Treatment of breast cancer with low expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2; HER2-low) has drawn much attention in recent years. With the proven therapeutic effect of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in patients with HER2-low (immunohistochemistry [IHC] 1+, or IHC2+/in situ hybridization [ISH]-) breast cancer, HER2-low may become a new subtype of targeted therapy for breast cancer. The expert committee formulated this consensus based on the current clinical studies and clinical medication experience. The current consensus is the collaborative work of an interdisciplinary working group, including experts in the fields of pathology and oncology. The purpose of this consensus was to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HER2-low breast cancer, thereby prolonging the overall survival of patients.

This paper summarized nursing measures for a patient with infertility caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated with the Chinese herbal medicine ointment rubbing therapy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing assessment, the Chinese herbal medicine rubbing therapy and comprehensive nursing interventions such as dietary care, emotional care and life support were carried out to relieve the pain and anxiety, and improve the absorption of pelvic inflammatory effusion. Due to complicated underground environment, traditional active location technologies make it inconvenient for workers to carry tags or lose tags during operation, which are limited in application of underground target location, while existing passive location technologies such as geometric method, fingerprinting method and so on has low location precision due to dense multipath interference in underground, which cannot be used in underground directly. For the above problems, a mine tagless target location method based on combined space and frequency diversity is proposed. The method, which is based on non-uniform sampling principle in Fourier domain, reconstructs target reflectivity function through inverse Fourier transform of echo signals of the target in wavenumber domain, so as to realize target location. Passive broadband harmonic tags are used to generate the required harmonic signals for eliminating fundamental frequency interference introduced by transmitting antenna. The combination of space and frequency diversity is achieved by using space diversity of the tags and frequency diversity of the harmonic signals and fusing multi-channel information, which solves the problem of low location precision caused by insufficient sampling information. A differential reception algorithm is used to eliminate phase errors caused by downlink multipath interference, which can improve mine tagless target location precision. The simulated experiment results show that the method can effectively expand coverage of wavenumber domain and restrain multipath interference, so as to realize accurate target location. Under the condition of low signal-to-noise ratio, the location precision can reach decimeter level.

The identification of seed quality is very important for which the quality of seed is crucial to the yield and quality of crops. There are two main problems with the acquisition and identification of cracks inside corn seed. One is that most of the methods of near-infrared spectroscopy or X-ray are used to obtain images of cracks inside the seed, the acquisition equipment is expensive and the operation is complicated. The other is the identification of crack images, and the traditional image processing method is usually used which requires professionals to design different model parameters each time, resulting in poor model robustness and low model accuracy. In this study, we originally proposed a simple but effective method to obtain the picture of corn seed internal cracks, which is combined with visible light transmission and ordinary camera acquisition method. We also proposed using the transfer learning methods not only solving the problem of the small scale of our corn seed internal cracks dataset but also avoiding extracting features manually. Our proposed method achieved a promising result, which is able to correctly identify the cracked and intact corn seed 100% in our training stage and testing stage.
