The main focus of this paper is to improve the ServiceNow Discovery tool in two areas. The first one is the Application Dependency Mapping (ADM). ServiceNow is currently not able to determine the type of the relationship between two applications. As a solution, a new application was designed and implemented. It enables human element to define the type of relationship before it is found by the Discovery. This application also makes it posiible to define rules, which affect the behaviour of ADM. Second area, taken into account in this paper, is the discovery of application configuration. Weaknesses of Discovery are identified and solution is implemented.

Almost every professional sector has embarked on the move toward sustainability. European landscapes are facing rapid changes in land use, where understanding and management of this process is essential. Sustainability has become a widely acknowledged dimension of human actions, but still little stress is put on education in sustainability. This paper identifies focus of education, gives suggestions for improvements and presents a new tool for education and training in sustainable land use – “Route Planner”. As results, it provides all users with new interesting facts on sustainability in the European Union and additional materials related to sustainable land use and Sustainability Impact Assessments (SIA). Users got the access to updated information regarding approximately 3000 courses on offer in this topic area throughout the European Union as well as case studies to compare sustainability practices in these countries in comparison to other parts of the world. Furthermore the end result of the information chain also leads the user to a collection of links such as interesting websites and further reading in the topic area.

The insurance market offers a large scale of different types of insurance products. Insurance companies offer products ranging from property insurance, airport and air meeting as well as different types of life and non-life insurance. The client has the possibility to choose a product that fully meets his needs. Endowment of Unit linked insurance are one of the most used insurances in the field of life insurances. Endowment insurance is an older product, which is for a long time on the market, but with its construction does not allow the client to be engaged and have the possibility to influence the distribution of the insurance money at any time during the duration of the contract. Therefore the insurance companies came up with a new and very flexible life insurance, which fully suits the needs of present clients and gives them the possibility to be engaged and co-determine on their finances. Unit Linked Insurance is the very life insurance. Comparison of these two types of life insurance is the objective of this presented work. It describes the differences of the two insurances, what are their advantages or disadvantages, but also it determines the possibility of combination of Unit linked insurance with cooperation with mortgage credit. Further it also describes what is important and how to setup the Unit linked insurance so that the bank will accept it as a possible funding of housing.
