In this study, a suitable area was determined for the biogas plant to be established in Konya Closed Basin (KCB), Turkey’s largest closed basin and has a significant renewable energy field potential, by using Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Within the scope of the study, a methodology consisting of three stages was followed, and first of all, the settlements in the KCB were listed according to the raw material criteria with the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) and Multi-attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) methods. In the next step, nine criteria, which are frequently preferred in the literature, were used to select the most suitable places where the biogas plant could be built within the priority districts. These criteria are weighted using the Full Consistency Method (FUCOM), based on expert opinions and requiring fewer binary comparison matrices than other MCDM methods. By combining the calculated weights with the spatial data, suitability maps for biogas plant construction were created. With this aspect, the study is the first site selection study in which these methods, which are used separately in the literature, are used together. According to the final map, the most suitable location for Biogas Facility overlap a newly established industrial zone in Karaman Center. The fact that the area determined for the facility is suitable for construction and the possibility that the customer of the energy produced is other industrial establishments here is the most important indicator that the methods applied give good results.

Sosyal Gelişme Endeksi (SGE) ülkeleri sosyal açıdan değerlendirmek için kullanılan yararlı bir kaynak olmasına rağmen, bu endeksi hesaplamak için kullanılan göstergelerin eşit ağırlıklı bir yapıda endekse dâhil edilmesi durumunun, birbirinden çok farklı özelliklere sahip ülkeler açısından gerçekçi bir durum olmayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu yüzden bu çalışmanın amacı SGE göstergelerinin ağırlıklarını hesaplamak ve bu yeni ağırlıklara göre ülke sıralamasını oluşturmak olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için öncelikle objektif Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden MEREC (MEthod based on the Removal Effects of Criteria) ile göstergeler ağırlıklandırılmıştır. Daha sonra bu ağırlıklar dikkate alınarak, ÇKKV yöntemlerinden MARCOS (Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to COmpromise Solution) yöntemi kullanılarak SGE sıralamasının ilk katmanında yer alan 14 ülke sıralanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre en yüksek ağırlığa sahip göstergeler sırasıyla kapsayıcılık (0,282), sağlık ve sıhhat (0,095) ve ileri düzey eğitime erişim (0,094) olarak bulunmuştur. Bu yeni ağırlıklar kullanılarak yapılan sıralamaya göre en yüksek performans gösteren ülkeler sırasıyla Norveç, Finlandiya ve Danimarka olarak bulunmuştur. Son olarak SGE sıralaması ile bu çalışmada bulunan sıralama arasındaki spearman’s sıra korelasyonu değeri 0,886 olarak bulunmuştur.

A financially successful football club can achieve sporting achievements as well as become financially stable. In other words, the success of football clubs depends on both financial and sportive success. Contrary to the studies in the literature that focus on financial and sportive success separately, the present study aimed to examine the 5-season activities of 10 football clubs in the big-five league, which are the top leagues of Europe, by using financial and sports criteria. Bi-objective multi criteria data envelopment analysis (BiO-MCDEA) was used for the efficiency analysis. In the study, the number of social media followers, the average number of viewers and total market value were used as input, and the UEFA club score and total revenues were used as output. As a result, Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, and Juventus were determined as efficient in the 2015-2016 season, Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool in the 2016-2017 season, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea in the 2016-2017 season, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Arsenal in the 2018-2019 season, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea. The reasons why PSG was the most successful club in the efficiency analysis (efficient in four out of five seasons) were examined. In addition, in the sensitivity analysis conducted to determine the effect of inputs and outputs on the model, it was concluded that efficiency was highly related to financial data.

Üniversiteler, bilimsel bilginin yayılması ve mesleki becerilerin kazandırılması amacının yanında bulunduğu bölgedeki kaynakları kullanarak bölgesel kalkınmaya da katkıda bulunurlar. Bölgesel kalkınmasının ülke kalkınmasına olan etkisinin bilincinde olan Yükseköğretim Kurulu (YÖK) “Yükseköğretimde Yeni YÖK Projeleri” kapsamında 2006 yılı sonrasında kurulmuş olan yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik “Bölgesel Kalkınma Odaklı Misyon Farklılaşması ve İhtisaslaşması” projesini başlatmıştır. Bu proje kapsamında seçilen pilot üniversitelere bazı ayrıcalıklar sağlandığından dolayı bu çalışmanın amacı proje öncesi ve sonrası bu üniversitelerin performanslarının karşılaştırılması olarak belirlenmiştir. Lisansüstü öğrenci sayısı, önlisans ve lisans öğrenci sayısı, akademik personel sayısı, URAP Türkiye sıralaması, SCI, SSCI ve A&HCI yayın oranı ve alıntılanma oranı kriterleri kullanılarak üniversiteler değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmeyi yapmak için öncelikle kriterler objektif (uzman görüşüne ihtiyaç duyulmayan) Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden IDOCRIW (Integrated Determination of Objective CRIteria Weights) ile ağırlıklandırılmıştır. Daha sonra bu ağırlıklar kullanılarak GRA (Gri İlişkisel Analiz) yöntemi ile üniversiteler sıralanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre proje öncesi (2015) en yüksek performansa sahip üniversiteler sırasıyla Uşak Üniversitesi, Aksaray Üniversitesi ve Düzce Üniversitesi, proje sonrası (2021) en yüksek performansa sahip üniversiteler sırasıyla Düzce Üniversitesi, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi ve Bingöl Üniversitesi olarak bulunmuştur. Son olarak diğer ÇKKV yöntemleri ile 2021 sıralamaları tekrar hesaplanıp GRA yöntemiyle karşılaştırılarak yöntemin duyarlılık analizi yapılmıştır.

1980’li yıllar ile birlikte turizm endüstrisinde yaşanan gelişmeler ve buna bağlı olarak tüketici tercihlerinde meydana gelen değişimler sonucunda turizm endüstrisinde 3S olarak kabul edilen “deniz-kum-güneş (sea-sand-sun)” turizminin meydana getirdiği kitle turizmi anlayışının, yerini çeşitli faaliyetler ve farklı deneyimler sunan alternatif turizm olanaklarına bıraktığı görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda “kültür” odaklı gerçekleştirilen aktiviteler çerçevesinde şekillenen “kültürel miras turizmi” faaliyetlerinin, destinasyonlar açısından öne çıkan alternatif turizm olanaklarından birisi olduğunu ifade etmek mümkündür. Bu noktadan hareketle bu çalışmada, UNESCO Dünya Mirası Listesinde yer alan ve dolayısıyla da kültürel miras turizmi olanaklarına sahip destinasyonların bulunduğu illerin turizm potansiyellerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu değerlendirme gerçekleştirilirken Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden CRITIC ve MAIRCA kullanılmıştır. Öncelikle kriterler objektif bir ÇKKV yöntemi olan CRITIC kullanılarak ağırlıklandırılmıştır. Sekiz kriterin kullanıldığı çalışmada en önemli kriterler sırasıyla yatak sayısı, otel sayısı ve müze sayısı olarak bulunmuştur. CRITIC yöntemi ile ulaşılan kriter ağırlıkları kullanılarak MAIRCA yöntemi ile iller sıralanmıştır. Turizm potansiyeli açısından sırasıyla en başarılı iller İstanbul, Muğla, İzmir, Bursa ve Aydın, en başarısız iller ise Karabük, Sivas, Kars, Çorum ve Adıyaman olmuştur. Son olarak kullanılan ÇKKV yöntemlerinin tutarlılığını ve doğruluğunu test etmek için duyarlılık analizi yapılmıştır.

Enerji sektörü sabit sermaye yatırımlarının çok yüksek olduğu, riskli bir sektördür. Bundan dolayı enerji sektöründe yer alan işletmelerin finansal açıdan sağlam bir yapıları olmak zorundadır. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı enerji sektöründe yer alan işletmelerin finansal performansının Entropi tabanlı ARAS yöntemi ile değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışma, ülkelerin itici gücü konumundaki enerji sektöründe yer alan işletmelerin finansal yapılarının sağlamlığını incelemesi açısından önemlidir. Örneklem olarak Borsa İstanbul Elektrik, Gaz ve Buhar Sektöründeki işletmeler seçilmiştir. Çalışmada 2018 yılı finansal verileri kullanılmıştır. Kriter ağırlıklarının belirlendiği Entropi yöntemi sonucuna göre en önemli finansal oranlar sırasıyla özsermaye devir hızı, borçlanma katsayısı ve aktif devir hızı olarak bulunmuştur. Finansman ve finansal yapı oranlarının en önemli oranlar olarak bulunması, enerji sektörünün hem başlangıç hem de işletim maliyetlerinin yüksek olması ile ilişkilendirilebilir çünkü bu yüksek maliyetler sağlam bir finansal yapı ile desteklenmelidir. Entropi sonucuda ulaşılan ağırlıkların kullanıldığı ARAS yöntemi sonucuna göre de sırasıyla ENJSA, AKSEN ve ZOREN işletmeleri finansal performansı en yüksek işletmeler olarak bulunmuştur.

*Arsu, Talip ( Aksaray, Yazar ), Adverse effects of packaging waste on the environment and economic losses resulting from the use of untouched resources have made the recycling process compulsory. The success of the collection and separation of packaging waste, which are the most important phases in the recycling process, depends on the effective management of these processes. In this paper, we analyzed the efficiency of 14 collection and separation facilities. A Global- Multiple Criteria Data Envelopment Analysis model (G-MCDEA) based on a global criterion method was proposed for the solution of the multiple criteria data envelopment analysis model, which is organized as a three-objective multiple objective linear programming model. With the proposed model, the three objective functions were transformed into a single objective function, and the normalized grades of the distance from the ideal solution was calculated for each decision making unit. In this was it was determined which objective was closer to the global activity achieved.

Exhausted natural resources and deteriorating ecological balance, together with the social privileges that people expect to have, are proof that the development of countries cannot be reduced to economic development alone. In this respect, this study aimed to evaluate the economic, social and environmental aspects of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries. Within this scope, the countries were firstly divided into two groups by performing cluster analysis in order to create more homogeneous country groups. Then, 12 criteria, consisting of four economic, four social and four environmental criteria, were determined by considering the literature and expert opinions. The criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) method was used to weight the determined criteria and using the calculated criterion weights, the countries in each cluster were then evaluated with the measurement of alternatives and ranking according to compromise solution (MARCOS) method. As a result, the most successful countries in the first cluster were determined as Switzerland, Denmark and Ireland with 68.8%, 62.7% and 62.5% performance scores, respectively. Whereas, the most unsuccessful countries were USA, Canada and Australia with 49.8%, 50.0% and 50.1% performance scores, respectively. The most successful countries in the second cluster were found as Slovenia, Spain and Portugal with 65.9%, 65.5% and 64.5% performance scores, while the most unsuccessful countries were Turkey, Chile and Colombia with 45.9%, 55.4% and 55.9% performance scores, respectively. Finally, in order to test the sensitivity of the MARCOS method, the solution was repeated with the MAIRCA, WASPAS, MABAC and CoCoSo methods using the weights obtained by the CRITIC method. A high correlation (greater than 80%) was found between the rankings acquired using the other methods and the rankings obtained by the MARCOS method.

Personel seçim süreci, hem personel istihdam eden örgüt hem de işe alınan personel için hayati önem taşıyan bir süreçtir. Doğru personelin seçilmesi örgüte etkinlik ve verimlilik gibi faydalar sağlarken, işe alınan personele de iş tatmini, örgüte bağlılık ve yaşam doyumu gibi faydalar sağlar. Ancak doğru personelin seçilmesi, doğru seçim kriterlerinin kullanılması ile mümkün olmaktadır. Bu noktadan hareketle bu çalışmada, personel seçim sürecinde kullanılan kriterlerin çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden BestWorst Metodu (BWM) ile değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla öncelikle literatürde kullanılan personel seçim süreci kriterleri belirlenmiş, daha sonra bu seçim kriterleri uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda BWM ile analiz edilmiştir. Beş kriter 35 alt kriterin kullanıldığı analiz sonucunda en önemli kriterler sırasıyla “mesleki donanım kriterleri”, “kişisel özellik kriterleri” ve “sosyal beceri kriterleri”, en önemli alt kriterler ise sırasıyla “mesleki bilgi ve uzmanlık”, “iş/sektör deneyimi”, “mesleki eğitim geçmişi”, “doğruluk ve dürüstlük” ve “problem çözme becerisi” olarak bulunmuştur., The personnel selection process is a vital process for both the organization employing personnel and the recruited personnel. While choosing the right personnel provides benefits such as efficiency and productivity to the organization, it also provides benefits such as job satisfaction, commitment to the organization and life satisfaction to the recruited personnel. However, selecting the right personnel is possible by using the right selection criteria. From this point of view, in this study, it was purposed to evaluate the criteria used in the personnel selection process with the Best-Worst Method (BWM), one of the multi-criteria decision making methods. For this purpose, firstly the personnel selection process criteria used in the literature were determined, then these selection criteria were analyzed by BWM in line with expert opinions. As a result of the analysis using five criteria and 35 sub-criteria, the most important criteria are, respectively, “professional qualification criteria”, “personal characteristics criteria” and “social skills criteria”, and the most important sub-criteria are “professional knowledge and expertise”, “job/industry experience”, “professional education background”, “accuracy and honesty” and “problem solving skills” has been found.

Electricity generation, one of the renewable energy sources (RES), delivers a solution for various problems such as energy efficiency, energy supply security, reducing foreign dependency, and especially, environmental concerns. However, the solutions provided for these problems bring along the question of which RESs are produced more effectively. Therefore, in this research, RESs used for electricity generation in Turkey were analyzed by using generation data to show which one is more effective. Bi-objective multiple-criteria data envelopment analysis (BiO-MCDEA) method, a goal programming-based efficiency determination method, was used for the efficiency analysis conducted for five years between the years of 2014 and 2018. As a result of the analysis, geothermal energy came into prominence as the most effective RES for all of the years included in the solution. Geothermal energy was followed by biomass energy, wind energy, hydroelectric, and solar energy, respectively.

Tersine lojistik, iş faaliyetlerinin çevresel ve sosyal yönlerinin sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın anahtarı olduğu günümüzde, işletmelerin rekabetçi kalabilmeleri ve kendilerine ekonomik fayda sağlayabilmeleri için oldukça önemli bir hale gelmiştir. Tersine lojistik sistemlerinin operasyonları ve yönetimi, önemli düzeyde altyapı, teknoloji, uzmanlık ve deneyim gerektiren karmaşık bir görevdir. Bu nedenle, çok sayıda işletme tersine lojistik faaliyetlerini üçüncü parti tersine lojistik servis sağlayıcılarına (3PTLS) devretme eğilimindedir. Bu noktadan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı 3PTLS seçiminde dikkate alınacak kriterlerinin bulanık SWARA yöntemi ile değerlendirilmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda kapsamlı bir literatür taramasının ardından, uzman bir grubun görüşü alınarak kriterler değerlendirilmiştir. Uygulama sonucunda en önemli kriterler sırasıyla müşteri memnuniyeti, çevre bilinci ve hizmet kalitesi en önemsiz kriterler ise bertaraf, geri çağırma ve sipariş yönetimi olarak belirlenmiştir., Reverse logistics has become especially important for businesses to remain competitive and to provide economic benefits to them in today's world, where environmental and social aspects of business activities are the key to sustainable development. Operations and management of reverse logistics systems is a complex task that requires significant infrastructure, technology, expertise, and experience. For this reason, many businesses tend to outsource their reverse logistics activities to third-party reverse logistics service providers (3PRLP). From this point of view, the aim of this study is to evaluate the criteria to be considered in 3PTLS selection using the fuzzy SWARA method. Accordingly, after a comprehensive literature review, the criteria were evaluated by taking the opinion of an expert group. As a result of the implementation, the most important criteria were determined as customer satisfaction, environmental awareness, and service quality, the least important criteria were disposal, recall, and order management.

Ambalaj atığının çevre üzerindeki olumsuz etkisi ve bakir kaynakların kullanımından kaynaklı ekonomik kayıplar, geri dönüşüm sürecini zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Geri dönüşüm sürecindeki en önemli aşama olan ambalaj atığının toplanması ve kategorilerine göre ayrıştırılması işlemlerinin başarısı, bu işlemlerin etkin bir şekilde yönetilmesine bağlıdır. Türkiye’de ambalaj atıklarının toplanması ve kategorilerine göre ayrıştırılması işlemini Toplama-Ayırma Tesisleri (TAT) üstlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Çok Amaçlı Karar Verme (ÇAKV) yöntemlerinden Çok Amaçlı Doğrusal Programlama (ÇADP) ile modellenen Çok Kriterli Veri Zarflama Analizi (ÇKVZA) Global Kriter Yöntem kullanılarak çözülmüştür. Önerilen yeni yöntem Global-Çok Kriterli Veri Zarflama Analizi (G-ÇKVZA) olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda İç Anadolu Bölgesinde faaliyetlerini sürdüren 67 tesisten 6’sı etkin tesisler olarak bulunmuştur., The negative impact of packaging waste on the environment and the economic losses caused by the use of virgin resources have made the recycling process mandatory. The success of the process of collecting and sorting the packaging waste, which is the most important step in the recycling process, depends on the effective management of these processes. Collection-Separation Facilities (CSF) undertaken the process of collecting and separating according to category of packaging wastes. In this study, Multi Criteria Data Envelopment Analysis (MCDEA), which was modeled with Multi-Objective Linear Programming(MOLP) from Multi-Objective Decision Making (MODM) methods, was solved by using Global Criterion Method. The proposed new method is named as Global-Multi Criteria Data Envelopment Analysis (G-MCDEA). As a result of the study, 6 of the 67 facilities operating in the Central Anatolia Region were found to be efficient facilities.

Dünya’daki enerji üretimi ağırlıklı olarak fosil kaynaklı yakıtlar kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmektedir. Fakat fosil kaynaklı yakıtlar doğada sınırsız olarak bulunmamasının yanı sıra ekolojik doğal dengeyi de olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynakları (YEK) ise fosil yakıtlardan elde edilen enerjiye göre hem ekolojik hem de ekonomik anlamda büyük kazanımlar sağlamaktadır. Bu kazanımların farkına varan ülkeler enerji politikalarında YEK’lere daha fazla önem vermektedir. Türkiye gibi YEK’lere elverişli kaynaklara sahip ve geliĢmekte olan ülkeler yenilenebilir enerjinin geleceğinde söz sahibi olmaya adaydırlar. Bu açıdan Türkiye gibi ülkelerin YEK performanslarına göre değerlendirmek gelecek için yararlı bilgiler sağlayacaktır. Fakat bu değerlendirmeyi yaparken Türkiye’yi bir bütün olarak ele almak yerine birbirinden farklı YEK potansiyellerine sahip bölgeler olarak ele almak daha yerinde olacaktır. Bu noktadan hareketle çalışmanın amacı Türkiye’deki Düzey 1 bölgelerinin YEK performanslarına göre değerlendirilmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu amaçla Düzey 1 bölgeleri Entropi ve CODAS yöntemleri bütünleşik olarak kullanılarak incelenmiĢtir. Entropi yöntemi ile elde edilen sonuçlara göre en önemli kriterler sırasıyla, güneĢ enerjisi kurulu gücü/toplam kurulu güç, rüzgar enerjisi kurulu güç ve güneş enerjisi kurulu güç kriterleri olarak belirlenmiĢtir. CODAS yöntemi sonuçlarına göre, sırasıyla TR5- Batı Anadolu, TR3- Ege ve TR7-Orta Anadolu bölgeleri ilk üç sırada yer alırken, TRA- Kuzeydoğu Anadolu, TR1- Ġstanbul ve TR4- Doğu Marmara bölgeleri son üç sırada yer almıştır.

Thereare many uncertainties to face when setting these goals and many constraintsthat the companies must take into account. In this uncertainty environment, itis necessary to satisfy the realistic goals set by the companies and to shapeits future in the light of this information. This is also possible with GoalProgramming, one of the Multi-Objective Decision Making (MODM) methods. In thisstudy, a three-period inventory control policy for three products in a company,which operating in the automotive spare parts sector, from the productportfolio is modeled and solved with goal programming. Analytical HierarchyProcess (AHP), one of the Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) methods, wasused to calculate the objective function coefficients of the Goal Programmingmodel. Three of the five main goals (the goal of minimizing total stockingcost, the goal of maximizing net profit and the goal of minimizing overtimeproduction costs) in the proposed model were achieved without any positive ornegative deviation. The other two main goals (the goal of not exceeding theperiodical storage capacity and the goal of meet the demand for periodicalproducts) have positive or negative deviations. However, in general, thecompany, which successfully satisfies many of its objectives, is partiallysuccessful. In addition, the goal programming model proposed in this studysuccessfully satisfy the inventory control policy objectives of the enterprise.The values obtained as a result of the solution are compared with the goals setby the company., Faydayı ön planda tutan işletmeler, geçmiş deneyimlerinden yararlanarakkendilerine uzun vadede başarıyı getirecek olan bazı gerçekçi hedefler koymakzorundadır. Bu hedefleri koyarken karşılaşılacak birçok belirsizlik ve işletmeleringöz önünde bulundurması gereken birçok kısıt vardır. Bu çalışmadaotomotiv yedek parça sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmenin yeniden üretimsistemi ürün portföyünden, üç ürün için üç dönemlik stok kontrol politikasıhedef programlama ile modellenmiş ve çözülmüştür. Hedef Programlama modelininamaç fonksiyonu katsayıları hesaplanırken Çok Nitelikli Karar Verme (ÇNKV)metotlarından Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) kullanılmıştır. Önerilenmodeldeki beş ana hedeften üç tanesi (toplam stoklama maliyetini minimize etmehedefi, net karı maksimize etme hedefi ve fazla mesai ile gerçekleştirilenüretim maliyetini minimize etme hedefi) herhangi bir pozitif veya negatif sapmameydana gelmeden başarılmıştır. İki hedefte (dönemlik stoklama kapasitesiniaşmama hedefi ve dönemlik ürün talebini karşılama hedefi) ise pozitif veyanegatif sapmalar meydana gelmiştir. Fakat genel olarak birçok hedefinibaşarıyla doyuma ulaştıran işletme kısmen başarılı bir seyir izlemektedir.Ayrıca bu çalışmada önerilen hedef programlama modeli işletmenin stok kontrolpolitikası hedeflerini başarılı br şekilde doyuma ulaştırmıştır. Çözümsonucunda ulaşılan değerler ile işletmenin kendisine koyduğu hedeflerkarşılaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır.

Logistics management is the customer, market and distributional channel based planning of logistic activities and determining the execution of these activities through outsourcing or within the enterprise and conducting the process. And logistic cost management is the preparation of product-based cost and income analysis of the planned logistic activities. Logistics management has two dimensions for the market (external environment) in one aspect and for the enterprise (internal environment) in another aspect. Logistic cost management, on the other hand, requires three-dimensional analysis which also includes product and service based performance analysis involving the other two dimensions. Logistics, the importance of which has gradually increased in recent years in terms of providing the enterprises with competitive advantage, has been studied with regards to cost and management in an attempt to measure the logistic cost management perception of the enterprises active in the organized industrial zones of Karaman, Aksaray and Kayseri provinces in Turkey.

Günümüz rekabet ortamında müşteri odaklı üretim anlayışına bağlı olarak ürünün özellikleri ve fiyatları piyasada oluşmaktadır. Gerek müşterilerin beklentilerini karşılayabilmek, gerekse istenilen satış ve kar hacmine ulaşabilmek için işletmelerin farklılaştırma veya maliyetlere odaklanma stratejilerini benimsemeleri gerekmektedir. Maliyet avantajı sağlamak isteyen işletme, bazı maliyet kalemlerinde kesintiye gitmek zorunda kalacaktır. Temel maliyet kalemlerinden olan stok maliyetlerinin öneminin artması ile işletmeler stok maliyetlerini azaltmanın yollarını aramaktadırlar. Bu çalışma da tam zamanında üretim sistemi/maliyetleme geçmişten günümüze kadar ortaya çıkan gelişmeler teorik olarak ortaya konarak Türkiye’de yapılan akademik çalışmalar incelenmiştir. In today’s competitive world, depending on on the customer-oriented production concept, the specialities and prices of the products are determined at the market. Both satisfy the expectations of the customers and reach the desired level of sale and profit, companies should adopt the diversify or cost-oriented stretegies. Additionally if a company wants to have an advantage on costs, it must be reduce some of it’s expenditure items. In this regard, with the increase importance of the inventory cost which is ona of the major factors of the costs, companies try to think of way to reduce it. At this study, the new theoretical developments and academic researches in Turkey which are both about the Just-in-Time production systems/Costing has inversigated from past to present.

Entrepreneurship education is one of the fastest growing areas in the world. One of the main reasons is the assumption that entrepreneurship education plays an important role in solving the chronic challenges such as employment, economic growth, poverty via developing entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education is given to develop entrepreneurship in many countries which are trying to eliminate these problems. It is one of the most curious subject whether entrepreneurial education contributes to entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, in many studies it has been tried to explain the connection between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activity. In our study, we conducted a literature review on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activities. Following the literature review, some proposals have been developed by comparison the studies abroad with the studies in Turkey. ÖzetGirişimcilik eğitimi dünya genelinde en hızlı büyüyen alanlardan bir tanesidir. Bunun temel nedenleri arasında girişimcilik eğitiminin girişimciliği geliştirerek istihdam, ekonomik büyüme, yoksulluk gibi kronikleşen önemli sorunların çözümünde önemli rol oynadığı düşüncesidir. Bu problemleri bertaraf etmeye çalışan birçok ülkede girişimciliği geliştirmek için girişimcilik eğitimi verilmektedir. Verilen girişimcilik eğitimlerinin girişimcilik faaliyetlerine katkı verip vermediği en çok merak edilen konulardan birisidir. Bu nedenle yapılan birçok çalışmada, girişimcilik eğitimi ve girişimcilik faaliyetlerinin arasındaki bağlantıyı anlamaya çalışmıştır. Çalışmamızda girişimcilik eğitimi ve girişimcilik faaliyetleri arasındaki bağlantı ile ilgili bir literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Literatür taraması sonucunda, yurt dışında yapılan çalışmalar ile Türkiye’de yapılan çalışmalar kıyaslanarak öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
