This article explores the innovation potential of the staff at industrial enterprises. One of the main goals of the research was determining the factors influencing the development of the innovative potential of the company's employees. The authors analyzed the company's internal regulatory documents that regulate the enterprise's innovation policy. The relevance of the research is confirmed by the increasing interest of companies in innovation. This manifests itself both in the changing organizational structure of enterprises and a new approach to human resource management, for instance, the revision of the key performance indicators of employees. Some authors mention that the changes and social transformations determine the need for organizations to search for alternatives that can improve performance, facilitate the achievement of goals and improve the provision of services. This confirms the relevance of the research topic and the need to study the factors influencing the development of the innovative potential of the employees. Having analyzed the internal documents regulating the innovation policy of the enterprise, we determined the organizational structure of the innovation management and the stakeholders. Thus, we could propose targeted recommendations and determine how to improve the system to develop the innovation potential of the staff.

Утверждается, что тесто из пшеничной, овсяной и черемуховой муки представляют собой массу, свойства которой зависят от большого количества факторов.

Crystals of two copper complexes with N-(5,6-dihydro-4H- +1,3-thiazin-2-yl)benzamide were obtained and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. LETDI studies have shown that the composition of the complex is inhomogeneous, and the precipitated crystals can have different structures being of Cuii or Cui–Cuii types. The complexes are significantly more cytotoxic toward the leukemic Jurkat cell line than to healthy lymphocytes.

Complexes of Bi iii with 2-aminopyrimidine cations with metal-to-ligand ratios of 1:3 or 2:4 (depending on reaction conditions) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The possibility of conversion of the latter complex into the former one was demonstrated. The determined cytotoxicity depended on the structure of these complexes.

A copper complex with N-(5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3-thiazin-2-yl)benzamide was synthesized for the first time and characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy, LETDY mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. A comparative study of the obtained complex and copper 2-aminopyrimidine complex was performed by flow cytometry on normal lymphocytes and Jurkat cells. Complexes with radionuclides 64,67Cu (with and wihout a carrier) were prepared, and distribution of the labeled complexes in the organs of mice was considered. Packing in carboxymethylcellulose-based microgels was proposed as a transport form for the complexes. The results show a promise of the obtained materials as potential radiopharmaceutical agents.

The article deals with the results of a sociological research focused on the interaction processes between employers and universities. We selected several information technologies companies and analyzed the main technologies of their interaction with universities of St. Petersburg. The article offers the vision of employers, universities and students interactions as a kind of social network, analyses the conflicting interests of every subject involved, and reveals the main problems that interaction arises between them. The results of the questioning of graduates, their opinion of problems in the modern youth labor market, which is dramatically short of skills because of the increasing gap between the needs of employers and the abilities of the staff provided by the education system, are analyzed.

The cytotoxicity of complex 69mZnLigCl2 (Lig is N-(5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3-thiazin-2-yl) benzamide) against the K-562 cell line (chronic myeloid leukemia) was considered in comparison with the cells of healthy donors. The 69mZnLigCl2 complex was obtained and characterized by TLC and autoradiography methods. The kinetics of zinc sorption on hydroxyapatite was studied.

In the 1890s, Elizaveta Fedorovna Litvinova (1845–1919), a mathematician, philosopher, educator and writer, published ten biographical essays on prominent scientists and philosophers, including the first Russian biography of a renowned mathematician S. V. Kovalevskaya (also spelled Kovalevsky). This article gives particular attention to the “zhenskii vopros” (women’s question), as reflected in these biographies of the scientists and philosophers. Apart from the biography of Kovalevskaya, the women’s issue is considered in the biographies of F. Bacon, J. Locke, J. le Rond d’Alembert, J.-A.-N. de Condorcet, P.-S. Laplace, and L. Euler, as well as in the book “Rulers and Thinkers”. The biography of Kovalevskaya describes the difficulties encountered by the woman mathematician in her professional self-realization. In the biography of Bacon, Litvinova writes about his mother and her four sisters being learned as well as the women of the English royal family. In John Locke’s biography, a chapter is devoted to the philosopher’s friend Lady Damaris Masham, her upbringing and education, and the women’s position in society in the late 17th-century England is criticized. In d’Alembert’s biography, special attention is given to his discussion with Jean-Jacques Rousseau about women’s education. In her book about Laplace, Litvinova writes about the scientist’s spouse and her role in the preservation of his scientific heritage. In Euler’s biography, Litvinova reviews his “Letters to a German Princess”, written in a form of lessons in mathematics, physics, and philosophy, intended for an educated woman. Finally, in her biography of de Condorcet the author refers to him as the most committed and strenuous advocate of women’s rights, who promoted the women’s right to education and active involvement in the life of society.

We synthesized eleven new amiridine-piperazine hybrids 5a-j and 7 as potential multifunctional agents for Alzheimer's disease (AD) treatment by reacting N-chloroacetylamiridine with piperazines. The compounds displayed mixed-type reversible inhibition of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE). Conjugates were moderate inhibitors of equine and human BChE with negligible fluctuation in anti-BChE activity, whereas anti-AChE activity was substantially dependent on N4-substitution of the piperazine ring. Compounds with para-substituted aromatic moieties (5g, 5h, and bis-amiridine 7) had the highest anti-AChE activity in the low micromolar range. Top-ranked compound 5h, N-(2,3,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta[b]quinolin-9-yl)-2-[4-(4-nitro-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-acetamide, had an IC50 for AChE = 1.83 ± 0.03 μM (Ki = 1.50 ± 0.12 and αKi = 2.58 ± 0.23 μM). The conjugates possessed low activity against carboxylesterase, indicating a likely absence of unwanted drug-drug interactions in clinical use. In agreement with analysis of inhibition kinetics and molecular modeling studies, the lead compounds were found to bind effectively to the peripheral anionic site of AChE and displace propidium, indicating their potential to block AChE-induced β-amyloid aggregation. Similar propidium displacement activity was first shown for amiridine. Two compounds, 5c (R = cyclohexyl) and 5e (R = 2-MeO-Ph), exhibited appreciable antioxidant capability with Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity values of 0.47 ± 0.03 and 0.39 ± 0.02, respectively. Molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations provided insights into the structure-activity relationships for AChE and BChE inhibition, including the observation that inhibitory potencies and computed pKa values of hybrids were generally lower than those of the parent molecules. Predicted ADMET and physicochemical properties of conjugates indicated good CNS bioavailability and safety parameters comparable to those of amiridine and therefore acceptable for potential lead compounds at the early stages of anti-AD drug development.

The preparation, physicochemical properties, and cytotoxicity of zinc-containing hydroxyapatites (HAP) were considered for further using HAP as carriers for zinc-containing drugs and radiopharmaceuticals.

69mZn was produced and separated for medical applications. Possibilities and perspectives for production of radiopharmaceuticals based on 69mZn containing derivatives of thiazine, thiazoline and thiourea are considered. Each one of the latters is a zinc chelator and a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) effector at the same time. Cytotoxic effect of NOS activator and NOS inhibitors are shown in experiments with HL-60, K-562 and MOLT-4 cell lines and in bone marrow cells of the acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia patients. Some of those compounds are worthy to get selected for further application as radiopharmaceuticals including their antitumor speciements.

Background Liddle syndrome is a monogenic disease with autosomal dominant inheritance. Basic characteristics of this disease are hypertension, reduced concentration of aldosterone and renin activity, as well as increased excretion of potassium leading to low level of potassium in serum and metabolic alkalosis. The cause of Liddle syndrome is missense or frameshift mutations in SCNN1A, SCNN1B, or SCNN1G genes that encode epithelial sodium channel subunits. Case presentation We describe a family with Liddle syndrome from Russia. 15-year-old proband has arterial hypertension, hypokalemia, hyporeninemia, metabolic alkalosis, but aldosterone level is within the normal range. At 12 years of age, arterial hypertension was noticed for the first time. We identified novel frameshift mutation c.1769delG (p.Gly590Alafs) in SCNN1G, which encodes the γ subunit of ENaC in vertebrates. The father and younger sister also harbor this heterozygous deletion. Treatment with amiloride of proband and his sister did not normalize the blood pressure, but normalized level of plasma renin activity. Conclusions Our results expand the mutational spectrum of Liddle syndrome and provide further proof that the conserved PY motif is crucial to control of ENaC activity. Genetic analysis has implications for the management of hypertension, specific treatment with amiloride and counselling in families with Liddle syndrome.

Zinc is one of the most important microelements necessary for normal body functioning. Zinc is marked in numerous diseases and, hence, its properties and behavior in the body have long been a subject of extensive study. This review considers trends in the assessment of the role of zinc and its compounds in the past decade. It becomes evident that redox-inactive zinc is the main supervisor in the conformation of the most important molecules in all body organs and tissues. We placed emphasis on the variety of zinc-binding sites and the role of zinc in the genesis and progress of different forms of leukemia. The importance of some families of transcription factors in the development and prognosis of treatment of various leukemia forms is examined; new directions of these studies are shown.

Convenient synthesis path of nanostructured water-soluble microgels (PMG) based on carboxymethylcellulose cross-linked with zinc and ligand N-(5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3-thiazine-2 yl) benzamide and N-(4- isopropyl-phenyl)-N-(1-iminoethyl)piperidine-1-carbothioamide hydrobromides is described. Being insoluble in aqueous solutions the complex of zinc with the ligand acquires the solubility in water when dispersed in nanocontainers of PMG. Microgels were obtained by varying the content of zinc-ions in the reaction mixture. A new method for the determination of zinc in PMG composite using sulfarsazene is proposed. The resulting nanoparticles have been tested for cytotoxicity. It was established cytotoxicity of nanocontainers strongly depends on the concentration of zinc and ligand in composition of PMG.

Nanoparticles of fullerenes and their water-soluble derivatives have been firmly introduced into solution of medical problems. Although there are still debates about their toxicity and long-term consequences of their application in the clinic, the success of fullerenes application in some sections is undeniable, in particular, in photodynamic therapy (PDT) of cancer tumors. Besides there are interesting data on radiotherapy where fullerenes appear to be more transporters than drugs, but due to own cytoprotective properties, the fullerene adducts can also participate in the combined treatment. This review evaluates the status of these sections of fullerene chemistry in terms of development and recent trends.
