The fear of missing out (FoMO) concerning social media is increasingly becoming a concern, especially among college students. Although existing studies have theoretically investigated FoMO from different perspectives, fewer studies have explored cognitive bias as the antecedent of FoMO and its cognitive, motivational, and cultural mechanisms. This study investigated the contribution of cognitive bias in explaining FoMO and related cognitive, motivational, and cultural factors. A sample of 748 undergraduates was recruited from two universities in China and filled out five questionnaires: Attention to Negative and Positive Information Scale, Attentional Control Scale, Need to Belong Scale, Self-Construal Scale, and Fear of Missing Out Scale. We used structural equation modelling to analyze the associations among study constructs. Analyses found that ANI was positively/negatively associated with the need to belong /attentional control, which were positively/negatively associated with FoMO. In addition, ANI was negatively/positively associated with independent/interdependent self-construals, which were positively associated with FoMO. To explore whether digital finance can reduce agricultural carbon emissions, promote regional convergence, and foster inclusivity in rural revitalization and shared prosperity, this paper uses the provincial-level index of digital financial inclusion to analyze the impact of digital financial inclusion on the intensity of agricultural carbon emissions and the Degum Gini coefficient (D-Gini coefficient) of regional carbon emission intensity in 30 sample provinces from 2010 to 2020. It examines the mechanism of the impact of digital financial inclusion on both variables to understand the underlying factors better. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Digital financial inclusion significantly reduces the intensity of agricultural carbon emissions and narrows the gap in carbon emission intensity between regions. (2) The unconditional quantile regression coefficients show that the negative coefficients of the digital financial inclusion index and the three-dimensional indices decrease with increasing quantiles. However, the significant effects vary significantly at different quantiles. (3) Technological progress and the government's ability to allocate financial resources play a significant mediating role, and the income gap between urban and rural areas can be further narrowed, as well as the carbon emission intensity gap between provinces. Several types of emerging organic contaminants were investigated in many recent researches, such as persistent toxic substance (PTS), persistent organic pollutants (POPs), endocrine disrupters (EDs), and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). But the Chinese country standard detection methods of emerging organic pollutants were not developed with the dramatic increasing of the organic substances production. Hence, it is necessary to obtain the latest informations about the long-term storage of representative environmental specimens, which could provide scientific basis for environmental management and environmental decision-making of the water resources protection and management organization. As the significant water resource conservation organization, the Water Environment Monitoring Center of Yangtze River Basin is experienced in water environmental monitoring and records many useful water resources and environment informations. It is also our responsibility to monitor all the pollutants in water environment of the Yangtze River valley, especially the emerging organic contaminants. Meanwhile, the International Environmental Specimen Bank (IESB) accumulates lots environmental organic pollution specimens and plays a significant role in environmental monitoring. Thus, the collaboration between the two parties will be greatly helpful for each further researches and monitoring work of organic contaminants in Yangtze River Basin. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
