A 78-year-old man with prostate squamous cell carcinoma recurrence in his pelvis was admitted to our hospital. Rectal obstruction led to creation of an artificial anus on the transverse colon. Then, docetaxel and radiation therapies were started. A week later, severe hematuria and melena occurred. Activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT) were extremely prolonged. Cross-mixing test for APTT and PT revealed an inhibitor pattern, which was diagnosed as acquired factor V inhibitor. Fresh frozen plasma and vitamin K infusions were ineffective, but platelet transfusion successfully stopped the bleeding. Platelet factor V derived from megakaryocytes may affect local hemostasis. The patient received prednisolone (PSL), and the inhibitor disappeared on day 70 and was in remission. PSL could be stopped on day 100. Later, we demonstrated APTT and PT shortening of factor V deficient plasma by the supernatant of activated platelets with collagen.

鼠径部に悪性腫瘍が存在する頻度は少なく，大腸癌による転移性病変は更に稀である．今回われわれは，直腸癌が精索へ転移した1例と，S状結腸癌が鼠径ヘルニア嚢へ転移した計2症例を経験した．いずれも鼠径部の転移性腫瘍であるが，その発生様式に違いがみられる．ともに腫瘍を切除し，原発巣と転移巣の病理学的検索を行った．日常の診療で鼠径部の腫瘤といえば，鼠径ヘルニアが多く，これを念頭に誤って手術を施されることもある．進行大腸癌では，転移性の鼠径腫瘍も存在することを示唆する興味深い2例を経験したので報告する．

比較的稀な虫垂粘液嚢腫には，粘液嚢胞腺腫と嚢胞腺癌があり，腹膜偽粘液腫の一因として知られる．今回我々は，回盲部腫瘍の診断で，虫垂·卵巣を含め一塊に外科的切除し，原発部位を免疫染色から同定し得た虫垂粘液嚢胞腺腫の一例を経験したので報告する．症例は77歳の女性，排便異常を主訴に当院受診し，大腸内視鏡下に虫垂根部に隆起性病変を認めた．腹膜偽粘液腫は発症していないものの，諸検査の結果より，虫垂粘液嚢胞と判断し手術した． 切除標本は虫垂と卵巣が一塊となっており，肉眼的には原発巣の同定は困難であったが，免疫染色CK7，CK20，MUC1，MUC2を用い，病理組織学的に虫垂原発の粘液嚢胞腺腫と診断された．腹膜偽粘液種の原発巣同定，治療方針決定などに大いに役立つものと考えられる．

Tuberculids of the penis are extremely rare. The clinical features of tuberculids of the penis have been reported as ulceration or scars. We have experienced a case of tuberculid of the penis that appeared as a scab on nodule. A 56-year-old man presented with a 4-month history of a painless subcutaneous nodule at the glans penis. Pathological findings of the nodule showed granulomatous inflammation. Tuberculin tests were strongly positive, but tubercle bacilli could not be detected. The diagnosis was tuberculid of the penis and the patient received antituberculosis chemotherapy. The present paper reports an interesting and rare case of tuberculid of the penis with a scab on nodule.

A group of young patients (aged under 30) with early gastric cancer was compared with other groups divided by age and its characteristics were investigated clinicopathologically. Our nine patients (ten lesions) accounted for 2.0% of the overall patients with early gastric cancer. The male to female ratio was 3.5:1, which was higher than that in the other age groups. Most patients complained mainly of epigastralgia and the period of suffering was 25 months on average. As for gross types, nine of the ten lesions were of the depressed type. In the total cases of early gastric cancer, many cases of the depressed type were found in the under 50age groups. In the group of 50 years old or more, the number of cases of protruded type gradually increased with age, exceeding the number of cases with depressed type in the 70 or more age groups. As for histologic types. differentiated type was found in three cases and undifferentiated type was found in seven. The number of cases with differentiated type increased with age, amounting to 90% a of the cases over 70 years of age. As for location of the lesion, eight lesions were located at M, and the percentage of the lesions at that location in this group was higher than in any other age group. As for vascular invasion and lymphnode metastasis, there were no large differences as compared with the other age groups. Prognosis was good except for one case in which the patient died of recurrent diseases, and five of nine patients have survived for more than five years.
