Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью повышения защищенности передаваемой на предприятие-изготовитель телеметрической информации, позволяющей анализировать состояние бортовых подсистем, возникающие сбои и неисправности, а также обнаруживать возможные воздействия злоумышленника. На основе алгоритмов предиктивной аналитики телеметрической информации могут быть выявлены неисправности и предотказные состояния бортовых подсистем и системы автоматического управления газотурбинным двигателем летательного аппарата. Оперативный сбор и анализ телеметрии позволяет специалистам наземных технических служб планировать ремонтные и профилактические мероприятия. Накапливаемая в течение длительного периода телеметрия позволяет непрерывно адаптировать цифровые модели подсистем, блоков и модулей летательного аппарата, с использованием которых возможна значимая поддержка принятия решений в случае технического сбоя. В связи с этим, целью работы является повышение вероятности выявления несанкционированной модификации передаваемых данных телеметрии о состоянии сложного технического объекта – системы автоматического управления газотурбинным двигателем. Основным методом исследования данной проблемы является интеллектуальный анализ многомерных временных рядов параметров, характеризующих состояние бортовых систем летательного аппарата. В статье разработана структура системы мониторинга целостности телеметрической информации, передаваемой с борта летательного аппарата, основанная на анализе согласованности многомерных временных рядов. Выполняется сравнение телеметрии с борта летательного аппарата и выходов цифровой модели сложного технического изделия. На выходе системы формируется оценка вероятности нарушения целостности переданных на предприятие-изготовитель данных. In this regard, the purpose of the research is to increase the probability of detecting unauthorized modification of the transmitted telemetry data on the state of a complex technical object – a gas turbine engine automatic control system. The main method for studying this problem is the intellectual analysis of multidimensional time series of parameters characterizing the state of the onboard systems of the aircraft. The article develops the structure of the system for monitoring the integrity of telemetric information transmitted from the aircraft based on the analysis of the consistency of multidimensional time series. A comparison is made between telemetry from the aircraft and the outputs of a digital model of a complex technical product. At the output of the system, the probability estimate of integrity violation of the data transmitted to the manufacturer is formed. The redundancy of telemetric information significantly complicates the real-time processing of the information flows. To speed up the telemetry processing process, the methods for telemetric information redundancy reduction should be applied in order to reduce its flows entering the monitoring systems while maintaining a high speed of processing and reliability of the information. The article provides an overview of the methods for reduction of telemetric information redundancy, such as the increase in PHY-rate of telemetry channel, the Huffman algorithm, the batch mechanism for generation and transmission of telemetry information, the adaptive difference algorithm, the algorithm for transmission of the information based on its representation by residual images, Golomb-Rice codes, reversible compression method. The advantages and disadvantages of each of them are considered. Recommendations on the use of multi-level telemetry information compression system are given, which makes it possible to effectively combine target data compression algorithms that give the highest compression ratio depending on the type of telemetry information transmitted.

Методика позволяет решать задачу кластеризации космических аппаратов по трём категориям на основе параметров технического состояния бортовых систем космических аппаратов орбитальной группировки. Суть методики заключается в выработке предложений по восполнению орбитальной группировки на основе контроля и оценки параметров бортовой аппаратуры космических аппаратов многоспутниковой орбитальной группировки в целях заблаговременного формирования запаса КА на полигоне запуска. В данной статье обобщены результаты системного анализа современной методологии контроля при управлении космическим полетом широко используемой для различных космических аппаратов. Систематизация и обобщение опыта практических работ в данном направлении акцентирована в части контроля осуществляемого при реализации процесса управления на наземных технических средствах. В этой части сформулированы принципы контроля, представлены составные части и функции контроля. На основе проведенного исследования автором предлагается математическое описание процесса контроля. Акцентированно внимание на ограничениях, накладываемые на информационный обмен между космическим аппаратом и наземными средствами управления. Обоснованно отличие в объеме информации используемой для решения задач контроля на борту космического аппарата и на наземных средствах. В статье представлены результаты разработки алгоритма адаптивного управления временными параметрами включения и выключения процесса додетекторной записи группового телеметрического сигнала, основанного на учете сигнала автоматической регулировки усиления, являющегося сигналом внутренней телеметрии приемнорегистрирующей станции. Процесс селекции и распознавания символьной телеметрической (ТМ) информации в телевизионных (ТВ) изображениях космических аппаратов (КА) связан с формированием отдельных сигналов изображений символьной ТМ информации и сигналов ТВ изображений КА, а также с фиксацией изменений символьной ТМ информации. Такие виды информации в ТВ формате могут быть использованы в Центре управления космическими полетами как для оперативного анализа, так и для видеорегистрации и ее послеполетного анализа. Приведен разработанный алгоритм селекции и распознавания символьной ТМ информации в ТВ изображениях КА. В данном алгоритме используются матрицы бинарных шаблонов символов, встречающихся в ТВ изображениях КА. Применение бинарных шаблонов позволяет повысить быстродействие и снизить влияние шумов. Алгоритм селекции и распознавания символьной ТМ информации состоит из нескольких этапов обработки сигналов изображений и включает: выбор знакомест символов в ТВ изображении, предварительную обработку сигналов ТВ изображений, селекцию символов для каждого знакоместа, распознавание изображений букв и цифр, а также обработку и фиксацию результатов распознавания символьной ТМ информации. Для повышения эффективности селекции и распознавания символьной ТМ информации на фоне ТВ изображений КА с оптимальным контрастом и обеспечением оперативности и качества выполнения контроля динамических режимов, включая режим сближения, необходимо вводить операции предварительной обработки сигналов ТВ изображений, включающие аналого-цифровое преобразование, гамму-коррекцию, инверсию сигналов и др. Описаны вероятностные ситуации распознавания символьной ТМ информации в ТВ изображениях КА. Получено выражение для оценки общей потери достоверности по всем разновидностям символов ТМ информации, передаваемых в ТВ изображениях КА. Проведенная оценка достоверности распознавания символьной ТМ информации в ТВ изображениях КА показывает, что относительная погрешность распознавания такого параметра как относительная дальность будет меньшей при положительном приращении ошибки. The algorithm of selection and recognition of symbolic TM information consists of several stages of processing image signals and includes: the choice of familiarity of symbols in the TV image, the preliminary processing of TV image signals, the selection of symbols for each familiarity, the recognition of images of letters and numbers, and the processing and recording of recognition results of a symbolic TM information. To increase the effi ciency of selection and recognition of symbolic TM information on the background of TV images of spacecraft with optimal contrast and ensuring the efficiency and quality of monitoring dynamic modes, including the approach mode, it is necessary to introduce preliminary processing of TV image signals including analog-to-digital conversion, gamma correction, inversion of signals, etc. Probabilistic situations of recognition of symbolic TM information in TV images of spacecraft are described. An expression is obtained for estimating the overall loss of reliability for all varieties of TM information symbols transmitted in TV images of the spacecraft. The evaluation of the reliability of recognition of symbolic TM information in TV images of spacecraft shows that the relative error of recognition of such a parameter as the relative range will be smaller with a positive increment of the error.
