Bal peteği sandviç kompozitler hafif çekirdek malzemesinin yüzey malzemesi arasına yerleştirilmesi ile oluşturulurlar ve özellikle havacılık uygulamalarında tercih edilirler. Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada bal peteği sandviç kompozitler değişen yüzey malzemesi türü, yüzey malzemesi kalınlığı, bal peteği hücre boyutu ve yüksekliği parametreleri için üretilmiştir. Numunelerin mekanik özellikleri basma (burkulma), düşük hızlı darbe ve yorulma testleri ile araştırılmıştır. Numunelerin mukavemet ve yorulma ömürlerine düşük hızlı darbe davranışının etkisi araştırılmıştır. Düşük hızlı darbe testleri 5 J ve 10 J darbe enerjilerinde, yorulma testleri basma (burkulma) yüklemesi ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları bal peteği hücre yüksekliğinin aratmasının basma mukavemetini düşürdüğünü, artan darbe enerjisinin temas enerji miktarını ve absorbe edilen enerji miktarını arttığını göstermiştir. Ancak, bal peteği hücre yüksekliğinin artması absorbe edilen enerji miktarı ve temas enerji miktarı üzerinde etkisi olmadığı görülmüştür. The study determined the decreases in the static strengths and changes in the fatigue lives of honeycomb sandwich composites after impact loading. After low-velocity impact loading tests were carried out using two different impact energies: 5 J and 10 J, the fatigue behaviors of specimens were determined with compression load. The results of the study showed that increasing honeycomb cell thickness decreased the compressive strength. Increasing impact energy increased both the contact force and the absorbed energy. However, when honeycomb cell thickness was increased, no effect was observed due to the increased absorbed energy amount and contact force. Compression strength of specimens highly effected by impact.

Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada karbon fiber takviyeli epoksi kompozit malzemelere değişen oranlarda Grafen Nano Partikül (GNP) ilavesinin kırılma tokluğuna etkisi deneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. Fiber takviyeli epoksi kompozitler katkısız ve ağırlıkça %0.1, %0.2 ve %0.3 oranlarında GNP ilave edilerek üretilmiştir. Üretim sırasında 200 gr/m2 yoğunluğa sahip örgü karbon fiber kullanılmıştır. GNP’nin epoksi matris malzemesine homojen karışması için ultrasonik karıştırıcı kullanılmıştır. Deney numunelerine 0.2 mm kalınlığa sahip elmas kıl testere kullanılarak kenar çatlak açılmıştır. Açılan kenar çatlakların boyları 2.5, 5 ve 7.5 mm olmak üzere üç farkı değere sahiptir. Hazırlanan numuneler 250 kN yük hücresine sahip Shimadzu universal test cihazı ile 1 mm/dk ilerleme hızında çekme testine tabi tutulmuştur. Sonuçlar artan GNP miktarının numune mukavemeti ile birlikte kırılma tokluğunu da arttırdığını göstermiştir. Açılan çatlak boyunun artması kırılma tokluğunu oransal olarak arttırmıştır, In this study, the effect of graphene nano particle addition to carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composite materials on the fracture toughness was investigated experimentally. Fiber reinforced epoxy composites were produced by adding graphene nanoparticles in 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% by weight. 200 gr/m2 density carbon fiber woven fabric was used as reinforcing material. An ultrasonic stirrer was used for homogeneous mixing of the graphene nanoparticle into the epoxy matrix material. Edge cracks were formed by using 0.2 mm thick diamond wire saw. Edge cracks has 3 different values as 2.5 mm, 5 mm and 7.5 mm length. Samples were tested with 1 mm/min test speed by using Shimadzu brand universal testing machine with 250 kN load cell. The current study aims to investigate wear behavior of graphene (G) nanoparticle reinforced epoxy composites using a pin on disk device. In this direction; unreinforced epoxy, and 0.1 wt %, 0.2 wt %, 0.3 wt %, 0.4 wt % and 0.5 wt % G nanoparticle reinforced composites manufactured. Adhesive wear experiments of the produced composites were carried out. In the adhesive wear experiments, applied load, sliding speed and sliding distance were chosen as 10 N, 0.35 m/sec and 250 m, respectively. In addition, a stainless steel ball with a diameter of 5 mm was used as an abrasive. Results showed that wear strength increased with increasing nanoparticle ratio.

The purpose of this study was to investigate numerically the effects of the inclination (collodiaphyseal) angle and bone cement (polymethylmethacrylate) filling on the stress distribution of human femurs and implants after the implementation of a partial endoprotez arthroplasty. Ti6Al4V, which is the most commonly used implant material, was choosen for this study. In the numerical study, solid models of implants and femurs were created using the SolidWorks 2010 package program, then stress analyses were carried out at five different inclination angles, 120°, 125°, 130°, 135° and 140°, with and without bone cement (polymethylmethacrylate), using the ANSYS Workbench 12.0 package program. The anteversion angle was assumed to be 12.5° for all models. As a result of the increase in the inclination angle and the addition of bone cement, it was determined that the stress values of the femurs and implants were reduced. Within the limitations of this study it has been shown that parameters like bone cement, anteversion angle, and an appropriate inclination angle should be tested previous to partial endoprosthesis arthroplasty surgery necessary as a result of damage to the human femur.

Sandwich composites are often used in areas like transportation where high mechanical and highenergy damping properties are desired in combination with low weight. Honeycomb composites are made by placing a light core material between two plates, and they are especially preferred in aerospace applications. In the study, honeycomb sandwich composites were produced by varying thickness of the face-sheet material, and the honeycomb cell size and thickness. Their mechanical properties were investigated using compression tests. Results showed that strength decreased with increasing of core thickness and core cell size. Considering the specific strength value of honeycomb sandwich composites as the main criterion in their usage areas, increase in cell size has led to higher specific strength reduction than core thickness causes, Özellikle taşımacılık gibi iyi mekanik özelliklere ve yüksek enerji sönümlemesine düşük ağırlık değerleriyle ulaşılmak istenilen alanlarda sandviç kompozitler sıklıkla kullanılır. Özellikle taşımacılık gibi iyi mekanik özelliklere ve yüksek enerji sönümlemesine düşük ağırlık değerleriyle ulaşılmak istenilen alanlarda sandviç kompozitler sıklıkla kullanılır. Özellikle havacılık sektöründe hasar görmüş kompozitin tamir ihtiyacı olup olmadığını tespit etmek hayatidir. Sandviç kompozitlerin sıklıkla kullanıldığı uçaklarda hasarın temel sebebinin yorulma olduğu düşünüldüğünde teklif edilen çalışmanın literatür açısından önemli bir eksikliği gidereceği düşünülmektedir.Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada bal peteği sandviç kompozitler yüzey malzemesi çeşidi, yüzey malzemesi kalınlığı, bal peteği hücre boyutu ve bal peteği hücre yüksekliği gibi dört farklı parametre kullanılarak üretilmiş ve mekanik özellikleri üç nokta eğilme, basma, düşük hızlı darbe ve yorulma testleri kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Bal peteği sandviç kompozitlerin darbe sonrasında statik mukavemetlerindeki düşüş, yorulma ömürlerindeki değişim ve hasarlı bölgenin tamir edilmesi neticesinde statik ve yorulma mukavemetlerindeki geri kazanım miktarları tespit edilmiştir.Gerçekleştirilen çalışmanın özgün yönünü oluşturan ön hasar sonrası yorulma davranışlarını incelemek amacıyla 12.7 mm çapa sahip küresel eleman kullanılarak ön hasarlar oluşturulmuştur. Düşük hızlı darbe testleri Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Makine Mühendisliği Bölümü Laboratuvarında bulunan `CEAST-Fractovis Plus Darbe Cihazı` ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. 5 J ve 10 J olmak üzere 2 farklı darbe enerjisi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen düşük hızlı darbe testlerinden sonra numunelerin yorulma davranışları basma ve üç nokta eğilme yükleme durumları için tespit edilmiştir.Darbe sonrası yorulma davranışlarının deneysel tespitinden sonra aynı sınır şartları için sayısal hesaplamalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sayısal çalışma ANSYS Workbench sonlu elemanlar programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar bal peteği hücre yüksekliğinin artmasının basma mukavemetini düşürmesine karşın eğilme mukavemetini arttırdığını göstermiştir. Bal peteği hücre boyutunun arttırılması ise iki yükleme durumu için de numune mukavemetini düşürmüştür. Düşük hızlı darbe yüklemesi sırasında kullanılan darbe enerjisinin arttırılması temas kuvveti ve sönümlenen enerji miktarını arttırmıştır. Bal peteği hücre yüksekliğinin artmasının sönümlenen enerji miktarı ve temas kuvveti üzerinde bir etkisi görülmemiştir.Darbe ön hasarından en az etkilenen yükleme tipi basma yüklemesidir. Hasara uğramış numunelerin tamir edilmesi bütün numune tipleri için yorulma ömürlerini arttırmış ancak hiç birinde hasarsız numune ile aynı değere ulaşamamıştır.Gerçekleştirilen sonlu elemanlar analizi sonuçları deneysel sonuçlar ile uyum göstermiştir. Deneysel sonuçlar ile sayısal sonuçlar arasında en büyük fark 20 mm hücre yüksekliğine sahip numunelerde görülmüştür. Especially in the aerospace sector, it is crucial to determine whether a damaged composite needs to be repaired. Considering that the main cause of damage in airplanes, where sandwich composites are frequently used, is fatigue, the proposed study will hopefully eliminate this significant lack of data.In the study, honeycomb sandwich composites were produced by varying the type and thickness of the face-sheet material, and the honeycomb cell size and thickness. Their mechanical properties were investigated using three-point bending, compression, low-velocity impact and fatigue tests. The study determined the decreases in the static strengths and changes in the fatigue lives of honeycomb sandwich composites after impact loading, as well as their static and fatigue strength recovery amounts after the damaged region was repaired.To investigate the fatigue behaviors of specimens, which is responsible for the originality of this study, preliminary damage was created using a spherical component of 12.7 mm in diameter. Low-velocity impact loading tests were performed using CEAST-Fractovis Plus impact test equipment from the mechanical engineering department laboratory of Dokuz Eylül University. After low-velocity impact loading tests were carried out using two different impact energies: 5 J and 10 J, the fatigue behaviors of specimens were determined with compression and three-point bending loads. In addition to the experimental determination of fatigue behaviors of the specimens, numerical calculations were done using the same boundary conditions. The numerical work was performed using an ANSYS Workbench finite elements modeling program. The results of the study showed that increasing honeycomb cell thickness decreased the compressive strength but increased the flexural strength, while increasing honeycomb cell size decreased strength values for both loading cases. Increasing impact energy increased both the contact force and the absorbed energy. However, when honeycomb cell thickness was increased, no effect was observed due to the increased absorbed energy amount and contact force.The loading that was least affected by preliminary impact damage was the compression loading. Repairing the damaged specimens increased the fatigue lives for all specimen types, but the value achieved for the undamaged specimen could not be obtained by any of them.The results of finite element analysis showed consistency with the experimental results. The greatest difference between the experimental and numerical results was observed in the specimens with a 20 mm cell thickness. 153

Darbeden en çok etkilenen modelin cam fiber yüzey malzemesine sahip numuneler olduğu tespit edilmiştir., Through the increasing development of technology in different industries, and the integral requirement of energy absorption, light shock absorbers such as honeycomb structure under in-plane and out-of-planeloads have been in the center of attention. Flexural properties of sandwich composites after impact studied. Three different face sheet thicknesses used. 5 J and 10 J are used as impact energy levels. The results indicated that the strength of samples are decreased with increased impact energy. Most affected samples from impact are glass fiber reinforced composite face sheet models.

The aim of this study was to examine the stress distributions with three different loads in two different geometric and threaded types of dental implants by finite element analysis. For this purpose, two different implant models, Nobel Replace and Nobel Active (Nobel Biocare, Zurich, Switzerland), which are currently used in clinical cases, were constructed by using ANSYS Workbench 12.1. The stress distributions on components of the implant system under three different static loadings were analysed for the two models. The maximum stress values that occurred in all components were observed in FIII (300 N). The maximum stress values occurred in FIII (300 N) when the Nobel Replace implant is used, whereas the lowest ones, in the case of FI (150 N) loading in the Nobel Active implant. In all models, the maximum tensions were observed to be in the neck region of the implants. Increasing the connection between the implant and the bone surface may allow more uniform distribution of the forces of the dental implant and may protect the bone around the implant. Thus, the implant could remain in the mouth for longer periods. Variable-thread tapered implants can increase the implant and bone contact.

Objectives: The success of dental implants is related to the quality, quantity of local bones, implant design and surgical technique. Implant diameter and length are accepted as key factors. Present work focuses to investigate the effect of titanium implant geometry to stress distributions in implant system. Materials and Methods: For this purpose three different implant models which are currently being used in clinical cases constructed by using ANSYS Workbench 12.1. The stress distributions on components of implant system under static loadings were analyzed for all models. Results: The maximum stress values that occurred in all components happen in the case of loading in which the Nucleoss T-4 (Nucleoss, Turkiye) implant is used, but the occurred lowest stress values happen in the case of Fı loading in which Nobel Active (Nobel Biocare, Zurich, Switzerland) implant is used. In all models, the maximum tensions have occurred in the neck region of the implants. Conclusions: The crestal bone loss in the neck region of the implants reduced the long-term survival rate of implants.The length and the size of the implant are the two important factors in the stress distribution.

The aim of this study, is to decrease weight of helical gears used frequently in power and motion transmission in order to provide energy and material saving. For this purpose, gear surfaces, where the stresses at minimal level are acted under normal working conditions, were removed for seven different geometries. The specimens modeled in SolidWorks 2010 package program were exported ANSYS Workbench 12.0 finite elements package program then stress analysis was accomplished. Throughout the whole analysis, steel AISI 1045 as a gear material was chosen. Kemik içi dental implantlar tam dişsiz ve kısmı dişsiz vakalarda protez desteklemek amacıyla kullanılır. Geçtiğimiz yıllarda implant tedavilerinde yüksek başarı oranları gözlenmiştir. Tam dişsiz vakaların implant destekli protezle tedavisinde birçok tasarım kullanılmaktadır. Bu tasarımlar protezin destek şekline göre sınıflandırılır: implant destekli sabit protezler, implant destekli hareketli protezler ve implant ve doku destekli hareketli protezler olarak sınıflandırılır. Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada alt çene tam dişsiz bir vakada protezin Nobel Biocare firmasının ürettiği Nobel Replace implantlara topuz başlı abutmentlerle tutturulmasının gerilme dağılımına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada ikisi 4 implantlı üçü 2 implantlı olmak üzere 5 farklı yerle?im düzeni, titanyum ve zirkonyum olmak üzere iki farklı implant malzemesi ve üç farklı yükleme durumu için ANSYS Workbench programı kullanılarak gerilme analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde implant malzemesi olarak titanyum kullanılması bütün modellerde zirkonyum implant kullanılan modellerden daha düşük gerilme oluşmasına sebep olmuştur. Dört implantlı modellerde meydana gelen gerilmeler iki implantlı modellere nazaran daha düşük olarak tespit edilmiştir.implantlarda oluşan gerilmelerimplantın boyun bölgesinde yoğunla?mı?tır. Excellent long term results and high success rates have been achieved using dental implants during the past decades. Several designs of the implant prosthesis have been used in the rehabilitation of the edentulous mandible. These designshave been classified by the nature of the support provided to the prosthesis: implantsupported fixed prosthesis, implant-supported removable overdenture, and an implantretained and tissue-supported removable overdenture. The aim of this study is investigate the stress distributions of implant retained overdentures. Nobel Replace is used as implant model. And ball attachment is used to support the prosthesis. Five different implant positions, two different implant materials and three different foodstuff positions used. Finite Element Analysis performed by using ANSYS Workbench.Results showed that higher stress values occurred on zirconium implant used models than titanium implant used models. Stress concentration areas were placed at the neck of implant. The collection, transport, treatment, and disposal of solid wastes, particularly wastes generated in medium and large urban centres, have become a relatively difficult problem to solve for those responsible for their management. However, recycling-related activities bring waste reduction, prevention of waste of raw materials and less environmental damage as well as providing an economic benefit to the countries. In this paper, a case study of a developing country has been examined dealing with serious pollution problems due to the ineffective management of the large solid waste generated in the city of Batman in Turkey. The aim of this paper is to estimate the quantity of waste produced that requires collection and the different waste constituents, to analyze the current practices of SWM, to propose an environmentally sound and economically feasible integrated management system for dealing with solid waste. Bu çalışmanın amacı, enerji ve malzeme tasarrufu sağlamak amacıyla güç ve hareket iletiminde sıklıkla kullanılan helis dişli çarkların ağırlıklarını azaltmaktır. Bu amaçla dişli çarkların normal çalışma şartları içerisinde gerilmeye en az maruz kalan yüzeyleri 7 farklı geometride delinerek boşaltılmıştır. Modeller SolidWorks 2010 programı kullanılarak modellenmiş ve daha sonra oluşturulan katı modeller ANSYS Workbench 12.0 sonlu elemanlar paket programına aktarılarak gerilme analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tüm analizlerde dişli çark malzemesi olarak AISI 1045 çeliği seçilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen çalışma neticesinde elde edilen sonuçlar birbiriyle karşılaştırmalı olarak verilmiş ve en uygun tasarımın malzemeden %27 kazanım sağlayan 7 mm çapında 6 adet dairesel delik açılan model olduğu tespit edilmiştir., The aim of this study is to decrease weight of helical gears used frequently in power and motion transmission in order to provide energy and material saving. For this purpose, gear surfaces, where the stresses at minimal level are acted under normal working conditions, were removed for seven different geometries. The specimens modeled in SolidWorks 2010 package program were exported ANSYS Workbench 12.0 finite elements package program then stress analysis was accomplished. Throughout the whole analysis, steel AISI 1045 as a gear material was chosen. At the end, results obtained from performed study were presented in comparisons each other and the most appropriate design that provides 27 percent material saving was specified as a model 7 mm in diameter and has 6 circular holes drilled.

Bağlantılarda ana malzeme olarak örgü tipi cam fiber takviyeli kompozit malzeme kullanılmıştır. Analizler APDL (Parametric Design Language) kodlan kullanılarak yazılan bir program yardımı ile Ah/SYS 12.1 sonlu elamanlar paket programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. 30, 45 ve 60 mm olmak üzere üç farklı bindirme mesafesi için yapıştırıcı ve perçin kullanılarak birleştirilmiş bağlantıların ilerlemeli hasar analizi sonucunda elde edilen hasar yükleri ve hasar tipleri Maksimum Kayma Gerilmesi Teorisi ve Hashin Kriterine göre tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar birleştirme tipine ve bindirme mesafesine göre karşılaştırılarak sunulmuştur.

Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada havacılık ve uzay uygulamalarında sıklıkla tercih edilen T tipi bağlantıların delta bölgelerinin 3 boyutlu yazıcı ile üretilen takviye malzemeleri ile güçlendirilmesinin çekme davranışına ve çekme mukavemetine etkisi deneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. Yapıştırılan ana malzeme olarak AL-5754 alaşımı ve yapıştırıcı malzeme olarak 3M DP460 epoksi esaslı yapısal yapıştırıcı kullanılmıştır. Numuneler hazırlanırken bindirme uzunluğu, büküm çapı ve takviye malzemesi geometrisi çeşitlendirilmiştir. Takviyesiz numunelerde bindirme uzunluğu ve büküm çapı arttıkça hasar yükü düşerken bütün takviye malzemeleri için bindirme uzunluğu arttıkça hasar yükü değeri artmıştır. Referans olarak kabul edilen takviyesiz malzemelere göre en büyük mukavemet artışı %1461 ile 30 mm bindirme uzunluğu ve büküm çapına sahip içi boş ve yatay destekleri bulunan takviye malzemesi kullanılan numunelerde görülmüştür. Numunelerde görülen temel hasar tipi kohezyon hasarı iken bindirme uzunluğu ve büküm çapı arttıkça takviye malzemelerinde de hasar görülmüştür., In this study, the effect of strengthening the delta regions of T-type connections, which are frequently preferred in aviation and space applications, on the tensile behavior and tensile strength of the reinforcement materials produced with a 3D printer was experimentally investigated. AL-5754 alloy was used as the main material to be adhered and 3M DP460 epoxy based structural adhesive was used as the adhesive material. While the samples were being prepared, the overlap length, bend diameter and reinforcement material geometry were varied. The damage load decreased as the overlap length and bend diameter increased for the unreinforced samples, while the damage load value increased as the overlap length increased for all reinforcement materials. Compared to non-reinforced materials accepted as reference, the greatest increase in strength was observed with 1461% in the samples using reinforcement material with hollow and horizontal supports with 30 mm overlap length and bending diameter. While the main damage type seen in the samples was cohesion damage, the reinforcement materials were also damaged as the overlap length and bend diameter increased.

Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada GNP takviye oranının tek bindirmeli yapıştırıcı bağlantıların çekme, yorulma ve yorulma sonrası çekme davranışına etkisi deneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada yapıştırıcı malzeme olarak 3M DP460 yapışan malzeme olarak karbon fiber takviyeli kompozit malzeme kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan yapıştırıcı malzemeyi takviye etmek amacıyla grafen nano partikül kullanılmıştır. Yapıştırıcı malzemenin içerisine ağırlıkça %0.25, %0.5 ve %1 GNP katılmıştır. Takviye edilmiş ve takviye edilmemiş yapıştırıcılar kullanılarak tek bindirmeli bağlantılar oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen tek bindirme numuneleri çekme testine tabi tutularak çekme mukavemetleri belirlenmiştir. Çekme mukavemetlerinin belirlenmesinden sonra çekme mukavemetinin %60, %50, %40, %30 ve %20 değerlerinde yorulma testleri yapılarak yorulma davranışları belirlenmiştir. Yorulma yüklemesi sonrası çekme davranışında meydana gelen değişimin tespiti amacıyla çekme hasar yükünün %30 değerinde yorulma yüklemeleri yapılmış ve yorulma testleri 50.000, 100.000 ve 200.000 çevrim sayılarında durdurulmuştur. Yorulma ön yüklemesine maruz bırakılan numuneler çekme testine tabi tutularak GNP oranının ve yorulma yüklemesinin çekme davranışına etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları GNP takviyesinin bağlantı mukavemetini arttırdığını göstermiştir. Ancak en yüksek bağlantı mukavemeti ağırlıkça %1 GNP içeren numunelerde görülmüştür. En yüksek yorulma mukavemeti ağırlıkça %0,50 GNP içeren numunelerde görülmüştür. %1 GNP içeren numunelerin yorulma mukavemeti takviyesiz numunelerden yüksek çıkarken %0,50 GNP içeren numunelerden düşük çıkmıştır. Yorulma yüklemesi sonrası çekme davranışları incelendiğinde takviyesiz numunelerin ve takviyeli numunelerin tamamında yorulma çevrim sayısı arttıkça bağlantı mukavemeti düşmüştür., In this study, the effect of GNP reinforcement ratio on the tensile, fatigue and post-fatigue tensile behavior of single-lap adhesive joints was experimentally investigated. In the study carried out, 3M DP460 was used as adhesive material and carbon fiber reinforced composite material was used as the adherend material. Graphene nanoparticles were used to reinforce the adhesive material used in the study. 0.25%, 0.5% and 1% GNP by weight were added to the adhesive material. Single lap joints were created using reinforced and non-reinforced adhesives. The tensile strengths of the obtained single overlap specimens were determined by subjecting them to the tensile test. After determining the tensile strengths, fatigue behaviors were determined by performing fatigue tests at 60%, 50%, 40%, 30% and 20% of tensile strength. In order to determine the change in tensile behavior after fatigue loading, fatigue loads at 30% of the tensile damage load were performed and fatigue tests were stopped at 50,000, 100,000 and 200,000 cycles. The effects of GNP ratio and fatigue loading on the tensile behavior were investigated by subjecting the specimens subjected to fatigue preload to the tensile test. The study results showed that GNP reinforcement increased the bond strength. However, the highest bond strength was observed in samples containing 1% by weight GNP. The highest fatigue strength was observed in the samples containing 0.50 wt% GNP. While the fatigue strength of the samples containing 1% GNP was higher than the unreinforced samples, it was lower than the samples containing 0.50% GNP. When the tensile behavior after fatigue loading was examined, the joint strength decreased as the number of fatigue cycles increased in all of the unreinforced and reinforced samples.
