Introduction. One of the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases is the toxic metal pollution of the industrial area and the environment. Lead is the most critical of toxic metals. In industrial conditions, the body’s exposure to harmful substances is often combined with muscular work of varying severity. It has not been studied enough how these combinations influence the development of pathological processes associated with harmful exposure. Materials and methods. The subchronic experiment was carried out on white outbred male rats for six weeks. Intoxication was simulated by repeated intraperitoneal injections of lead acetate three times a week. Running was chosen to model the muscle exercise at a 25 m/min speed for 10 minutes 5 days a week. We performed biochemical and electrocardiographic studies. Blood pressure parameters were recorded. Muscle contractility was studied on isolated multicellular preparations of the right ventricular myocardium in isometric and physiological contraction modes. The ratio of myosin heavy chains was determined by the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The sliding velocity of reconstituted thin filaments on myosin using an in vitro motility assay. Results. Physical exercise under lead intoxication normalized the level of calcium and the angiotensin-converting enzyme activity in the blood serum, the voltage of the isoelectric line and the amplitude of the T wave on the electrocardiogram. The combined action of lead and physical exercise showed an increase in the creatinine kinase-MB level. We found that the effect of exercise under lead intoxication on myocardial contractility was ambiguous. The maximum isotonic shortening velocity in trabeculae was normalized, but the maximum rate of strength development in the isometric mode in the papillary muscles decreased to a greater extent than under lead intoxication. The maximum sliding velocity of reconstituted thin filaments and myosin and the heavy chain ratio was partly normalized. Conclusion. In general, muscle exercise attenuated the lead cardiotoxic effects.

Purpose Analyze the various methods for determining the monitor doses in neutron therapy using the U-120 cyclotron and to choose the monitoring method that provides the highest accuracy in dose delivery to the tumor. Material and methods The distributions of the absorbed dose of the therapeutic beam from the U-120 cyclotron were measured in a tissue-equivalent medium using the differential method, in which two ionization chambers with different sensitivity to neutron radiation were used. A comparison of radiation effects on tissues using various techniques of determining the monitor doses was made. The linear-quadratic model was used to assess responses to ionizing radiation. Results Dosimetry studies revealed that the therapeutic beam of the U-120 cyclotron contains concomitant gamma radiation, the contribution of which to the total neutron-photon dose increases with increasing depth of the irradiated medium. The presence of gamma radiation in the neutron beam dictate the need to find the correct method for monitoring neutron therapy. A comparison of radiation effects on the tumor tissue using different techniques of determining the monitor doses was made. It was found that at equal neutron-photon doses, the neutron dose in the tumor changed depending on its depth. It can lead to an incorrect conclusion about the effectiveness of neutron therapy depending on a single dose as well as in relation to various dose fractionation schedules. Conclusion The analysis of the results obtained showed that the problem can be most accurately solved using a technique in which the monitor coefficient and monitor doses are determined from the distribution of the neutron dose, taking into account the contribution of the gamma radiation dose to the total neutron-photon dose.

Background: As by-products of copper smelting, lead and cadmium pollute both workplace air at metallurgical plants and adjacent territories. Their increased levels in the human body pose a higher risk of cardiovascular diseases. The objective of our study was evaluate changes in the rat myocardium contractile function following moderate subchronic exposure to soluble lead and/or cadmium salts and its attenuation by means of a complex of bioprotectors. Materials and methods: The subchronic exposure of rats was modelled by intraperitoneal injections of 3-H2O lead acetate and/or 2.5-H2O cadmium chloride in single doses, 6.01 mg of Pb and 0.377 mg of Cd per kg of body weight, respectively, 3 times a week during 6 weeks. The myosin heavy chains isoform ratio was estimated by gel electrophoresis. Biomechanical measurements were performed on isolated multicellular preparations of the myocardium (trabeculae and papillary muscles) from the right ventricle. Results: The subchronic lead exposure slowed down the contraction and relaxation cycle and increased myosin expression towards slowly cycling V3 isomyosins. Cadmium intoxication, on the contrary, shortened the contraction and relaxation cycle and shifted the ratio of isomyosin forms towards rapidly cycling V1. Following the combined exposure to lead and cadmium, some contractile characteristics changed in the direction typical of the effect of lead while others – in that of cadmium. We observed that the metal combination either neutralized or enhanced the isolated damaging effect of each heavy metal. The use of a complex of bioprotectors normalized the myocardial contractility impaired by the exposure to lead and cadmium either partially or completely. Discussion: Despite the changes in myocardial contractility following the subchronic lead and cadmium exposure, the mechanisms of heterometric regulation were maintained. The adverse cardiotoxic effect of the combination of these industrial contaminants may be weakened by administering a complex of bioprotectors.

Exposure to lead is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases. Outbred white male rats were injected with lead acetate intraperitoneally three times a week and/or were forced to run at a speed of 25 m/min for 10 min 5 days a week. We performed noninvasive recording of arterial pressure, electrocardiogram and breathing parameters, and assessed some biochemical characteristics. Electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel was used to determine the ratio of myosin heavy chains. An in vitro motility assay was employed to measure the sliding velocity of regulated thin filaments on myosin. Isolated multicellular preparations of the right ventricle myocardium were used to study contractility in isometric and physiological modes of contraction. Exercise under lead intoxication normalized the level of calcium and activity of the angiotensin-converting enzyme in the blood serum, normalized the isoelectric line voltage and T-wave amplitude on the electrocardiogram, increased the level of creatine kinase-MB and reduced the inspiratory rate. Additionally, the maximum sliding velocity and the myosin heavy chain ratio were partly normalized. The effect of exercise under lead intoxication on myocardial contractility was found to be variable. In toto, muscular loading was found to attenuate the effects of lead intoxication, as judged by the indicators of the cardiovascular system.

Introduction. The article addresses capital construction errors in historic areas of populated localities. The present-day construction industry places particular emphasis on problems associated with reconstruction and restoration of cultural heritage sites. Most of Russia’s famous cities date back to the early Middle Ages, some of them were first mentioned in the days of the ancient world. Each of them has its own unique history of foundation and development, traceable in historic districts, their unique cultural monuments, architectural styles and designs. The condition of numerous monuments of history and culture is deplorable: they need restoration. However, difficulties and legislative hurdles are on the way to permits and approvals authorizing restoration. The relevance of this work deals with the reconstruction of buildings and structures, improvement and inevitable development of areas that will accommodate new construction projects. Materials and methods. The following research methods were applied: study of regulatory and legal documents pertaining to the field of research, analysis and theoretical generalization of the data collected, their comparison and systematization. Results. A study of literary sources on theoretical and practical issues of forensic construction and technical examination was conducted. The list of information and documents needed for this examination to be performed in respect of cultural heritage preservation work was compiled. Conclusions. The co-authors provide examples of frequent mistakes and difficulties encountered by developers at all stages of construction. The co-authors offer guidelines for the proper understanding of the line of efforts and operating procedures that may help to avoid difficulties and problems.

The state, problems, and prospects of conventional, unified and special laboratory, bench and full-scale tests to substantiate the systematic assessment of strength, durability, survivability, cold resistance, reliability, and safety of the key elements of pipeline transport of crude oil and refined products are considered. These tests correlate with the stages of the pipeline life cycles and basic and reference computational-experimental methods of determining the criterial characteristics of pipe steels, pipes and main pipelines with regard to domestic and foreign practices. The experimental basic mechanical characteristics obtained in standard static tensile tests (yield and strength limits, elastic moduli) are part of the basic static strength calculations of newly designed and operating pipelines. Standard hardness and impact elasticity tests are used to control the pipe steel quality. The results of standard tensile tests provide additional design information for the assessment of static strength with respect to the ductility and degree of steel hardening during elastoplastic deformation. Unified laboratory tests are meant for refining the pipeline strength with allowance for the stress state 3D effects, absolute sizes of the pipeline cross section, strain rate, anisotropy, cold resistance, corrosion, and the presence of welded joints. The assessment of pipe steel crack resistance and pipes according to the criteria of linear and nonlinear fracture mechanics with allowance for technological and operational defects holds a specific place in laboratory and bench testing. The experience in conducting these tests, accumulated in the Russian oil pipeline system is considered.

A new homogeneous reaction of dimethylformamide (DMF) with acrylic acid was studied. The reaction afforded previously unknown 3-[2-carboxyethyl(dimethyl)azaniumyl]propanoate and carbon monoxide. The product structure was determined by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and elemental analysis, and evolution of gaseous carbon monoxide was confirmed by GC/MS. The kinetic parameters of the described reaction and its overall order were determined.

Purpose: To evaluate the methodological approaches to the prevention of radiation-induced complications after neutron-photon therapy considering the neutron-photon dose ratio in the tumor. Material and methods: The linear-quadratic model (LQM) and principles of neutron and photon dose distributions in a tissue-equivalent medium were used. Cases with the highest risk of radiation-induced complications (treatment by a single or two opposite fields) were discussed. The number of neutron-photon therapy sessions to ensure a combined total neutron and photon dose was determined where the RBE concept was used. When calculating the total effect (TE) and TDF factor characterizing the damage to the irradiated tissue, the effect of the radiation field size and subcutaneous fat layer on their values was taken into account. Results: Methods for selecting the ratio of the neutron and photon dose contribution to the total dose, providing the maximum permissible radiation dose, were developed. It was established that the dependences of TDF and TE factors and the differences in the values of the allowable number of photon therapy sessions on the depth of the tumor were less pronounced in cases with two opposite radiation fields compared to those with a single field. It can be explained by the fact that with increasing depth, an increase in the entrance dose is compensated by a decrease in the dose contribution formed during irradiation from the opposite field. Conclusion: For neutron-photon therapy using a linear-quadratic model, methodical approaches that might be used to provide an acceptable level of radiation-induced skin reactions for any ratio of neutron-photon doses in a tumor were proposed. The use of these techniques for planning neutron-photon therapy will minimize the risk of radiation-induced complications.

Subchronic intoxication was induced in outbred male rats by repeated intraperitoneal injections with lead oxide (PbO) and/or cadmium oxide (CdO) nanoparticles (NPs) 3 times a week during 6 weeks for the purpose of examining its effects on the contractile characteristics of isolated right ventricle trabeculae and papillary muscles in isometric and afterload contractions. Isolated and combined intoxication with these NPs was observed to reduce the mechanical work produced by both types of myocardial preparation. Using the in vitro motility assay, we showed that the sliding velocity of regulated thin filaments drops under both isolated and combined intoxication with CdO– NP and PbO–NP. These results correlate with a shift in the expression of myosin heavy chain (MHC) isoforms towards slowly cycling β–MHC. The type of CdO–NP + PbO–NP combined cardiotoxicity depends on the effect of the toxic impact, the extent of this effect, the ratio of toxicant doses, and the degree of stretching of cardiomyocytes and muscle type studied. Some indices of combined Pb–NP and CdO–NP cardiotoxicity and general toxicity (genotoxicity included) became fully or partly normalized if intoxication developed against background administration of a bioprotective complex. © 2021 by the authors. $\gamma p \rightarrow K^+ \Lambda$ differential cross sections and recoil polarisation data from threshold for extremely forward angles are presented. The measurements were performed at the BGOOD experiment at ELSA, utilising the high angular and momentum resolution forward spectrometer for charged particle identification. The Compton double-polarization observable \ud Σ\ud 2\ud z\ud has been measured for the first time in the \ud Δ\ud (\ud 1232\ud )\ud resonance region using a circularly polarized photon beam incident on a longitudinally polarized proton target at the Mainz Microtron. This paper reports these results, together with the model-dependent extraction of four proton spin polarizabilities from fits to additional asymmetry data using either a dispersion relation calculation or a baryon chiral perturbation theory calculations with the weighted average of these two fits resulting in \ud γ\ud E\ud 1\ud E\ud 1\ud =\ud −\ud 2.87\ud ±\ud 0.52\ud ,\ud \ud γ\ud M\ud 1\ud M\ud 1\ud =\ud 2.70\ud ±\ud 0.43\ud ,\ud \ud γ\ud E\ud 1\ud M\ud 2\ud =\ud −\ud 0.85\ud ±\ud 0.72\ud , and \ud γ\ud M\ud 1\ud E\ud 2\ud =\ud 2.04\ud ±\ud 0.43\ud , in units of \ud 10\ud −\ud 4\ud fm\ud 4\ud .

The potential of the school course of informatics in the aspect of achieving the set of personal and metasubject learning outcomes in elementary school is considered. It is shown that the school course of informatics has a signifcant philosophical, ideological and metasubject potential.

The issues of the application of operational amplifiers that are manufactured in Russia in systems for spectrometric measurements of the solar flux, which are designed for use in promising space projects, are considered. The results of experimental studies of prototypes of circuit units that perform the functions of a precision charge integrator for the formation of a video signal on the basis of a highly stable 554UD1 operational amplifier when processing signals from a linear photodetector are presented.

Purpose: To estimate the feasibility of using linear-quadratic model (LQM) for planning neutron therapy regimens by the criterion of early radiation-induced reactions. Material and methods: The LQM, which described the reaction of tissues to fractionated irradiation, was used. The results obtained were compared with similar results found on the basis of the TDF model successfully used for neutron therapy planning. Results: The LQM parameters αn and βn for radiation induced skin damage were found. The dependence of a single dose of neutrons on the number of therapy sessions was obtained. This dependence was in good agreement with the analogous dependence found by the TDF model, which indicated the correctness of the method for calculating it. When using LQM for planning neutron therapy, the issue related with the time intervals between sessions was considered. For this purpose, the comparative calculations of the ratio of the total effect, determined by the LQM, and the TDF factor were carried out. The difference between the compared values did not exceed 6 %, thus allowing the time interval for planning neutron therapy using LQM to be excluded. Two methods to control the damage to normal tissue using LQM were considered. The first method was based on the evaluation of part of the used tolerance of the irradiated tissue, and the second one was carried out by transferring the applied dose fractionation regimen of neutron therapy to the isoeffective standard regimen of photon therapy. Conclusion: It was shown that LQM can be used for planning neutron therapy regimens in cancer patients by the criterion of early radiation-induced reactions. The results obtained extend the potential of radiobiological planning of neutron therapy and can serve as a basis for the development of the method of using LQM in prediction of late radiation-induced complications.

This article develops the methodology given in Ref.1 to calculate hydrostatic re-testing intervals for a pipeline section with growing crack-like defects. It examines sections with both growing crack-like defects and corrosion defects. The actual pressure-cycling factor is taken into account for crack-like defects. Modern techniques employed for periodic hydrostatic testing have been analysed to ensure the integrity of existing pipelines, and the benefits and limitations of various methods are described. Examples are given for calculating the hydrostatic re-testing interval for pipeline sections with growing crack-like and corrosion defects. This paper shows that where hydrostatic testing pressure is selected according to the actual operating pressure-cycling factor, the corrosion rate, impact-toughness characteristics, and cycling cracking-growth resistance of the pipeline steel, and the operating pressure, the required re-testing interval can be guaranteed.

Effect of different Ca2+ concentrations in the bathing solution [Ca2+]o on the parameters of single isometric contraction and slow force response to stretching was studied in isolated preparations of healthy and hypertrophied myocardium of male and female Wistar rats. In all groups of experimental animals, the increase in calcium concentration was followed by a decrease in the myocardium slow response intensity. We revealed a complementary relationship between the current and medium-term systems of myocardial contractility regulation by the length of the myocardium aimed at the maintenance of the constant level during adaptation to the load. Slow responses of the hypertrophied rat heart myocardium were suppressed in comparison with those in the healthy myocardium and their intensity did not depend on animal sex.

Purpose: To study dosimetric characteristics of neutron radiation field, to determine their role in the formation of the total cytogenetic effect in the patient’s body and to assess the cytogenetic dosimetry capabilities in improving the quality of NT. Material and methods: A therapeutic beam with the average neutron energy of ~6.3 MeV was obtained from the V-120 cyclotron. The radiation field of the beam was investigated with the help of two ionization chambers with different sensitivity to neutrons. Chamber with high and low sensitivities were made of polyethylene and graphite, respectively. To exclude the uncertainty associated with the change in beam intensity in time, a dosimeter monitor operating in the integral mode was used. Results: The dependence of the monitor factor on the irradiated area was measured. The distributions of the absorbed dose of neutrons and γ-radiation over the depth of the tissue-equivalent medium were found. The contribution of γ-radiation to the neutron dose was increased from ~10 % at the entry to the medium to ~30 % at a depth of 16 cm. Dose distributions of scattered neutron and γ-radiation in the plane of the end face of the forming device were obtained. The contribution of these radiations to the dose received by the patient’s body was estimated. This contribution was shown to be comparable with that from the therapeutic beam. The analysis of the influence of NT on the estimation of the frequency of chromosome aberrations in the blood of patients was carried out. Conclusion: The frequency of chromosome aberrations in the blood of patients was determined by the whole-body dose, including dose due to scattered radiation. When using equal focal doses, the cytogenetic effect was found to be dependent on the area of the irradiated field and the depth of the tumor in the patient’s body. The differences in the RBE of neutrons and γ-radiation as well as the instability of the therapeutic neutron beam intensity create uncertainties that do not allow for the necessary control over the doses using the cytogenetic dosimetry. Therefore, cytogenetic dosimetry should be combined with an effective instrument dosimetry method. The use of biodosimetry based on the assessment of the frequency of chromosome aberrations is promising for controlling the average whole-body dose, on which the overall radiation response of the body depends.

The γ p → K + Σ 0 differential cross section at extremely forward angles was measured at the BGOOD experiment. A three-quarter drop in strength over a narrow range in energy and a strong dependence on the polar angle of the K + in the centre-of-mass of the reaction is observed at a centre-of-mass energy of 1900 MeV. Residing close to multiple open and hidden strangeness thresholds, the structure appears consistent with meson-baryon threshold effects which may contribute to the reaction mechanism.

The article examines the approaches of a number of scientific institutions to the degradation of mechanical properties in pipe steels which may occur over long-term service life. It also presents the results of research into the actual mechanical properties and chemical composition characteristics of pipe steels with various service lives. The classification (ranking) of pipe steels of various grades used by PJSC Transneft is presented according to the criteria of length, service life, manufacturer, regulatory documents for supply, etc. The pipe steels are grouped according to their actual mechanical properties: ultimate strength, elongation, impact toughness, and chemical composition characteristics.

This is a review and staging paper on the fundamental problem of “oil pipeline”. An algorithm of its possible complex solution from the positions of tribo-fatigue is proposed and briefly analyzed. In the first approximation, this algorithm is concretized. Some innovative tasks for a priority solution are formulated.

This PAPER presents an analysis of standard strength calculations for pipelines using allowable stresses and limit states, based on the quantitative determination of safety factors according to yield strength and ultimate strength and developed from decades of practice both in Russia and abroad. A new scientific background for design analysis and substantiation for safety factors is presented, quantitatively taking into account all basic operational, technological, and construction factors, including the effects of ageing, the degradation of pipe steels and pipes, and

Purpose: To study the dependencies of therapeutic gain factor (TGF) on dose of cyclotron-produced fast neutron beams using the linear-quadratic model (LQM) parameters characterizing radiation response in tumor and normal tissues. Material and methods: The TGF in neutron therapy was calculated as the ratio of the relative biological effectiveness of neutrons for tumor (RBE tumor) to relative biological effectiveness for normal tissue (RBE normal tissue). The LQM was used to calculate the dependencies of neutron RBE on the dose and therapeutic gain factor. We considered two cases: 1) neutron therapy for 3 types of tumors with different radiation response, where the same normal tissue was critical; 2) neutron therapy for the same tumor, when 3 types of normal tissues were taken as critical. Results: Based on calculations and analysis of published data, the dependencies of neutron RBE on dose for selected types of tumors and normal tissues were obtained. The following variants were considered: 1) RBE tumor > RBE normal tissue; 2) RBE tumor < RBE normal tissue, in both two variants, the dependen- cies in the therapeutic dose rate were convergent; 3) the dependencies of RBE tumor and RBE normal tissue on dose are crossed. The dependencies of TGF for neutron therapy on single boost doses and quantitative ratios between the LQM parameters characterizing radiation response of tumor and normal tissues were found. A multivariate ratio between the dependencies on dose of RBE tumor and RBE normal tissue was the cause of variety in the dependencies of TGF on dose. In the first case, the TGF increased with increasing (α/β)γ ratio and decreasing single dose, and the maximum value of TGF was equal to ~ 1.4. In the second case, TGF was < 1, i.e. the effectiveness of neutron therapy was lower than the effectiveness of gamma irradiation, but it was increased with higher single dose and lower radiosensitivity of normal tissue. In the third case, the dose at the intersection point (Di) was the boundary, and TGF was > 1 to the left of the boundary, and TPV was OBEnormal tissue. Conclusion: The obtained results with known parameters of the LQM for tumor and normal tissues allowed us to make an appropriate choice between neutron and gamma- ray therapy in order to increase the effectiveness of treatment for cancer patients. It was shown that in the case of neutron therapy, the analysis of dependencies of TGF on dose allowed the optimal dose fractionation regimen to be selected.

The BGO-OD experiment at the ELSA accelerator facility uses an energy tagged bremstrahlung photon beam to investigate the excitation structure of the nucleon. The setup consists of a highly segmented BGO calorimeter surrounding the target, with a particle tracking magnetic spectrometer at forward angles. BGO-OD is ideal for investigating low momentum transfer processes due to the acceptance and high momentum resolution at forward angles. In particular, this enables the investigation of strangeness photoproduction where t-channel exchange mechanisms play an important role. This also allows access to a kinematic region where extended, molecular structure may manifest in reaction mechanisms. The extensive strangeness photoproduction programme includes the photoproduction of neutral and charged kaons using both hydrogen and deuterium targets.

The results of numerical simulations and physiological experiments that assessed the dependence of the intramyocardial slow force response under an afterload in the heterogeneous myocardium are described. Muscle duplexes of our design were used as the simplest experimental and theoretical models of the heterogeneous myocardium. It is shown that the degree of the slow force response increases with an afterload and the time of the stimulation delay between the elements of the duplex. This effect is explainable by an increase in the time of the mechanical interaction between the duplex elements in the isometric phase of contraction. This leads to changes in individual contractility, the configuration of the action potential, and the kinetic characteristics of intracellular calcium in cardiomyocytes of interacting muscles.

This investigation continues our study of the effects of Pb-Cd poisoning on the heart, extending the enquiry from isometric to auxotonic contractions, thereby examining the effect on the ability of myocardial tissues to perform mechanical work. Different shifts were revealed in myocardial force-velocity relations following subchronic exposure of rats to lead acetate and cadmium chloride acting separately, in combination, or in combination with a bioprotective complex (BPC). The experiments were conducted on isolated preparations of trabecules and papillary muscles of the right ventricle in physiological loading conditions and on isolated heart muscle contractile proteins examined by the in vitro motility assay. The results of the latter correlate with the shifts in the ratio of cardiac myosin isoforms. The amount of work performed by the myocardium was calculated on the basis of the tension-shortening loop area and was found to be similar in the preparations from all experimental groups. This fact presumably reflects adaptive capacity of the myocardial function even when contractility is damaged due to the metallic intoxication of a moderate severity. Some characteristics of rat myocardium altered by the impact of lead-cadmium intoxication became fully or partly normalized if intoxication developed against background administration of a bioprotective complex (BPC). Together with previously reported results obtained in the isometric mode of contractility, all these results strengthen the scientific foundations of risk assessment and risk management projects in the occupational and environmental conditions characterized by human exposure to lead and/or cadmium.

Introduction. This article addresses the question of existing problems of development of construction industry in agriculture. Outdated old construction technologies and building structures give a reason for optimization and introduction of modern technologies in agricultural production. The outdated technologies of agricultural construction have a negative impact on the position of agricultural industry in the world stage of trade and economy of countries, while optimization and inevitable modernization of agricultural production and construction allow securing a foothold in the world market. Aspiration to take the lead in the world market is one of the most important tasks of agricultural industry. The agricultural industry also plays an oversize role in human life and the health, efficiency, development and activity of citizens depend directly on the quality of products delivered to the shop windows. This scope of research of this article is a comparison of traditional, temporary, field vegetable storehouses operating in winter time with modern technology of construction of these facilities in terms of technology, efficiency, environmental friendliness, mobility, availability, functionality and profitability. Materials and methods. In the course of this work, the following research methods were used: familiarization with the relevant statutes and regulations related to the study area, comparison of traditional and modern methods of vegetable storage in the field environment during the winter period and identification of the main advantages and disadvantages. Results. The positive and negative sides of the design and methods of construction of modern and traditional outdated technology have been revealed, as well as optimization of construction solutions necessary to ensure conditions for maintaining the quality of products in due form. Conclusions. Modern construction concepts and development of agricultural construction is an important area that allows provoking the trend of economic growth of countries, to take a leading position in the world market, to improve the quality of life of citizens, to improve the ecological system of the area and develop business activities.
