The Internet of Medical Things has actualized the digital transformation of the healthcare industry where information systems are leveraged by providers for enhanced performance and improved patient outcomes. In light of these systems' outsized role in healthcare management, it is essential to explore impacts on healthcare by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of Health Information Systems (HIMS). This study investigates the strengths and shortfalls of HIMS. It addresses the gap in scholarly literature that often focuses on isolated effects rather than providing a generalized understanding of HIMS advantages and liabilities. This research used the narrative review methodology that aggregates and synthesizes literature on the subject. The body of the text discusses advantages of health information systems such as enhancing systematic management of health data, reducing medical errors, promoting operational efficiency and decision making. The vulnerabilities of information systems discussed herein are implementation costs and privacy concerns. The terminal summarizes the paper's content, connecting it to impact on patient outcomes. The principles of sustainable development impose the following demands on manufacturers: greater environmental and social responsibility; resource conservation; and greater economic efficiency. If aerospace enterprises introduce integrated management systems, incorporating quality management, environmental management, occupational safety management, and energy management, the outcome will be systematic business management; more efficient problem solving; better economic, environmental, and social performance; improved product quality and reliability; and, in short, sustainable development. The adoption of both Nature-based Solutions (NbS) and a system perspective is a hot issue and an area in which there is much room for improvement in ecological protection and restoration. The study takes Altay region as an example, an area located in Xinjiang, China, which is an important ecological corridor of the national key functional area and the core area of the Belt and Road but has a fragile ecological environment and needs much enhancement in ecological protection and restoration. Guided by the concept of "mountains-rivers-forests-farmlands-lakes-grasslands (MRFFLG) system is a life community", the coupling relationship of the various MRFFLG elements, the main ecological environmental problems and the integrated countermeasures for protection and restoration in Altay region have been analyzed in this study. The study shows that Altay region has a typical meta-ecosystem of mountain, oasis, and desert, and the connections by rivers and lakes make the ecosystem links within the region much closer. The interweaving of resource-environmental-ecological issues of the aquatic ecosystem, degradation of the quality of terrestrial ecosystems such as forests, grasslands and farmlands, the increased ecosystem fragmentation and ecological risks are the major ecological environmental issues in this region. This study takes the improvement of the ecosystem health and function in Altay region as the core goal of regional ecological protection and restoration. First, we establish a zoning governance pattern from the perspective of ecosystem integrity; second, we design governance strategies for different zones with the goal of synergistic improvements in the ecosystem functions; and finally, we clarify the key engineering tasks in different zones from the perspective of ecosystem services. Ecological conservation and restoration of the MRFFLG system is a prime example of the application and development of NbS in China. This paper constructs an analytical framework for identifying regional life communities, diagnosing ecological protection and restoration of zoning problems, and proposing classified solutions for ecological protection tasks for the protection of the MRFFLG system. This research will enrich the theory and technology for the protection and restoration of MRFFLG systems, and provide guidance for the practice of ecological protection and restoration in Altay region. Today, tourism, as one of the world's largest service industries, has a special place in the economic, cultural, social and political spheres. Given the influential role of tourism in society, especially in the economic sector, taking advantage of optimal management practices for sustainable development of this industry is an inevitable necessity. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to evaluate the Influential factors of tourism systematic management and their future studies in Tabriz metropolis with emphasis on good governance approach. The research method in the present study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches with the nature of a future study, which has been used in order to collect information, the Delphi technique of elites and city managers (15 experts in the field of tourism) and for the purpose of data analysis, cross-effects analysis technique in MICMAC software. The research findings show that the most influential factors in the development of tourism management system based on good governance approach in Tabriz metropolis related to the existence of a single and responsive leadership; recruitment of people based on knowledge competency in tourism organizations; Knowledge is in human resources and the formation of inter-institutional interaction and trust in the institutions involved with tourism. The results also indicate that, given the current situation, the management of Tabriz's tourism system with an emphasis on good governance in the future has shifted to instability.

Placement of students in the industry or organization related to their study field is compulsory in order to fulfill the requirement of Ministry of Higher Education policy. It became one of the courses that must be fulfilled by students in order to finish their study at university or other institutions. Increment on the number of students in universities caused the management of internship program become uncontrolled. At UiTM Perlis, students who have been using the manual system in conducting internship have caused many problems. The main problem exists in UiTM Perlis is the manual management in internship program which involves a lot of paper, time-consuming and poor management between academician and industry as well as students. Thus, an internship management system using case-based in web environment is developed to solve the problem that occurred among students, coordinator and employer. The system will help in reducing the workload to the three users mentioned previously. Based on the system, the requirements from the industry will be matched with the qualification from the students. Therefore, the placement for the students will be easily generated by the system. Two methods of testing were conducted namely heuristic evaluation and user acceptance test. The results proved that the systematic online industrial training application system achieved very good level of performance in terms of user interface satisfaction, usefulness and ease of use and its usability by users.

With the increasing impacts of both climate change and human activities, river basins were usually facing multiple water issues, which can impact water quantity, water environment, aquatic ecology and sediments. Simultaneously, increased frequencies of extreme hydrological events, such as droughts and floods, were observed. Thus, systematic management and retardation of extreme hydrological events became crucial goals of integrated water basin management. Raising the regulation capacity to multiple water cycling processes in a river basin is an important pathway. In this paper, based on the judgement of the China's major water issues, we analyzed the shortage of traditional water basin management, which relied on changing status of water cycling processes, end-of-pipe control technologies and the process dissociation. We analyzed the overall demand of solving water problems from a systematic level under the changing environment, the general idea of the ecological sponge-smart river basins construction, and proposed the theoretical framework and the critical research questions of the ecological sponge-smart river basins. The construction of ecological sponge-smart river basins should base on ① taking full consideration of the evolutional rules of multiple water cycling processes; ② regulating human activities, including exploring water and land resources; ③ achieving the joint regulation among the surface-soil-underground hydrological processes, including water quantity, water quality, sediments and aquatic ecosystem. We aimed to utmost retard extreme hydrological events, construct and improve comprehensive service functions of a river basin and achieve the conservations of the ecological functions of the ecosystems, including mountains, rivers, farmland, forests and lakes. By means of questionnaires, expert interviews, and field investigations, this essay analyzes the contradictions encountered in running large Chinese sports venues and proposes systematic management of contradictions. It concludes that a range of contradictions are caused between social and economic benefits, administrative and management rights, sports and non-sports services, and stability maintenance for safeguarding security and sports products, because owners and operators have different goals for running sports venues. The essay then proposes systematic management for resolving operational contradictions, which includes internal microscopic and external macroscopic management. Lastly, it indicates that large sports venues should be operated by integrating internal with external management by adopting appropriate strategies, such as clarifying the objectives of running large sports venues, establishing a coordinated and innovative management system, enhancing policy support and a market-oriented operation to reduce the costs for operating a venue, constructing a subsidy mechanism for government's purchase of public services, and establishing a mechanism for developing talents for running these venues, so as to improve their specialized management. Background Disparity in maternal mortality exists between rural-urban migrant and urban resident women in China, but little research has provided evidence for related policy development. The objective of this study was to identify associations with and risks for maternal death among rural-urban migrant women in order to improve health services for migrant women and reduce maternal mortality in China. Methods We conducted a prospective case-control study in urban areas of Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces and Beijing municipality. In each, migrant women who died between July 1, 2010 and October 1, 2011 were identified through reports from China's Maternal and Child Mortality Surveillance System. For each, four matched controls were selected from migrant women who delivered in local hospitals during the same period. We compared sociodemographic characteristics, health status and health service variables between cases and controls, and used bivariate and multivariate conditional logistic regression analyses to determine associations with and risk factors for maternal death. Results 109 cases and 436 controls were assessed. Family income <2000 yuan per month (OR = 4.5; 95%CI 1.7-11.7) and lack of health insurance (OR = 1.3; 95%CI 1.1-1.6) were more common amongst women who died, as were lack of antenatal care (ANC) (OR = 22.3; 95%CI 4.3- 116.0) and attending ANC only 1-4 times (OR = 5.0; 95%CI 1.6-15.5). Knowledge of danger signs during delivery was less common in this group (OR = 0.3; 95%CI 0.1-0.8). Conclusion Differences existed between migrant women who died in pregnancy and surviving controls. The identified risk factors suggest strategies for health sector and community action on reducing maternal mortality among migrant women in China. This paper investigates the path effects of systematic government investment on national growth. We build a theory where government investment practices, along with other institutional variables, affect the quality of a country's core public infrastructure system. This, in turn, positively affects national productivity. Using the path analysis method, we test our theoretical framework on a sample of data drawn from 25 developing economies during the period from 1990 to 2000. The results suggest that a unit increase in systematic public investment practices indirectly enhances national productivity with an increase of about $10-$15 in a country's real per capita GDP through the better condition and service capacity of a country's core public infrastructure. • OHS standards draw on the paradigms of systematic management and systems thinking. • The extent to which these two approaches can coexist has not been articulated. • Blends of the two paradigms reflect the balance of welcomed-controlled variability. • Paths of generating objectives and procedures characterise the type of blend. A systems approach to Occupational Health & Safety Management (OHSM) acknowledges that entities of people, equipment, tools, processes and policies are all interconnected and interrelated, and in conjunction affect the outcomes and achievements of any business undertaking. Although several internationally recognised standards for OHSM systems draw on the synergy between systematic management, which reflects the degree of system control, and systems thinking, which represents the degree of system knowledge, the different levels of application of these two approaches during their symbiosis within a given system has not been visibly articulated. In our work, we reviewed relevant literature and reflected on the possible combinations of systematic management practice with the knowledge generated through systems thinking from a sociotechnical perspective. Based on the degree to which any variability is seen as inevitable and the extent to which the organisation aims to control it, we translated the various blends of the two paradigms into the ways an organisation generates and establishes objectives and procedures. Our premise is that there is no golden rule and that systems thinking and systematic management must be combined with caution and an understanding of the inherent limitations of each approach and the context in which they are introduced.
