Background Hospice care service has been practiced deeply in our country. Many cities have taken primary medical and health institutions as the prime places to carry out hospice care, such as in Shanghai. The main community hospice care service are provided by the teams which are composed of general practitioners and nursing staff. Meanwhile, there is still a lack of unified assessment standards and requirements for the abilities of community medical staff. Objective Based on the actual situation hospice care service, this study compilies an evaluation tool for the hospice care service ability of medical staff in community health service centers and conducts a research of the reliability and validity. Methods From June 2022 to March 2023, through literature review, qualitative interview and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, the project was tested by a questionnaire and analyzed. 1 281 medical staff of community health service centers in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China, were surveyed from 2023-04-01 to 2023-05-12. A questionnaire survey which was covering general information, knowledge and experience of hospice service. Hospice service competence evaluation tool and humanistic care competence scale were conducted to test the reliability and validity of the hospice service, and a multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of hospice service competence. Results Through literature search analysis and qualitative interviews with experts, 49 initial entries were formed. The Delphi expert consultation method invited a total of 15 authoritative experts in Shanghai who study and carry out hospice services, in which the expert authority coefficient was 0.87, and the Kendall harmony coefficient of the overall index system was 0.624 (P0.2, so all 50 items were retained. Four common factors were selected, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 86.517%. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the total score of the hospice care service ability evaluation tool constructed in this study and the total score of the humanistic care scale (r=0.819, P

Experimental work across species has demonstrated that spontaneously generated behaviors are robustly coupled to variations in neural activity within the cerebral cortex. Functional magnetic resonance imaging data suggest that temporal correlations in cortical networks vary across distinct behavioral states, providing for the dynamic reorganization of patterned activity. However, these data generally lack the temporal resolution to establish links between cortical signals and the continuously varying fluctuations in spontaneous behavior observed in awake animals. Here, we used wide-field mesoscopic calcium imaging to monitor cortical dynamics in awake mice and developed an approach to quantify rapidly time-varying functional connectivity. We show that spontaneous behaviors are represented by fast changes in both the magnitude and correlational structure of cortical network activity. Combining mesoscopic imaging with simultaneous cellular-resolution two-photon microscopy demonstrated that correlations among neighboring neurons and between local and large-scale networks also encode behavior. Finally, the dynamic functional connectivity of mesoscale signals revealed subnetworks not predicted by traditional anatomical atlas-based parcellation of the cortex. These results provide new insights into how behavioral information is represented across the neocortex and demonstrate an analytical framework for investigating time-varying functional connectivity in neural networks.

Abstract [Objective] The study aims to explore the effects of tree species composition and other stand factors on species diversity of plantation communities in different road areas, and provide reference for the construction and management of plantation communities in Chengdu. [Methods] By using the typical plot method, the stand factors and understory vegetation species diversity of 5 different tree species in the plantation community (Ⅰ, poplar pure forest. Ⅱ, camphor and poplar mixed forest. Ⅲ, pure camphor forest. Ⅳ, mixed forest of camphor and eucalyptus. Ⅴ, eucalyptus grandis forest) of Chengdu Ring Expressway were investigated. [Results] (1) A total of 190 species of understory plants belonging to 71 families and 131 genera were recorded in the study area. The number of species of plant families recorded under the forest was more in the herbaceous layer than in the shrub layer, among which the number of understory species recorded in the pure camphor forest was the highest. (2) The important values of Broussonetia papyrifera and Humulus scandens dominated the shrub layer and herb layer of different plantation communities, respectively. BackgroundCompared with male adolescents， depression among female adolescents is of higher prevalence and greater severity. The level of generalized trust correlates with the severity of depression， and attachment correlates with the level of generalized trust. Therefore， based on the mediating role of generalized trust between attachment and depression， this study explores the pathogenesis of depression in female adolescents.ObjectiveTo explore the mediating role of generalized trust between paternal， maternal and peer attachment and depression in female adolescents， so as to provide references for improving the depression of female adolescents.MethodsThis study included 73 female adolescents who met the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder in the International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition（ICD-10） as well as received outpatient and inpatient treatment in Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital between March 2022 and October 2022. Investigation was conducted by use of Revised Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment （IPPA-R）， the Inclusive General Trust Scale （IGTS） and Children's Depression Inventory （CDI）.
