IntroductionThe objective was to evaluate the use of a minimally invasive surgical (MIS) approach to perform hemilaminectomies in chondrodystrophic dogs with thoracolumbar intervertebral disc extrusions (IVDE). Additionally, we aimed to evaluate the degree of soft tissue trauma using the endoscopic procedure compared to the standard open approach.MethodsEight client-owned dogs presented to the Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital with acute onset thoracolumbar IVDE were included in this study. This was a prospective, randomized case-series. Patients were assigned to undergo an endoscopic (group 1; n = 4) or a standard open approach (group 2; n = 4) for a hemilaminectomy. A post-operative MRI was performed in all cases.ResultsConversion to an open approach was not necessary for any case in group 1. All cases had adequate spinal cord decompression on post-operative MRI. There was no significant difference in soft tissue changes noted on post-operative MRI between the two groups.DiscussionThe MIS approach to hemilaminectomies in chondrodystrophic dogs with thoracolumbar IVDE can successfully be performed to decompress the neural tissue and appears to lead to similar clinical outcomes in the early postoperative period compared to the standard open approach. Larger studies are needed to determine the potential advantages of the MIS technique compared to the standard open approach in veterinary medicine.

Background: Physical activity can support smoking cessation for smokers wanting to quit, but there have been no studies on supporting smokers wanting only to reduce. More broadly, the effect of motivational support for such smokers is unclear. Objectives The objectives were to determine if motivational support to increase physical activity and reduce smoking for smokers not wanting to immediately quit helps reduce smoking and increase abstinence and physical activity, and to determine if this intervention is cost-effective. Design This was a multicentred, two-arm, parallel-group, randomised (1 : 1) controlled superiority trial with accompanying trial-based and model-based economic evaluations, and a process evaluation. Setting and participants Participants from health and other community settings in four English cities received either the intervention (n = 457) or usual support (n = 458). Intervention The intervention consisted of up to eight face-to-face or telephone behavioural support sessions to reduce smoking and increase physical activity. Main outcome measures The main outcome measures were carbon monoxide-verified 6- and 12-month floating prolonged abstinence (primary outcome), self-reported number of cigarettes smoked per day, number of quit attempts and carbon monoxide-verified abstinence at 3 and 9 months. Furthermore, self-reported (3 and 9 months) and accelerometer-recorded (3 months) physical activity data were gathered. Process items, intervention costs and cost-effectiveness were also assessed. Results The average age of the sample was 49.8 years, and participants were predominantly from areas with socioeconomic deprivation and were moderately heavy smokers. The intervention was delivered with good fidelity. Few participants achieved carbon monoxide-verified 6-month prolonged abstinence [nine (2.0%) in the intervention group and four (0.9%) in the control group; adjusted odds ratio 2.30 (95% confidence interval 0.70 to 7.56)] or 12-month prolonged abstinence [six (1.3%) in the intervention group and one (0.2%) in the control group; adjusted odds ratio 6.33 (95% confidence interval 0.76 to 53.10)]. At 3 months, the intervention participants smoked fewer cigarettes than the control participants (21.1 vs. 26.8 per day). Intervention participants were more likely to reduce cigarettes by ≥ 50% by 3 months [18.9% vs. 10.5%; adjusted odds ratio 1.98 (95% confidence interval 1.35 to 2.90] and 9 months [14.4% vs. 10.0%; adjusted odds ratio 1.52 (95% confidence interval 1.01 to 2.29)], and reported more moderate-to-vigorous physical activity at 3 months [adjusted weekly mean difference of 81.61 minutes (95% confidence interval 28.75 to 134.47 minutes)], but not at 9 months. Increased physical activity did not mediate intervention effects on smoking. The intervention positively influenced most smoking and physical activity beliefs, with some intervention effects mediating changes in smoking and physical activity outcomes. The average intervention cost was estimated to be £239.18 per person, with an overall additional cost of £173.50 (95% confidence interval −£353.82 to £513.77) when considering intervention and health-care costs. The 1.1% absolute between-group difference in carbon monoxide-verified 6-month prolonged abstinence provided a small gain in lifetime quality-adjusted life-years (0.006), and a minimal saving in lifetime health-care costs (net saving £236). Conclusions There was no evidence that behavioural support for smoking reduction and increased physical activity led to meaningful increases in prolonged abstinence among smokers with no immediate plans to quit smoking. The intervention is not cost-effective. Limitations Prolonged abstinence rates were much lower than expected, meaning that the trial was underpowered to provide confidence that the intervention doubled prolonged abstinence. Future work Further research should explore the effects of the present intervention to support smokers who want to reduce prior to quitting, and/or extend the support available for prolonged reduction and abstinence. Plain language summary: NHS pharmacological and behavioural support helps smokers wanting to quit, and physical activity may also help. It is unclear if behavioural support for those not ready to quit may lead to more quit attempts and abstinence from smoking. A total of 915 smokers who wanted to reduce their smoking, but who had not yet quit, were recruited and randomised to receive an intervention or brief support as usual (brief advice to quit), in Plymouth, London, Oxford and Nottingham. The intervention involved up to eight sessions (by telephone or in person) of motivational support to reduce smoking and increase physical activity (and more sessions to support a quit attempt). Participants self-reported smoking and physical activity information at the start of the trial and after 3 and 9 months. Self-reported quitters confirmed their abstinence with a biochemical test of expired air or saliva. Our main interest was in whether or not the groups differed in the proportion who remained abstinent for at least 6 months. Overall, only 1–2% remained abstinent for 6 months. Although it appeared that a greater proportion did so after receiving the intervention, because few participants were abstinent, the results are not conclusive. However, the intervention had beneficial effects on less rigorous outcomes, including a reduction in the self-reported number of cigarettes smoked, and a greater proportion of intervention than control participants with self-reported and biochemically verified abstinence at 3 months. The intervention also helped participants to reduce, by at least half, the number of cigarettes they smoked at 3 and 9 months, and to report more physical activity, but only at 3 months. Despite reasonable intervention engagement and some short-term changes in smoking and physical activity, the trial does not provide evidence that this intervention would help smokers to quit for at least 6 months nor would it be cost-effective, with an average cost of £239 per smoker. Scientific summary: Background Behavioural support to aid smoking cessation is an effective and cost-effective intervention for smokers wanting to quit. Motivational support can reduce smoking, with greater reductions leading to successful quitting, but the evidence is fairly weak for those not wanting to immediately quit. Smoking reduction studies may involve two types of smokers: (1) those who want to quit and are willing to reduce first rather than quit abruptly and (2) those who do not want to quit (immediately) but are interested in smoking reduction or harm reduction. At least four studies have investigated the effects of behavioural support for smokers wanting to reduce but not quit, and provide imprecise or no evidence of effects on smoking reduction, quitting and sustained abstinence. Exercise has been shown to aid smoking cessation for those wanting to quit, but there is only exploratory evidence that promoting physical activity (PA) and supporting smoking reduction can facilitate smoking reduction and quitting. A definitive study is needed to determine the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of behavioural support for smoking reduction and increasing PA, on smoking outcomes, especially prolonged, carbon monoxide-verified smoking abstinence. Objectives The overall aim of the Trial of physical Activity-assisted Reduction of Smoking (TARS) was to determine if adding a motivational intervention to reduce smoking and increase PA to usual support was more effective and cost-effective in facilitating carbon monoxide-verified 6-month floating prolonged abstinence. The specific research questions were as follows. Compared with usual support, did the TARS intervention: increase the proportion of participants achieving carbon monoxide-verified 6-month floating prolonged abstinence at 9 months post baseline? increase the proportion of participants reporting a ≥ 50% reduction in the number of cigarettes smoked (between baseline and 3 months, and baseline and 9 months)? increase the proportion of participants achieving carbon monoxide-verified 12-month floating prolonged abstinence at 15 months post baseline? increase the proportion of participants achieving self-reported and carbon monoxide-verified point prevalence abstinence at 3 and 9 months post baseline? increase self-reported PA at 3 and 9 months post baseline, and accelerometer-assessed PA at 3 months post baseline? improve body mass index, quality of life, sleep, cigarette cravings and other beliefs about smoking and PA at 3 and 9 months post baseline? What were the intervention, health-care and social care costs, compared with support as usual, at 9 months post baseline? Was the intervention cost-effective, compared with usual support, (1) at 9 months, and (2) over a longer-term/lifetime horizon? Were the trial methods and intervention acceptable and feasible, based on an embedded internal pilot phase? Did the intervention demonstrate good fidelity (design, training, delivery, receipt and enactment) and acceptability and what were the mechanisms of action of the intervention? Methods The study involved a multicentred, parallel, two-group, individually randomised controlled, superiority trial with a mixed-methods embedded process evaluation and economic evaluations. Recruitment took place over 16 months from January 2018, with follow-up assessments ending in October 2020 (with only minimal overlap with COVID-19 restrictions) around four English cities: Plymouth, Nottingham, London and Oxford. Intervention participants were offered up to eight face-to-face or telephone behavioural support sessions to reduce smoking and increase PA, with up to six additional sessions if a participant wanted support with cessation. Substantial patient and public involvement supported both the development and evaluation of a pilot trial of the intervention, and adaptations for the present intervention. An intervention manual underpinned the training and remote supervision of eight health trainers (HTs) across four sites, and all aspects of intervention fidelity (design, training, receipt, delivery and enactment) were assessed. The client-centred intervention was informed by motivational interviewing and linked to self-determination theory. It aimed to empower participants to decide what support they required, and where, when and for how long, and, if the participant became ready to quit, to provide appropriate support. Control participants received brief advice on smoking cessation. Participants were recruited from primary and secondary care and community settings. Participants were adult smokers (≥ 18 years) who smoked ≥ 10 cigarettes per day (for at least 1 year), who wanted to reduce smoking but not quit immediately. Smokers were ineligible if they were unable to engage in at least 15 minutes of moderate-intensity PA, had any illness or injury that might be exacerbated by exercise, or were unable to engage in the trial and/or the intervention because of a language barrier or for other reasons. Following screening and consent, participants completed baseline assessments face to face or via telephone. At 3 and 9 months post baseline, participants were posted a questionnaire (and an accelerometer at 3 months for a random sample). Participants reporting having made a quit attempt and not having smoked at follow-up were invited to complete a biochemical verification of abstinence. Most did this with a carbon monoxide expired air test, but a few were posted a saliva cotinine test kit late in the trial as a result of COVID-19 restrictions. Those with carbon monoxide-verified abstinence at 9 months were also followed up at 15 months. The primary outcome was carbon monoxide-verified 6-month floating prolonged (i.e. with no fixed quit date) abstinence between 3 and 9 months. Other smoking measures were carbon monoxide-verified 12-month floating prolonged abstinence, point prevalence self-reported abstinence and number of cigarettes smoked per day, and carbon monoxide-verified abstinence and number of quit attempts at both 3 and 9 months. Analyses of smoking abstinence outcomes were in line with the Russell Standard, with non-responders assumed to be still smoking. Self-reported (3 and 9 months) and accelerometer-recorded (3 months) PA, body mass index, sleep and quality of life were also assessed at 3 and 9 months. The embedded mixed-methods process evaluation was split into two phases: (1) an initial evaluation linked to the internal pilot phase and (2) the subsequent main trial phase, with four workstreams as follows – (1) data related to levels of intervention engagement; (2) assessment of intervention delivery, receipt and enactment fidelity, using survey items related to the intervention logic model and recorded intervention sessions; (3) mediation analyses of changes in PA and process measures on outcomes; and (4) an embedded qualitative study with HT and intervention participant interviews. The health economic evaluation included an estimation of the cost of delivering the intervention from data collected during the trial, supplemented by investigator estimates. A trial-based economic evaluation was conducted using patient-reported resource use and health-related quality of life (EuroQol-5 Dimensions, five-level version), collected in questionnaire booklets at baseline and at 3 and 9 months post randomisation. Aggregate costs and quality-adjusted life-years (QALYs) over a 9-month time horizon were estimated and regression methods were used to adjust for potential confounders. A decision-analytic model was developed following a review of the existing literature. Smoking cessation rates were assumed to affect rates of coronary obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease, stroke and lung cancer, as well as quality of life and other smoking-related causes of mortality. Lifetime costs and QALYs were estimated. Results The sample (n = 915) had a mean age of 49.8 [standard deviation (SD) 13.9] years; 55% were female and 85% identified as white. Sixty per cent lived within one of the four highest-ranked deciles for social deprivation. They initially smoked an average of 18.0 cigarettes daily, with 77.68% smoking within 30 minutes of waking, and reported doing a median of 337 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) weekly. Primary analysis Using the Russell Standard, assuming missing participant data at follow-up implied continued smoking, 0.9% (n = 4) of control and 2.0% (n = 9) of intervention participants achieved carbon monoxide-verified 6-month floating prolonged abstinence between 3 and 9 months. This difference was not statistically significant [fully adjusted estimated odds ratio 2.30, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.70 to 7.56; p = 0.169]. Including participants who achieved the outcome between 9 and 15 months increased this to 2.2% (n = 10) and 3.1% (n = 14) in the control and intervention groups, respectively, which was also not statistically significantly different (fully adjusted estimated odds ratio 1.43, 95% CI 0.62 to 3.26; p = 0.398). For the 19 and 20 participants followed up at 15 months, 0.2% (n = 1) and 1.3% (n = 6) of the overall control and intervention groups, respectively, achieved carbon monoxide-verified 12-month floating prolonged abstinence, which was also not statistically significantly different (fully adjusted estimated odds ratio 6.3, 95% CI 0.8 to 53.1; p = 0.089). Secondary outcomes The intervention had weak effects on self-reported 7-day point prevalence abstinence at 3 months (5.5% vs. 2.9%, adjusted odds ratio 1.99, 95% CI 1.00 to 3.94; p = 0.049), but there was no evidence of a statistically significant effect on carbon monoxide-verified point prevalence abstinence at 3 months (3.7% vs. 1.8%, adjusted odds ratio 2.19, 95% CI 0.93 to 5.14; p = 0.071). Nor was there an intervention effect at 9 or 15 months, compared with control, for either of these outcomes. The intervention group reported smoking fewer cigarettes daily than the control group at 3 months (adjusted mean difference –5.62, 95% CI –9.80 to –1.44; p = 0.009), but not at 9 months (adjusted mean difference 0.95, 95% CI –5.37 to 3.46; p = 0.671). The pluripotency factor KLF4 has been described as pro-fibrotic or anti-fibrotic in various diseases. Herein, the authors show that during lung fibrosis, these distinct effects can be attributed to mesenchymal cell-type specific functions of KLF4.

Background: As cancer prevalence increases and treatment improves, the population of childhood cancer survivors (CCS) will see remarkable growth. This population requires guideline-based survivorship care into adulthood; however, numerous gaps in care are common including record documentation, medical knowledge, and access to healthcare. Here we describe the patients seen in a US Midwest survivorship transition clinic (STC) and the aspects of the clinic designed to address the gaps in care this cohort faces. Methods: After IRB approval, a retrospective chart review was completed for patients established in the STC between 2014 and 2022. Results: A total of 261 patients were identified. The patients had an average age of 12 years at the time of cancer diagnosis and an average age of 28 years at clinic establishment. Patients presented from 9 states and 139 zip codes. We identified 42 different primary cancers with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (24.5%) and Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (19.2%) most common. We found that 244 (93.5%) received chemotherapy, 138 (52.9%) received radiation, and 41 (15.7%) underwent bone marrow transplant. Secondary malignancies were diagnosed in 29 (11.1%) patients with breast (23.3%) and thyroid (23.3%) malignancies most common. Discussion: The clinical diversity, complex treatment history, and prevalence of secondary malignancies in this CCS population emphasizes the importance close follow-up and adherence to survivorship guidelines. Through strong local partnerships and a specialized nursing navigator this STC addresses care gaps common in this population. Although limitations persist, STCs are a strong model of care to address the unique care needs of this growing population of complex patients.

Abstract Background Recent development of single cell sequencing technologies has made it possible to identify genes with different expression (DE) levels at the cell type level between different groups of samples. In this article, we propose to borrow information through known biological networks to increase statistical power to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Results We develop MRFscRNAseq, which is based on a Markov random field (MRF) model to appropriately accommodate gene network information as well as dependencies among cell types to identify cell-type specific DEGs. We implement an Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm with mean field-like approximation to estimate model parameters and a Gibbs sampler to infer DE status. Simulation study shows that our method has better power to detect cell-type specific DEGs than conventional methods while appropriately controlling type I error rate. The usefulness of our method is demonstrated through its application to study the pathogenesis and biological processes of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) using a single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data set, which contains 18,150 protein-coding genes across 38 cell types on lung tissues from 32 IPF patients and 28 normal controls. Conclusions The proposed MRF model is implemented in the R package MRFscRNAseq available on GitHub. By utilizing gene-gene and cell-cell networks, our method increases statistical power to detect differentially expressed genes from scRNA-seq data.

Abstract Background Asthma has been associated with impaired interferon response. Multiple cell types have been implicated in such response impairment and may be responsible for asthma immunopathology. However, existing models to study the immune response in asthma are limited by bulk profiling of cells. Our objective was to Characterize a model of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of patients with severe asthma (SA) and its response to the TLR3 agonist Poly I:C using two single-cell methods. Methods Two complementary single-cell methods, DropSeq for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) and mass cytometry (CyTOF), were used to profile PBMCs of SA patients and healthy controls (HC). Poly I:C-stimulated and unstimulated cells were analyzed in this study. Results PBMCs (n = 9414) from five SA (n = 6099) and three HC (n = 3315) were profiled using scRNA-Seq. Six main cell subsets, namely CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells, natural killer (NK) cells, B cells, dendritic cells (DCs), and monocytes, were identified. CD4 + T cells were the main cell type in SA and demonstrated a pro-inflammatory profile characterized by increased JAK1 expression. Following Poly I:C stimulation, PBMCs from SA had a robust induction of interferon pathways compared with HC. CyTOF profiling of Poly I:C stimulated and unstimulated PBMCs (n = 160,000) from the same individuals (SA = 5; HC = 3) demonstrated higher CD8 + and CD8 + effector T cells in SA at baseline, followed by a decrease of CD8 + effector T cells after poly I:C stimulation. Conclusions Single-cell profiling of an in vitro model using PBMCs in patients with SA identified activation of pro-inflammatory pathways at baseline and strong response to Poly I:C, as well as quantitative changes in CD8 + effector cells. Thus, transcriptomic and cell quantitative changes are associated with immune cell heterogeneity in this model to evaluate interferon responses in severe asthma.

Objective To identify differences in efficacy between vision-based treatments for improving visual acuity (VA) of the amblyopic eye in persons aged 4–17 years old.Data sources Ovid Embase, PubMed (Medline), the Cochrane Library, Vision Cite and Scopus were systematically searched from 1975 to 17 June 2020.Methods Two independent reviewers screened search results for randomised controlled trials of vision-based amblyopia treatments that specified change in amblyopic eye VA (logMAR) as the primary outcome measure. Abstract Long‐noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have numerous biological functions controlling cell differentiation and tissue development. The knowledge about the role of lncRNAs in human lungs remains limited. Here we found the regulatory role of the terminal differentiation‐induced lncRNA (TINCR) in bronchial cell differentiation. RNA in situ hybridization revealed that TINCR was mainly expressed in bronchial epithelial cells in normal human lung. We performed RNA sequencing analysis of normal human bronchial epithelial cells (NHBECs) with or without TINCR inhibition and found the differential expression of 603 genes, which were enriched for cell adhesion and migration, wound healing, extracellular matrix organization, tissue development and differentiation. To investigate the role of TINCR in the differentiation of NHBECs, we employed air–liquid interface culture and 3D organoid formation assay. TINCR was upregulated during differentiation, loss of TINCR significantly induced an early basal‐like cell phenotype (TP63) and a ciliated cell differentiation (FOXJ1) in late phase and TINCR overexpression suppressed basal cell phenotype and the differentiation toward to ciliated cells. Critical regulators of differentiation such as SOX2 and NOTCH genes (NOTCH1, HES1, and JAG1) were significantly upregulated by TINCR inhibition and downregulated by TINCR overexpression. RNA immunoprecipitation assay revealed that TINCR was required for the direct bindings of Staufen1 protein to SOX2, HES1, and JAG1 mRNA. Loss of Staufen1 induced TP63, SOX2, NOTCH1, HES1, and JAG1 mRNA expressions, which TINCR overexpression suppressed partially. In conclusion, TINCR is a novel regular of bronchial cell differentiation, affecting downstream regulators such as SOX2 and NOTCH genes, potentially in coordination with Staufen1.

Abstract Carbon cycling is a highly complex yet critical process, especially in silvopastures, which have multiple pools with the ability to store large amounts of C. However, it is largely unknown how site‐specific variables, including edaphic factors, vegetation type, topography, and management, affect soil CO2 flux in silvopastures. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate CO2 fluxes in a silvopastoral system as affected by soil moisture (udic and aquic), forage species (C4; native grass mix and orchardgrass [C3; Dactylis glomerata L.]), fertilization (poultry litter and a control), and grazing pressure (grazed and ungrazed). Temperature and volumetric water content (VWC) were measured simultaneous with flux measurements during summer grazing in 2018 and 2019. Averaged across years, fluxes were at least 20% greater (P ≤ .05) in the native mix fertilized with poultry litter than in the unfertilized native mix and fertilized or unfertilized orchardgrass, likely owing to increased microbial diversity activity in the rhizosphere of poultry litter‐amended native grass species. Across years, CO2 flux was 7% greater (P ≤ .05) in the fertilized ungrazed areas and 7% lower (P ≤ .05) in the unfertilized ungrazed areas, respectively, compared with both fertilized grazed and unfertilized grazed areas. Carbon dioxide flux was correlated (P ≤ .05) with sampling date, soil temperature, and VWC. Study results improve the understanding of C dynamics in complex silvopasture systems and may assist producers in their selection of forage species and nutrient sources when designing silvopastoral systems for enhanced regional sustainability.

Abstract Grass root production and decomposition is a major source of C entering soils, although rates are largely unknown based on edaphic and management factors. Therefore, study objectives were to evaluate four explanatory variables including forage species (native and nonnative), fertility (poultry litter and a control), soil moisture (udic and aquic), and pasture management (grazed and an ungrazed control) in order to evaluate driving factors for root turnover and subsequent soil organic matter formation in silvopastoral systems using the root litter bag technique. Native grass root decomposition was accelerated relative to the nonnative forage based on root mass balance, as well as the exponential decay function, likely owing to greater five‐ and six‐C sugars and more digestible root tissues of native grasses. These physiochemical results suggest more favorable microbial food sources, which culminate in faster decomposition and greater microbially derived organic matter. Overall, there was greater root sloughing and subsequent soil organic matter formation potential with native grass species and poultry litter applications, with soil moisture affecting decomposition to a lesser extent. This study contributes to the understanding of complex interactions of grass species, soil moisture, nutrients, and grazing, which controls primary productivity, as well as nutrient cycling and C sequestration in silvopastures.

The persistence of Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) seed mixtures following planting is crucial for the long-term support of pollinator habitat; however, the role of disturbance regimes and their interactions in supporting this ecosystem service are largely unknown. This study set out to evaluate how ecological disturbances (prescribed burn, light disking, or fallow control) and commercially available diverse species mixtures (‘Hamilton’, ‘Bamert’, and ‘Holland’) affect pollinator habitat and the flowering period of commonly used CRP species mixtures. Specifically, three pollinator species mixtures were assessed for plant stand dynamics (plant density, yield, and dual-use pollinator-lignocellulosic feedstock potential); the resulting soil properties; and the total bloom count during the growing season. Following 5 years after their establishment, the proportions of flowering pollinator species varied by disturbance regime × seed mixture (p < 0.05), with the burned Hamilton and disked Holland plots having the greatest pollinator species percentages. Overall, if the long-term stability of pollinator blooms is a key consideration for management, the Hamilton mixture should be disturbed via prescribed burning, while the Holland mixture should be disked, owing to a species-specific disturbance regime preference. However, post-senescence yield and soil health properties did not vary (p > 0.05) across pollinator mixtures or disturbance regimes. Pollinator mixtures could also be harvested as a lignocellulosic feedstock without damaging pollinator habitat and providing comparable biomass for regional feedstocks; however, seeding mixtures and disturbance regimes should be considered based on desired residue usage for long-term sustainable CRP pollinator habitat.
