The purpose of this research study is to describe the factors that influence consumers' purchasing decisions in live shopping broadcasts. The proposed research methodology is based on the qualitative paradigm with an interpretative approach. A semi-structured questionnaire is applied to interview 25 people who had participated in live shopping transmissions at least once. The results show eight families codes: (1) motivation, (2) participation, (3) trust, (4) influence of social networks, (5) time pressure, (6) customer satisfaction, (7) distrust and problems, and (8) quality of service. The aesthetic aspect of the seller and the endorsement of a celebrity have no valorization. In conclusion, the purchase decision variables of live shopping broadcasts do not differ significantly with respect to what has been found in previous literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the process of theory building based on Grounded Theory, from the analysis of empirical data on the right to health information (RHI) in the detection and medical care of breast and cervical cancer. These data derive from qualitative research, in which focus groups and in-depth interviews were conducted with women between 25 and 45 years of age in a city in northern Mexico, to find out how they exercised the DIS in medical care, what their experiences in management were and what their perceptions of care were like. In the analysis of the first data and at the beginning of the open coding, self-perception was identified as an emerging category, defined as the interviewees’ self-perception of their position vis-à-vis the physician and the health institution during the management of care. This category was analyzed in axial and selective coding, showing its explanatory potential for understanding the practices of women in exercising their right to health information. This empirical exercise shows that grounded theory implies a systematic and rigorous process of codification, comparison and integration of data and theory. This paper contributes to the understanding of theoretical and methodological decisions based on grounded theory in social research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

It is a priority to build theories that allow to explain and describe the phenomena of interest to any discipline, however, theorizing supposes an effort for the researcher, due to the complexity of the methods and the constant need for renewal in the research phenomena. The Grounded Theory is a qualitative research method which allows generating theoretical approaches that can be used to strengthen the conceptual basis of professional disciplines such as Nursing. This article describes strategies for collecting information in qualitative research, organizing the data to facilitate the researcher's understanding of the process the participant has experienced, and then, through an example, explains how, using the words of the participant or living codes, the analysis of the data is carried out with the coding proposal of Strauss, A. and Corbin, J, until arriving at the construction of the theory based on the data. El propósito de este artículo es establecer la relevancia del currículum formativo en los procesos de extensión universitaria, particularmente, para los programas de doctorado de una universidad regional en Chile. Se aplica un paradigma interpretativo, con enfoque cualitativo y diseño de teoría fundamentada. Un total de seis entrevistas se aplican al cuerpo directivo y profesionales de la universidad, del área de extensión de la universidad estudiada. Se establece que el currículum es mediador clave entre la planificación de la extensión y su ejecución efectiva, además, se discuten las implicaciones de aquello para la gestión universitaria. Se entregan recomendaciones para creadores de políticas públicas y organismos relacionados a la educación superior.

Socializamos un ejemplo de aplicación de la metodología de la Teoría Fundamentada como herramienta para la construcción de teoría en el abordaje de la relación sociedad-naturaleza y los problemas asociados. Se realizaron entrevistas que luego se analizaron utilizando las etapas propuestas por esta metodología. Encontramos que las personas entrevistadas tienen una visión idealizada del río en tiempo pasado, y que la pesca es un ritual compartido que, junto con el paisaje en tanto elemento patrimonial, contribuyen en la construcción de la identidad. Destacamos la utilidad de esta metodología para la construcción de conocimientos transdisciplinares y la interpretación de fenómenos complejos en el marco de un abordaje exploratorio.

The phenomenon of homelessness goes beyond the lack of personal housing, as it involves, among other issues, the breaking of emotional ties. This raises the need to understand how individuals affected by this situation manage to establish new relationships and rebuild connections with others in similar or different circumstances. The purpose of this study has been to explore the experiences in homelessness situations regarding the social relationships and emotional ties established with others in similar or different situations, as well as the obstacles they encounter in doing so. The research is framed within an inductive and emergent qualitative methodology based on Grounded Theory. Eight individual semistructured interviews and 26 workshop sessions were conducted with the participation of eight individuals housed in various shelters in the city of Córdoba. Thematic content analysis, supported by Nvivo software, reveals the existence of various obstacles in establishing interpersonal relationships, ranging from fear of failure to insecurities stemming from previous experiences of homelessness. Additionally, contextual factors, such as the brief duration of stays in shelter facilities, hinder the construction of stable support networks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Huave town of San Mateo del Mar, Oaxaca, is located on the sand bar in the Tehuantepec isthmus's lagoon area. Diverse categories were identified using a horizontal methodology approach and grounded theory. One of them is the territory, which, from its lagoon geography, gave rise to a tangible and intangible fabric between time and space through the relationships between water, sand, winds, and stars, creating a cosmo-existence and conviviality that persists today, manifesting itself in living through fishing, partying, and housing. These are particular situations of this culture that, through the natural entities, transform the territory and allow the naming of ancestral landscapes of the poetic sublime. This way of living between water and sand is the materialization of a culture's territorialization processes, particularly the huave/ikoots. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Home visits are an intervention instrument of the Unified Social Assistance System and the main link between teams and families. This qualitative research aimed to understand the experience of home visits, from the perspective of families monitored by the Unified Social Assistance System. So, 12 in-depth interviews were conducted with people from the families visited. The data were organized and analyzed from the perspective of Grounded Theory, with the aid of the software Atlas.Ti 8.4. The results showed families with histories of vulnerabilities and violence, the interviewees were unaware of the reason for the home visit and built ambivalent bonds with the professionals. The need to reflect on the proposal of the community bond and the objectives of home visits, between families and professionals, is highlighted. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

La gestión educativa institucional debe involucrarse en un entramado que incorpore acciones dinámicas e innovadoras para crear un proceso productivo y motivador para sus participantes. En este contexto, el objetivo central de este trabajo fue desarrollar elementos teóricos para la gestión educativa en las jornadas regulares y extendidas, utilizando la complejidad como paradigma emergente. La fundamentación epistemológica se apoyó en la teoría de la complejidad, con enfoques constructivistas y cognitivistas. El enfoque metodológico adoptado fue interpretativo y cualitativo, utilizando la fenomenología como método. Las técnicas de recolección de datos incluyeron entrevistas y observaciones, aplicadas a siete informantes clave mediante un guion. El análisis se llevó a cabo utilizando la teoría fundamentada y la técnica de Comparación Constante, utilizando el análisis de contenido para la codificación y la categorización, permitiendo avanzar desde los datos hasta la teoría. Se identificaron elementos teóricos constitutivos, como la renovación de la educación secundaria, la transformación de la gestión educativa, la actualización de la orientación curricular, la motivación para la participación comunitaria, la renovación de la praxis pedagógica, la concepción de jornadas innovadoras y la investigación como tarea formativa.

Objetivo: compreender como as situações vivenciadas ao longo da vida influenciam na sexualidade de mulheres com história de violência conjugal. Método: trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, baseada na Grounded Theory, em sua vertente straussiana; e na teoria analítica de gênero e patriarcado proposta por Kate Millett. A coleta de dados aconteceu por meio de entrevistas entre dezembro de 2020 e julho de 2021. Para efeito deste estudo, foi estruturado um primeiro grupo amostral, constituído por 17 mulheres assistidas pela Operação Especial Ronda Maria da Penha da Bahia, que direcionou para um segundo grupo amostral, representado por 10 profissionais de saúde da Estratégia de Saúde da Família. A partir da organização dos dados, foram construídas categorias atinentes ao componente Condições proposto pelo Modelo Paradigmático. Resultados: emergiram do presente estudo as seguintes categorias: (Não) aprendendo sobre a sexualidade; Acreditando ser responsabilidade da mulher satisfazer o homem sexualmente; e rememorando abuso sexual experienciado. Conclusão: o estudo sinaliza para a necessidade de apoio psicológico às mulheres com história de violência conjugal, com o propósito de viabilizar ressignificações dos traumas outrora vividos. Além disso, sugere-se fomentar o diálogo entre as parcerias, a fim de favorecer experiências positivas no âmbito da sexualidade. Urge ainda a inclusão da temática sexualidade em espaços educativos e serviços de saúde.

El pueblo huave de San Mateo del Mar, Oaxaca, está ubicado en la barra de arena dentro de la zona lagunar del istmo de Tehuantepec. Desde una aproximación de metodología horizontal, a través de la teoría fundamentada se identificaron diversas categorías y una de ellas es el territorio, que, a partir de su geografía lagunar, dio origen a un tejido tangible e intangible entre el tiempo y el espacio, a través de las relaciones entre el agua, la arena, los vientos y las estrellas, creando una cosmovivencia y convivialidad que aún persiste en nuestros días, y que se manifiesta en el habitar a través de la pesca, la fiesta y la vivienda. En situaciones muy particulares de esta cultura, entidades naturales transforman el territorio y permiten nombrar paisajes ancestrales de sublime poética. Esta manera de habitar entre el agua y la arena es la materialización de los procesos de territorialización de una cultura como la huave/ikoots.

Objetivo: Describir el proceso en la toma de decisión para la aceptación o rechazo de la vasectomía desde la perspectiva de los hombres mexicanos. Materiales y método: Estudio cualitativo, exploratorio, con metodología en teoría fundamentada, la muestra fue de 17 hombres; la información se recolectó mediante entrevista semiestructurada, con un análisis artesanal. Resultados: La codificación inicial generó 130 códigos, se encontraron 58 códigos focales que dieron origen a 8 códigos axiales. La codificación teórica genero 3 códigos teóricos: alcance de la información; dualidad en la toma de decisión para la vasectomía; factores para la toma de decisión para la vasectomía. La categoría central denominada proceso para la toma de decisión para la aceptación o rechazo de la vasectomía. Discusión: Esta indagación da pauta a interrogantes que se enfoquen más al proceso en la toma de decisión de los hombres, para un mejor entendimiento de este proceso y eventualmente direccionar de mejor manera los programas de promoción de la vasectomía, las intervenciones de salud y políticas públicas acordes a la realidad que viven los hombres. Conclusión: Los hombres viven un proceso “complejo, lleno de altibajos” para poder tomar la decisión de realizarse la vasectomía o bien rechazarla.

En este artículo, nuestro objetivo es comprender cómo los docentes perciben su aprendizaje profesional en un proceso de formación docente en servicio, así como también cómo relacionan este aprendizaje con sus prácticas docentes sobre pensamiento algebraico en los primeros años de la enseñanza básica. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo-interpretativo, cuyos datos fueron analizados a la luz de la Grounded Theory. Los resultados indican que los indicios de aprendizaje profesional identificados en la práctica docente fueron vislumbrar posibilidades de abordaje del pensamiento algebraico en los primeros grados; cambiar el horario para que los estudiantes seleccionen y desarrollen tareas matemáticas; adopción de nuevas estrategias metodológicas con elementos de la enseñanza exploratoria.

Objetivo: compreender o significado da consulta de enfermagem a partir da graduação à prática profissional. Método: estudo qualitativo ancorado na Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados, com amostra de 14 enfermeiros atuantes da Estratégia Saúde da Família, os quais foram entrevistados por técnica aberta não diretiva entre os anos de 2017 a 2018 e aprovado pelo comitê de ética. Para discussão dos dados foram utilizadas três codificações, sendo elas aberta, axial e seletiva, as quais originaram fenômenos, temas, categorias e subcategorias organizadas com base no paradigma de Strauss e Corbin. Resultados: a análise dos dados possibilitou identificação do fenômeno denominado “Do início da práxis ao cotidiano da CE” e dos temas “A Consulta de enfermagem organizando o processo de trabalho do enfermeiro” e “A apresentação da consulta de enfermagem para o enfermeiro”. Considerações finais: a consulta de enfermagem é considerada atividade mais importante da práxis do enfermeiro.Por meio dela pode-se identificar o aperfeiçoamento, o reconhecimento e a valorização profissional. El artículo devela los fundamentos metodológicos asociados al proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en estudiantes adultos trabajadores, de la carrera de ingeniería en Administración de Empresas, de la Universidad Arturo Prat en Santiago de Chile. El enfoque es cualitativo e interpretativo, desde la Teoría Fundamentada. El procesamiento y análisis de la información se desarrolló con el software Atlas.Ti. Los principales resultados arrojaron que los componentes metodológicos son el proceso de enseñanza, su preparación y un ambiente de aprendizaje. Se concluye que, formar estudiantes adultos trabajadores en carreras de las Ciencias Empresariales, requiere de un proceso metodológico acorde a sus particularidades andragógicas.

Resultados: o fenômeno “Significando as melhores práticas como gradativas e consistentes em diferentes municípios prioritários”, permite compreender que no cuidado centralizado são desenvolvidas ações de prevenção e promoção da saúde, aconselhamento, diagnóstico precoce e encaminhamento, e no modelo descentralizado destaca-se a ampliação da clínica do enfermeiro e do médico de família no manejo da infecção, vinculação, longitudinalidade e integralidade. Conclusão: as melhores práticas em modelos distintos de cuidado requerem uma sucessão de diferentes momentos, que respeitem as falas dos profissionais e das pessoas que vivem com HIV.

Resumen El objetivo de este trabajo fue investigar la concepción de calidad de vida en adultos mayores uruguayos, procurando construir un modelo adaptado a ellos. Basado en Teoría Fundamentada, se realizó un estudio cualitativo entre 2017-2018 en varios departamentos de Uruguay. Se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a adultos mayores (edad promedio 71 años, DE 5,4) con muestreo teórico y por bola de nieve. Emergió teoría a través de la categoría madre “vivir lo mejor que se puede”, interpretada como la concepción de adultos mayores sobre calidad de vida. Los temas emergentes fueron: “eventos del contexto”, “vínculo con otros”, “actividades frente a la vida” y “estrategias de adaptación”. Al enfrentar eventos estresantes, los participantes desarrollan estrategias de adaptación por medio del soporte social y locus interno de control, para alcanzar calidad de vida y un envejecimiento exitoso. La evidencia empírica desarrollada a partir de esta investigación cualitativa retrata un modelo establecido en un contexto etario y cultural específico, en el que interactúan dimensiones sociales y psicológicas para enfrentar el envejecimiento y alcanzar calidad de vida.

Resultados: Este trabalho apresenta reflexões sobre tipos e funções dos modelos teóricos, fundamentaçõo teórica nas pesquisas e reflexões sobre a importância dos modelos teóricos para as pesquisas em saúde pública e sua relaçõo com o processo de elaboraçõo, desenvolvimento e relato nos estudos científicos. Além disso, são descritos tipos de modelos teóricos referentes aos planos conceitual e empírico, e a importante elaboraçõo e descriçõo da junçõo de ambos para o fazer científico. Social media is an arena of debate for contentious political and social topics. One conservation topic debated online is the acceptability of trophy hunting, a debate that has implications for national and international policy. We used a mixed‐methods approach (grounded theory and quantitative clustering) to identify themes in the trophy hunting debate on Twitter. We examined commonly co‐occurring categories that describe people's stances on trophy hunting. We identified 12 categories and 4 preliminary archetypes opposing trophy hunting—activism, scientific, condemning, and objecting—whose opposition derived from different moral reasoning. Few tweets (22) in our sample of 500 supported trophy hunting, whereas 350 opposed it. The debate was hostile; 7% of tweets in our sample were categorized as abusive. Online debates can be unproductive, and our findings may be important for stakeholders wishing to effectively engage in the trophy hunting debate on Twitter. More generally, we contend that because social media is increasingly influential, it is important to formally contextualize public responses to contentious conservation topics in order to aid communication of conservation evidence and to integrate diverse public perspectives in conservation practice. The development of students' competences is one of the central focuses of our current educational system. There is an obvious need to provide society with resources and skills that allow them to cope with the demands of academic, working and social contexts with fluency and efficiency. This need is channelled through teaching methods that facilitate the development of competences and make educational processes more dynamic. The objective of this study is to know the perception of students, who are studying the Degree in Teaching in Infant Education and the Degree in Teaching in Primary Education (N=95), about their competence development through a gamified educational experience. For this purpose, a qualitative analysis of the opinions collected in learning diaries is carried out through the grounded theory. The study shows that gamification is effective for the acquisition and development of specific and transversal competences related to the history of Spanish education, among which communication and social skills, teamwork and time management skills stand out. The conclusions indicate this gamified experience is an example of a conscious education, which respects the learning rhythms of the students, encourages metacognition and promotes their involvement in the construction of their own knowledge. Objetivo: Describir la reflexión autocrítica que médicos especialistas en medicina interna hacen de la calidad del registro de la información en la historia clínica electrónica, en el Hospital Pablo Tobón Uribe. Métodos: Estudio cualitativo que aplicó técnicas de la teoría fundamentada, con entrevistas semiestructuradas en profundidad a quince médicos internistas de un hospital de alta complejidad en Medellín, Colombia. El análisis partió de una conceptualización con codificación abierta y, luego, se hizo la agrupación de códigos en categorías descriptivas. Se identificaron propiedades y dimensiones que fueron relacionadas mediante la codificación axial con la matriz del paradigma de la teoría fundamentada, que permitió la emergencia de una categoría más abstracta. Resultados: Los entrevistados manifestaron que la historia clínica guarda información fundamental e invaluable, que contribuye al mejoramiento de la sa¬lud de los pacientes. Relacionaron la calidad del diligenciamiento de la historia clínica con un contexto regulatorio nacional, el cual tiene exigencias administrativas y financieras que ejercen presión de requerimientos externos a la clínica sobre su diligenciamiento. Se reconoce la influencia de la cultura digital y del inmediatismo, debilidades en la formación del diligenciamiento de la historia clínica tanto en pregrado y posgrado. Lo anterior distancia al médico del paciente, genera desmotivación en el ejercicio de su profesión y facilita cometer errores. Conclusiones: Existe una contradicción entre el “deber ser” del diligenciamiento con calidad de la historia clínica y lo que sucede en la práctica, pues su intencionalidad original de ser una herramienta al servicio de la asistencia clínica se desvirtúa, al privilegiar el haberse convertido en un instrumento que responde a otros factores externos del sistema de salud del país.

La vinculación entre el sistema educacional y las trayectorias de vulnerabilidad de estudiantes afectan el rendimiento académico y la calidad educativa. Incluida la dimensión de las concepciones situadas de los agentes en el sistema para aprehender la complejidad sobre sí mismos y sobre sus alteridades, se revelan procesos y prácticas latentes que elaboran sentidos y clasificaciones relevantes para entender las vulnerabilidades. El objetivo de este artículo consiste en describir los significados que atribuyen docentes de tres instituciones universitarias chilenas sobre la vulnerabilidad y rendimiento académico de estudiantes de pedagogía en educación básica y parvularia. Desde una investigación cualitativa y de tipo descriptiva, a través del método de estudio de caso comparado y muestreo estructural representativo, se analizan 16 entrevistas semiestructuradas a directivos y docentes de universidades de diferente estatus de acceso a la formación de pregrado. Se busca identificar teorías sobre las vulnerabilidades formuladas por las personas formadoras del sistema, y proponer una teoría formal al respecto y del rendimiento académico imputada hacia la noción de los estudiantes, aplicando la teoría fundamentada y codificación de tipo axial. Como resultado, se logra describir las racionalizaciones de docentes sobre los factores asociados a la reproducción de criterios desiguales en la formación docente.

Introduction: Chronic kidney disease is the irreversible loss of kidney function and requires renal replacement therapy, which has excellent results based on scientific evidence, but neglects the complexities of the care environment, such as feelings, considered qualitative evidence inherent to the existential dimension of the individual. Objective: To unveil existential concepts in the context of care for the being-in-the-world of chronic kidney disease from the perspective of humanistic nursing theory. Materials and methods: Qualitative study using Grounded Theory. The study was conducted in a university hospital in southern Brazil. The sample consisted of 10 nursing professionals and 10 patients on renal replacement therapy. Data were collected between January 2020 and January 2021 through a semi-structured interview conducted virtually using the Zoom application. Data analysis was based on existentialist philosophy and the grand humanistic nursing theory. Results: One category was revealed (context of care of chronic kidney disease's being-in-the-world), and two subcategories (environment and temporality), which gave rise to five concepts (environment, adaptation to reality, establishing a living space, temporality, and becoming routine) and one assumption (the passage of time). Discussion: The context of care is an environment that is a living, dynamic space of interrelationships between beings of this world. Conclusion: It is understood that nursing, as a theoretical-practical science, needs theoretical reference points that guide clinical a type of care that considers the biological, spiritual, and existential dimensions of the being, making this care more effective, considering the environment, which influences adaptation and adherence to treatment. Objective: to describe the self-critical reflection that internal medicine specialists make on the quality of the information recorded in the electronic medical record in a high complexity hospital. Methods: qualitative study that applied Grounded Theory techniques, with semi-structured in-depth interviews to fifteen internists of the Pablo Tobón Uribe Hospital in Colombia. The analysis was based on a conceptualization with open coding and then grouping of codes into descriptive categories. Properties and dimensions were identified and related through axial coding with the matrix of the Grounded Theory paradigm, which allowed the emergence of a more abstract category. Results: the interviewees informed the medical records keeps invaluable and fundamental information which contributes to the improvement of patient's health. They related the quality of medical records fill out with a national regulatory context, which has administrative and financial challenges that demands external pressure over the completion requirements in the medical assistance. The influence of digital culture and immediacy and insufficiencies skills in undergraduate and postgraduate medical training for a comprehensive fill out medical records, are recognized. The above distances the physician from the patient, generates demotivation in the practice of his profession and makes it easier to make mistakes. Conclusions: there is a contradiction between the "should be" of the quality of the medical records and what happens in practice, since its original intention of being a tool at the service of clinical care is distorted, as it has become a tool that responds to other external factors to the National health system. Binge-watching refers to the consecutive viewing of episodes of a fictional series, usually of the drama genre, in a single session. The approaches to its background, practice, and effects are diverse and controversial. Using a qualitativeexploratory approach analysed with Grounded Theory, this paper studies the experience of binge-watching users from data collected from a sample of 20 individuals combined with techniques such as group meetings, in-depth interviews and projective techniques. Results lead to the identification of two underlying patterns of behaviour associated with the consumption of dramatic content: planned binge-watching and unplanned binge-watching. Planned binge-watching is the intentional consumption of more than two consecutive episodes of a fictional series whose psychological effects are mainly gratification based on evasion. Planned series consumption has a socializing effect, especially among young people. Unplanned binge-watching is the unintentional and spontaneous chained viewing of more than two episodes of a fiction series. The viewing unit is each individual episode, linked to the next by the curiosity aroused by the plot. The psychological effects are gratification derived from evasion, followed by a feeling of guilt derived from the loss of control. The study concludes with the formulation of seven hypotheses for empirical verification, academic and professional implications, and future lines of research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo construir y comprender el concepto de calidad educativa desde la perspectiva de docentes del sector oficial. Se realizó un estudio cualitativo basado en la teoría fundamentada. Los participantes fueron 11 profesores que respondieron entrevistas semiestructuradas, analizadas a través de los lineamientos de la teoría fundamentada. Los principales resultados encontrados evidencian que el modelo propuesto distingue una categoría central denominada “integralidad de la calidad educativa” y a partir de esta, se desprenden 5 dimensiones bajo las cuales construyen el concepto, las cuales apuntan a la formación integral del estudiante; estas son: los actores de la educación, contenidos curriculares y su relevancia en la educación, visión empresarial de la educación, medición de la calidad por las Pruebas Saber y equidad y calidad educativa. Esto muestra el significado multidimensional que le dan los docentes al concepto de calidad educativa, para ellos, cada una de las dimensiones que hacen parte de esta, cumplen una función, y separarlas implicaría el desconocimiento que se tiene sobre las diferentes contribuciones que cada una de ellas aporta a la calidad educativa. Los resultados de este estudio son de gran utilidad para avanzar en una mejor comprensión de cómo se debe percibir la calidad educativa y pensar en nuevas formas de evaluarla, que den cuenta de los procesos que se llevan en cada institución, sin anular las particularidades del contexto.

El desarrollo competencial del alumnado es el foco central del sistema educativo actual. Existe una ostensible necesidad de aportar a la sociedad recursos y habilidades que permitan desenvolverse en contextos académicos, laborales y sociales con fluidez y eficacia. Esta necesidad se canaliza a través de métodos de enseñanza que facilitan el desarrollo de competencias y dinamizan los procesos educativos. El objetivo del presente estudio es conocer la percepción de estudiantes del grado de Magisterio en Educación Infantil y del grado de Magisterio en Educación Primaria (N = 95) sobre su desarrollo competencial a través de una experiencia educativa gamificada. Para ello, se realiza un análisis cualitativo a través de la teoría fundamentada de la opinión del alumnado recogida en diarios de aprendizaje. El estudio demuestra que la gamificación es eficaz para la adquisición y el desarrollo de competencias específicas, relacionadas con la historia de la educación española, y transversales, entre las que destacan habilidades comunicativas y sociales, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y gestión del tiempo. Las conclusiones indican que esta experiencia gamificada es ejemplo de una educación consciente, que respeta los ritmos de aprendizaje del alumnado, fomenta la metacognición y promueve su implicación en la construcción de sus propios conocimientos.

El trabajo tuvo como propósito caracterizar la resolución de problemas como forma de pensar manifestada por un grupo de estudiantes que se forman para profesores de matemáticas. La investigación con un enfoque cualitativo y un diseño desde la teoría fundamentada estuvo centrada en responder la pregunta, ¿cómo son las formas de entender y las formas de pensar de un grupo de profesores de matemáticas en formación cuando resuelven problemas en dominios discretos? Los participantes fueron 21 estudiantes que tomaron un curso de Teoría de Números en un programa que forma profesores de Matemáticas en la Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander (Cúcuta, Colombia). Para el análisis de datos provenientes de nueve experimentos de enseñanza y una entrevista retrospectiva semiestructurada se utilizaron los procesos de codificación abierta, axial y selectiva. Entre los hallazgos se destaca la manera como los participantes interpretaron condiciones necesarias, condiciones suficientes, relaciones, convergentes y las infinitas soluciones a cada problema. Estas formas de interpretar condujeron a los estudiantes a entender relaciones, patrones y estrategias para convencer y resolver problemas en contextos locales. Como núcleo de la teoría se caracterizaron las formas de entender y pensar como un proceso variacional que va desde la interpretación como forma de entender la resolución de problemas en contextos locales a establecer relaciones, crear estrategias para la generalización y la prueba como formas de pensar la resolución de problemas en una variedad de contextos.

Resumo Objetivo Compreender a atenção à saúde de puérperas em uma região de fronteira na vigência da pandemia por COVID-19. Método Pesquisa qualitativa do tipo Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados, vertente straussiana, realizada em região de fronteira, na atenção primária à saúde, com 30 participantes, que formaram três grupos amostrais entre mulheres, profissionais de saúde e gestores, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, realizadas por chamada de voz e de forma presencial entre agosto de 2021 a maio de 2022. Resultados Identificaram-se cinco categorias, conforme modelo paradigmático, sendo elas: Identificando serviços de atenção ao puerpério; retornando para a atenção primária à saúde no puerpério; identificando fatores que interferiram no atendimento à puérpera; apontando estratégias para promoção da saúde no puerpério; e tendo uma atenção puerperal frágil. Conclusão e implicações para a prática Fragilidades existentes foram agravadas no curso da pandemia por COVID-19. Recomenda-se qualificar a contrarreferência para garantir a continuidade da atenção puerperal em tempo oportuno; o teleatendimento para viabilizar o acompanhamento, quando condições epidemiológicas forem de risco para a saúde materna; políticas públicas podem fortalecer a assistência a estrangeiras e migrantes em região de fronteira.

Objective: to understand the meanings attributed to best practices in the care of people living with HIV in two different care models in priority municipalities from southern Brazil. Method: Constructivist Grounded Theory, with 52 in-depth interviews conducted in 2020 and 2021, involving professionals from primary and specialized care, managers and people living with HIV. Results: the phenomenon of "Signifying best practices as gradual and consistent across different priority municipalities" allows for an understanding that actions related to health prevention and promotion, counseling, early diagnosis and referral are developed in the centralized care model. In the decentralized model, the emphasis is on expanding the role of nurses and family physicians in infection management, establishing connections, ensuring care continuity, and providing comprehensive care. Conclusion: best practices in different care models require a succession of different moments that respect the perspectives and input of both health professionals and individuals living with HIV. Objective: to understand the meaning of nursing consultation from graduation to professional practice. Method: a qualitative study anchored in the Grounded Theory, with a sample of 14 nurses working in the Family Health Strategy, who were interviewed by open technique not directive in the years 2017 to 2018 and approved by the ethics committee. Three codifications were used to discuss the data, being open, axial and selective, which originated phenomena, themes, categories and subcategories organized based on the paradigm of Strauss and Corbin. Results: data analysis enabled the identification of the phenomenon called "From the beginning of praxis to the daily life of the NC" and the themes "The nursing consultation organizing the work process of the nurse" and "The presentation of the nursing consultation to the nurse". Introduction: The state of emergency caused by COVID-19 forced the adoption of social restriction measures to reduce contagion, including lockdowns. They impacted various aspects of human life and considerably affected family dynamics by causing families to remain at home, increasing the coping of crisis, and experiencing a transition to new ways of living. Objective: To analyze the relationships and processes experienced by families during the COVID-19 lockdown as told by mothers. Materials and Methods: A qualitative grounded theory study was conducted using indepth interviews with five mothers. Results: The results obtained emerged from a core category, "acquisition of new ways of living," and three categories that support it: 1) Coping with the pandemic onset, 2) adapting to the new normal in the family, 3) embracing the pandemic consequences in everyday life. Discussion: The process that Mexican families have gone through with COVID-19 has been different from that of other countries; living together at home was affected since their freedom to live day to day as they did was compromised. Conclusion: The participants expressed that, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the family underwent a transition process in order to acquire new ways of living, which included habits, customs, and structures that met their. Our main goal with this article is to carry out a reflective exercise regarding the theoretical-methodological strategy known as Grounded Theory (GT), with no exhaustiveness or generalization intended. The writing is schematically divided in two sections. The first segment describes GT's characteristics as presented in social sciences' introductory books on qualitative research methodology. At the next fraction, we will be resuming Argentinian, Spaniard and Chilean texts where the specific uses and applications of this research strategy tools are disclosed. This article analyzes the main functions of the ATLAS.ti 22 software in reference to a doctoral research already concluded. This research qualitatively addressed the migratory projects of South American transvestites/trans residing in the AMBA. 44 individual interviews were carried out with the migrants using the Grounded Theory as the main method. The article provides the use of the main functions of this version of the software in order to make other researchers aware of its developments.
