The article discusses the geological structure of the Kumak gold ore deposit, confined to the Early Carboniferous Anikhov graben of the East Ural uplift. It is composed of sericite-quartz-carbon and quartz-carbon-tourmaline schists of the Bredy Formation (C1bd). Black shale deposits are carbonaceous type and belong to terrigenous-carbonaceous and silicon-carbonaceous formations. Among the main minerals in shales are noted: quartz, sericite, carbonates, sulfides, tourmaline and carbonaceous matter. The field is characterized by a wide variety of gold ore mineralization. Rich ore zones are noted at the intersection of the East Anikhov faults oriented in the north–south direction and the branching tensile fractures in the north-north-east and north-west directions. In the ore mineral association prevailing here, finely dispersed gold is associated with small crystals of pyrite, arsenopyrite and concentrates nearby abundant tourmaline areas. The fine intergrowth of tourmaline and gold indicates the synchronism of their formation and allows us to distinguish a quartz-tourmaline gold ore formation within the Kumak deposit, comparable with a number of objects in East Transbaikal and Tuva. The most probable source of tourmaline mineralization in sericite-quartz-carbon schists could be metamorphically transformed boron-containing marine sediments saturated with clay particles and Corg. The microprobe study of gold grains taken from carbonaceous shales and weathering crusts made it possible to attribute them to the high-grade (919–1000) type, which is the leading one in the gold ore mineralization of the considered deposit. It is established that in the zone of hypergenesis, gold grains are not homogeneous. Here, secondary redeposition of gold takes place in the form of small spongy high-grade aggregates, as well as the formation of a rim on some grains with clear signs of refinement and purification from impurity elements. The positive aspects of logistics technologies in health care institutions are the following: the ability to influence the strategy and tactics of health care institutions, the formation of new competitive market advantages in this market segment. The use of logistics methods and technologies optimizes the processes of information input on the amount of resources consumed, its receipt and transmission of information, thus improving the quality of medical care. The main idea of the logistics process is to create a certain result from the resources available in medical institutions. It should be noted that today companies in various sectors of the economy are interested in the transition to logistics management. The advantage of the logistical approach in health care is the ability to influence the strategy and tactics of the medical organization, to create new competitive advantages in the market of medical services. The use of logistics accelerates the process of obtaining and transmitting information about the necessary resources as a result, improving the quality of medical services. In this way, logistics coordinates the resource provision of the health care organization as a whole. Conclusion. Implementation and use of the world best practices of the logistics concept "just in time" to optimize the needs and time of supply of medical devices of each structural unit of the medical institution will ensure continuity of processes in the health care facility as medical supplies and property arrive on time, and , at the same time do not accumulate in warehouses unclaimed (which, in turn, reduces the turnover of working capital and as a result negatively affects the financial stability of the organization), which contributes to the rapid restructuring of the supply system to the needs of health care

Genetic diversity of SARS-CoV-2 isolates circulating in the Republic of Guinea in May and June 2020, as well as in March 2021, has been demonstrated using fragment (S gene) and whole genome sequencing of 14 strains. Analysis of nucleotide sequences and phylogenetic constructs make it possible to divide the studied strains into 3 groups. Comparison of the obtained data with the already available epidemiological data proves the initial importation of COVID-19 from Western European countries, and also demonstrates four independent import routes in two time periods (March 2020 and no later than March 2021).

The work considers a promising object—the Kommercheskoye deposit in the black shales of the Kumak ore field. The main ore-bearing structures are two meridional zones of the East Anikhov faults, into which quartz veins penetrate and where fracture metamorphism, metasomatism, and mineralization are intensely manifested. Significant concentrations of gold are confined to intercalation bundles of metamorphosed primary terrigenous and clay rocks, which are now transformed into a diverse composition of micaceous-quartz and quartz-micaceous chlorinated schists. The prevailing importance among them is occupied by the most favorable for mineralization carbonaceous micaceous carbonate-quartz siltstone shales, and shields for ore-bearing solutions are clays and limestones. More gold concentrations are expected at deeper horizons of the Kommercheskoye deposit, less susceptible to weathering.

Ore-controlling faults and magmatism manifestations are considered in the paper, which reflect the features of the conditions for the formation of gold mineralization in rift structures. It is noted that the mesh of mineralized cracks of the Kumak deposit was formed as a result of many tectonic impulses manifested at different orientation of the deformation plane. With the divergent tectonics structures and formation of the diagonal shifts-spreads on the cleavage background favorable conditions for the penetration of hydrothermal solutions and deposition of gold mineralization in area of Kumak deposit were created.

The light collection of extruded scintillation strip samples with the help of WLS fibers placed in a longitudinal hole inside of the plates has been measured. The holes are filled with various liquid fillers. Measurements are performed under irradiation by cosmic muons. A method for pumping a liquid filler with a viscosity of more than 10 Pa s into the strip hole with a WLS fiber inside is devised and successfully tested.

The efficiency of using in a lithium battery transition metal sulfides electroplated on a metal support strongly depends on the kind and relief of the support. To make the nickel support rougher for enhancing the adhesion of sulfides, it was electroplated with a nickel–carbon composite, NiC. The discharge capacity and the efficiency of cycling of iron and cobalt sulfides electroplated with a NiC sublayer were higher than in the case when the sulfides were electroplated on a smooth nickel support without composite coating.

Detectors based on polystyrene scintillator strips with WLS fiber readout are widely used to register charged particles in many high-energy physics experiments. The fibers are placed into grooves or holes along the strip. The detection efficiency of these devices can be significantly increased by improving the optical contact between the scintillator and the fiber by adding an optical filler into the groove/hole. This work is devoted to the study of the light yield of a 5-m-long scintillator strip with a 1.2-mm-diameter Kuraray Y11(200)~MC WLS fiber inserted into the strip's co-extruded hole filled with synthetic silicon resin SKTN-MED(E). The light yield was studied using cosmic muons and a $^{60}$Co radioactive source. Radiation hardness study of viscous fillers and short strip samples were performed on the IBR-2 pulsed research reactor of fast neutrons at JINR., minor changes - authors sequence, added annotation on figure 9(b)

Electrolytic Co, Ni-bimetalsulfide composites with hydrophilizated multiwall carbon nanotubes (Co, Ni-S, C) appear to be more promising electrode materials in the redox reaction with lithium than the composites of the transition metal sulfides with graphites. The discharge capacity of Co, Ni-S, C-composites in the prototype lithium accumulator (550–725 mA h/g) exceeds the theoretic discharge capacity of graphite (372 mA h/g) used in commercial lithium-ion batteries.

Changes in parameters of complex-plane plots are analyzed for electrolytic MexSy electrodes (Me = Fe, Co, Ni) and their graphitized analogs contacting electrolyte (ethylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate, 1 M LiClO4) in the case of degradation in a layout lithium battery at cycle 15. Impedance measurements in the high- and medium-frequency region of complex-plane plots revealed the key role of the surface solid-phase film and also of resistance of charge transfer through the sulfide material/electrolyte interface in degradation of MexSy electrodes under cycling in the potential range of 2.80−0.02 V vs. Li/Li+. The activation energy is determined for processes of charge transfer through the electrode/electrolyte interface.

Electrolytic composites of iron sulfides FeS and Fe3S4 with natural graphites of GAK and EUZ-3 brands and Chinese graphite were synthesized in thin layers and studied in a prototype lithium battery.

Установлено, що для утилізації продуктів піролітичної деградації відходів можуть бути застосовані мікроорганізми. Вивчено вплив унесення мікроелементів у мікродозах на здатність виділених ґрунтових культур мікроорганізмів рости на бідних живильних середовищах, які моделюють співвідношення кінцевих продуктів піролізу. Показано позитивний вплив унесення MnCl 2 , K 2 HPO 4 , NH 4 NО 3 , а також комплексу мікроелементів на здатність виділених мікроорганізмів накопичувати біомасу та асимілювати субстрат. Серед двох виділених і досліджених ґрунтових культур найпер­спек­тивнішими є мікроорганізми роду Bacillus .

Thin-layer electrolytic iron sulfides synthesized on stainless steel substrates were studied in prototype lithium and lithium-ion batteries with an electrolyte composed of ethylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate, and 1 M LiClO4. A two-volt lithium-ion system with electrolytic iron sulfide and LiCoO2 as negative and positive electrodes, respectively, was suggested. The discharge capacity of the prototype system is 350–400 mA h g−1 Fe sulfide.

New scintillation counters have been designed and constructed for upgrading the CDF detector at Fermilab Tevatron. A novel light collection technique using wavelength shifting fibers, together with a high-quality polystyrene-based scintillator UPS 923A, has resulted in compact counters with good and stable light collection efficiency over their lengths extending up to 320 cm. The design, construction, and performance of the counters are presented. Properties of the fibers and the scintillator, such as light output, light attenuation, decay time, and long-term stability, are investigated. It is found that the polystyrene-based scintillator, unlike the polyvinyltoluene-based one, has properties more adequate for long-term experiments.

We considered the use of strong uniaxial deformation of crystals n-Si, p-Si n-Ge p-Ge for the determination of fundamental parameters of the semiconductors and the parameters defining the transport phenomena in these crystals. It is known that the method of weak uniaxial strain, which characterizes the piezoresistance of semiconductors, has a fairly significant limitations in terms of its wide spread use for determining the mechanisms of the effect, as well as to determine the parameters of these crystals.

The change in electron mobility of n-Si with increasing the temperature which may be due to the inclusion of gLOphonon energy of 720 K, is presented. Under orientation of the uniaxial pressure X//[110]//J, g-transitions are attached in the directions [100] and [010]. The f-transitions are not completely removed from valleys located in the plane (100). In this case, there is no change in the slope of the dependence logρ vs. logT for the temperature range 77 to 450 K. So, no appreciable contribution of g-transitions to intervalley scattering occurs, while the observed is the decisive role of f-transitions to intervalley scattering. The results of measuring of the tensoresistivity effect for n-Si crystals under X//[001]//J are presented at these temperatures too.

The essential increase of the activation energies of the both e 2 -conductivity and e 1 -conductivity in uniaxially strained highly-doped monocrystalline n-Ge(Sb) was found in the pressure range 0-2.5 GPa and at temperature 4.2-70 K. A remarkable increase of the known value of the metal-insulator (MI) transition critical concentration of antimony dopant in germanium was obtained and explained by the electron effective mass increase because of appreciable strain-induced energy bands transformation.

Transport phenomena are studied in uniaxially strained transmutation doped γ-irradiated n-Si(P) crystals. It is shown that thermal annealing of the transmutation doped Si results in the generation of different types of thermodonors. Tensoresistivity mechanisms in highly strained transmutation doped silicon are identified as well.

The analysis of experimental data on the pressure and temperature dependences of conductivity, the current-voltage characteristics (IVC), and the pressure dependence of the activation energy in n-Si and n-Ge crystals in the region of strain-induced metal-insulator transition (MIT) is presented. A remarkable change of the effective mass of carriers in semiconductors caused by strain-induced transformation of the energy band structure is the main necessary condition for realization of this kind of metal-nonmetal transition.

The nonlinear behavior of the electron effective mass in degenerately doped n-Si(P) under high uniaxial pressure X∥[111] was observed in the range of the strain-induced transition from metallic- to activation-type conductivity. The relative contribution of the quadratic term in the effective mass vs. pressure dependence increases with doping. For just metallic crystals of n-Si(P) the electron effective mass increase is described by only a single quadratic term.

Uniaxially strained channels occur in silicon p-MOS transistors and n-MOS transistors (IEDM Tech. Dig., pp. 61-64 (2002) and pp. 978-980 (2003) [1, 2]). Both longitudinal piezoresistance (PR) and transverse PR investigation in highly uniaxially strained p-Si(B) and n-Si(P) are presented. It is shown that the strong anisotropy of longitudinal PR and transverse PR are caused by the pressure-induced change of isoenergetic surface shape, i.e. by the change of heavy-hole effective mass and its anisotropy. In n-Si the change of the longitudinal PR and transverse PR at X∥ [100] is determined by both the change of the f-transition probability with increasing pressure and the redistribution of electrons between the valleys with the effective mass m il (longitudinal PR) and m⊥ (transverse PR).

Strain-induced metal-insulator (MI) transitions have been observed in degenerately doped Si:Sb and Ge:Sb crystals at T = 4.2 K and for extremely high uniaxial pressures up to 5 GPa. It is shown that in both Si and Ge the transition from a metallic-type to an activated conductivity is determined by strain-induced changes of the conduction band parameters. The data obtained demonstrate that the effective mass donor approach and the scaling theory of localization describe well the MI transition phenomenona observed.

We present the analysis of the results of strain-induced transport phenomena in n -Si and n -Ge crystals. The advantages of the high uniaxial strain, as compared to the low strain, method are demonstrated. The mechanisms of the strain-induced phenomena correlate with the corresponding band structure transformation. Considerable differences in the position and shape of the stress dependence of the breakdown field for the impurities Sb, P and As in Ge are explained.

We present the tensoresistivity effects which demonstrate the pressure‐induced increase of the mobility of electrons and holes at certain orientations of uniaxial pressure X with reference to the [100] crystallographic axis. The uniaxially strained channels occur in silicon n‐MOS‐transistors and p‐MOS transistors [1, 2]. Both longitudinal tensoresistivity (TR) and transverse TR investigation in high uniaxially strained n‐Si(P) and p‐Si(B) are presented.. Impact ionization of electron localized states on the insulating side of a strain-induced metal-insulator transition in Si:P and Ge:Sb crystals was investigated for donor concentrations appreciably exceeding the critical concentration for a transition caused by variations in the impurity concentration. Dependences of the activation energy and impact-ionization field on uniaxial stress were derived. Transitions from metallic-type conductivity to ɛ2-conductivity in the region of high uniaxial pressures are analyzed on the basis of the transformation of the conduction band energy spectrum along a certain direction of the deformation axis in silicon and germanium crystals.

The peculiarities of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antioxidant defence of Leghorn hens in ontogenesis were studied. The action of stibyl biogeneous preparation in complex with dymethylsulfoxide and distinol synthetic preparation on hen organism antioxidant defence parameters were estimated. The results show that the antioxidant preparations don't render any effect on CAT and GPX activities, meanwhile SOD activity declines under antioxidant influence in the first period of feeding (7-35 days) but increases in the repeated administration admixtures (98-126 days) in comparison with the control group. Administration of antioxidants with fodder is accompanied by increasing the carotinoids, vitamins A and E content and mM levels decrease in hepatic tissue.
