Relevance. Currently, greenhouse complexes use water for irrigation from open surface sources (ponds, lakes, rivers) and underground water from wells, adding a return (drainage) solution to it. At the same time, water from both open sources and drainage solution often becomes a source of emergence and spread of phytopathogenic infection in greenhouses, which brings economically significant crop losses. In this regard, the need to develop guaranteed methods and methods for the disinfection of drainage water and water from open sources is relevant. One of the methods of water disinfection is the use of ultraviolet irradiation, but for the effective use of irradiation, it is necessary to ensure the minimum effective UV dose. This UV dose is typical for each pathogen.Results. Work was carried out to experimentally establish doses of UV irradiation that allow complete inactivation of vegetative cells and spores of bacteria and fungi (Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Pythium debaryanum, Fusarium oxysporum, Verticillium dahliae, Phoma destructiva) in a solution prepared on the basis of distilled water. A dose of UV irradiation of 40 mJ/cm2 ensured complete inactivation of the bacterial pathogen, and a dose of 60 mJ/cm2 showed complete inactivation of the pathogens of the studied fungal infections.

The paper substantiates the need of creation an information decision support system in the development of systems for protecting informatization objects. Analyzes of existing systems in various fields of activity, the requirements for the functionality of the system in relation to the field of information protection, methods for developing models of functioning of protected information systems in a destructive environment impact on the basis of Bayesian networks are considered. The paper gives a description of a typical module functioning of this model. The structures of probabilistic models of the relationship of vulnerabilities, information security threats, methods and scenarios for their implementation, the formation of measures to protect informatization objects, the formation and assessment of the risks of incidents and their damage are considered. Clusters of typical information security events, methodological apparatus for calculating the joint distribution of the probabilities of protective and destructive events are determined. Finally, typical chains of interconnections of such events are identified. Mathematical apparatus for calculating their probabilities, a verbal description of the patterns of their mutual influence, and a method for converting quantitative probabilistic values of informatization object security indicators into qualitative ones are presented, and the results of the study are summarized.

Meibomitis (M) is an inflammation of the meibomian gland (MG) with the involvement of the surrounding tissue. One of the causes of M is an obstructed outflow of fat secretion, complicated by an accompanying infection. The authors propose a new algorithm for the treatment of M (complex conservative therapy, probing of the meibomian gland with an eyelash, and dissection) and offer a classification of meibomitis, which provides a better understanding of the various forms and stages of the disease. Practical application of the proposed treatment algorithm and the classification of M are illustrated by four clinical cases, which reveal the possible causes of M, unusual forms of its manifestation, and open new possibilities of eyelash probing of the meibomian gland.

Purpose. To develop a classification of meibomitis accounting for the diverse course and stages of progression and offer guidelines for treatment based on the algorithm proposed.Materials and methods. We observed 56 patients aged 4 to 68 (average age 33 years), of which 42 patients (75 %) were followed up for periods from 3 to 60 days. The patients received basic complex conservative treatment, probing the meibomian gland with an eyelash during the acute inflammation and microabscess stage, in the presence of the chalazion with and without inflammation manifestations, and underwent drainage of the microabscess or the chalazion according to the classification.Results. The proposed algorithm reduced the duration of meibomitis treatment. Relapses were only noted in 2 cases; one case was complicated by corneal erosion caused by hardened oil. No complications associated with the treatment have been noted and nobody was prescribed surgical removal of the chalazion.Conclusion. A meibomitis classification with effective combined treatment has been proposed, which is convenient for practitioners, cost-effective and not requiring special instruments or materials.

In the continuation of the paper on a funeral rites of the Ostriv graveyard the features of burials without grave goods, burials in coffins fastened with nails, burials with buckets and the accompanying items of male burials are considered. Burials without grave goods, as well as burials in dominiums fastened with nails and burials in which buckets were placed, can be interpreted with great care as an indicator of the worldview of a community that was at a certain stage of Christianization. Regardless of Christian ideas about the equality of everyone in the afterlife, there was no imperative prohibition on burial with objects. After Christianization, individual objects took on new functions and became a part of the so-called Arma Cristi (instrument of the Lord’s Passion — tools for fight against Satan) and already in this capacity are used in the funeral rite. Male burial assemblages in general have much less ethnic indicators than female ones. Rather, their grave goods point not to a specific ethnic group but to a specific macro region of the origin of tradition — Scando-Baltic and Northern Rus as well as to a social focus on military subculture. This is evidenced by the presence of weapons, certain types of fibulae, details of the belt set, which have a lot of parallels just in the North of Europe and sharply dissonant with the antiquities of Southern Rus. The presence of weapons was typical for male burial assemblages of the Ostriv graveyard. The main type of weapon the battle axes can be considered of so-called IV type according to A. Kirpichnikov, most of which were placed near the right knee with the handle up but other weapons were also discovered — axes of type III according to A Kirpichnikov and type M according to Y. Peterson and lancet-shaped spear-heads. In the burials the elements of a belt set — buckles and portupey rings — were found. At the same time the absence of other details of the men’s belt set, first of all, the applique plates for status belts which have been worn according to the Orient tradition and became widespread in the Eastern and Northern Europe during the Viking Age draws attention. It is notable that living on the border with the steppe led to the appearance in the burial practice of certain objects inherent in the material culture of nomads, first of all, primarily the single mouth-piece bit.

The article discusses the possibility of more efficient use of solar collectors and use in heat supply systems in the Siberian region. The symbiosis of storage and accumulation of solar energy is considered. The development of Novosibirsk scientists on methods of accumulating solar energy was studied, air and water solar collectors were manufactured, tested. It is concluded that collectors can be used to maintain plus energy indoor temperatures, use to heat water; the use of solar collectors may reduce heating costs, which will not be taxed on CO; the use of solar collectors can also significantly reduce the use of natural resources and, as a result, reduce the environmental burden on the environment. Practical significance: the results of the study can be used both in real everyday situations and in physics lessons when studying the transformation of energy and solving practical problems.

In recent years, the ability to determine the nature of thyroid nodules has been signifi cantly improved both through the improvement of traditional methods, such as ultrasound examination (ultrasound) and fi ne needle aspiration biopsy (TAB), and through the creation of fundamentally new approaches. Th e review contains the most relevant achievements of recent years. Th e literature search was carried out in the bibliographic base of the Russian Science Citation Index for the words «node», «thyroid gland», «diagnosis», «cancer» on the site «https://www.elibrary.ru», as well as in the database of medical and Biological publications of the US National Center for Biotechnology Information on «nodule», «thyroid», «diagnostics», «cancer» at https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov. Th e analysis of sources for the last 5 years has been carried out.

Industrial technology has been developed for the semi-continuous casting of large-sized ingots from deformable aluminum alloys through the use of complex modeling, including computer modeling and physical modeling. The ProCAST and ANSYS software packages equipped with the FLUENT module were used for computer modeling. The physical modeling was carried out on a laboratory semi-continuous casting unit (SCCU), which represents a tenfold reduced physical model of an industrial casting unit for the vertical semi-continuous casting of ingots from aluminum alloys. An aluminum-magnesium alloy with the addition of 0.05% (wt.) of scandium was used as the object of modeling. The results of computer modeling were tested at the SCCU, and then computer modeling was carried out for casting a large ingot. According to the modes obtained in the simulation, an ingot with a section of 1310×560 mm was cast under industrial conditions, which had a good surface quality with the absence of casting defects. In the microstructure of an industrial ingot and an ingot cast on the SCCU, there were no primary intermetallic compounds Al3(Sc, Zr), which makes it possible to strengthen the alloy upon annealing. To check the manufacturability during rolling, billets with a size of 40×120×170 mm were cut from these ingots, which were hot-rolled to a thickness of 5 mm, and then cold rolled to a thickness of 1 mm. The rolling results revealed good workability of the alloy, which was reflected in the high quality of the surface and the absence of cracks at the edges of the rolled stock. The mechanical properties of sheets obtained from both ingots were at the same level, which proves the reliability of casting modes for ingots obtained by complex modeling and the validity of their use for industrial conditions of the semi-continuous casting of large ingots from aluminum alloys.

Progress in understanding of structural and functional human genome organization and deciphering primary DNA sequence in human cells allowed for hitherto unreachable new capabilities of medical genetics in identifying the causes and mechanisms of inherited and inborn pathology. Implementation of genetics into medicine is progressively advancing along with improvement of molecular analysis of genome. Knowledge of genome and its functions allows to provide more accurate diagnosis, predict, to a considerable extent, the presence of genetic predisposition of a person to pathology, and to assess the chances for developing one or another disease. This approach became the basis for a new area of medical genetics named predictive medicine. The progress of predictive medicine refl ects success in tremendous upgrowth of molecular genetic methods and new capabilities of studying structure and functions of genome. Within less than 15 years after deciphering genome, medical genetics has travelled a long way from a single gene analysis to whole genome studies, from screening of genetic associations to systems genetics of multifactorial diseases, from translational to high-precision genetics, and from genetic passport idea to electronic genetic health records. The development of a genetic passport, prognostic genetic testing, and genomic chart of reproductive health is especially relevant for current practical medicine.

Low-intensive laser therapy was carried out on 550 women aged 18 to 33 with syndrome of polysystemic disorders at chronic genital inflammations.Efficiency of frequency movement (301 patients) and stable regime (249 patients) of endovaginal low-intensive laser therapy has been studied by means of complex clinical, functional, instrumental, and laboratory examinations. Movement regime of laser application proved to stimulate sexual visceral reactions improving the state of female organism in case of syndrome of polysystemic disorders. Normalization of the sexualfunction as a result of movement regime in endovaginal laser therapy can be considered as pathogenic influence directed on normalizing and supporting physiological nervous-reflex connections of genital organs with other organs and systems of womens organisms.

By means of the method of polimerase chain reaction the frequency of blank allele of genes GSTP1, GSTM1, and the frequency of polymorphous alleles of gene GSTP1 in 40 pairs with habitual noncarrying of pregnancy at early stages were studied. The results of the investigation testify to the high rate of gomozygotes GSTT1 0/0 in pairs with habitual noncarrying of pregnancy in comparison with indices in general population of North-West region of Russia (37,7% and 23,3% correspondingly). The genes GSTM1, GSTT1, GSTP1 code enzymes, which take part in the second phase of xenobiotic detoxication system. Taking into consideration that protein products of these genes to significant extent determine the effectiveness of 2nd phase of detoxication (neutralization of xenobiotics by glutathione binding), we are to suppose that unfavorable environmental factorsplay the important role in etiology and genesis of habitual noncarrying of pregnancy at early stages.

The article considers capabilities of using Cyrillic blocks of the Unicode Standard for the purpose of creating transcriptions, which would represent graphics of medieval Slavonic manuscripts. In addition, much attention is given to the fact that the Unicode Standard provides variants of Cyrillic letters, which means that one can accurately enough record graphic features of manuscripts. However, some variants of certain letters are still missing, and that is why there exists a need to use additional agreements of character encoding, which code points are placed in special blocks and Private Use Areas and not in standard ranges of Unicode. The Manuscript - a historical corpus - is the example of a big machine-readable collection of medieval Slavonic manuscripts. It was created on the base of Oracle DBMS with the use of a specialized system of codes and fonts. Transference of the corpus to other technological platforms or usage of external software (including separate texts, parts of corpora, selections) for analysis of linguistic data would be possible only after downloaded files are recoded to the Unicode Standard. A comparative analysis of the character blocks used in the corpus and in the current version 14.0 of the Unicode Standard leads to the conclusion that recoding either results in losses of graphic features or requires usage of a supplementary set of varying characters with code points of Private Use Areas. Instances when there are two or more characters of the Unicode Standard that correspond to one recoded character of the Manuscript are analyzed. It is also stated that numerous ligatures and certain singular graphemes are missing in the standard blocks and in the blocks of Private Use Areas.

Stabilization of residual point defects at the finishing stages of noise diodes can be ensured by the selection of appropriate ignition modes and the environment of its conduct. The method and technology of reducing the concentration of point defects in the structure of p-n-transition, taking into account the content of impurities of secondary metals, oxygen and nitrogen is proposed. It has been established that the burning of readymade structures and diodes of noise generators in nitrogen environments at temperatures of 450…600 °С for (80 ± 3) min leads to an increase in spectral noise density and a significant (twice) reduction of its unevenness. The most important result of this burn is a reduction in the spread of the average values of the noise parameters studied: by 61.2 % in effective noise voltage; spectral density by 34.2 %; at the boundary frequency of the signal by 34.9 %; in non-linear density by 25.9 %. This improves the quality of random numerical sequences in information protection software systems.

vThe possibilities and methods of creating a stable defective structure, including dislocation structure near the zones of p–n-transitions of silicon diodes of noise generators on plates with crystallographic orientations (111) and (001) have been investigated. The effective distribution control of uncontrolled impurities in monocrystalline silicon is achieved by forming a stable dislocation structure in its volume. In order to obtain the reproducible characteristics of noise generator diodes, it is necessary that the dislocation density be homogeneous throughout the plate area. Since the density of dislocations is slightly lower at the edge of the dislocation trail than in the middle, this means that the dislocation traces formed by the adjacent melting zones with the help of a laser beam should overlap. On the basis of experimental studies, it has been established that the necessary degree of uniformity of the density of defects generated is achieved by compliance with the condition of a = (1.5–5.0)d, where a is a step, d is a width of the laser spot on the wafer. The melting process was carried out in a nitrogen environment using a laser hettering unit. The real width of the melting zone turns out to be slightly larger than the diameter of the laser spot due to the thermal conductivity of the silicon and is about 10 μm. Increased dislocation generation on the Si3N4 inclusions, as opposed to dislocations on the Si–SiO2 border, leads to an additional expansion of the dislocation track at the work surface of the plate of noise diodes. The presence of the stable dislocation structure, as well as the presence of impurities and secondary metal atoms in the noise diodes ND 103L structure are confirmed by the secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) method. The results of the study have been tested at Corporation “INTEGRAL” (Belarus) and can be used in the manufacture of silicon noise diodes.

A linguistic analysis of 29 texts of the 13th century manuscript (the Tolstoy miscellany, RNL, F.p.I. 39), containing the original works of the ancient Russian author Kirill Turovsky and translations of the texts of Cyril of Jerusalem, John Chrysostom and unknown authors is presented. The objectives of the work are a) verification of the conclusions about the authorship of three anonymous texts of the manuscript attributed to Kirill Turovsky, made in the course of their previous analysis using traditional linguistic methods and correlation methods of statistics, and also b) establishing the possibility of using statistical methods to compare small texts. To measure the distance between the texts, the Delta method and its modification the Cosine-Delta were used, a different number of the most frequent words (from 50 to 250) of each of the texts were used. The data were extracted from the electronic edition of the Tolstoy miscellany. Calculations and construction of dendrograms were carried out using the Stylo package. Dendrogram analysis confirmed the findings of other studies: the three anonymous texts - Parable of Wisdom, Sermon on Pentecost and Sermon on the 5th Sunday after Easter - do not belong to Kirill Turovsky. The dependence of the grouping of texts on the size of the texts and applied methods was found. It was found that the cosine-Delta method, in contrast to the classical Delta, turns out to be insensitive to differences in the size of texts. In addition, an increase in the number of the most frequent words when using cosine-delta allows one to find a correlation between groupings of texts and their discursive and lexico-syntactic affinity.

In 2017—2018 researchers of Architectural and Archaeological Expedition (Institute of Archaeology of Ukraine) conducted investigations in the Ostriv village Rokytne district Kyiv region. As a result, 53 inhumation burials of the graveyard unique for Southern Rus were investigated. Analysis of the burial equipment allowed us to date the graveyard to the end 10th — 11th c. Funeral rite detected in the graveyard differs considerably from usual Kyivan Rus burials of this period. Vast majority of burials were oriented to the north with small season deviations. There were individual burials oriented to the south and to the west. Most were buried lying on their back with outstretched limbs in variety of wooden structures (coffins). Remains of a stone structure have been discovered. It can be reconstructed as the remains of an altar. Remains of funeral food were found in burials, among them chicken bones, eggshells, buckets for liquids and powders. The graveyard is characterized by wide range distinctive accompanying equipment, not typical to synchronous Kyivan Rus graveyards, but close to funeral rite of people living in the southern-east coast of Baltic sea, basically the Western Baltic tribes of Curonians, Prussians, Scalvians. It should be noted that the funeral tradition recorded on the Ostriv graveyard does not fit directly into the synchronous antiquities of Eastern Europe. It has no direct analogies among the Baltic sites known today either. This looks a bit odd, as the grave goods discovered at Ostriv cemetery have direct analogies in the Western Balts monuments. The absence of cremation burials typical to the Western Balts is still under the question here. This situation can reflect the restrictions of Kyiv princely Christian administra-tion. Possibly Ostriv cemetery illustrates Primary chronicle reports on state activity of first Kyiv dukes, particularly Volodymyr the Great and Yaroslav the Wise, who straightened and pushed further the southern borders of Kyiv Rus.
