In recent years, low-dimensional metal halides have emerged as promising, optoelectronic materials. In particular, low dimensional Cu(I)-based perovskite halides have broad prospects in X-ray and gamma ray detection applications. However, conventional scintillators based on perovskites are still suffering from phase segregation, low yield, and toxicity issues. In this work, we introduced an organometallic Sb compound to enhance the scintillation properties of inorganic perovskite Cs3Cu2I5@PMMA via an in situ doping strategy. Cs3Cu2I5:Sb@PMMA scintillators possess a high attenuation coefficient of ionizing radiation, and the flexible films can meet the requirement of more complex imaging conditions. They also have high stability towards moisture and oxygen. Besides, the PMMA matrix enhances the stability of Cs3Cu2I5:Sb@PMMA scintillators, resulting in remarkable radiation resistance even under continuous X-ray irradiation. The Sb-enhanced Cs3Cu2I5:Sb@PMMA scintillators also resulted in improved light yield and exhibited excellent performance for X-ray imaging and single photon detection under 241Am irradiation. The above results fully demonstrate the excellent application potential of Cs3Cu2I5:Sb@PMMA for ionizing radiation detection and pave the great avenue of metal halide perovskites for commercialization. Background and Aim: Fexuprazan is a novel potassium‐competitive acid blocker (P‐CAB). This study aimed to explore the noninferior efficacy and safety of fexuprazan to esomeprazole in treating erosive esophagitis (EE). Methods: This was a phase III, randomized, double‐blind multicenter study. Patients with endoscopically confirmed EE were randomized to receive fexuprazan 40 mg or esomeprazole 40 mg once a daily for 4–8 weeks. The healing rates of EE, symptom response, GERD‐health‐related quality life (GERD‐HRQL), and treatment‐emergent adverse events (TEAEs) were compared between fexuprazan group and esomeprazole group. Results: A total of 332 subjects were included in full analysis set (FAS) and 311 in per‐protocol set (PPS). The healing rates of fexuprazan and esomeprazole groups at 8 weeks were 88.5% (146/165) and 89.0% (145/163), respectively, in FAS and 97.3% (145/149) and 97.9% (143/146), respectively, in PPS. Noninferiority of fexuprazan compared with esomeprazole according to EE healing rates at 8 weeks was demonstrated in both FAS and PPS analysis. No significant difference was found between groups in EE healing rates at 4 weeks, symptom responses, and changes of GERD‐HRQL. The incidence of drug‐related AEs was 19.4% (32/165) in fexuprazan arm and 19.6% (32/163) in esomeprazole arm. Conclusion: This study demonstrated noninferior efficacy of fexuprazan to esomeprazole in treating EE. The incidence of TEAEs was similar between fexuprazan and esomeprazole. Mechanoluminescence (ML) materials are widely used in information storage, stress sensing, and structural health monitoring due to their simplicity, nondestructiveness, and real‐time sensing characteristics. However, the currently reported ML films suffer from high‐temperature decomposition, opacity, and unstable ML properties, which seriously limits their applications. Herein, a transparent TbBO3 glass‐ceramic (GCs) with significant ML performance is explored. A large number of Si‐O and B‐O tetrahedra in the glass matrix greatly improves the structural stability. Meanwhile, the disordered atomic arrangement reduces the obstacles in the light propagation process, making it highly transparent. Furthermore, femtosecond laser irradiation produces an ultra‐deep trap of 517 K, which makes its ML performance highly stable. Based on this material, an aircraft stress safety monitoring system that can accurately pinpoint where the aircraft window is hit is designed. Objective To investigate the related factors and risk model prediction of pneumonia in patients with early gastric cancer after ESD. Methods We enrolled 171 patients with early gastric cancer who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) from May 2016 to February 2019. Logistic regression analysis was used to screen independent risk factor of pneumonia in patients with early gastric cancer after ESD. Then, based on the selected independent risk factors, we established a nomogram prediction model and verified the accuracy and predictability of the model. Results Hyperlipidemia, antibacterial usage, ICU treatment or not, swallowing disorder, infiltration depth, oral care and indwelling gastric tube were independent risk factors for pneumonia after ESD. Based on the selected seven independent risk factors, we established a nomogram model to predict the risk of pneumonia after ESD. The validation of the model showed that the predicted values and the observed values were basically consistent, indicating that the nomogram prediction model had a good predictive ability. We used the Bootstrap internal verification method to validate the model. The C-index index was 0.937 (95%CI: 0.929-0.945), indicating that the model had good precision and discrimination. Conclusion For patients with early gastric cancer, timely consideration of hyperlipidemia, antibiotic usage, ICU treatment or not, dysphagia, depth of infiltration, oral care and indwelling gastric tube could improve the diagnostic efficacy for the incidence of pneumonia after ESD.

Near-infrared (NIR) sources exhibit unique photophysical properties, such as excellent signal-to-noise, high tissue penetration and so on, which stretches many prospective applications in biological imaging, night vision and other fields. However, the emission wavelength of NIR light-emitting diodes (LEDs) mostly locates in the range from 650 to 950 nm (NIR-I) where the heat accumulation cannot be overlooked, especially working at high-power, which limits the application scenarios. Here, Nd3+-doped LiGa5O8 glass ceramics (GCs) prepared by an in situ glass crystallization strategy show notable NIR-II emission. The fabricated glass ceramics-converted (GCs-converted) LED exhibits strong heat dissipation performance, and the surface temperature (39.2 °C) is much lower than the temperature (135.1 °C) of the phosphor-converted counterpart operated at high-power (10 W), which is attributed to the good thermal conductivity of GCs and the designed hollow structure of the LED device. Furthermore, the highly stable GCs-converted LED effectively avoids the yellowing on aging of the conventional organic adhesive. Accordingly, the portable high-power NIR LED has been proven to be an excellent candidate for multi-applications such as imaging, night vision, nondestructive analysis and so on.
