Introduction: The case fatality rate among patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) has decreased progressively, with numerous patients subjected to contemporary paradigms that minimize the use of agonizing therapeutic processes. The concept of the "Textbook Outcome" (TO), a composite outcome that highlights numerous favorable outcomes, was developed in the context of gastrointestinal tumor surgeries and expeditiously extended across diverse surgical spheres. The aim of this study was to explore the factors hindering the achievement of optimal prognoses in postinterventional aSAH patients, employ textbook outcomes, and establish predictive models. Methods: We conducted a retrospective review of data from 1270 aSAH patients who received endovascular treatment between 2012 and 2018. We delineated an exemplary TO within the aSAH domain, characterized by favorable clinical results, minimal complications, and the absence of retreatments. This TO-oriented approach is explained within the manuscript. Results: The findings revealed that preoperative intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH), preoperative Hunt and Hess grade (H&H) ≥ 3, World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS) grade ≥ 3, the presence of blebs on the aneurysm, aneurysms situated at branching sites, and non-stent-assisted endovascular intervention were the strongest risk factors for not achieving textbook outcomes (non-"Textbook Outcome" [N-TO]). Decision curve analysis and calibration analyses revealed strong concordance between the predictions of the N-TO nomogram model and the actual observations. Conclusions: Treatment Outcomes hold significant practical value in clinical studies of aSAH patients receiving endovascular treatment. The likelihood of N-TOs was predicted by IVH, H&H grade ≥ 3, WFNS grade ≥ 2, presence o f bleb on the aneurysm, and aneurysms located at branching sites. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Cloud and cloud shadow detection in remote sensing images is an important preprocessing technique for quantitative analysis and large-scale mapping. To solve the problems of cloud and cloud shadow detection based on Convolutional Neural Network models, such as rough edges and insufficient overall accuracy, cloud and cloud shadow segmentation based on Swin-UNet was studied in the wide field of view (WFV) images of GaoFen-1 (GF-1). The Swin Transformer blocks help the model capture long-distance features and obtain deeper feature information in the network. This study selects a public GF1_WHU cloud and cloud shadow detection dataset for preprocessing and data optimization and conducts comparative experiments in different models. The results show that the algorithm performs well on vegetation, water, buildings, barren and other types. The average accuracy of cloud detection is 98.01%, the recall is 96.84% and the F1-score is 95.48%. The corresponding results of cloud shadow detection are 84.64%, 83.12% and 97.55%. In general, compared to U-Net, PSPNet and DeepLabV3+, this model performs better in cloud and cloud shadow detection, with clearer detection boundaries and a higher accuracy in complex surface conditions. With the development of mobile edge computing technology, edge caching provides a feasible solution for low‐latency and high‐reliability data forwarding in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). Due to the limited number and storage capacity of the edge servers, and the limited communication range of a single vehicle, the delay and connection requirements are hard to be satisfied. A vehicle clustering based edge caching scheme is proposed in this paper, aiming at minimizing the content acquisition delay of the requesting vehicles (RVs) within the communication range of the edge servers. After getting the optimal vehicle association results, the minimization of content acquisition delay is transformed into a knapsack problem, which is then solved by a dynamic programming algorithm to obtain the optimal cache decisions. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme reduces task acquisition delay by at least about 100 s and increases the cache hit rate by about 50%, compared with the random cache scheme. Sulfilimines, the aza‐variants of sulfoxides, are key structural motifs in natural products, pharmaceuticals, and agrochemicals; and sulfilimine synthesis is therefore important in organic chemistry. However, methods for radical sulfilimination remain elusive, and as a result, the structural diversity of currently available sulfilimines is limited. Herein, we report the first protocol for decarboxylative radical sulfilimination reactions between sulfenamides and N‐hydroxyphthalimide esters of primary, secondary, and tertiary alkyl carboxylic acids, which were achieved via a combination of photoredox, copper, and Brønsted base catalysis. This novel protocol provided a wide variety of sulfilimines, in addition to serving as an efficient route for the synthesis of S‐alkyl/S‐aryl homocysteine sulfilimines and S‐(4‐methylphenyl) homocysteine sulfoximine. Moreover, it could be used for late‐stage introduction of a sulfilimine group into structurally complex molecules, thereby avoiding the need to preserve labile organosulfur moieties through multistep synthetic sequences. Due to occurrences of human injury induced by external low-velocity impact (LVI), the development of flexible protective materials (FPM) with superior properties is critical. However, the damage appearance of FPM under LVI is unintuitive, which brings extra challenges in evaluating their protective effects. Herein, a novel damage evaluation approach was designed by using homogeneous glass slides and wood boards, and responses of six protective fabric materials subjected to LVI were evaluated. According to visible damage morphologies and related quantitative values of the glass slides and wood boards on the back of specimens after LVI, it was clearly revealed that the protective effects of specimens with various types or parameters were different under the same condition of LVI. In addition, visible damage effects at varied impact velocities in this approach could distinguish the protective mechanisms of various specimens. Compared with the results of impact parameters outputted by universal impact testing machine, this approach was verified to be feasible and effective. Mesoporous particles have attracted considerable attention in drug delivery system, because they can offer fast mass transport and overcome the diffusion restriction as occurred in micro/nano- porous particles. Conventional mesoporous particles are generally dominated by inorganic compounds, little concern has been raised over biodegradable organic polymers, especially silk fibroin. Here, we show that Antheraea pernyi (A. pernyi) silk fibroin, rich in Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) moiety, can be developed into mesoporous particles via self-assembly in a direct and eco-friendly (without any organic solvents) manner for sustained release of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU). By cultivating a mild condition at 40 ℃, a mesoporous structure was successfully achieved without any foreign organic solvents. The self-assembled mesoporous particles were quasi-spherical in shape with an average diameter of 1.58 µm. Mesopores ran through the entire particles to construct a divergent structure with external pore diameters ranging from 30 to 60 nm and internal pore width of 6.225 nm. The mesoporous particles were predominated by β -sheet conformation (∼45%), which effectively reduced the weight-loss ratio to 2.6%. 5-FU was encapsulated into the mesoporous particles by hydrogen bonding and van der Waals force as well as ionic interactions. Drug loading efficiency and encapsulation efficiency were found to be 26.24% and 50.36%, respectively. The mesoporous particles enabled sustained drug release, with approximately 90% release after 110 h. After a small burst release (20%) of the surface-bound 5-FU, a slower linear release dominated by Fickian-diffusion occurred. These features together with the excellent biocompatibility of A. pernyi silk indicated that the self-assembled mesoporous particles would be an ideal carrier for sustained drug release to meet critical requirements of biomaterials. Furthermore, without any foreign materials, this one-step strategy may offer new green chemistry approaches as well as options to load bioactive drugs. Mitochondria (MT) participate in most metabolic activities of mammalian cells. A near-unidirectional mitochondrial transfer from T cells to cancer cells was recently observed to "metabolically empower" cancer cells while "depleting immune cells," providing new insights into tumor-T cell interaction and immune evasion. Here, we leverage single-cell RNA-seq technology and introduce MERCI, a statistical deconvolution method for tracing and quantifying mitochondrial trafficking between cancer and T cells. Through rigorous benchmarking and validation, MERCI accurately predicts the recipient cells and their relative mitochondrial compositions. Application of MERCI to human cancer samples identifies a reproducible MT transfer phenotype, with its signature genes involved in cytoskeleton remodeling, energy production, and TNF-α signaling pathways. Moreover, MT transfer is associated with increased cell cycle activity and poor clinical outcome across different cancer types. In summary, MERCI enables systematic investigation of an understudied aspect of tumor-T cell interactions that may lead to the development of therapeutic opportunities. Functionalized polyamide 6 (PA 6) filament fabric with excellent thermal stability and UV resistance was copolymerized with methyl methacrylate (MMA) via in-situ grafting initiated by immobilized ascorbic acid and hydrogen peroxide. Grafting modification process was determined at 30 % of H 2 O 2 , at 70 °C for 60 min of duration, and the grafting degree could be tuned by adjusting the amount of MMA. Microscopic investigations confirmed the granular MMA was immobilized on the surface of PA 6 fibers. A strong peak at 1729 cm−1, assigning to C O stretching of ester bond of MMA, demonstrated MMA was successful grafted. The decomposition temperature of grafted PA 6 occurring at 444.6 °C, was 40 °C higher than that of pristine PA 6 (403.4 °C). Additionally, the introduction of MMA also improved the UV resistance of PA, more than 80 % decrease in transmittance of UVA band and UVB band with only 0.34 % grafting degree. Therefore, it can be concluded that in-situ grafting of MMA can endow PA 6 with excellent thermal stability and UV resistance. We believe that in-situ grafting of MMA would have important guiding significance for the fabrication of PA 6 based textiles with excellent thermal stability and UV resistance.
