Langvarig behandling med søvnapnéskinner er godt undersøkt i vitenskapelige studier. De viser god effekt mot snorking og pustestopp, og det har fremkommet få bivirkninger (1). CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) er regnet som «gullstandarden» i behandling av obstruktiv søvnapné, men på grunn av dårligere compliance med CPAP er en individuelt tilpasset og justerbar skinne (MAD; mandibular advancement device) et godt egnet behandlingsalternativ til CPAP. Studien behandlar lagrum, praxis och doktrin på ämnet budgivning i Sverige, Danmark och Norge. Förekomsten av budgivning vid fastighetsöverlåtelse är en gemensam kutym för ovanstående länder. Själva processen och reglerna runt budgivningen skiljer sig dock åt mellan länderna. I Sverige fungerar budgivningen som ett auktionsförfarande och bud är inte bindande. Norska budgivningar fungerar också som ett auktionsförfarande men bud är obligationsrättsligt bindande och presumtiva köpare lägger vanligen bud med en tidsfrist. I Danmark är alla bud bindande men till skillnad från Norge, dolda och öppnas samtidigt vid en bestämd tidpunkt, en så kallad budöppning. Svensk rätt innehåller formkrav för bindande köp av fast egendom och bostadsrätt. Formkravet innebär att presumtiva köpares bud är bindande först när köpekontraktet är påskrivet, vilket medför en risk för illojalt beteende vid budgivning. En potentiell köpare kan lägga ett bud på en fastighet, vinna budgivningen och sedan dra sig ur, utan några som helst skyldigheter. Den som lovar att i framtiden köpa en fastighet är därmed rättsligt helt obunden av sitt löfte. Detta innebär en problematik som rör såväl köpare, säljare och hela mäklarkåren. Köpare riskerar att betala ett för högt pris, säljaren riskerar att behöva sälja objektet en gång till och mäklaren riskerar sitt rykte i de fall det förekommer misstankar om fejkad budgivning. I Danmark blir det budgivning endast i de fall det finns flera spekulanter. Den som är intresserad av att köpa ett objekt kan lägga, ändra och/eller dra tillbaka sitt bud inom en av säljaren bestämd tidsfrist. Under tidsfristen är buden hemliga och när fristen löpt ut bestämmer säljaren om hen accepterar något av buden. Budgivarna har ingen aning om vad övriga spekulanter lägger för bud, och ges ingen möjlighet att buda över. Om det blir budgivning och endast en spekulant lagt bud, gäller varken budet eller reglerna för budgivning.I Norge ingås köp av fast egendom och bostadsrätt genom att potentiella köpare lägger bud till ett visst pris, inom en av budläggaren bestämd frist och om säljaren accepterar budet inom fristen är rättsligt bindande avtal ingånget. Precis som i Sverige kan budgivningen gå fort och den som vill köpa en fastighet kan känna sig stressad att lägga bud. Budgivare som lägger bindande bud kan därför ges för lite tid att undersöka fastigheten för att fatta ett välgrundat beslut. Risken för bulvaner sjunker avsevärt då budgivare måste stå fast vid sina bud. Studien belyser såväl fördelar som brister med samtliga länders lagstiftning kring budgivningen. The study deals with the law, practice and doctrine of the subject of bidding in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The occurrence of bidding on real estate is a common custom for the countries above. The process and rules surrounding the bidding themselves differ, however, between the countries. In Sweden, bidding works as an auction procedure and bids are not binding. Norwegian bidding also works as an auction procedure, but bids are binding and binding buyers are usually offered a deadline. In Denmark, all bids are binding but unlike Norway, hidden, and open simultaneously at a certain time, a so-called bidding opening.Swedish law contains formal requirements for binding purchase of immovable property and housing rights. The formal requirement means that the prospective buyers' bid is binding only when the purchase contract is signed, which results in a risk of unfair behavior in bidding. A potential buyer can bid on a property, win the bidding and then retire without any obligations. Those who promise to buy a property in the future are therefore legally completely unobtrusive of their promise. This creates a problem that concerns both buyers, sellers and the entire brokers. Buyers risk paying a price that is too high, the seller may need to sell the item again and the broker risks his reputation in the event of suspicions of falsified bidding.In Denmark, bidding only takes place if there are several potential buyers. Anyone interested in buying an property can add, change and / or withdraw his bid within a seller's specified time limit. During the deadline, the bids are secret and when the time limit expires, the seller determines if he or she accepts any of the bids. Bidgivers have no idea what other prospective buyers bid for, and no opportunity to bid. If bidding and only a speculative bid are made, neither the bid nor the rules for bidding apply.In Norway, the purchase of real estate and tenant-owned property is awarded by potential buyers placing a bid at a certain price, within the time limit set by the bidder and if the seller accepts the bid within the time limit, it is a legally binding agreement. Just like in Sweden, bidding can go fast and anyone who wants to buy a property can feel stressed to bid. Bidders who make binding bids are therefore not given enough time to investigate the property to make an informed decision. The risk of bulges drops considerably when bidders must stick to their bids.The study highlights both the benefits and the shortcomings of all countries' legislation regarding bidding. The Swedish legislation seems safe and relatively simple for all parties. A change of law with the identification of bidders would increase security further.

Fanconi anemia (FA) is a rare genetic disease characterized by congenital malformations, aplastic anemia and increased risk of developing malignancies. FA is genetically heterogeneous as it is caused by at least 17 different genes. Among these, FANCA, FANCC, and FANCG account for approximately 85% of the patients whereas the remaining genes are mutated in only a small percentage of cases. For this reason, the molecular diagnostic process is complex and not always extended to all the FA genes, preventing the characterization of individuals belonging to rare groups.The FA genes were analyzed using a next generation sequencing approach in two unrelated families.The analysis identified the same, c.484_485del, homozygous mutation of FANCF in both families. A careful examination of three electively aborted fetuses in one family and one affected girl in the other indicated an association of the FANCF loss-of-function mutation with a severe phenotype characterized by multiple malformations.The systematic use of next generation sequencing will allow the recognition of individuals from rare complementation groups, a better definition of their clinical phenotypes, and consequently, an appropriate genetic counseling.
