheets to assess the results of foot sensation examination with a 10 gr monofilament test and IPAQ-SF (International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form) questionnaire sheet on 70 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data was processed using Kendall's Tau statistical test. A total of 70 respondents obtained an average age of 57 years, long-suffering from diabetes mellitus for an average of 4 years. 39 people received normal test results and 31 experienced decreased leg sensation and an average score of 5 with moderate physical activity categories. Gamma statistical test results p-value value 0.0001 or (p≤0.05) with a positive relationship direction and strangeness (r = -0.706). There is a relationship between decreased leg sensation and physical activity of diabetic mellitus patients at Bangetayu Health Center Semarang

Understanding soil characteristics is important to determine the alternative strategies of land management, particularly those related to the scheme of soil and water conservation. This study investigated soil characteristics from four land covers around the coal mining concession area located in South Kalimantan. A soil survey was conducted using a purposive sampling method with three replicates in each land cover. Soil samples that were taken at depths of 0-10 cm, 11-20 cm, and 21-30 cm, were composited before being brought to the laboratory to quantify their characteristics, such as texture and organic carbon content. Data analysis was processed using a non-parametric test with a significant level of 5%. Comparison average of soil characteristics between land covers was evaluated using the Kruskal-Wallis test and followed by Nemenyi-test. Results found that soil characteristics from four land covers significantly differed in texture and organic carbon content. The highest sand fraction was noted in shrubs (67.23±0.86%), while the greatest silt fraction was recorded in plantation forests (29.71±2.84%). Compared to other land covers, the clay content in plantation forests and reclamation area was relatively equal by around 53-54%. On another side, The highest soil organic carbon was found in plantation forests with ranging of (4.44±0.14%) followed by natural forests (4.24±0.62%), shrubs (3.38±0.09%), and reclamation area (1.14±0.09%). These findings indicated there were high variations of soil characteristics from different land covers around the coal mining concession area. Therefore, it is recommended for managers to apply adaptive strategies in supporting soil conservation efforts based on the soil characteristics in each site.

Many improved versions of k-nearest neighbor (KNN) have been proposed by minimizing total distances of multi k nearest neighbors (multi-voter) in each class instead of the majority voting, such as a local mean-based pseudo nearest neighbor (LMPNN) that give a better decision. In this paper, a new KNN variant called multi-voter multi-commission nearest neighbor (MVMCNN) is proposed to examine its benefits in enhancing the LMPNN. As the name suggests, MVMCNN uses some commissions: each calculates the total distance between the given query point (test pattern) and k pseudo nearest neighbors using the LMPNN scheme. The decision class is defined by minimizing those total distances. Hence, the decision in MVMCNN is obtained more locally than LMPNN. Examination based on 10-fold cross-validation shows that the proposed multi-commission scheme can enhance the original (single-commission) LMPNN. Compared with two single-voter models: KNN and Bonferroni Mean Fuzzy k-Nearest Neighbors (BM-FKNN), the proposed MVMCNN also gives lower mean error rates as well as higher Precision, Recall, and F1 Score, indicating that the multi-voter model provides a better decision than the single-voter ones.

Background: Neuropsychiatric Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (NPSLE) is a condition that impacts the patients’ brain with SLE, and cognitive dysfunction (CD) is the most common manifestation. Subsequently, the CD hurts the life quality of SLE patients and creates impaired social function. Furthermore, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA-INA) is a screening instrument to evaluate cognitive function. In the context of lupus, cytokines, and autoantibodies act as biomarkers in SLE disease control activities. Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation between disease activity, IFN-a, IL-4, IL-6 and Anti-NMDA on CD (MoCA-INA Score) in SLE patients with CD. Methods: This analytical observational study was performed with a cross-sectional design and included a sample of 56 SLE patients. The independent variables were the degree of the disease activity, and levels of IFN-a, IL-4, IL-6, and anti-NMDA. The dependent variable consisted of the degree of CD (MoCA-INA score), while the confounding variables were age, DM, gender, hypertension, obesity, and dyslipidemia. The educated unemployment rate among university graduates (EUUG) in Indonesia has risen steadily, reaching 34.6% during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021), attributed to economic challenges and a national recession. This research aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 and various macroeconomic variables on educated unemployment across 34 Indonesian provinces. Using panel data regression and Fs-QCA methods, the study found that the pandemic and macroeconomic factors significantly influence educated unemployment. The best configuration for high educated unemployment during the pandemic includes factors such as GDP per capita, inflation, Provincial minimum wage (PMW), investment, and government spending, observed in provinces such as Riau, South Sulawesi, DKI Jakarta, and South Sumatra.

Convergence as a model of newspaper mediamorphosis has been carried out since 1995 or a year after the internet entered Indonesia. Bisnis Indonesia started its convergence by launching Bisnis.com in 2006. This study aims to find out the dynamics faced by Bisnis Indonesia in maintaining the firewall, which is the ethics of journalism in commercialization. This is related to media convergence that tends to strengthen the capitalist character of the media. The research method was carried out with a qualitative approach, where the data collection technique was triangulation. The researchers interviewed ten informants from the management and two from customers using the purposive sampling technique. Internal informants range from the president director, editor-in-chief, and reporters. This study finds that convergence can be a solution for Bisnis Indonesia to get out of circulation problems and find revenue to continue their media business. However, it becomes a challenge to maintain the independence of the newsroom.

Return migrants in some areas of migrant’s enclave in Indonesia a have high dependence on work abroad because when they return to Indonesia many no longer have a steady source of income. This happens because they are generally consumptive, spend a lot of money, are glamourous, are less calculating, not have a job plan after not being a migrant. For this reason, the use of remittances migrants is again interesting to study. The aims of this research are to explain the utilization of remittances and the obstacle experienced in the utilization of remittances in improving the welfare of households. The design of this study was a survey and case study. Data collection uses observation, structured interview, in-depth interviews, and FGD. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and followed by qualitative descriptive and categorical analysis. The result of the research shows that remittances are generally for buying land and building houses, furniture and modern kitchen equipment, motorbikes or cars, and wedding parties, and a small portion is allocated for productive businesses. An obstacle of returning migrants in improving their welfare household is low education, the use of more remittances for consumer goods and investment, and the use of remittances more determined by husbands.

A phonemicization or grapheme-to-phoneme conversion (G2P) is a process of converting a word into its pronunciation. It is one of the essential components in speech synthesis, speech recognition, and natural language processing. The deep learning (DL)-based state-of-the-art G2P model generally gives low phoneme error rate (PER) as well as word error rate (WER) for high-resource languages, such as English and European, but not for low-resource languages. Therefore, some conventional machine learning (ML)-based G2P models incorporated with specific linguistic knowledge are preferable for low-resource languages. However, these models are poor for several low-resource languages because of various issues. For instance, an Indonesian G2P model works well for roots but gives a high PER for derivatives. Most errors come from the ambiguities of some roots and derivative words containing four prefixes: 〈ber〉, 〈meng〉, 〈peng〉, and 〈ter〉. In this research, an Indonesian G2P model based on n-gram combined with stemmer and phonotactic rules (NGTSP) is proposed to solve those problems. An investigation based on 5-fold cross-validation, using 50 k Indonesian words, informs that the proposed NGTSP gives a much lower PER of 0.78% than the state-of-the-art Transformer-based G2P model (1.14%). Besides, it also provides a much faster processing time.

Tujuan best practice ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara minimalisasi kecemasan matematika siswa dalam mixed-ability classroom pada materi Barisan dan Deret dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Guru dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berdasarkan kesiapan siswa dengan merancang konten untuk memenuhi kebutuhan semua siswa. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan menggunakan penemuan terbimbing. Siswa bekerja dalam kelompok heterogen. Tingkat kesulitan pemecahan masalah bertahap dalam Lembar Kegiatan Siswa kelompok atau individu, dan Ulangan Harian. Scaffolding diberikan sesuai kebutuhan semua siswa selama pembelajaran. Rerata skor respon siswa mengikuti pembelajaran adalah 4,49 dari 5,00. Hal ini menunjukkan guru telah melaksanakan pengelolaan kelas pada sebagian besar kesempatan. Rerata persentase pemenuhan kebutuhan siswa dalam kelompok 97,67%. Rerata capaian menyelesaikan LKS kelompok adalah 97,78 sedangkan oleh individu adalah 89,30. Rerata capaian Ulangan Harian kelompok di bawah rata-rata 73,50, kelompok rata-rata adalah 85,88, dan kelompok di atas rata-rata adalah 92,98. Distribusi jumlah siswa sebelum dilaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah 9 orang dengan kecemasan tinggi, 19 orang dengan kecemasan sedang, dan 8 orang dengan kecemasan rendah. Setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terdapat 3 orang dengan kecemasan tinggi, 15 orang dengan kecemasan sedang, dan 18 orang dengan kecemasan rendah. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat digunakan untuk meminimalisasi tingkat kecemasan matematika siswa dalam mixed-ability classroom.

Radio transformation is a step to maintain existence. Innovation and adjustment to the rapid development of new media and exacerbated by the Covid-19 virus pandemic requires radio to transform into the digital era. This article aims to see the existence of RRI in transforming radio media in the digital era and Covid-19. The change of radio to the digital era is a demand in facing the challenges of progress and growth of information. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the segmentation of radio listeners in the small category is caused by listeners who prefer and seek social media information. RRI’s strategy to uphold its existence in the digital era is to update technology and cooperation. The transformation carried out during the Covid-19 response period gave rise to an increased character for the information that was broadcast. This study aims to analyze the effect of the ratio of sharia financing products conducted with mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, istishna, and ijarah contracts on the Return On Equity of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research finding that mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah financing have an effect on Return on Equity, while istishna has no effect on Return on Equity of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio produk pembiayaan syariah yang dilakukan dengan akad mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, istishna, dan ijarah pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia dengan menggunakan rasio Return On Equity. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equity dan istishna tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equity Bank Umum syariah di Indonesia.

Pendampingan dalam pembelajaran membantu peserta didik mencapai hasil di sekolah maupun transfer hasil belajar ke situasi baru dalam kehidupan. Untuk dapat hidup kompetitif mereka membutuhkan penguasaan keterampilan berpikir kritis, berkomunikasi, berkolaborasi, dan kreativitas atau 4C. Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas ini untuk mengetahui model PjBL-STEM melalui penerapan Kriptografi pada Matriks dapat meningkatkan keterampilan 4C peserta didik di SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta. Pelaksanaan penelitian dalam dua siklus masing-masing terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi menggunakan tahapan PjBL-STEM yaitu reflection, research, discovery, application, dan communication. Matriks digunakan dalam proses enkripsi maupun dekripsi. Rerata skor keterampilan 4C peserta didik pada siklus I 31,88 menjadi 35,2 pada siklus II dari skor maksimum 36. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan data peningkatan rerata capaian LKPD kelompok dan individu yaitu 88,85 dan 96 pada siklus I serta siklus II adalah 98,88 dan 99,03. Rerata capaian Ulangan Harian maupun ketuntasan klasikal berturut-turut dari 86,10 dan 91,67% pada siklus I menjadi 91,11 dan 100% pada siklus II. Kenaikan rerata persentase pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik pada siklus I masing-masing adalah 96% menjadi 100 % pada siklus II. Rerata capaian nilai produk program “Keamanan Informasi Sensitif” 88,61 dan poster 84,22. Rerata capaian dalam pembuatan laporan 87,65. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PjBL-STEM dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan 4C peserta didik.

Glaucoma is an eye disease that can cause irreversible blindness to people if not treated properly. Although deep learning models have shown that they can provide good results in identifying diseases from medical imagery, they suffer from the vulnerability of adversarial attacks, making them perform poorly. Several techniques can be applied to improve defense against such attacks. One of which is adversarial training (AT) which trains a deep learning model using the input's gradient used to generate noises to the input image and Deep k-Nearest Neighbor (DkNN) that enforces prediction's conformity based on nearest neighbor voting on each layer's representation. This work tries to improve the defense against adversarial attacks by combining AT and DkNN. The evaluation performed on several adversarial attacks show that given an optimum k, the combination of these two methods is able to improve most models' overall classification result on the perturbed retinal fundus image.

This study assesses the status of health-related quality of life (HRQOL) among coronavirus survivors living in rural and urban districts in Riau province, Indonesia. The cross-sectional study was conducted among 468 and 285 Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) survivors living in rural and urban areas, respectively in August 2021. The St. George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) was used to measure the HRQOL of COVID-19 survivors. A higher total score domain corresponds to worse quality of life status. Quantile regression with the respect to 50th percentile found a significant association for the factors living in rural areas, being female, having comorbidities, and being hospitalized during treatment, with total score of 4.77, 2.43, 7.22, and 21.27 higher than in their contra parts, respectively. Moreover, having received full vaccination had the score 3.96 in total score. The HRQOL of COVID-19 survivors living in rural areas was significantly lower than in urban areas. Factors such as living in rural areas, female sex, having comorbidities, and history of symptomatic COVID-19 infection were identified as significant predictors for lower quality of life. Meanwhile, having full vaccination is a significant predictor for a better quality of life. The results of this study can provide the targeted recommendations for improvement of HRQOL of COVID-19 survivors.

Pandemi COVID-19 membawa efek domino bagi peningkatan angka kemiskinan Indonesia. Di Kabupaten Gresik, misal, besarnya angka pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) akibat terhentinya aktivitas industri dan usaha-usaha kecil membuat angka kemiskinan meningkat, sehingga jumlah Tekanan Kemiskinan Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS) menjadi bertambah. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan tekanan kemiskinan yang dialami oleh PMKS selama pandemi COVID-19 serta strategi penanganan yang tepat terhadapnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara terstruktur kepada 400 PMKS di Kabupaten Gresik. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapati temuan bahwa tekanan kemiskinan yang dilakukan oleh PMKS di masa pandemi COVID-19 adalah berkurangnya tabungan dan aset yang dimiliki untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup semasa pandemi. Selain itu, mereka juga kehilangan pekerjaan serta usaha yang ditekuni mengalami kemunduran, akibatnya para PMKS kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga. Kondisi ini turut berdampak pada tidak harmonisnya rumah tangga dan terancamnya keberlangsungan pendidikan anak mereka di sekolah. Strategi bertahan hidup yang paling mudah dilakukan oleh PMKS adalah melakukan perubahan pada pola konsumsi, sedangkan bantuan kerabat relatif sulit didapatkan serta kegiatan produktif seperti diversifikasi usaha juga relatif sulit dilakukan. Strategi penanganan yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan pemberdayaan PMKS terutama kelompok usia produktif. Selain bertujuan mencegah melemahnya kemampuan dan kesejahteraan, pemberdayaan usia produktif juga bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan diri sendiri yang bersifat jangka panjang, yakni keluar dari tekanan kemiskinan yang dialami. Poverty Pressure for People with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) During the Pandemic in Gresik Regency The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a domino effect to increase poverty rates. In Gresik Regency, the number of layoffs (PHK) and small businesses that went out of business added new poor people so the number of PMKS increased. This study intends to describe the poverty pressure experienced by PMKS during the COVID-19 pandemic and the appropriate handling strategy. The research method used is descriptive research by conducting structured interviews to 400 PMKS in Gresik Regency. The results of this study found that the poverty pressure carried out by PMKS during the COVID-19 pandemic was a reduction in savings and assets owned to meet their daily needs during the pandemic where they lost their jobs and the businesses they were engaged in experienced setbacks, difficulties in meeting the needs of life and family nutrition, increased debt to domestic disputes and the threat of children dropping out of school. The easiest survival strategy for PMKS is to make changes to consumption patterns, while help from relatives is relatively difficult to obtain and productive activities such as business diversification are also relatively difficult to do. The coping strategy that can be done is to empower PMKS, especially the productive age group, which aims not only to prevent the fading of PMKS' ability to help themselves but in the long term they can get out of the pressures of poverty they are experiencing.

Research have been conducted about calculating the plasma temperature using Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), located in Udayana University’s Laboratorium Penelitian Terpadu FMIPA. The calculation of Plasma Temperature is done using the Boltzmann Equation using the emission intensity and area under the curve of two wavelength from Cu neutral atom Cu I 521.82 nm and Cu I 510.55 nm. The intensity of Neutral Cu atom is obtained from focusing the Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm, 7 ns) with 80 mJ energy to the surface of Bras 6s (or 99.99%) slab in the air with 1 atm pressure and Helium gas with 60 mL/s flowrate, which will generate a plasma. The Photon emission from Cu neutral atoms in plasma will be caught by spectrometer HR 2500+ (14.336 CCD pixel, 200-800 nm). The average plasma temperature by delay time detection using intensity and area ratio is (8976.40±160.34) K and (13119.20±435.23) K respectively. In Helium gas, the temperature is (12261.21±419.06) K using intensity ratio and (16882.41±678.18) K using Area ratio.

As one of the statistical-based models, an n-gram syllabification commonly gives a high syllable error rate (SER) for Bahasa Indonesia, one of the low-resource languages, since it fails for a high out-of-vocabulary (OOV) rate. Two previous models: bigram-syllabification with flipping onsets (BFO) and a combination of bigram with backoff smoothing based on phonological similarity (CBSPS), which use augmentation methods, can reduce the OOV rate. However, there are two problems in both BFO and CBSPS. First, they use an n-gram that is applied syllable-level, instead of grapheme-level, so that they suffer on the sparsity of n-grams. Second, they rely on a procedure to detect the positions of both vowels and diphthongs. Both problems make them not capable of distinguishing diphthongs from derivative words as well as syllabifying named-entities, which have many ambiguities related to vowels and semi-vowels. In this paper, a syllabification based on an n-gram tagger, which is applied on grapheme-level and does not rely on both vowel and diphthong detections, is developed to solve both problems. Besides, three data augmentation methods are exploited to enrich the dataset. The 5-fold cross-validations (5-FCV) using both datasets of 50 k words and 15 k named-entities show that the proposed augmented-syllabification of n-gram tagger (ASnGT) model is significantly better than both BFO and CBSPS. It is also significantly better than the fuzzy k-nearest neighbor in every class (FkNNC)-based model for formal words and named-entities. However, it suffers from derivative words, where it cannot easily distinguish them from both absorption words and terms of foreign languages. Besides, it also undergoes some foreign named-entities.

Purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of local taxes and retribution in influencing the performance of the Kragan village government in East Java Province. Methodology is a quantitative approach. The analyzed data sources is the Human Development Index (HDI) obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. While the data used are cross sectional and time series taken from 2015 - 2020. Study findings revealed that regional tax revenues increase in regional taxes, the more various activities that can be funded with local taxes. Thus it will also have a positive impact on the performance of the village government in implementing regional autonomy which aims to improve the welfare of the community. Limitations in this study is related to tax management in the region. Suggestions for the Kragan village government in East Java Province are to supervise the implementation and collection of regional taxes and retribution. So that both can be used in improving the welfare of the community. Future researchers may ensure the completeness of data sources and uniformity of methods from the data used. This study aims to actualize philosophical values in shadow puppets performances for the puppeteer and the younger generation. The object of this research is a shadow puppets performance by young puppeteers in Surakarta and its surroundings. Recently, many young puppeteers have appeared arrogantly on stage, for example: standing up and trampling puppet with their feet, throwing puppet off the stage, cursing or saying rude things, exploiting sexual objects for jokes. Whether we realize it or not, one of the causes of this phenomenon is the gap in understanding the philosophical values of puppetry. Data collection methods in this study were the observation of performances and interviews, while to understand the meaning of symbols captured in shadow puppets performances, the method of understanding meaning was used. The notion of "understanding the meaning" in this context is how meaning can be captured from the puppeteers' expressions, either in the form of sabet (puppets movement), catur (puppeteer vocals), and music presented. The result of this research is an attempt to find the factors that influence the tendency of the young puppeteers to express freely. Finding the factors that influence the more youthful generation tends to like glamorous entertainment alone—actualizing philosophical values in shadow puppets according to the contemporary point of view. The ability of the puppeteers to present messages through shadow puppets performances should have direct implications for his personality, in addition to being a means of mass communication that can reach all levels of society (audience) in general.

In investing in the capital market, investorsneed accuracy in making decisions related to stocks. Accurate stock valuation can minimize the risk of being wrong in decision-making. Therefore, investors need to analyze conditions corporate finance for decision making in investing stock. To evaluate the company's financial condition, investors can do it by calculating the company's financial ratio, namely Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE) and for determining the appropriate timing of the investor's transactions will also be considering technical factors such as the Rupiah exchange rate against the US Dollar, Inflation and Bank Indonesia Interest Rates. This study aims to determine the effect. Earnings Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Exchange Rates, Inflation, and Bank Interest Rates Indonesia to Stock Prices. The population in this study are Go-Public companies from the Pharmaceutical sub-sector and the cosmetics sub-sector household goods, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange aslong as 2014-2019 period. The sample selection technique in this study is purposive sampling. Thirty-six companies were acquired which complied research sample criteria. This study uses secondary data analyzed by descriptive method and multiple linear regression tested with classical assumption experiments, T-Test and F-Test. The results showed that the test results: EPS had an effect significant and partially affect the share price., DER is not has a significant and partial effect on stock prices., ROE has a significant effect simultaneously and partially share price., Exchange rate has no significant effect simultaneously and partially has no effect on stock prices, inflation has no significant effect Simultaneously and partially it has no effect on stockprices. Tribe Interest has no significant effect simultaneously and partially not take effect.

Pemilihan program digesti sampel dengan microwavepenting dilakukan untuk memperoleh hasil destruksi yang sempurna. Kesempurnaan destruksi sampel menentukan keberterimaan parameter verifikasi metode yaitu akurasi, presisi, linearitas dan sensitivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih metode destruksi microwavedalam penetapan total arsenik dalam MP-ASI menggunakan AAS-HVG. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap parameter verifikasi metode dan perbandingan dua program microwavedilakukan dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program destruksi microwavepertama (P1) lebih baik daripada program microwavepembanding (P2) yang menghasilkan rata-rata recovery84,79% hingga 104,57% untuk sampel bermatriks makanan dan 64,43% untuk sampel air. Presisi metode terpilih menghasilkan rata-rata RSD 6,63% hingga 13,41% untuk sampel bermatriks dan 4,66% untuk sampel air. Linearitas metode pada program terpilih menunjukkan R:0,997 dengan koefisien variasi regresi Vx0:4,24%, sedangkan batas deteksi dan batas kuantifikasi sebagai parameter sensitivitas berturut-turut 0,04 ng/g dan 0,12 ng/g untuk sampel bermatriks serta 0,01 ng/mldan 0,02 ng/mluntuk sampel air. Metode penetapan kadar total arsenik dengan program microwaveterpilih memenuhi syarat keberterimaan menurut uji verifikasi metode.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi algoritma kendali pada plant level air yang terdistribusi pada dua tangki. Terdapat dua metode yang digunakan yakni kendali PI-D yang ditempatkan pada masing-masing unit pengendali lokal (LCU) dan kendali Fuzzy sebagai unit pengendali utama (MCU) dimana performa sistem dapat di-monitoring pada Human Machine Interface (HMI). Kendali PI-D (tipe B) dipilih untuk mengantisipasi persoalan setpoint kick yang sering muncul ketika digunakan kendali PID konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan respons kendali PI-D dapat mengatasi setpoint kick ditandai dengan perubahan smooth ketika setpoint berubah. Respons kendali PI-D pada HMI menunjukkan hasil yang baik direpresentasikan melalui error steady state dapat bernilai 0, overshoot 0% dan settling time 0,01 detik. Disamping itu, kontrol Fuzzy yang digunakan pada MCU dapat menghasilkan nilai setpoint (SV) yang tepat untuk masing-masing LCU, sehingga diperoleh respons kendali di atas. Kata kunci: LCU, MCU, PI-D, Level Air, Logika Fuzzy ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the control algorithm on the plant water level distributed in two tanks. There are two methods used, namely PI-D control placed on each local control units (LCU) and Fuzzy control as the Main Control Unit (MCU) and synchronization for Human Machine Interface (HMI) and monitoring. The PID control (type-B) was chosen to anticipate the setpoint kick problem that often arises when conventional PID controls are used. The results showed that the PI-D control response was able to overcome the setpoint kick which represented by smooth acting of actuator response . Response of the PI-D control on the HMI shows a good response by a steady state error of 0, an overshoot of 0%, and a settling time of 0.01 seconds. Besides that, Fuzzy logic used in the MCU can produce the right setpoint (SV) value for each LCU, so that the control response above is obtained. Keywords: LCU, MCU, PI-D, Water Level, Fuzzy Logic
