Pengelolaan data merupakan hal yang penting bagi Kantor Hukum (Law Office) Advokat. Oleh karena itu, Kantor Hukum (Law Office) Advokat membutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat menjalankan fungsi pengelolaan data khususnya data Klien, data Pengacara dan data surat-surat lainnya. Pada saat ini pengelolaan data laporan surat yang diterapkan di Kantor Hukum (Law Office) Advokat Achmad Rusdiannor & Rekan memang sudah terkomputerisasi, namun penggunaannya masih standar umum yaitu menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Excel sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Maka perlunya sebuah sistem yang bisa meningkatkan pelayanan pada kantor advokat tersebut, dengan pembuatan pengembangan perangkat lunak atau sebuah aplikasi dengan menerapkan metode waterfall yaitu pembuatan situs web secara terstuktur dan berurutan mulai dari penentuan masalah, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, integrasi, uji coba sistem, penempatan situs web dan pemeliharaan. Sedangkan perancangan sistem yang disusun terdiri dari Usecase, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, serta Relasi Tabel. Implementasi dan rancangan program yang di gunakan PHP dengan database Mysql. Adanya aplikasi rincian biaya dan administrasi yang diterapkan di Kantor Hukum (Law Office) Advokat dengan menggunakan website, tentunya dapat memudahkan serta membantu dalam proses pengelolaan data administrasi hingga laporan pada Kantor Hukum (Law Office) Advokat dari segi pendataan, penyimpanan data dan pencarian data.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang inovasi pelayanan informasi publik melalui aplikasi Portal Informasi Pemkab Nganjuk (PING), metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan jumlah informan sebanyak 3 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi, hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kabupaten nganjuk ditemukan beberapa temuan terkait upaya pengembangan aplikasi Portal Informasi Pemkab Nganjuk (PING) serta hambatan dalam pengembangan aplikasi PING

The plants that live in polluted Chromium (Cr) areas can experience a variety of disorders in the body. The disruption caused by Cr can cause damage DNA, proteins, photosynthetic pigments, and chloroplast ultrastructure of cell membranes. It can inhibit germination, photosynthesis, respiration, cell division and growth, resulting in lower yields. To find out how Cr stress influences to banana plants {Musa acuminata) cv. Ambon Lumut, the present research was conducted on the growth and content of Cr in banana plants. In this research, bananas was grown in-vitro with Cr concentrations of 0, 50, 100, 200 and 400 ppm in the medium. The results showed that Cr influenced of the growth and content of Cr in banana plants {Musa acuminata) cv. Ambon Lumut. It is likely that the greater the concentration of Cr in the medium was, the smaller the increase in weight was. Root-shoot ratio and Cr content in root and shoot tends to be greater by increasing Cr concentration in the medium.

This paper examines episodes of capital bonanzas and sudden stops in Indonesia by utilising binary response models and several episode-identification approaches. Our identification suggests that whenever bonanza episodes occurred, capital sudden stop episodes followed in a more extended period. The estimations demonstrate that domestic factors are relatively dominant in determining the capital bonanzas, and the federal funds rate has a more significant impact on inducing the probability of capital sudden stops in Indonesia. We also found that Turkey and South Africa are the most contagious economies for Indonesia. This paper proposes some policy reforms to enhance the stability of capital inflows in Indonesia, including financial regulation and public finance policies such as a reverse Tobin tax and market-driven public debt rules.

The concept of sustainable housing has considered the urgency to support the sustainable environment in an integrative way. This concept is related to several main principles include environmental, social, and economic sustainability. In practice, these principles translated into the fundamental of housing choice, both process and product choices. In many peri-urban areas, current house construction tends to imitate city houses with massive concrete structures equipped with air conditioning that caused high energy consumption. The Center for Rural Empowerment team of ITB built a prototype of an eco-friendly house in Haurgombong village, Sumedang, West Java. The house has two floors building on a 7x5 m2 land site. The first floor was renovated from the existing toilet rooms and develop into a two-floor house. The second floor was built using the local wood material. The wood material has been obtaining from the trees of seven years old beechwood (Gmelina Arborea) planted in the garden. The envelope material for this house was constructed from local and common material in rural or peri-urban context, the lightweight fiberglass for the roof of common room, and the transparent fiber materials for the roof of second-floor terrace to make the plantation at this area can easily receive the sunlight. This house is also can be regarded as a prototype of an earthquake-resistant house. The lighting factor, temperature, and airflow settings are made naturally. Besides, this house has also equipped with a rainwater storage system and greywater treatment using a small, constructed wetland that allows the treated water used for watering gardens and fishponds. The budget spent to build this house was as low as possible so that the surrounding community can imitate the building for their house and disseminate eco-friendly housing.

Water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) is a plant species commonly used for phytoremediation to reduce high chromium content in tannery liquid waste in Garut, West Java. Water hyacinth materials harvested from the phytoremediation can be used for the anaerobic digestion process to produce biogas and bio-slurry. This study aimed to determine the reduction of chromium content found in water hyacinths due to the anaerobic digestion process, and utilization of bio-slurry from the anaerobic digestion process as a biocomposite material. The anaerobic digestion process was carried out for 33 d using biodigesters and the composition of the biodigesters were varied into 100% dried water hyacinths and 80% water hyacinths with the addition of 20% cow dung. The bio-slurry from the anaerobic digestion process was then used for making biocomposites with 3 different compositions, i.e., 75 and 25%; 50 and 50%; and 25 and 75% of cement and bio-slurry, respectively. The average chromium content found in water hyacinths from the phytoremediation process without anaerobic digestion process was 41.964 mg/l. The results show a reduction in the amount of chromium after the anaerobic digestion process was found in each composition of bio-slurry, which were 15.979 mg/l (100% water hyacinth) and 14.861 mg/l (80% water hyacinth + 20% cow dung). Biodigester with a composition of 80% water hyacinth + 20% cow dung produced the highest average volume of biogas which was 0.424 l. The biocomposite of 75% cement and 25% bio-slurry had the highest compressive strength value of 30.598 MPa and water absorption capacity of 37.25%. It can be concluded that biocomposite with the composition of 75% cement and 25% water hyacinth bio-slurry is promising to be used as an alternative material for buildings.

Selama masa pandemi Covid-19 sekolah-sekolah ditutup sehingga tidak memungkinkan kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung secara normal. Kota Bima, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) merupakan wilayah yang berzona merah, sehingga pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan secara tatap muka di sekolah dialihkan menjadi pembelajaran daring (online). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di Kelurahan Kendo Kecamatan Raba Kota Bima tidak berjalan lancar karena mengalami gangguan jaringan internet di beberapa lokasi. Dampak dari tidak stabilnya jaringan internet sebagai pendukung pembelajaran daring di masa Pandemi Covid-19 adalah minat belajar siswa rendah. Untuk itu, mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Terpadu Universitas Mataram memilih lokasi tersebut untuk melaksanakan program kegiatan KKN selama dari tanggal 1 Desember 2020 sampai 11 januari 2021 dengan tema “Mengajar di desa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran door to door”. Program kegiatan KKN ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui pembelajaran menggunakan metode door to door. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan metode door to door di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini dapat meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa di Kelurahan Kendo Kecamatan Raba Kota Bima.

Mangroves are a diverse group of highly salt-tolerant woody plants, which grow in the inter-tidal zones in tropical and subtropical latitudes. Despite its unique services to the people, coastal and marine systems, mangroves have become one of the most rapidly disappearing ecosystems in the world. This paper reviews the available information on distribution, current status and challenges of mangroves in Sri Lanka. Today, around 160 km2 of mangrove vegetation is available in Sri Lanka and distributed mainly in Jaffna, Batticaloa, Kalpitiya, Rekawa and Trincomalee and is composed of 21 species of true mangroves and 24 species of mangrove associates. Mangroves in the island have been adversely affected due to the numerous anthropogenic activities, including land reclamation, tourism, coastal aquaculture and agriculture and other industrial activities etc. Proper conservations of mangroves are urgently required to the island to avoid further decline of mangrove ecosystem. It is imperative to evaluate policies, legal instruments and development strategies to effectively protect this valuable ecosystem.

Kehadiran ekonomi digital sebagai bagian dari revolusi industri 4.0 yang telah membuka peluang baru dalam bidang perdagangan dan menjembatani kepentingan produsen, konsumen, dan pasar tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak pemanfaatan teknologi digital pada sektor perdagangan terhadap produktivitasnya, penyerapan tenaga kerja dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis model Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) dinamik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan digitalisasi di sektor perdagangan meningkatkan jumlah outputnya sebagai produktivitas jangka pendek dan panjang. Adapun dampak terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di perkotaan dan pedesaan menurunkan jenis pekerjaan tertentu pada periode analisis terutama tenaga kerja terampil rendah. Selanjutnya dampak terhadap GDP riil meningkat pada periode analisis. Kebijakan yang direkomendasikan adalah perlu perbaikan akurasi dan validitas database produk-produk yang kompetitif, strategi antisipatif untuk tenaga kerja yang terdistrupsi, pelayanan perizinan akses semakin mudah, optimalisasi aplikasi teknologi digital dalam tata kelola perdagangan, dan perbaikan sarana prasarana informasi dan teknologi. Kata Kunci: Teknologi Digital, Produktivitas, Tenaga Kerja, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Abstract The presence of a digital economy as part of the industrial revolution 4.0 has opened up new opportunities in trade and bridged the interests of producers, consumers, and markets without being constrained by time and space. The study aims to analyze the impact of digital technology utilization on the trade sector on its productivity, labor, and economic growth. The analysis method used is the Dynamic Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model. The analysis results show that digitalization in the trade sector increases output as productivity in the short and long term. The impact on labor in urban and rural areas reduces certain types of work in the analysis period, especially low skilled labor. Furthermore, during the analysis period, the impact on real GDP increases. The recommended policy is to improve the accuracy and validity of competitive products' database, anticipatory strategies for labor that have disrupted, easier access licensing services, optimization of digital technology applications in trade governance, and improvement of information and technology infrastructure. Chlorella vulgaris is a eukaryotic, unicellular green microalgae that can be harvested as protein source since it can contain protein up to 50% of its dry weight. However, its cultivation is costly due to the price of its growth medium. In this research we used bioslurry or known as anaerobically digested dairy manure wastewater (ADDMW) as growth medium for C. vulgaris, since dairy manure is known to contain high nitrogen and phosphorus and its availability relatively abundant in rural areas. The cultivation of C. vulgaris in the ADDMW medium was conducted in lab-scale (19 L) photobioreactors. After 14 days the culture was able to produce chlorophyll content of 34.62 µg/mL, and after 28 days was able to produce protein up to 35% dry weight. Moreover, C. vulgaris was also able to reduce PO4-P, NH4-N and NO3-N levels in ADDMW by 45.95, 78.24 and 17.38%, respectively.

Maritime development effort can not be separated from the development of strategic environments that include the supporting economic environment both on a regional scale, national, even at the global level. The aim of this study is (1) mapping out the opportunities and threats of the maritime sector in Indonesia based on the dynamics of the domestic and global environment, and (2) to formulate the maritime development policy strategy within the framework of national investment development. The method used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that opportunities that can be utilized for the benefit of domestic development can be seen from the potential of marine in the territory of Indonesia. The threat of the maritime sector comes from internal and external. The internal factors of inequality and disparity gap of development. The external factors threats are border disputes and lack of law enforcement, defense and security controls in border areas. The recommended policy suggested that government needs to do maritime-oriented development, connectivity through strengthening logistics and marine economy, economic development about prosperity approach and security, controlling related with the nation's authority and maritime, and reorientation of development towards maritime development with the achievement of planting more progressive capital.

In biogas production using dairy manure, an anaerobic digestion process also produced a by product bioslurry, also known as Anaerobically Digested Dairy Manure Wastewater (ADDMW), which is rich in ammonium and ortophosphate. ADDMW is potentially to be used as growth media to grow autotrophic organism, including microalgae. Furthermore, microalgae potential-ly could reduce organic content in ADDMW, thus play a role as phycoremediator to organic wastewater. In this study we used ADDMW medium for the growth of microalgae, determining its growth kinetics and level of reduction in ammonium and or-thophosphate content in ADDMW. In addition, we also analysed protein content in microalgae biomass for potential use as animal feed. The experiment was conducted using some variations in photoperiodism, i.e., 16:8; 12:12; and 8:16 and medium dilution factor of 2.5 and 5 times. Furthermore, frequency of inoculum addition was also examined i.e., a) 80 mL on day 0 (once); b) 26.67 mL on day 0 to 2 (first 3 days); and c) 8 mL on days 0 to 9 (every day). The results showed that 16:8 photo-period and 5 times medium dilution produced the highest biomass growth and productivity kinetics. Variation in frequency of inoculum addition showed no significant effect to a decrease in ammonium levels but indicated some effect to orthophosphate level. It can be concluded that microalgae can be grown in ADDMW media and can reduce its ammonium and ortophosphate content, as a phycoremediator, before the wastewater is dumped to the river.

Vetiver (Chrysopogon zizanioides L. Nash) is a grass that has been known for its tolerance to drought conditions. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the combination of watering level and soil pH on the production of essential oil in the root of the plant. Watering level was given based on percentage of field capacity i.e. 100%; 75%; 50%; 25%; and 5%, while the soil pH was 3; 7; and 11. Analysis of the quality and quantity of essential oils was carried out using GC-MS. At soil pH 3 and watering volume of 25%, the highest levels of terpenoid compounds were produced (47.36%), while at pH 3 and watering level of 100%, fatty acid compounds were produced at highest level (38.51%). Watering level of 100% and 25% combined with pH 3 showed as optimal combinations for vetiver to produce essential oils.

Fluktuasi harga cabai sangat tinggi setiap bulannya, dalam setiap bulan terjadi perbedaan antara harga tertinggi dan terendah yang signifikan. Fluktuasi harga tersebut mengindikasikan adanya rantai pasok yang tidak efisien di DKI Jakarta . Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi rantai pasok cabai merah keriting di DKI Jakarta, (2) Menganalisis saluran rantai pasok yang paling efisien di DKI Jakarta, (3) Rekomendasi kebijakan yang efektif dalam menggambarkan rantai pasok cabai merah keriting di DKI Jakarta. Alat analisis yang digunakan Analisis Marjin Pemasaran, Share Pemasaran, Efisiensi Pemasaran. Hasil perhitungan dari analisis Marjin Pemasaran sebesar 15.000 sedangkan hasil dari analisis Share Pemasaran sebesar 0,68 atau 68 %. Hasil efisiensi pemasaran semua saluran menunjukan hasil presentase tidak melebihi 33% yang artinya semua saluran pemasaran yang terdapat pada pasar Induk Kramat Jati dikatakan efisien. Rantai pasok cabai merah kriting yang ada di Pasar Induk Kramat Jati terdapat dua saluran terdapat di Jakarta Selatan dan Jakarta Timur, Komponen rantai pasok cabai merah keriting yang paling mempengaruhi inflasi terhadap cabai merah keriting itu sendiri terdapat pada pedagang kecil dan berpotensi juga pada tengkulak.

Leather tanning wastewater which contains chromium (Cr) pollutes river located close to the industrial area. In Garut district, leather tanning industry wastewater is dumped into Cigulampeng river which water is used to irrigate nearby paddy fields. The paddy fields affected by leather tanning wastewater are reaching an area of 37.1 ha in Kota Wetan village and 76 ha in Sukamantri village. This research is aimed to determine the effect of tanning wastewater on paddy fields in Sukamantri village, Garut district. A descriptive quantitative method using questionnaires and interviews to local farmers in polluted and unpolluted paddy fields was employed. In addition, an observation on environmental factors including chemical and physical conditions of river water and paddy fields soil was also conducted. Polluted water is characterized by its frequently color-changing, unpleasant odor, and toxic substances which mainly is chromium. Paddy cultivars planted in the polluted area are Rojolele (65.71%), Sarinah (42.8%), Widas (37.715%), Ciherang (20%), and Mega (11.43%). These paddy cultivars are chosen by farmers mostly based on their ability to withstand pollution and pest (mainly rats). Leather tanning wastewater decrease paddy production with percentage of reduction can be categorized into low (25.71%), medium (34.28%), high (34.28%), and very high (45.71%). According to farmers, the contaminated water also causes itching and burning sensation to their skin, dizziness, and nausea.

The increasing development of human life, the times also developed rapidly. In Ogan Ilir district, precisely in Tanjung Pinang village, the process of making knives or other blacksmith crafts is carried out in a traditional way and can only depend on the strength of an object from the basic material used. The main objective of this research is to determine the manufacturing process, mechanical properties and hardness. the material of the blacksmith knife is typical of Tanjung Pinang village, ogan ilir district. In this study, the fork knife made in solngen germany was chosen as a comparison of the mechanical properties and material hardness of the blacksmith's knife. Based on this research, it shows that the vickers hardness value of the blacksmith knife blade species has a Vickers Hardness Number (VHN) of 392.51 kg / mm² at point A, 394.46 kg / mm² at point B, 391.69 kg / mm² at point C with Average Vickers Hardness Numbers (VHNr) of 392.88 kg / mm, Cap Fork Knife Specimen has Vickers Hardness Number (VHN) 373.28 kg / mm² at point A, 375.81 kg / mm² at point B, 371.54 kg / mm² with an average Vickers Hardness Number (VHNr) of 373.54 kg / mm². Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the level of hardness of the knife of the blacksmith knife characteristic of Tanjung Pinang Village, Ogan Ilir Regency is greater than the level of violence possessed by the Cap Garpu knife.

This study aims to analyze the hardness of low carbon steel ST 37 which received pack carburizing treatment with coconut shell charcoal. In this study, the specimens were divided into ten parts, which is five specimens carried out by pack carburizing, and other five parts by pack carburing and hardening and quenching followed by with oil. The carbon medium was coconut shell charcoal with a percentage of 10.60% volatile, 76.32% carbon, 13.08% ash and CaCO3 as a catalyst. The pack carburizing process is carried out at temperature of 9500C with i holding time of 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, and 10 hours, as the oil quenching media hardness testing is carried out to determine how hard the specimen surface is. And the remit are this research was conducted at the material testing laboratory, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sriwijaya State Polytechnic.

In leather tannery industry such as a case in Sukaregang, Garut, untreated or poorly treated wastewater which contain chromium has been severely polluting nearby river. The polluted river water (PRW) has been used by local farmers to irrigate their paddy fields. In this study we planted Sarinah variety (Svar) and Rojolele variety (Rvar) of paddy in soil and watered with PRW, K2Cr2O7 solutions with concentration of 50 and 100 mg/L and clean water as a control, for a period of four months. Chromium solutions were added gradually to the soil until reached final concentrations of 50 and 100 mg/L. The result showed that the treatment with PRW and Cr solutions reduced plants weight, shoot length and paddy production. Treatment with Cr solutions significantly decreased plants fresh and dry weight by 26.53% and 36.69% for Svar, 32.14% and 19.74% for Rvar. Paddy yield also decreased as higher Cr concentration was accumulated in plant tissues. The amount of filled grains decreased by 33.05%, while empty grains increased by 50.21% in Svar. In Rvar the amount of filled grains decreased by 21.44% and empty grains increased by 31.95%. Chromium treatment by gradual increase allowed plant to survive at an exposure of 100 ppm Cr, although the plant reduced its growth, biomass and yield.

Leather tanning industries in Sukaregang area, Garut district-West Java, have been using chromium since 1980s. Since that time chromium containing wastewater has been polluting river water in the area since there has not been effective waste water treatment available until today. The polluted river water spread bad smell to the environment and the water also has been used by local farmers to irrigate their paddy field. This research was conducted to examine the effect of chromium containing wastewater to growth of paddy, including the physiology stress in plant organs. For examination of the effect of chromium to plant growth, Ciherang variety (Cvar) of paddy was grown in soil and treated with chemical solutions of K2Cr2O7 with concentrations of 50, 100, 200 mg/L, polluted river water (PRW) and distilled water as a control. Direct exposure of chromium 100-200 mg/L killed the plants a week after treatment. Exposure of the plant to wastewater and chromium 50 mg/L reduced plants growth. In Cr 50 mg/L treatment, chlorophyll content in paddy decreased to 60.82%, while the proline concentration in leaves increased by 18.47%. The activity of CAT and APX enzymes also increased, especially in paddy leaves after treated with Cr 50 mg/L, with the highest CAT activity value reached 1990.31 units/mg (an increase of 76.76%) and APX activity of 59.91 units/mg (an increase of 81.02%). The effect of chromium-containing wastewater to paddy was similar to the effect when the plant was exposed to 50 mg/L of chromium.

Microalgae have attracted the attention of scientists as microalgae have been considered as having higher productivities than terrestrial plants. Microalgae can be used to produce several valuable commodities such as bioenergy, feed, and food. Combining the growth medium with wastewater can enhance the economic feasibility of microalgae-based products. In this research, Spirulina maxima were cultivated using bioslurry from anaerobically digested dairy manure wastewater (ADDMW) at concentrations 0, 50, and 100 %. The growth curve was monitored by measuring the dry weight of microalgae every three days. The results showed that the S. maxima growth in ADDMW showed no difference from S. maxima growth in Zarrouk medium (2.090 g L-1 and 1.933 g L-1, respectively). Phycocyanin, one of the primary pigments of S. maxima, was determined to evaluate the effect of wastewater medium on phycocyanin production. The phycocyanin content of S. maxima in 0, 50, and 100 % wastewater showed no difference (58.67, 56.51, and 54.67 mg L-1 culture, respectively). This study provides an insight into the potential use of ADDMW as a substitute of growth medium of S. maxima as it supported the growth and phycocyanin production, with the result similar to when using the commercial medium.

The gear is a connecting component or power transmission of a machining process, if there is damage to the gears of an engine then this results in the inability to work on a machine. In this study, the damage to the gear of the screw press was broken and split so that several tests were used, namely the hardness test, the metallographic test and the composition test. The results showed that the damage occurred due to the lack of hardness in the gear where the hardness value of the screw press gear was 144.457 kg / mm² while the minimum hardness based on ASTM A291 was around 170-230 kg / mm². In the metallographic test, it can also be seen that there are cracks in the material structure of the screw press gear which causes the teeth to break and split. The composition test was carried out and it was found that the gear material contained a high enough carbon element, namely 5.05%, with this carbon value it could be concluded that the type of gear material for the screw press machine was cast iron with the addition of several alloys.&nbsp

In making specimens through a casting process using the casting method with a temperature of 7000C. The results of this study, the highest hardness value in the variation of alloy AL 60%: FA 40% at 82,726 kg/mm2 with the lowest hardness level at variation AL 100%: 0% FA at 60,036 kg/mm2 and the highest impact value on AL 100% : FA 0% at 0.0167 J/mm2 with the lowest impact value on the variation AL 60%: FA 40% at 0.0113 J/mm2. From these results it is known that the more weight fraction of fly ash is added to the aluminum, the level of hardness increases and this result is inversely proportional to the impact value because the higher the hardness value of a material, the more brittle the material is. So it can be concluded that canned aluminum waste material and coal fly ash are suitable to be used as a substitute for the sliding bearing material.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh logam berat kadmium (Cd) dengan penambahan nitrogen terhadap kondisi ekofisiologis tanaman kangkung darat (Ipomoea reptans Poir.). Konsentrasi Cd yang digunakan yaitu 0,5 ppm dan 5 ppm sedangkan untuk penambahan nitrogen menggunakan 5 mM dan 10 mM (NH4)2 SO4. Perlakuan diberikan dalam medium Hoagland selama 14 hari. Penambahan nitrogen 10 mM pada konsentrasi Cd 5 ppm paling menghambat pertumbuhan tanaman dengan indeks toleransi terkecil (15,61%) dan laju pertumbuhan relatif terendah (0,15 g/pekan). Penambahan luas daun paling tinggi pada perlakuan penambahan N 10 mM yaitu 34,86 cm2/pekan. Adanya penambahan Cd menyebabkan penambahan luas daun terhambat. Kadar klorofil pada semua perlakuan tidak menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda signifikan tetapi pada perlakuan Cd dan penambahan N terjadi perubahan morfologi yaitu klorosis. Selain itu didapatkan kadar prolin pada akar yang lebih besar dibandingkan pada daun. Kadar prolin berada di kisaran 0,30- 1, 57 µmol/g berat basah pada daun dan 0,61 – 4,13 µmol/g berat basah pada akar.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis isi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan konten informasi, event, bimbingan pemakai, humas dan tulisan bergambar adalah konten dari masingmasing unit analisis yang jumlah komentar, retweet dan like lebih dominan diminati oleh pemustaka daripada konten ajakan, layanan referensi, sirkulasi, dan tulisan.

Hilmi M, Hamim H, Sulistyaningsih YC, Taufikurahman. 2018. Growth, histochemical and physiological responses of non-edible oil producing plant (Reutealis trisperma) to gold mine tailings. Biodiversitas 19: 1294-1302. Reutealis trisperma (Blanco) Airy Shaw is a non-edible biodiesel producing plant that is able to grow well in various unfavorable environmental conditions. The study aimed to analyze the growth, physiological, and anatomical responses of R. trisperma to gold mine tailings. Three-month-old of R. trisperma were grown in 8 kg of polybags contained with mixed soil-compost medium treated with 0, 25, 50 and 100% of gold mine tailings for 3 months. Root and shoot growth, physiological and anatomical characters, and histochemical analysis of Pb inside the roots and leaves were examined. The root and shoot growth as well as chlorophyll a and b contents of R. trisperma grown in sole gold mine tailing at 100% significantly decreased, while at the lower concentration of gold mine tailings, the decrease of the growth performances was not significant, or even increased shown in that of 25% of tailing treatment. The treatment of gold mine tailing at 100% also induced lipid peroxidation, indicated by the significant increase in malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in the root as well as the leaves. Histochemical analysis showed that accumulation of Pb occurred both in roots as well as in leaves of R. trisperma treated with 100% of tailings. High-level tailing treatment also induced anatomical alteration in roots as well as leaves of the species. These results indicated that gold mine tailings induced oxidative stress in roots and leaves of R. trisperma resulted in growth inhibition.
