Abstract Novel electrolyte is being pursued toward exploring Zn chemistry in zinc ion batteries. Here, a fluorine‐free liquid crystal (LC) ionomer‐type zinc electrolyte is presented, achieving simultaneous regulated water activity and long‐range ordering of conduction channels and SEI. Distinct from water network or local ordering in current advances, long‐range ordering of layered water channels is realized. Via manipulating water activity, conductivities range from ≈0.34 to 15 mS cm−1, and electrochemical window can be tuned from ≈2.3–4.3 V. The Zn|Zn symmetric cell with LC gel exhibits highly reversible Zn stripping/plating at 5 mA cm−2 and 5 mAh cm−2 for 800 h, with retained ordering of water channels. The capability of gel for inducing in situ formation of long‐range ordered layer SEI associated with alkylbenzene sulfonate anion is uncovered. V2O5/Zn cell with the gel shows much improved cycling stability comparing to conventional zinc electrolytes, where the preserved structure of V2O5 is associated with the efficiently stabilized Zn anode by the gel. Via long‐range ordering‐induced regulation on ion transport, electrochemical stability, and interfacial reaction, the development of LC electrolyte provides a pathway toward advancing aqueous rechargeable batteries.

During the outbreak of COVID-19, the pathogenic virus SARS-CoV-2, characterized by highly infectious, lethal and unpredictable outcomes has brought a variety of psychological shocks to the general public including the ordinary people, patients with confirmed diagnosis and suspected cases. Harmful psychological stress often causes panic to the society. For individuals, it can not only lead to the occurrence of psychological stress disorders such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), but also is not conducive to the recovery of patients with COVID-19.Intervention of psychological stress during the pandemic is necessary. This article analyzes the psychological stress disorders of different populations during the COVID-19 pandemic and discusses their intervention strategies, which help to treat individuals in time and avoid the occurrence of psychological stress disorders, facilitate rehabilitation of patients with COVID-19.

Because of the wide distribution of overland oil and gas pipelines, some pipelines will unavoidably pass through landslide-prone mountainous areas. Landslides may cause deformation or even damage to pipelines, affecting the normal working of the pipeline system. Therefore, it is necessary to study the multiple influence factors of pipeline deformation caused by landslides and establish a forewarning model for oil and gas pipelines buried in landslides. In the present research, the field investigation and a series of large deformation numerical simulations are conducted along four pipelines located in the southeast region of China. Results show that small soil landslides are the main types of landslides threatening the safety of pipelines, whose deformation degree mainly depends on the scale of the landslides and the location of the pipelines in the landslides. Through the investigation, the scale of landslides is the main factor determining the deformation of pipelines induced by landslides. Considering the variation of the scale of landslides, with the increase of the angles, thicknesses, and lengths of the landslides, the pipeline deformation keeps increasing. When crossing the landslides laterally, the pipeline buried in the leading edge of landslides is safer than in the tail edge. What is more, it is most dangerous when the pipeline is buried in the middle of a landslide. Considering the variation of the scale of landslides, including the longitudinal length, horizontal width, thickness, and slope of landslides, as well as the location of pipelines in the landslides, a piecewise forewarning model including those parameters was established based on the influence function for crossing pipelines in landslides. The proposed forewarning model can be used for monitoring and evaluating landslide geological disasters of pipelines and reduce the risk of pipeline landslide geological hazards in the monitored area effectively. In order to cope with the performance bottleneck and the time complexity of particle filters algorithm for the blind separation of two MPSK mixture signals obtained by a single channel receiver, a novel algorithm based on Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method is established which is based on the over-sampling signal model. By using over-sampling of the received signal, more information of waveform is utilized, so noise suppression is more effective. In the new algorithm the Gibbs sampling method is used to estimate the posterior probabilities of the symbols modulated in MPSK, so that the optimized Bayesian estimation can be obtained approximately. Furthermore, the unknown parameters in the signal model are iteratively estimated by the least Squares (LS) method. Objective: To study the sedative, hypnotic and antiseizure effects of the compound preparation of gardenia oil and jujube seed oil in mice and investigate the interaction of the two drugs in this preparation., Methods: The compound preparation was administered intragastrically in mice, whose spontaneous activity was observed along with their tolerance of the preparation after long-term administration. The hypnotic effect of the compound was assessed by investigating the changes in the pentobarbital sodium-induced sleeping. The compound was tested for its antiseizure effect in mice with pentetrazole-induced clonic and tonic convulsion. Diazepam was used as the standard control in all experiments., Results: The jujube seed oil, the gardenia oil and their compound all inhibited spontaneous activities of the mice. Compared with diazepam, the compound showed slow action in producing the sedative effect, which increased gradually with prolonged drug administration without obvious drug tolerance responses. The compound and the two oils all showed synergistic action with pentobarbital sodium in inducing sleeping of the mice. Prescription study showed that the compound produced stronger sedative and hypnotic effects than either of the oils. The two oils and the compound did not show significant antiseizure effects in mice., Conclusion: The compound of jujube seed oil and gardenia oil has sedative and hypnotic effects in mice, and the two oils in the compound show obvious synergistic effect.

Objective: To observe the effect of Gusongbao (GSB) on proliferation and metabolism of osteoblast cultured in vitro., Methods: Old rats, aged 18 months, were given GSB 1.5 g/kg, twice a day for 3 days by intragastric perfusion. Blood of the rats was collected 1 hr after the final perfusion to isolate serum for preparing, with D8900 medium, the culture media containing 7.5% or 15% GSB, which was used to culture osteoblast for 24 hrs. Besides, D8900 media containing 7.5% or 15% old rats'serum without medication, containing 20 mumol/L, sodium fluoride, and simple D8900 medium were prepared for control. The cell proliferation was detected by MTT method, and the changes of Ca2+ concentration and ALP content in supernatant of culture were also observed., Results: The osteoblast proliferation cultured in GSB serum containing medium was significantly increased than those cultured in the other control media (P < 0.01), at the same time, the Ca2+ consumption increased and the ALP content elevated significantly (P < 0.05, P < 0.01)., Conclusion: GSB could promote the DNA synthesis, increase the utilization of Ca2+ and accelerate the growth and proliferation of osteoblast.
