Syphilis is an infective disease which shows an sexual transition and In the world it is much seen developlny countries. The Cause of the disease is the bacteria Treponema pallidum. The disease is characterized by chronic course, reactivation and multiple system affection. In the Paretic neurosyphilis form, main clinical symtoms are concerned with frontotemporal demantia. The spinal form of syphilis is been known as tabes dorsalis.
