This article discusses a rare case of spontaneous arterial dissection in a female patient with a history of recurrent miscarriages. The patient presented with abdominal pain and was found to have thrombosis in multiple arteries, as well as dissection of the coronary artery and abdominal aorta. The patient was diagnosed with probable catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome (CAPS) and received treatment, but unfortunately, she succumbed to multiorgan failure. The article highlights the association between arterial dissection and autoimmune rheumatic diseases, as well as the need for vigilance in patients with recurrent miscarriages and positive antiphospholipid antibodies.
