A case of late diagnosis of primary antiphospholipid syndrome in a patient with recurrent miscarriage is presented. The pronounced immunological activity of the antiphospholipid syndrome with severe arthritis, fibrosing alveolitis mimicked systemic lupus erythematosus.

The true prevalence of pollinosis in general and of weed susceptibility to pollen in particular (mainly wormwood and ragweed) in Russia and worldwide has not been studied enough. The ragweed is a quarantine weed, which is a native species in Russia. Wormwood is a large genus of herbaceous plants, in Russia the most common bitter and common wormwood. The aim of the study was to study the level of sensitization to ragweed pollen and wormwood in Samara region for 5 years. In the city of Samara revealed the growth of sensitization to ragweed pollen and wormwood from 2012 to 2017, which is consistent with the data on the leading role of ragweed pollen and wormwood as a risk factor for the development of pollinose in the region. Taking into account the data on ragweed distribution in the region is three separate, to avoid cross-reactions between allergens of different types of ragweed and wormwood, and to identify the truth of sensitization in these patients should be conducted component allergy diagnostics.

Currently available technologies of medical care for patients with chronic non-specific lung diseases (CNLDs), including those with chronic bronchitis and asthma, make it possible to move the epicenter of active treatment from the inpatient to the outpatient facilities. Among the existing non-pharmacological treatments for CNLDs, speleogalotherapy has become increasingly popular. Speleogalotherapy is a specific type of treatment using the microclimate of karst caves, salt mines, or artificial climate chambers of various modifications. The microclimate of karst caves is characterized by a relatively high degree of radioactivity and air ionization, presence of a highly dispersed aerosol, increased concentration of carbon dioxide, relatively low temperature, high absolute humidity, absence of microbes and allergens, and stability of meteorological factors. Multiple studies evaluating different variants of speleogalotherapy in patients with chronic bronchitis and asthma suggest that this type of treatment ensures positive effect in both groups of patients. The dry fine salt aerosol mainly affects the bronchial tree and increases the activity of the respiratory epithelium resulting in an increased sputum production with subsequent cleansing of the bronchi. It also ensures disinfection, which eliminates or mitigates existing respiratory dysbacteriosis.

Objectives. The theory of intersubjective management, designed to manage social processes in society, is aimed at achieving mutual understanding and consensus among heterogeneous actors united in self-organized communities. Actors who are aware of themselves in a problem situation (rather than just viewing it from the outside) are motivated to solve it, and joint decisions are made by the entire community of actors who are forced to negotiate with each other, realizing that their own resources are not enough to solve the problem. The use of modern information and communication technologies could allow to increase the effectiveness of the decision-making process and reduce its time, providing actors with the means of interacting each other in the process of seeking likeminded people, negotiating and reaching consensus. Therefore, the aim of the research is to find means of infocommunication support for the theory of intersubjective management which help to organize the interaction of actors who found themselves in difficult problem situations in everyday life.Method. The system approach, method of the comparative analysis are applied. For the purpose of better presentation the semantic mean of graphical visualization Free Mind is used.Result. The analysis of modern infocommunication facilities, the most popular among potential actors, is carried out and their comparison is made. The evaluation of the capabilities of all the analyzed means from the point of view of their suitability to the needs of intersubjective management is given. The choice of the most suitable infocommunication facility for use in the company "TBM-Povolzhje" is made.Conclusion. The analysis of infocommunication means allowed to present their wide spectrum for application in practice while using the theory of intersubjective management. Objectives. The classical management approach associated with the organisation of management processes in enterprises, regions and states is aimed at improving the efficiency of the operation of the management object, but not at solving problem situations encountered by representatives of the society. By developing a theory of joint search for solutions to problem situations in which social actors find themselves, it is proposed to supplement traditional management techniques with an intersubjective social management approach aimed at improving the quality of life of people. The aim of the research is the further development of intersubjective management theory and its supplementation by formalised means for practical application.Methods. The system approach, methods of analysis and synthesis and mathematical modeling are applied. In order to visualise the stage sequence of finding a way out of a problem situation, a method relying on graphic images is used.Results. The theory of intersubjective management for finding a way out of problematic social situations is developed. Additionally, an algorithm for analysing the problem situation and finding a solution is presented, the “problem situation” is considered in terms of the meaning of the problem situation chain, a formal mathematical model of the problem situation is constructed and the application of the basic provisions of the theory of intersubjective control is described on an example.Conclusion. The proposed scheme for analysing problematic situations complements existing theoretic using an approach that will allow it to be applied in practice.
