Objective‍ ‍To construct a mammography image classification assistant system suitable for Chinese population， and explore the potential of artificial intelligence technology to assist early screening of breast cancer in China. Methods‍ ‍Curated breast imaging subset of digital database for screening mammography （CBIS-DDSM）， Mammographic image analysis society database （MIAS） and other international open datasets were used to conduct model training respectively in order to reproduce the mainstream in-depth learning methods in the current literature. The model was also tested on the Chinese breast mammography database （CBMD） provided by Huajiao Technology Co.， Ltd， and the performance was compared. Aiming at the problem that the Chinese population data are not ideal in the performance test of the open dataset training model， an optimization strategy based on the sliding window adjustment mechanism was implemented in combination with the characteristics of Chinese population data. Then a two-stage migration learning method was designed to improve the overall performance of the model， and then development of our system was carried out. Results‍ ‍With the sliding window adjustment mechanism and the CBMD training model after two-stage transfer learning， the accuracy of our developed system was improved from 0.50 of the open datasets to 0.80， precision from 0.54 to 0.82， sensitivity from 0.52 to 0.80， F1 value from 0.52 to 0.80， and AUC value from 0.51 to 0.89 based on the Chinese population dataset as the test set. Conclusion‍ ‍Through the introduction of sliding window adjustment mechanism and two-stage migration learning strategy， the performance of the breast molybdenum target image classification model has been significantly improved in the Chinese population dataset， and our system primarily achieves the purpose of assisting the classification of breast molybdenum target images for the Chinese population.

A skeletal Class II malocclusion is an anteroposterior discrepancy resulting from a combination of skeletal and dental factors. In adolescent patients, it is possible to leverage their growth potential to address bone deformities and minimise the need for future surgical interventions. In the present case report, a combination treatment approach was adopted which included a functional appliance, fixed appliances, and temporary anchorage support, to treat a 13-year-old Chinese male with a severe skeletal Class II malocclusion. After a treatment duration of 36 months, the patient achieved a favourable occlusion and an improved facial profile. Subsequently, a stable occlusal relationship and balanced facial proportions were maintained during a 2-year retention period.

Pseudorabies virus (PRV) is an alpha herpesvirus found in many wild and domestic animals, and causes neurological diseases in humans. Several cases of PRV-induced human encephalitis accompanied with severe visual impairment have been reported. There is currently no effective treatment for severe visual impairment caused by PRV. We report a case of PRV encephalitis with severe visual impairment. The diagnosis and treatment experience of this patient is summarized to improve the awareness of clinicians. We present a 42-year-old man with PRV infection who was admitted due to intermittent fever for 5 days and unconsciousness for 1 day. He subsequently developed severe visual impairment during hospital stay. Empirical antiviral treatment with ganciclovir and sodium foscarnet was started on the day of admission and continued for > 50 days, which had significant treatment effect. Eye complications caused by PRV infection have been frequently reported in patients with PRV encephalitis. In this patient, based on the patient's condition, antiviral therapy was initiated on admission day, and according to the results of the next-generation sequencing of the cerebrospinal fluid, the duration of antiviral therapy was prolonged, which improved treatment efficacy and alleviated neurological symptoms and eye vision damage. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report that describes partial restoration of acute vision loss associated with PRV infection after aggressive treatment. Our experience suggests that although prompt treatment cannot prevent the acute vision loss associated with PRV infection, timely anti-viral and anti-inflammatory treatment can alleviate ocular complications.

ObjectiveThis study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of oxycodone hydrochloride (OxyContin) rectal administration in cancer pain patients. This is geared towards providing the research evidence for a novel route of OxyContin administration.MethodsRelevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were searched in electronic databases, including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Scientific Journal Database (VIP database), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM). Moreover, unpublished academic data were obtained by contacting the colleague, professor, or Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The RCTs of transrectal Oxycodone administration of sustained-release tablets for moderate and severe pain patients were searched in the databases from inception to December 2020.ResultsAccording to the inclusion criteria, a total of 8 RCTs were included, with a total of 648 patients. Meta analysis results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy of moderate to severe pain control between the rectal administration group and the oral administration group (RR = 1.04, 95%CI: 0.99-1.10, p = 0.13>0.05). At the same time, the incidence of adverse reactions in the rectal administration group was low. In terms of constipation, the rectal administration group was less than the oral administration group, with a statistically significant difference (RR = 0.43, 95%CI: 0.31-0.58, p< 0.00001). In terms of nausea and vomiting, the rectal administration group was less than the oral administration group, and the difference was statistically significant(RR = 0.30, 95%CI: 0.21-0.42, p0.05). In terms of dizziness, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (RR = 0.43, 95%CI:0.27-0.68, p = 0.31>0.05). In terms of dyuria, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (RR = 0.37, 95%CI: 0.02-7.02, p = 0.51>0.05). In terms of KPS scores there was no significant difference was noted between the rectal and oral administration groups (RR = 1.04, 95%CI: 0.89-1.21, p = 0.63>0.05).ConclusionIn summary, we found no significant differences in efficacy between rectal administration of OxyContin and oral administration. Thus, rectal administration should be considered in managing cancer pain among patients with difficulty in oral OxyContin administration.Prospero registration numberCRD42021209660.

From the underground parts of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora, three new caffeoylglycosides, scrocaffeside A-C (1-3), together with two caffeic acid derivates, 4-O-β-Dglucopyranosylcaffeic acid (4) and 4-methoxycaffeic acid (5) and a phenylethanoidglycoside, scroside D (6), were isolated. Their structures were elucidated on the basis ofchemical and spectroscopic evidence and comparisons with literature data of relatedcompounds.
