Interactive learning Media encouraged to be able to hand in hand with the rapid industrial revolution 4.0 in Indonesia, especially in the world of education in the learning process. There are two research objectives in this article, (1) analyze the feasibility of interactive media in mathematics learning in Junior High School and (2) examine the impact of interactive media on the improvement of students ' mathematics learning outcomes. The type of this research is Research and Development (R & D). This article uses a qualitative research model. Techniques in collecting data using questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. The analysis technique uses constant comparison and the N-Gain test. The results of the research are (1) Interactive Media that are developed feasible to use in learning mathematics. The results of the feasibility assessment from material experts obtained an average score of 4,218, with a very valid level, the acquisition of assessment results from media experts get an average score of 3,944 with a valid level, the acquisition of assessment results from learning practitioners obtained an average score of 4,605 with a very valid level and the results of the assessment responses from students obtained an average score of 4,392 with a very feasible level. (2) The interactive media that has been developed has an impact on the improvement of students ' mathematics learning outcomes with the value of the test N-Gain of 0.78 which is included in the very effective category.
