Accurate identification of fatigue driving behavior is crucial for improving road safety and preventing accidents. To effectively caution against fatigue driving, this paper proposes an intelligent recognition method for fatigue driving behavior based on wavelet energy entropy. Firstly, the anti-sharpening enhancement algorithm is employed to boost the image's contrast, details, and edges. Secondly, a multi-scale decomposition of the image is carried out to calculate the energy entropy of the wavelet coefficients at each scale, quantitatively characterizing facial feature parameters under a state of fatigue driving. Then, by focusing on blinking, yawning, and head movements, labor features are extracted based on the quantitative description of facial features. Finally, fatigue driving behavior is identified through the search for feature points and fitting results. The experimental results show that the method can effectively control the misidentification rate below 4%, with a recognition time of 690ms and a recall rate of over 97.04%, fully verify the effectiveness of the new intelligent recognition method. Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) accounts for the vast majority of cases in this cancer. Recently, the vital role of circular RNA (circRNA) has been acknowledged in various cancers, and this study aimed to investigate the role of circ_0058124 and related mechanism of its action in PTC.Materials and Methods: The expression of circ_0058124, miR-370-3p and LIM domain only (LMO4) was detected by qRT-PCR in tissue samples (PTC tissues or normal tissues, n=20) and cell lines (non-cancer cell line, Nthy-ori 3– 1, and PTC cell lines, IHH-4 and TPC-1). For functional analysis, cell proliferation was investigated using CCK-8 assay and colony formation assay. Cell migration and invasion were determined using transwell assay, and cell migration was also assessed by wound healing assay. Cell apoptosis was monitored by flow cytometry assay. For mechanism analysis, the interaction between miR-370-3p and circ_0058124 or LMO4 predicted by the bioinformatics analysis was validated by dual-luciferase reporter assay or RIP assay. The effect of circ_0058124 on tumor growth in vivo was identified by establishing the Xenograft model.Results: The expression of circ_0058124 was enhanced in PTC tissues and cells. Circ_0058124 knockdown inhibited viability, colony formation, migration and invasion and promoted apoptosis of PTC cells. Besides, circ_0058124 knockdown also blocked tumor growth in vivo. miR-370-3p was a target of circ_0058124, and circ_0058124 regulated the expression of LMO4, a target of miR-370-3p, by targeting miR-370-3p. Rescue experiments presented that miR-370-3p inhibition reversed the inhibitory effects of circ_0058124 knockdown on PTC development, and LMO4 overexpression reversed the effect of miR-370-3p restoration on PTC development.Conclusion: Circ_0058124 promoted the development of PTC by mediating the miR-370-3p/LMO4 axis, and circ_0058124, functioned as an oncogene in PTC, might be used as a promising biomarker for PTC diagnosis and treatment.Keywords: circ_0058124, miR-370-3p, LMO4, papillary thyroid carcinoma

The primary endpoint was safety. Secondary endpoints included the response rate, the clinical benefit response (CBR), overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS).Results: After combination therapy of HIFU and Gemox, severe complications were rarely reported, and no treatment-related death occurred. The rate of three or four-degree myelosuppression was low, and no obvious impairment of hepatorenal function was observed. Pancreatitis and gastrointestinal injury did not occurred. The disease control rate (DCR) was estimated to be 76.3%, including complete remission (CR), partial remission (PR), stable disease (SD) in 1, 6, 22 cases, respectively. Background: A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze the diagnostic value and image features of chest computed tomography (CT) scan in children with lobar pneumonia (LP) before and after treatment. Materials and Methods: 172 children with lobar pneumonia treated from January 2016 to December 2021 were selected. The patients who underwent plain X-ray scan were divided into control group (n = 72) and the patients who underwent chest CT scan as study group (n = 100). The diagnostic value and image characteristics before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the lesion area of the patient was absorbed in varying degrees, and the CT plain scan indicated that the solid shadow density decreased until it was completely absorbed. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of chest X-ray were 66.67%, 58.33%, 63.89%, 76.19% and 46.67% respectively; and chest CT scan were 82.98%, 67.92%, 75.00%, 69.64% and 81.82%. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and negative predictive value of chest CT plain scan were higher, and the positive predictive value was lower compared to those of chest X-ray plain film. The results of ROC curve study indicated that the AUC of chest CT plain scan was 0.755 (95%CI=0.657 -0.852), and the AUC of chest X-ray film was 0.625 (95%CI= 0.489-0.744). Conclusion: Chest CT has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of LP in children, which can clearly demonstrate the imaging features of LP before and after treatment. This study may provide a theoretical basis and new ideas for the construction of active bone repair materials and their clinical application.Methods: In this study, we combined α-CSH/OCP with SH or SHS. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and the wettability test were performed, and porosity, setting time, in vitro degradation, and the mechanical properties of these composite materials were analyzed to evaluate the ultrastructural and physicochemical properties. We evaluated the histocompatibility of these composites by MTT assay, hemolysis, acute toxicity, and pyrogenic and intracutaneous stimulation tests. In addition, the osteogenic differentiation ability of these materials was detected in vitro using Western blot analysis and in vivo using an animal model of bone defect.Results: The α-CSH/OCP/SH composite had a compressive strength of 13.72 MPa, a porous rate of 27.45%, and the 28-day degradation rate of 64%. The MTT assay results showed that the relative proliferation rates of the α-CSH/OCP/SH group were greater than 90%. The results of the α-CSH/OCP/SH composite in the hemolysis, acute toxicity, pyrogenic, and intracutaneous stimulation tests were within the normal range. Western blot analysis indicated that the expression of bone extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins was notably upregulated and always higher in the α-CSH/OCP/SH group than in the other groups. XRD of the rabbit radius-defect model indicated that bone healing in the area implanted with α-CSH/OCP/SH was excellent approximately 9 weeks after repair.Conclusion: α-CSH/OCP/SH has very good biocompatibility and exhibits clear advantages in the induction of bone regeneration and self-repair, and this compound shows promise in the field of bone tissue engineering.
