Graph minors ,infinite graphs ,ubiquity - Abstract
A graph \(G\) is said to be ubiquitous, if every graph \(\Gamma\) that contains arbitrarily many disjoint \(G\)-minors automatically contains infinitely many disjoint \(G\)-minors. The well-known Ubiquity conjecture of Andreae says that every locally finite graph is ubiquitous. In this paper we show that locally finite graphs admitting a certain type of tree-decomposition, which we call an extensive tree-decomposition, are ubiquitous. In particular this includes all locally finite graphs of finite tree-width, and also all locally finite graphs with finitely many ends, all of which have finite degree. It remains an open question whether every locally finite graph admits an extensive tree-decomposition.Mathematics Subject Classifications: 05C83, 05C63Keywords: Graph minors, infinite graphs, ubiquity

UNDIRECTED graphs - Abstract
A digraph H $H$ is called ubiquitous if every digraph D $D$ that contains k $k$ vertex‐disjoint copies of H $H$ for every k∈N $k\in {\mathbb{N}}$ also contains infinitely many vertex‐disjoint copies of H $H$. We characterise which digraphs with rays as underlying undirected graphs are ubiquitous. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

AbstractGovernment service mini-programs (GSMPs) in mobile payment have become integral to the eGovernment in China’s Greater Bay Area (GBA). The ubiquitous nature of WeChat and Alipay provides excellent flexibility for accessing public e-services. Yet, the determinants and mechanisms of adoption have not been identified. A convenience sample was collected from GBA core cities for statistical and SEM analysis. The findings suggest that service quality, trust in eGovernment, ubiquity, and social influence constitute the determinants. A structural model grounded on Self-Determination and Motivation theory is verified, where perceived value and intention contribute a high explanatory power. Benevolence, integrity, and competence are crucial indicators of trust, while social influence amplifies risk perception. Surprisingly, government support negatively moderates the impact of determinants on intention, indicating that over-intervention leads to inhibition. The mechanism illustrates the beneficial impact of GSMPs as the smart government channel and provides insights into addressing service homogeneity and policy applicability. Relevant theoretical and managerial implications are instructive to policymakers and practitioners of smart city innovation and in-depth integration in GBA.

HUMAN behavior , *PREDICTIVE policing , *RACE discrimination , *SOCIAL media , *DATA analytics - Abstract
This article examines the political work performed by the weather within contemporary big data predictive analytics. As a sociotechnical construction, the weather has long served as a predictive medium for forecasting human behaviour across historical contexts in order to reinforce settler colonial and imperial projects of spatial domination. Now, within twenty-first century big data systems, the weather has become a proxy for predicting human activity. Examining industrial materials from the predictive policing software HunchLab and the social media sentiment analysis platform Social Doppler, I argue that the weather proxy underwrites claims to prediction by collapsing the distinction between correlation and causation. Key here is how the proxy remediates the mechanism of impressibility that structured the weather as a racial technique for population management within nineteenth century statistical research. Through the weather proxy, big data programmes channel biopolitical frameworks of impressibility – or
impressibility by proxy – in ways that causally bind individual behaviour to group-differentiated vulnerabilities of environmental exposure. At stake is how the weather proxy serves as a universal baseline condition for predicting population-level behaviour, which aims to mitigate accusations of racial bias by deferring to environmental conditions beyond human design. As a cultural construction tied to ubiquity, the weather thus is a rhetorical device that works to legitimate predictive analytics as impartial and universal while simultaneously effacing the violence that inheres within algorithmic technologies. Ultimately, by taking a comparative historical approach to the weather, I argue that we might better grasp the transformations in data science that underpin how ubiquity operates as a site of racial violence within contemporary surveillance systems. MIXED reality ,AUGMENTED reality ,DISRUPTIVE innovations ,ECONOMIC models ,WORLDVIEW - Abstract
Fluidity and ubiquity are two fundamental principles of our contemporary world, representing new ways of perceiving, thinking, experiencing, organising, and creating various aspects of our present world. These principles have radically transformed models of economic exchanges, industrial production, social relations, cultural representations, and aesthetic expressions. Fluidity serves as a philosophical antithesis to the modern rigid, stratified, and binary worldview, celebrating a fluid, non-stratified, and non-binary perspective driven by dynamic flow, flux, and connectivity. On the other hand, ubiquity defines our present world of objects, which are created through augmented and mixed reality, giving them the property of being present anywhere and everywhere. Both fluidity and ubiquity serve as contemporary models for generating disruptive ideas, forms, styles, products, organisations, and systems. Fluidity represents the fluid-creative organisation of physical, social, cultural, and aesthetic elements, independent of binary structures, while ubiquity represents the transformation of objects from the virtual to the trans-material. Transitional vegetation zones in the neotropics harbor high biodiversity and are threatened by advancing deforestation and climate change. Besides, the diversity patterns at multiple spatial scales are little understood. We investigated the woody flora of eight savanna sites over 700 km along the transition zone between the Cerrado and Amazonia. We assessed plant diversity at three spatial scales: alpha (α = local richness), beta (β
Jac = Jaccard mean dissimilarity of species composition between sites), and gamma (γ = regional diversity). We also measured the sites' contribution to beta diversity (LCBD) to unveil the ecological singularity of the transition. We found high local richness (α = ∼80 species per hectare) and high between-site dissimilarity (βJac = 0.651; LCBD = 0.354), which together contributed to high regional diversity (γ = 167). There was no relationship between floristic composition and proximity between sites or proximity to Amazonia. The locally dominant species (representing 80% or more of the total abundance) also differed across sites, indicating the unique composition of each community. This high floristic diversity at different spatial scales is severely threatened by extensive deforestation in recent decades and a paucity of protected areas, stressing the need for protected areas and conservation actions. This article presents sound studies as a critical framework for architectural analysis. It positions architecture's long-honored monogamy with visual communication as limited and instead connects the collective decision-making that constitutes listening with dynamics of power in shared and personal space. With this understanding, I argue that architects can be attuned to the audiosocial spaces they help to enforce and make different collective decisions about the removal and discipline of sound. This paper inquires into the nature of God's relationship to space. It explores two different views, one that God transcends space or exists aspatially and the other that God exists throughout space and so is spatially extended. It seeks to adjudicate the debate between these competing perspectives by weighing the principal arguments for and against each view. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Halin in 1965 proved that if a graph has n many pairwise disjoint rays for each n then it has infinitely many pairwise disjoint rays. We analyze the complexity of this and other similar results in terms of computable and proof theoretic complexity. The statement of Halin’s theorem and the construction proving it seem very much like standard versions of compactness arguments such as König’s Lemma. Those results, while not computable, are relatively simple. They only use arithmetic procedures or, equivalently, finitely many iterations of the Turing jump. We show that several Halin-type theorems are much more complicated. They are among the theorems of hyperarithmetic analysis. Such theorems imply the ability to iterate the Turing jump along any computable well ordering. Several important logical principles in this class have been extensively studied beginning with work of Kreisel, H. Friedman, Steel and others in the 1960s and 1970s. Until now, only one purely mathematical example was known. Our work provides many more and so answers Question 30 of Montalbán’s Open Questions in Reverse Mathematics in 2011. Some of these theorems including ones in Halin in 1965 are also shown to have unusual proof theoretic strength as well. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

YOUNG adult attitudes , *ALCOHOL drinking , *DRINKING behavior , *ALCOHOLISM - Abstract
Introduction: High rates of alcohol consumption are observed among young adults, which arise alcohol-related consequences such as physical symptoms, greater consumption than planned, among other problems. However, multiple reasons lead to the increase of alcohol use in Argentinean young adults. Objectives: This study aimed to examine alcohol consumption prevalence and frequency in young adults and to identify drinking motives and alcohol-related consequences. Methodology: A probability sample of 1549 young adults from 18 to 29 years old (M age = 23.6, SD = 3.52; 48.8% women) from Argentinean urban areas answered to the Argentine Social Debt Survey in the third quarter of 2019. Result: We found that 7 out of 10 young adults reported alcohol consumption, among whom 20% had experienced negative alcohol-related consequences at least once in the previous year. Drinkers informed that they are used to drink alcohol because it is expected at social gatherings and since all their friends consume alcohol. Conclusions: Alcohol use is a widespread practice among young people and is associated to negative consequences. Social factors are the main reasons that lead to consumption. Findings raise awareness and contribute to the development of interventions aimed to reduce this risky behavior in young population. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The most eye-catching effect of digitalization on the law of enforcement jurisdiction is the fading into irrelevance of territoriality. Insofar as the “physical” location of digital data—on a server—may be entirely fortuitous and may in fact not be known by the territorial state, it appears unreasonable for that state to invoke its territorial sovereignty as a shield against another state’s claims over such data. To prevent a jurisdictional free-for-all, however, it is key that the exercise of extraterritorial enforcement jurisdiction in cyberspace becomes subject to a stringent test weighting all relevant connections and interests in concrete cases. Introducing such a weighting test means that extraterritorial enforcement jurisdiction is no longer governed by binary rules (allowed and not allowed), but becomes a matter of degree, requiring a granular, contextual assessment. It remains the case that such a flexible attitude towards extraterritorial enforcement jurisdiction is not universally shared, and that relevant state practice and expert opinion in favor of the “un-territoriality of data” has a particular Western slant.

We provide a perspective on the ubiquity of PFAS (a suite of unique per‐ and polyfluoroalkyl substances, or 'forever chemicals') as toxic, pervasive and environmentally persistent more‐than‐human agents. We situate our discussion of these more‐than‐human contaminants in our location of Aotearoa New Zealand (NZ), a post‐production, post‐consumption contaminated site. We therefore make an Antipodean contribution to PFAS research—a predominantly North American/European body of work—providing an account of the specific landmasses, cultural contexts and regulation here, while also noting simultaneous entanglements with the global environment. In dealing with this group of contaminants, we identify opportunities for Aotearoa NZ's regulatory and management processes to consider the more‐than‐human theorising of aspects of 'the natural world', not for their utility but for the intrinsic value of more‐than‐human lives, and in order to do regulation, policy and practice differently. A graph G $G$ is said to be ≼ $\preccurlyeq $‐ubiquitous, where ≼ $\preccurlyeq $ is the minor relation between graphs, if whenever Γ ${\rm{\Gamma }}$ is a graph with nG≼Γ $nG\preccurlyeq {\rm{\Gamma }}$ for all n∈N $n\in {\mathbb{N}}$, then one also has ℵ0G≼Γ ${\aleph }_{0}G\preccurlyeq {\rm{\Gamma }}$, where αG $\alpha G$ is the disjoint union of α $\alpha $ many copies of G $G$. A well‐known conjecture of Andreae is that every locally finite connected graph is ≼ $\preccurlyeq $‐ubiquitous. In this paper we give a sufficient condition on the structure of the ends of a graph G $G$ which implies that G $G$ is ≼ $\preccurlyeq $‐ubiquitous. In particular this implies that the full‐grid is ≼ $\preccurlyeq $‐ubiquitous. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Character strengths as positive attributes have been valued universally and theorized to improve the functioning of individuals and society. Considering their importance in positive psychology and the assertion of the VIA framework about the ubiquity of character strengths, the present study aimed to investigate the universality of character strengths in Pakistan. Moreover, the role of gender and age in possession of character strengths was examined. For this purpose, a sample of 497 participants (Mage = 27.41 years, SDage = 8.41) from Pakistani adults was taken. Participants provided information regarding the possession of character strengths. Results showed that character strengths were prevalent in Pakistani participants as indicated by the mean scores of all character strengths. Honesty, kindness, fairness, spirituality, and gratitude emerged as the top-ranked character strengths. Rank profile of current data strongly converged with the rank profile of the pre-existing Pakistani sample and moderately converged with the rank profile of the pre-existing US sample (McGrath, 2015). Moreover, the results showed that men scored significantly higher than women on creativity and curiosity whereas women scored significantly higher than men on honesty, gratitude, and spirituality. Lastly, the possession of five character strengths (i.e., creativity, perspective, bravery, perseverance, and gratitude) significantly differed among participants of different age groups. All the findings supported the notion of the VIA framework about the universality of character strengths across cultures as well as the specificity of ranking in a particular culture. - Abstract
The proliferation of smartphones and other mobile devices has led to numerous companies investing significant resources in developing mobile applications, in every imaginable domain. As apps proliferate, understanding the impact of app adoption on key outcomes of interest and linking this understanding to the underlying mechanisms that drive these results is imperative. In this paper, we explore the changes in user behavior induced by adoption of a mobile application, in terms of engagement and matching outcomes in the online dating context. We also identify three mechanisms that are somewhat unique to the mobile environment, but are hitherto unestablished in the literature, that drive this shift in behavior: ubiquity, impulsivity, and disinhibition. Our main identification strategy uses propensity score matching combined with difference-in-differences, coupled with a rigorous falsification test to confirm the validity of our identification strategy. Our results demonstrate that mobile app adoption induces users to become more socially engaged as measured by key engagement metrics such as visiting significantly more profiles, sending significantly more messages, and importantly, achieving more matches. We also discover various mechanisms facilitating this increased engagement: ubiquity of mobile use—users log in more, and login across a wider range of hours in the day. We find that men act more impulsively, in that they are less likely to check the profile of a user who messaged them before replying to them. This effect is not visible for women who continue to be deliberate in their checking before replying even after adoption of the mobile app. Finally, we find that both men and women exhibit disinhibition, in that users initiate actions to a more diverse set of potential partners than they did before on dimensions of race, education, and height. The convergence of the mobile phone and mobile internet presents endless opportunities for the hospitality sector. This study aims to explore knowledge about benefits and usage of four mobile marketing (MM) practices amongst the hospitality tourism marketing employees in Zimbabwe. Four MM practices: short message service (SMS), multimedia message service (MMS) location based service (LBS) and mobile social media (MSM) were examined. The objectives were to establish their benefits or reasons for use, extent of use and, level of popularity of each of these MM practices amongst these employees. A quantitative approach was adopted using a cross – sectional survey. Data was collected from 100 randomly selected respondents using a self completion structured questionnaire. Results indicated that SMS is increasingly becoming unpopular. MSM is the most popular mode of conducting mobile marketing. LBS is rapidly increasing in popularity. MMS has gradually sunk into oblivion. Ubiquity is the main reason of using MM practices. A positive association between knowledge about benefits and MM usage exists. There is a positive association between usage of MM practices and speed of tasks and achievement of work objectives. It is recommended that management should support hospitality marketing employees through acquisition of mobile technology infrastructure for increased use of MM practices in this sector.

Just as every culture is autonomous in the creation of its social values, it is likewise self-governing in the creation of customs and beliefs that define it. Some of those self-defining creeds are strongly entrenched in the use of language and communication. When an American executive places his/her feet on the desk, the message of authority and relaxation that is being sent is readily understood, while the same gesture in an Arabic country would have a totally different implication, one of disdain and insult. Such implications can be culture specific or culture ubiquitous. To better illustrate the dichotomy, it would be useful to recall Grice’s views on the efficiency of communication as being dependent on adherence to four maxims. In his portentous article ‘Logic and Conversation’ (1975), he shows that prudence and intellect empower human kind in an obliging way to successfully generate and construe messages that are sent via conversational implicatures. This paper aims to explore the fine line that balances these two facets within the realm culture and translation.

Over recent decades, digital native media have flourished as one of the most important communicative tools in the world, despite certain geographical disparities. Not only is this kind of media here to stay, but they have transitioned from being a feature of the avant-garde to occupying a central space in the digital ecosystem. Despite the diversity of models, difficulties in articulating business models that ensure sustainability, and their lack of financial muscle, native media have opened up renewed options for digital journalism in both the present and the future. By analyzing the current media landscape and a study of the main trends, carried out using a review of the published scientific literature and an analysis of cases from the last five years, this paper explores the horizons of the “new wave” of digital native media that will face the challenges of the second half of this third decade of the millennium. Of course, the future has not yet been written: digital media will have to build from the native space, observing emerging trends, modern technologies, and without giving up on providing quality digital journalism that is based in truthfulness, transparency, the involvement of users and the set of actions that serve the public interest. The phylum Pseudomonadota is amongst the most represented in the environment, with a comparatively lower prevalence in the human oral cavity. The ubiquity of Pseudomonadota and the fact that the oral cavity is the most likely entry portal of bacteria from external sources underlie the need to better understand its occurrence in the interface environment-humans. Yet, the relevance oral Pseudomonadota is largely underexplored in the scientific literature, a gap that this review aims at addressing by making, for the first time, an overview of the diversity and ecology of Pseudomonadota in the oral cavity. The screening of scientific literature and human microbiome databases unveiled 1328 reports of Pseudomonadota in the oral cavity. Most of these belonged to the classes Beta- and Gammaproteobacteria, mainly to the families Neisseriaceae, Campylobacteriaceae, and Pasteurelaceae. Others also regularly reported include genera such as Enterobacter, Klebsiella, Acinetobacter, Escherichia, Burkholderia, or Citrobacter, whose members have high potential to acquire virulence and antibiotic resistance genes. This review provides evidence that clinically relevant environmental Pseudomonadota may colonize humans via oral cavity. The need for further investigation about Pseudomonadota at the environment-oral cavity interface and their role as vectors potentially involved in virulence and antibiotic resistance transmission is demonstrated. Key points: • Neisseriaceae, Campylobacteriaceae, and Pasteurelaceae are part of the core oral microbiome • Enterobacteriaceae, Acinetobacter, or Burkholderia are frequent in the oral microbiome • Gut dysbiosis may be associated with colonization by ubiquitous oral Pseudomonadota [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

TROPOSPHERIC aerosols ,ATMOSPHERIC boundary layer ,AEROSOLS ,TROPOSPHERE ,SPRING ,ATMOSPHERIC layers - Abstract
The vertical distribution of aerosols in the lower troposphere is critically important for assessing their impact on Earth's radiation budget and modulation of cloud microphysics. This study analyzed cloud‐free aerosol extinction coefficient (βext), aerosol subtypes, and particulate depolarization ratios obtained from CALIOP (Cloud‐Aerosol Lidar with Orthogonal Polarization) over the six regions of India during 2008–2018. We investigated unprecedented climatology of the physical and optical characteristics of elevated aerosol layers (EALs) along with their source and formation mechanism. The key findings include: (a) EALs over the Indian region were persistent between 4 and 6 km during all seasons, (b) geometrical layer thickness of EALs increased up to 36.7% and 25% from the annual mean during summer and fall seasons, respectively, compared to that of spring and winter, (c) dust and polluted dust accounted for up to 50%–80% from near‐surface to 6 km and up to 80%–90% of the EALs between 4 and 6 km, respectively for all the seasons and regions, (d) we anticipated that locally confined recirculation coupled with stratified stable layer capped within turbulent layers could be a possible mechanism of formation of stratified EALs between 4 and 6 km during winter‐spring‐fall, while in summer, vertical transport of pollutants from the PBL to mid‐troposphere due to enhanced deep convection served as a key formation mechanism of the EALs, (e) the second Modern‐Era Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications Global Modeling Initiative model reasonably simulated the shape and vertical gradient of βext with significant differences in magnitude below 4 km; however, it fails to reproduce EALs for all seasons and regions during the study period. Plain Language Summary: Aerosols distributed in the troposphere can scatter and absorb solar radiation and modify the Earth's radiation budget and cloud properties. The combined effect of scattering and absorption by particles is defined as aerosol extinction coefficient, is a measure of the alteration of radiant energy as it passes through the atmosphere. The aerosol extinction coefficient was derived with the space‐borne lidar Cloud‐Aerosol Lidar with Orthogonal Polarization (CALIOP) aboard the Cloud‐Aerosol Lidar and Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observations (CALIPSO) over the Indian region during 2008–2018. The vertical profiles of aerosol extinction coefficient depicted persistent layers between 4 and 6 km over the Indian region named elevated aerosol layers (EALs). In the summer and fall seasons, the thickness of the EALs increased by 36.7% and 25% from the annual mean, respectively. Throughout the year, dust and polluted dust aerosols accounted for up to 50%–80% of the EALs composition between near‐surface and 6 km. Stratified EALs between 4 and 6 km were formed by locally confined wind recirculation coupled with stable atmospheric layers during the winter, spring, and fall seasons. In summer, the vertical transport of pollutants from the planetary boundary layer to the mid‐troposphere associated with enhanced deep convection played a crucial role in the formation of EALs. Key Points: Aerosol layers persisted between 4 and 6 km in the free troposphere during all seasons over the Indian regionElevated aerosol layers (EALs) between 4 and 6 km were formed due to confined anticyclonic circulation capped within turbulent layersSecond Modern‐Era Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications Global Modeling Initiative simulation fails to reproduce EALs for all seasons and regions during the study period [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The world is changing, and with it, the emergence of new needs demanded by a changing population makes some large-scale evolutions and/or developments urgent. One of them, a key matter for the productivity of a nation, is education. Pedagogical models have a certain impact on the labor capacity of a State, to which this sector refers as a key piece to respond to the needs of the environment, in this case labor, with respect to the demand that has been growing around training. of ICT personnel. In the article, a bibliographic review is made on the definition of U-Learning, a ubiquitous learning model that lands on a comprehensive context of generic and computational skills, which is believed to help build a more qualified job profile from the primary academy. Contextualizing in the digitalization of personal finance (e.g., mobile banking), the present research explores how financial decisions made on smartphones (vs. laptops or tablets) are more likely to be shortsighted, manifesting in being unwilling to save for retirement, referring to recent information while making financial decisions, and opting for instant but smaller rewards. We trace the effect to smartphones' affordance of ubiquity, an attribute that allows users to satisfy various needs with considerable flexibility of time and space and prompts users to seek instant gratifications. We also rule out potential alternative factors that might account for this effect, including haptic gratification, direct-touch effect, task difficulty, thinking style, concentration, and the hedonic usage of the devices by users. Furthermore, we demonstrate that prompting users to deliberate on their decisions successfully attenuates the effect. Implications for the development of interventions are discussed. According to Etienne Souriau, ontology must be grasped in light of an ontogonic perspective in which future is to be rebuilt permanently as an act. We show that “constant forms” support Souriau’s aim that ontogony must be both ubiquitous and pragmatic. Firstly, the “constant forms” support Souriau’s ubiquitous ontogony which aims to escape the reification due to the “law of localization”. Secondly, as far as they are considered as “action template”, the “constant forms” support Souriau’s pragmatic ontogony according to which “existence is an act”. Thirdly, Souriau characterizes as “constant forms” the morphems on which is based his synaptic vision (as opposed to the ontic vision) which values the dynamical role of transitions in order to create a future as an act, as it is required by the criteria of pragmatic ontogony.

Although mobile commerce (m-commerce) growth provides ample potential for retailers around the globe, several studies have shown that it has failed to attract potential customers across different countries. This study advances the literature by comparing m-commerce customers' behavioral intentions and actual behaviors using data from 812 m-commerce users across four countries (Australia, India, the United States, and Pakistan). This context offers a unique opportunity for understanding how m-commerce consumers' behaviors differ across disparate national markets. The authors propose a conceptual framework linking m-commerce users' behaviors (intentions and actual usages) to key drivers (ubiquity and habit), and they develop hypotheses about the moderating roles of m-commerce readiness and habit in these linkages. The results reveal important asymmetries between m-commerce readiness stage and between habit: users at an early m-commerce readiness stage assign more importance to ubiquity relative to habit in influencing purchase intentions, whereas the opposite is true for the users who are at an advanced stage. Habit moderates the influence of ubiquity such that its importance in determining intention decreases as the behavior in question takes a more habitual nature. The authors outline how m-retailers operating across developed and developing countries should adapt their marketing strategies to customers at different m-commerce readiness stages. From its invention to the internet age, photography has been considered universal, pervasive, and omnipresent. This anthology of essays posits how the question of when photography came to be everywhere shapes our understanding of all manner of photographic media. Whether looking at a portrait image on the polished silver surface of the daguerreotype, or a viral image on the reflective glass of the smartphone, the experience of looking at photographs and thinking with photography is inseparable from the idea of ubiquity—that is, the apparent ability to be everywhere at once. While photography’s distribution across cultures today is undeniable, the insidious logics and pervasive myths that have governed its spread demand our critical attention, now more than ever.

- Abstract
This contribution analyses cyber propaganda, with a particular emphasis on its implications for public and individual cognition. Using case studies from the world of disinformation, and social media manipulation, it illustrates how emotional triggers and cognitive biases are used to sway us. The paper examines the impact of cyber propaganda on belief, behavior attitudes and trust returning to societal fragmentation and democratic decline. And how echo chambers and filter bubbles preserve-biased opinions which widen the gap. The study emphasizes the need for a better understanding of fake news by facilitating critical thinking and media literacy. These are critical skills for an engaged, skilled and permanent population. The paper also argues for quality education, research and social harmony. It points toward the emerging role of cyber propaganda in information warfare, using a methodical analysis. Constructivism theory best explains this subject. The best theory to explain this subject is the Constructivism theory.

- Abstract
For centuries, oral and written languages, as well as physical presence, have been the modes of imparting knowledge. In the present day, mobile devices—such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones—with their myriad expressions, allow for the reconfiguration of classroom dimensions and teaching methods. Discussions about pedagogical knowledge associated with the realities of various virtual reading and writing possibilities have expanded, especially considering the ubiquity as a phenomenon of cyberculture. This essay adopts bibliographic research as its methodological approach to analyze the digital multiliteracy skills required of educators, influenced by these ubiquitous digital technologies. Notably, the integration of digital technologies into the educational sphere continues to deepen, leading teachers’ digital multiliteracies to be increasingly focused on the intricacies of the network, including critical perspectives on messages and their languages. It is evident that there are significant connections between the acquisition of digital multiliteracies and teacher's understanding of multimedia codes, expressed through interactive, integrative, and original online practices., Por séculos, as linguagens oral e escrita, como também o comparecimento físico alcançaram as modalidades de levar o conhecimento.

- Abstract
Current educational communication practices are characterised by the use of digital media, both in faceto-face classes and in distance programmes. The constant technological innovations challenge the educational-communicative processes and contents, which is why it is necessary to renew their analysis from a multidisciplinary perspective. This article carries out a critical documentary discussion based on the Mexican case and seeks to identify and understand these processes, focusing on the axes of change that digitalisation imposes on current educational communication. In this sense, the education of the present, post-pandemic, has unique characteristics: it is digital, ubiquitous and transmedia, as well as being conditioned by a new spatio-temporal dimension and the availability of an unlimited volume of information. In these circumstances, creating and evaluating legitimised and credible knowledge presents a series of challenges that encompasses both communicative and pedagogical dynamics, skills gaps and technological connectivity, as well as the revision of public policies on the issue. Only by identifying these challenges and an analytical approach that listens to the voice of the educational protagonists (teachers, students and institutions) will be possible to nurture policies that act accordingly, as well as to propose new methodological strategies for teaching, research and dissemination of knowledge., As práticas de comunicação educacional caracterizamse pela utilização de mediações digitais, tanto nas aulas presenciais quanto nos programas a distância. BORDERLINE personality disorder , *REFLEXIVITY - Abstract
Most articles and theories about borderline personality disorder (BPD), either in the psychoanalytical field or the cognitivist one, explicitly or implicitly inscribe themselves in a topographical framework that either carry a fundamental representational a priori or give prominence to causal explanations. Less is written about the phenomenological everyday life-world of borderline people. This article aims to contribute to the description of such a world. Drawing upon clinical sequences that give prominence to the first-person perspective, we will analyse the experience of some typical "symptoms" of BPD in a phenomenological and topological way. We will be led to conclude that the borderline stimmung seems to display the following characteristics: a pervading immediacy of lived experience, a territorialization that tends towards ubiquity, a certain difficulty to deal with the unity and difference poles, a quite horizontal concern with ecstasy and elation, and a waning of reflexivity in the lived space.
