As one of the three major fields of energy consumption, industrial enterprises are under pressure regarding energy saving and emission reduction, and industrial building energy consumption takes up more than 50% of the total consumption. Therefore, it is essential for industrial enterprises to develop green industrial buildings to achieve targets for reducing CO2 emissions. This study compared the standard evaluation characteristics for green industrial buildings domestically and abroad. Also, eQUEST and the scenario analysis were adopted to simulate and calculate the energy consumption, energy saving potential, and the energy consumption structure applied to 11 green industrial building projects in Chinese cigarette manufactures. Then, the simulated data and the measured data of the operating projects were compared, and a comprehensive and systematic evaluation was worked out for them. Finally, the problems existing in the operation of the green workshop in cigarette industry enterprises are found out, and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward. Results showed that the application of energy-saving technologies relates to the location, energy-saving targets, and energy-saving efficiency; the higher proportion of the energy consumption for a specific system, the greater potentials of systematic energy saving; Enterprises have all reached the pre-set energy saving targets after the implementation of green workshop projects; The unit comprehensive energy consumption intensity for the most sample enterprises achieve the standard requirements after the technology improvement.

How to evaluate the effect of tobacco industry's technical measures for energy conservation and emissions reduction is important to promote the application of advanced technology. Motived by this purpose, this study applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a comprehensive index and use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi expert consultation method to determine weights of indicators. Furthermore, the comprehensive evaluation of nine core energy-saving technical measures of tobacco industry is made. The results show that, the comprehensive performance of refrigeration system's optimized technique energy efficiency index is the best, which is 0.73, followed by air conditioning system and lighting system, which are 0.62 and 0.60, respectively. These results may provide insightful support for decision makers to promote the energy conservation and emissions reduction of tobacco industry.

Clarification of the effects of long-term fertilization and cultivation on soil organic carbon (C), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) contents and their stoichiometric ratios can contribute to existing research on the C and nutrient biogeochemical cycles and their interacting mechanisms. Such information is also of great significance to fertilization management and for the control of non-point pollution. Fifteen plots (8 m long, 4 m wide) were set up on a representative purple hillslope (15°). The aim of the present study was to investigate the PAQR3 gene expression and its methylation level in colorectal cancer tissues, as well as the association with colorectal cancer clinical data. In total, 54 cases of colorectal cancer tissue samples and normal adjacent tissue samples were collected between June, 2013 and July, 2014. RT-PCR and western blot analysis were used to detect the mRNA and protein levels of PAQR3 in colorectal samples, respectively. MSP was used to detect the methylation level of PAQR3 gene in colorectal samples, which was compared with colorectal data. The results showed that a decreased expression level of PAQR3 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues and the expression reduction rate was 57.4% (31/54). Similarly, the expression level of PAQR3 protein was reduced in cancer tissues, and the reduction rate was 46.3% (25/54), while the protein expression reduction rate in cancer adjacent tissue was 5.6% (3/54), and the difference was statistically significant (P

The interface microstructure and shear strength weakening of eutectic SnAgCu (SAC)/FeNi-Cu connection after current stressing for 0~12 h were investigated to discuss the stability of the FeNi layer as UBM film layer for Sn base solder. The experiments showed that the FeNi layer separated to two layers with different Fe/Ni ratio rather than intermetallic compound (IMC) thickness variation between the cathode and anode. The IMCs became rougher with a bulk amount of (Cu,Ni)6Sn5 emerging in the regains near to interfaces. The shear failure mode exhibited a ductile manner companied by a fracture surface rougher and even grain boundary weakening with the current exposure time increasing.

Microorganisms to improve oil recovery technology is a comprehensive technology of using beneficial activities and metabolites to enhance oil recovery. The obvious effect of field application and good economic benefits make it be active in the field of oilfield development in the long term. In this paper, through indoor experiments in different concentrations of microorganisms bacteria, different concentrations of nutrient solution and function time, evaluate oil sands de-oiling efficiency. Based on test results, optimize the compound of bacteria that from different sources and find out when the ratio of field and lab bacteria is 1:7, the de-oiling efficiency reach the peak of 86.47%, which further expand the mechanism of microorganisms enhanced oil recovery.

In this article, we prepare the physical model with the high density epoxy resin and different sizes of coin shaped silicone pieces which can simulate the directional arrangement of fracture medium. On the basis of this, we analyze the influences of fracture angle on the ultrasonic compressional wave velocity using the pulse transmission method and compare the experimental results with the Hudson effective medium model. The experimental results show that, velocity decreases linearly with the increase of fracture angle within the interval of [0°~90°]. In a similar aspect ratio and same angle case, the increase of fracture porosity will result in the decrease of the velocity which is weakened by the increase of fracture porosity. At high fracture porosity, fracture angle becomes the important influence factor on the velocity changing. The calculation results of the Hudson model have a small deviation which is less than 5% compared with the experimental results but show a difference in different angle interval. The combination of the two methods will provide a certain basis for the indoor experiment and the measurement of the velocity in field.

It has great significance to adjust the air conditioning load for changing the load curve of commercial users and realizing the power grid load shifting. In order to achieve the optimal allocation of resources and improve efficiency of using electricity that make the central air conditioning run efficiently, it needs to study the key technologies of load regulation and management of energy efficiency about the central air-conditioning.

The power situation in china and the content of empirical study were introduced, and the system hardware design and software platform construction is demonstrated. The function modules of software platform and realization of regulation system are discussed in final.

Power network planning is a NP hard problem difficult to be solved. It can be contributed to similar TSP problem. Aiming at the slow convergence speed of the traditional immune clonal selection algorithm (ICA), adaptive immune clonal selection algorithm without memory（AICA）and adaptive immune clonal selection algorithm with memory(AICAM) are proposed respectively based on the combination of adaptive algorithm of clonal probability, immune probability , and group disaster algorithm. The two proposed algorithms have been applied to Power network planning problem. The adaptive algorithm has strong global search ability and weak local search ability at early evolution. Global search ability is weakened and local search ability is enhanced with the process of evolution in order to find global optimal point. The application of group disaster algorithm can enhance the diversity of the population and avoid the premature problems to some extent. Simulation results indicate that compared with the traditional immune clonal selection algorithm(ICA), the proposed algorithms can enhance the diversity of the population, avoid the premature problems, and can accelerate convergence speed in some extent.

In order to study the creep properties of coal or rock containing gas, the creep properties of coal or rock without gas were studied firstly. Through analyzing the previous creep experiment results of coal or rock, one nonlinear damage creep model of coal or rock was founded based on the general Kelvin model. In this model, assumed that the damage is a function of stress level and time, and introduced one nonlinear hardened function into the general Kelvin model, the nonlinear damage fading creep equation and the nonlinear damage creep whole process equation were obtained. Besides this model, considering the composite structure of coal or rock, gas and gas absorption layer, and assuming that this structure has the stick-slip property under the outside load, so a stick-slip module was added in the general Kelvin model and a new nonlinear damage creep model of coal or rock containing gas was founded. Given the value of the material parameters in the two equations, the creep curves varied with the time were drawn under different axial compression. Through the theoretical curves, the nonlinear damage creep model in this paper was proved to be rational.

Background Rectal cancer is an important contributor to cancer mortality. Objective The objective of this paper is to identify key genes across three phenotypes (fungating, polypoid and polypoid & small-ulcer) of rectal cancer based on multiple differential expression networks (DENs). Methods Differential interactions and non-differential interactions were evaluated according to Spearman correlation coefficient (SCC) algorithm, and were selected to construct DENs. Topological analysis was performed for exploring hub genes in largest components of DENs. Key genes were denoted as intersections between nodes of DENs and rectal cancer associated genes from Genecards. Finally, we utilized hub genes to classify phenotypes of rectal cancer on the basis of support vector machines (SVM) methodology. Results We obtained 19 hub genes and total 12 common key genes of three largest components of DENs, and EGFR was the common element. The SVM results revealed that hub genes could classify phenotypes, and validated feasibility of DEN methods. Conclusions We have successfully identified significant genes (such as EGFR and UBC) across fungating, polypoid and polypoid & small-ulcer phenotype of rectal cancer. They might be potential biomarkers for classification, detection and therapy of this cancer.
