Отмечено, что в рецензируемой монографии автор продолжил свои исследования закрытых городов, уделив при этом первостепенное внимание социокультурной сфере этих поселений, местному самоуправлению. Высокой оценки заслуживают также материалы монографии, в которых раскрываются процессы перехода к рыночной экономике и приватизации, развития инфраструктуры в атомных городах. Книга написана на основе ранее использованных архивных источников и других материалов. The review contains the analysis and characteristics and the content of the monograph is devoted to the closed atomic towns of the Urals in the Post-Soviet period. The review points out that the author continued his studies of the closed towns paying paramount importance to the social cultural sphere of these settlements and to the local self-government. Materials of the monograph disclosing the transition to the market economy and privatization, development of infrastructure in atomic towns deserve high evaluation. The book is written on the basis of archive sources and other materials that have not been used earlier.

Отмечено профессиональное использование автором значительного массива разнообразных источников, опубликованной научной литературы по данной тематике. Подчеркивается, что книга имеет четкую, последовательную структуру, которая позволяет раскрыть практически все основные направления деятельности по созданию атомных объектов и закрытых городов в Уральском регионе. Высокой оценки заслуживает вторая и третья главы монографии, в которых освещены процессы формирования коллективов строителей и первых поселений атомщиков, показаны особенности функционирования в них органов власти, обеспечения режима секретности и развития инфраструктуры. The review analyzes the contents of the monograph, devoted to the history and development of nuclear closed administrative-territorial entities of the Urals in the context of the implementation of the domestic nuclear project. Noted professional author’s use of a significant array of diverse sources, published scientific literature on the subject. It is emphasized that the book has a clear, consistent structure that allows you to disclose virtually all major directions of activity on creation of nuclear facilities and closed cities in the Urals region. Commendable were the second and third chapters of the monograph, which illuminated the process of formation of collectives of builders and early settlers of the atomic scientists, the peculiarities of functioning of authorities, ensuring the secrecy and the development of infrastructures.

На основе новых архивных и других материалов освещаются проблемы обеспечения режима секретности и безопасности на предприятиях ядерного комплекса в закрытых городах Урала. Анализируются основные направления и мероприятия обеспечения секретности в первоначальный период создания атомной отрасли. Using new archive and other documents the author studies the problems of confidence conditions and security in nuclear complex enterprises in the closed towns of the Urals. He also analyses general directions and activities in security provision during the initial period of the atomic industry branch creation. We apply well established MS-based Metabolomics platform towards the detection, characterization and identification of small molecule biomarkers. Data acquisition is performed with the assistance of GC/TOF/MS line and LC/MS line. Sophisticated data mining approach using different algorithms deals with electron impact (EI) generated data as well as data generated with the unit resolution, high resolution and ultrahigh resolution hybrid instruments having API sources. These competitive approaches deliver exciting results on selection of the predictors' panel and potential metabolic biomarkers discovery. We here report on efficiency of Metabolic Biomarkers Discovery Project as a platform for cases study: Kidney diseases (RCC and PKD); Pancreatic Cancer (PDAC); Human Embryonic Stem Cells functional characterization. However, Metabolic Networks simulation and Metabolic Pathway Analysis, which could be essential tools for Metabolic Biomarkers validation and connections with underlying biochemical processes are still difficult and approached not systematically, but rather case wise. Challenges and developments in this field will be further presented and discussed.
