rapport édité par l'INVS - co produit par les experts; 1er scénario : Un engagement fort et fructueux de l’État et des entreprises : un développement massifLes expert se placent en 2030 en imaginant que les années 2020 ont été marquées par une succession d’innovations scientifiques et techniques majeures dans différents domaines. Au cours de cette période, les investissements publics et privés alloués à des technologies nouvelles et prometteuses se sont ainsi très fortement accrus.Conséquences : On dispose à la fois des outils et de l’argent pour innover, produire et prévenir les risques. Les nouveaux produits sont correctement catégorisés ce qui permet la mise en place de moyens de prévention des risques professionnels adaptés.2ème scénario : Un rejet éclairé de la part de la société : un développement dans quelques rares filières stratégiquesConséquences : Dans un contexte d’opacité, les systèmes publics de prévention des risques professionnels ne sont pas les bienvenus dans les entreprises. Pour ces dernières, les interventions de l’Etat, à travers une application sans nuance du principe de précaution, peuvent peser gravement. 3ème scénario : Une mainmise industrielle : un développement dans des secteurs porteursConséquences : Le contrat individuel entre l’entreprise et le travailleur est devenu la règle. La prévention est strictement du ressort des entreprises et s’exprime majoritairement en termes de réparation et non pas en termes de prévention primaire. 4ème scénario : Une volonté régionale soutenue : un développement en fonction des compétences localesConséquences : La protection de la santé des travailleurs répond à des exigences très générales définies au niveau européen, mais elle est pilotée par les instances régionales.

Abstract

A new strategy for SPPS in the reverse direction based on the use of 2-Cl-trityl resin, an allyl ester as the temporary protecting group, and Cu(OBt)2/DIPCDI or HATU/DIEA as the coupling method is described. These conditions ensure good yields with minimal racemization of the C-terminal residue.

Abstract

Food-grade titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) containing a nanoscale particle fraction (TiO 2 -NPs) is approved as a white pigment (E171 in Europe) in common foodstuffs, including confectionary. There are growing concerns that daily oral TiO 2 -NP intake is associated with an increased risk of chronic intestinal inflammation and carcinogenesis. In rats orally exposed for one week to E171 at human relevant levels, titanium was detected in the immune cells of Peyer's patches (PP) as observed with the TiO 2 -NP model NM-105. Dendritic cell frequency increased in PP regardless of the TiO 2 treatment, while regulatory T cells involved in dampening inflammatory responses decreased with E171 only, an effect still observed after 100 days of treatment. In all TiO 2 -treated rats, stimulation of immune cells isolated from PP showed a decrease in Thelper (Th)-1 IFN-γ secretion, while splenic Th1/Th17 inflammatory responses sharply increased. E171 or NM-105 for one week did not initiate intestinal inflammation, while a 100-day E171 treatment promoted colon microinflammation and initiated preneoplastic lesions while also fostering the growth of aberrant crypt foci in a chemically induced carcinogenesis model. These data should be considered for risk assessments of the susceptibility to Th17-driven autoimmune diseases and to colorectal cancer in humans exposed to TiO 2 from dietary sources.
