Aim. To compare the immediate and long-term results of robot-assisted and open resection of the liver and bile ducts for portal cholangiocarcinoma.Materials and methods. The retrospective study was based upon the results of open and robot-assisted resections in 2013–2021. Patients without signs of the tumor invasion into the great vessels requiring resection and reconstruction were selected for the robot-assisted resection of the liver and bile ducts. Propensity score matching was carried out within the immediate environment in the ratio 1:2 for five covariates.Results. The results of 147 open resections of the liver and bile ducts and 17 robot-assisted resections were compared. After propensity score matching, the authors compared 33 open and 17 robot-assisted resections. Before and after propensity score matching, statistically significant differences were obtained only in the longer duration of robotassisted resections. Right hepatectomy and caudal resection were performed more frequently in the group of patients with robot-assisted interventions, but without significant differences. The authors noted a tendency to a higher frequency of R0 and a lower 90-day mortality rate after robot-assisted interventions, with no differences in the rate and nature of complications, as well as in duration of hospitalization. Survival did not differ before and after propensity score matching. After open and robot-assisted interventions the overall five-year survival rates before propensity score matching were 32% and 67%, after propensity score matching the overall four-year survival rates accounted for 62% and 63%.Conclusion. Analysis of the first experience shows a tendency to improve some immediate outcomes without worsening survival. Robot-assisted resection of the liver and bile ducts can be applied, without limitation of oncologic principles, in selected patients with portal cholangiocarcinoma if the resection is performed in specialized hepatological centers, where specialists have experience in minimally invasive surgery.

Background. In a device with compressed air in an environment unsuitable for breathing, it is necessary to ensure safe operating modes of gas and smoke divers based on remote monitoring of heart rate monitoring. Purpose. To develop a model of heart beat rate zone parameters for controlling the safety of gas and smoke divers in a breathing apparatus with compressed air in an nonserviceable environment. Materials and methods. 30 cadets (young men) aged 20-23 years took part in the study on the basis of the laboratory of functional diagnostics. The time interval for maintaining the maximum intensity of work when performing physical exercises on a treadmill and an exercise bike in firefighter combat clothing using a compressed air breathing apparatus and the heart rate during various physical exertion were recorded. The results were processed using Excel and SPSS Statistics 22 programs. Results. It is established that in the light zone of heart beat rate there is an exponential law of the distribution of the operating time, and in the moderate - the normal distribution. The constructed probabilistic model allows for well as information support for the decision-making process for assessing the secure workings of operating modes based on remote monitoring of the functional state of smoked divers. The novelty of the study is determined by the technical capabilities of the telemetry systems of modern breathing apparatus with compressed air. Conclusion. When designing telemetric systems for monitoring the safety of gas and smoke divers, taking into account the quantitative pulse indicator that characterizes their condition when performing fire extinguishing operations in an inhospitable environment, it is necessary to take into account the normal distribution of working time in the pulse zone and the level of efficiency of the gas and smoke divers.

Обоснование. При работе газодымозащитника в аппарате со сжатым воздухом в непригодной для дыхания среде необходимо обеспечивать безопасные режимы их работы на основе дистанционного мониторинга пульсометрии. Цель. Разработать модель параметров пульсовых зон для управления безопасностью газодымозащитников в дыхательном аппарате со сжатым воздухом в непригодной для дыхания среде. Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняло участие 30 курсантов (юноши) в возрасте 20-23 года. Фиксировался интервал времени поддержания максимальной интенсивности работы (Хi) при выполнении физических упражнений на беговой дорожке и велотренажере в боевой одежде пожарного с использованием дыхательного аппарата со сжатым воздухом и частота сердечных сокращений при различной физической нагрузке. Обработка результатов осуществлялась с использованием программ Excel и SPSS Statistics 22. Результаты. Установлено, что в легкой пульсовой зоне наблюдается экспоненциальный закон распределения времени работы, а в умеренной пульсовой зоне – нормальное распределение. Построенная вероятностная модель позволяет обеспечивать процесс принятия решений по оценке безопасности режимов работы на основе дистанционного мониторинга функционального состояния газодымозащитников. Новизна исследования определяется техническими возможностями телеметрических систем современных дыхательных аппаратов со сжатым воздухом. Заключение. При проектировании телеметрических систем мониторинга безопасности газодымозащитников с учетом количественного показателя пульса, характеризующего их состояние при выполнении работ по тушению пожаров в непригодной для дыхания среде, необходимо учитывать нормальное распределение времени работы в пульсовой зоне и уровень работоспособности газодымозащитника.

AIM: This study aimed to improve the methods for the diagnosis of complicated clinical forms of chronic pancreatitis (CP) by evaluating the clinical significance of the polymorphisms of the genes of cationic trypsinogen (PRSS1), pancreatic secretory trypsin inhibitor (SPINK1), transmembrane regulator of cystic fibrosis (CFTR), and alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) in patients with complicated and uncomplicated forms of CP. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study was carried out on the clinical base of the Department of Hospital Surgery, Ryazan State Medical University, Center for Surgery of Liver, Pancreas, and Biliary Tract in Ryazan in 20142019. A total of 108 patients of both genders aged 2565 years were examined. Of these patients, 38 were surgically treated for complicated CP, 20 had complicated CP without surgery, and 50 had uncomplicated CP (control group). A comparative clinical study with the control group of patients was performed, and the genotype was simultaneously determined on days 1 and 10 under controlled laboratory parameters. DNA was isolated from the leukocytes of the whole blood by using a DNA-expressing blood reagent (OOO NPF Litekh, Russia) for further analysis. RESULTS: No polymorphism of cationic trypsinogen PRSS1 gene and cystic fibrosis-2 CFTR2 gene was found. The predictive value of these polymorphisms was insignificant. For the polymorphism of CFTR1 cystic fibrosis-1 gene, the odds ratio was 0.444, but this finding was not significant. Among patients with the complicated clinical forms of CP, mutations were observed in the PRSS1 cationic trypsinogen gene (c2 = 6.453, p = 0.012) and ADH (c2=14.176, p = 0.001). Conversely, they were not detected in the CFTR-1 gene (c2 = 0.873, p = 0.351), CFTR-2 (c2 was not determined), and SPINK1 (c2 = 0.873, p = 0.351). The polymorphisms of the ADH and PRSS1 genes of cationic trypsinogen were associated with more evident structural changes in the parenchyma and ductal system of the pancreas. They also had a higher likelihood of complications, severe disease course, and a lower efficiency of conservative treatment. The polymorphism of the ADH gene increased the risk of the development of the cystic form of CP (c2 = 5.898, p = 0.016). CONCLUSION: The polymorphism of ADH and cationic trypsinogen genes should be determined and used for the complex diagnosis of CP to specify indications for the surgical treatment of patients with CP.

Introduction. One of the main objectives, pursued by the information analysis support extended to smoke divers, is the preparation of indoor routes. Technical capabilities, represented by advanced remote monitoring systems, provide a fire extinguishing manager with the necessary information about the point of fire origin and mathematical tools allow to predict fire spreading characteristics. The goal of this work is to develop an algorithm for the preparation of an optimal indoor route for smoke divers to support management decisions in the event of fire. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to develop the theoretical framework and implement it in a software programme.Theoretical foundations. The theory of cellular automata is employed in this paper to simulate the routes of smoke divers inside a building. A cellular automaton with a Moore neighborhood is applied. We use differential equations, similar to the Kolmogorov equations, to monitor the fire parameters.Results and discussions. A modified wave algorithm was developed to determine the optimal indoor route. The software tool was applied to simulate the route of gas divers. Coefficients of importance were applied in the process of mathematical modeling; they took account of the prioritized work to be performed by smoke divers.Conclusions. The results of the study suggest that the algorithm allows to identify the optimal itinerary, thereby enabling the decision maker, responsible for sending teams of smoke divers to the work performance location, to make a reasonable choice of the point of entry for the personnel and machinery, as well as their itinerary inside the building.

Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is a disease with unknown causes in all forms of arthritis in children under 16 years of age. It is diagnosed when other joint pathologies are excluded. Difficulties in early and differential diagnoses lead to rapid disability and an unfavorable life prognosis. Therefore, a timely diagnosis is necessary to prevent irreversible damage to joints and preserve their function. Due to the widespread use of new technologies, modern multimodal imaging has gained recognition, including radiography, ultrasound, and MRI. The combination of methods plays a key role in confirming the diagnosis, monitoring the disease activity, the prognosis during the disease course, and the outcome in children with JIA. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages. The introduction of passive microwave radiometry (MWR), in combination with other imaging methods, makes it possible to expand the possibilities of screening the disease in the preclinical and early clinical phases.

The study of geographical cultures makes it possible to identify the features of their population and geographical differences in certain environmental conditions. For this, it is necessary to monitor and track the condition of tree plantations. In this paper, we consider the possibilities of using unmanned aerial photography data in monitoring geographical crops of Scots pine, in particular, the possibility of assessing heights in conditions of strong thickening of stands. Various approaches to determining the heights of trees are compared. The obtained errors in determining heights by the proposed approach are comparable with traditional measurement methods and do not exceed the established standards for taxation.

Objective. The study aimed to perform a comprehensive morphofunctional assessment of the effectiveness of recreational activities in children aged 9–12 years in the summer of 2019.Materials and methods. The study was conducted by the “Problem scientific laboratory of physical methods of diagnosis and treatment” of RostGMU in the children’s health and recreation camp “Mir” (Krasnyi Desant village, Gulf of Taganrog). Procedures and time of the study: somatometry, bioimpedance analysis, сardiointervalography, stabilometrics on the 2nd day of stay and 2.5 weeks after. Two groups were formed: Group I included overweight children (OW), n = 15 (boys, n = 9; girls, n = 6); Group II included children with normal physical development (NPD), n = 37 (boys, n = 17; girls, n = 20). The children received a non-drug complex of camp resource provision for 3 weeks.Results. Health measures did not lead to significant changes in the somatometric parameters. According to the results of the сardiointerval recording, an authentic increase in the variational range and vegetative rhythm index was found in children with NPD, which indicates an increase in the parasympathetic activity of regulation. The stress index decreased by 30% in the case of NPD, and by 6% in the case of OW. Data from the stabilometric “Balls” simulator showed that after the recovery, the regulation of postural control was optimized, and decision-making processes were accelerated, especially in children with NPD.Conclusion. The study showed that in order to assess the effectiveness of recreational activities, along with “mandatory” methods, it is advisable to use functional methods such as cardiointervalography and stabilometrics, which can be recommended for use in health and rehabilitation institutions to assess the adaptive capabilities of the organism.

Introduction. One of the main problems of fire extinguishing at gas compressor stations is fires in confined spaces where electrical installations can be under voltage. To extinguish these fires, the co-authors propose to use jets of thermally activated water containing salts that inhibit burning. It is necessary to assess the electrical conductivity of water jets to prevent the exposure of fire-fighting units to electrical injuries.Materials and methods. In the experimental study, the principal electricity measuring instrument is digital dc megaohmmeter M4122U, which takes readings if operated from a laptop. The flow rate was measured using IT 2518 measurement complex and TDR14–2–3 primary flow converter of the turbine type. Termit T-35 hardness converter performed electromagnetic water treatment.Theoretical fundamentals. Measurements of leakage currents in jets of thermally activated water, fed through fire nozzles mounted onto a multi-purpose fire truck, were taken, and the maximum permissible distance to an electrical installation was determined experimentally and analytically using an experimental stand.Results and discussions. Averaged values of resistance of a jet of thermally activated water fed from a long-range nozzle at control points do not leave the confidence corridor with a probability of 0.95, which means that they do not cause a significant change in dc resistance. Inhibiting salt, injected into the water, reduces the resistance of jets of thermally activated water by no more than 2–3 % compared to under-heated water. The treatment of the inhibiting salt, injected into the under-heated water, using Termit T-35 hardness converter, does not significantly change the resistance of thermally activated water jets.Conclusions. It is theoretically and experimentally proved that the injection of inhibiting salts into the underheated water, as well as the electromagnetic treatment of water using low-power stiffness converters, do not significantly affect the electrical conductivity of jets of thermally activated water if compared to jets that contain no inhibiting admixtures. The extinguishing of surfaces of electrical installations using jets of thermally activated water containing flame inhibiting injections of salts, as well as the development of an inerting concentration in confined spaces of gas compressor stations is electrically safe for any person engaged in fire extinguishing.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of vitality and its metacognitive regulators, in particular, cognitive styles. The vitality is considered as a multi-causal phenomenon that integrates various cognitive, emotional and personal aspects. The analysis made it possible to identify and describe the components and factors of viability using various methodological approaches: systemic, system-network, inte grative, structural ones. The study compares the concepts of «vitality and «hardiness». The base of the empirical study are the model of viability by E. A. Rylskaya, model of hardiness by S. Maddy, and typology of cognitive styles by A. Harrison -R. Bramson. The author identifies the most and least pronounced cognitive styles, as well as their relationship with the parameters of vitality and hardiness based on research on a student sample. So, the most pronounced styles are «analyst» and «realist» styles, and the least pronounced – «synthesizer» style. Correlations of the «idealist» and «pragmatist» styles with the parameters of vitality and hardiness are grouped into opposite pleiads. The study reveals that the ability to plan, predict, reflexive analysis, acting as its metacognitive regulators, play the greatest role in the vitality forming. At the same time, a pronounced pragmatic orientation in thinking leads to the vitality decrease.

In buildings, in case of fire, the forming of routes is of primary importance and will make it possible to identify areas that collapse or allow smoke to spread, eliminating potential threats. These include locations with people who were in the building at the beginning of the fire or explosive objects of mainly domestic use. The purpose of the research is to determine the main criteria when the route of firefighter groups is based on minimizing the likelihood of getting into dangerous situations and increasing the efficiency of firefighting. It mainly used the simulation method, which required setting the problem in conditions when not only were the foci of smoke spread and the fire itself not completely known, but also situations where another firefighter group could stay in the building. It was determined that the criteria that must be taken into account when forming the firefighters’ route in the building, met the requirements for the route formation in the event of a collision with other firefighter groups and determined the likelihood of synchronous movement when detecting dangers not previously anticipated when monitoring factors.

Thousands of hectares of forest seed orchards and archival uterine plantations of plus trees have been created in the Russian Federation. Their inventory and monitoring can be carried out using ultra-high resolution satellite imagery. The purpose of the work was to test this approach based on Pleiades 1A data, optimal in terms of price/quality ratio, for inventory and assessment of the state of archival plantations and forest seed orchards of conifers, concentrated on an area of about 200 hectares of the joint stock comp. Berdskiy forestry enterprise breeding nursery (Iskitimskiy district of the Novosibirsk Oblast). The inventory was carried out on the basis of visual interpretation of the synthesized multispectral images with increased resolution due to the panchromatic channel, taking into account passport and other data on the territory of the nursery. To control the results of visual decoding, a selective field inventory was carried out. The brightness of the pixels of the initial multispectral image in the central parts of the crowns of various trees and plantation areas not covered by crowns is compared. The results obtained illustrate the possibility of identifying healthy trees of cultivated species, as well as fallen and replaced by deciduous self-seeding trees. The described approach can be used for operational remote monitoring of archival plantations and forest seed orchards of conifers.

Purpose The salvation of human life is the goal of work for all rescue units. At the same time, a significant part of rescue operations is carried out in buildings or premises, which themselves are often in a state of destruction or are emergency ones. This paper aims to find how it is possible to carry out rescue operations in the face of the threat of constant collapse of the building. Design/methodology/approach To study the collapse hazard of the building, the information systems are used that display the process of rescue measures in case of a threat of deformation of the building in which there is a risk of burnback or destruction. Findings The findings show that the analysis of destruction parameters online allows using infrared sensors to form a picture of the allocation of places where people can be and thus saves lives while reducing the risk for the fire and rescue unit. To implement the presented format, it is proposed to use infrared sensors. Originality/value The use of infrared sensors allows online interaction with foci of dangerous situations and identifies the main aspects of the stratification of the preparation of the fire and rescue unit’s activities in conditions of increased danger.

Aim. To optimize the ways of cross-section of the pancreas in its isthmus, taking into account the topography of the main arteries of this area. Methods. 43 organocomplexes representing pancreas with duodenum were studied. Injection mass was injected into arterial vessels with subsequent fixation in 4% formalin solution and final preparation of complexes. The main arteries of the isthmus of the pancreas, their places of origin and topography were evaluated. Results. The main arteries of the isthmus of the pancreas are the peripancreatic artery and the additional artery of the isthmus of the pancreas. Peripancreatic artery was observed in 97.67% of cases; it departed from the dorsal pancreatic artery in 93% of cases, from the third branch of the splenic artery in 7% of cases. The diameter at the point of departure was 1.610.12 mm. In 95.3%, the artery passed along the lower edge of pancreatic isthmus. The peripancreatic artery was connected to the gastroduodenal artery or its branches. The diameter of peripancreatic artery at the junction was 1.550.1 mm. An additional artery of the isthmus of the pancreas was found in 93% of cases. In 76.74% it departed from the basin of the dorsal pancreatic artery, in 9.3% from another branch of the splenic artery, in 13.95% directly from the splenic artery itself. The diameter at the point of departure was 1.060.1 mm. It passed along the upper edge of pancreatic isthmus and connected to the pool of the gastroduodenal artery. The diameter at the junction was 0.980.1 mm. The diameter of peripancreatic artery was 1.950.05 mm in the trunk type versus 1.480.05 mm in the branched type of blood supply. The diameter of the additional artery of the isthmus of the pancreas had no pronounced changes depending on the type of blood supply to the pancreas. Conclusion. The topography of the main arteries of the isthmus of the pancreas is constant and does not depend on their diameter and place of origin. The most vascularized zones of the isthmus of the pancreas are its lower and upper edges.

Introduction. The specifics of extinguishing fires in buildings and open spaces on the territory of the Russian Federation determines that a fire that has taken on a scale that allows it to be attributed to a large one is extinguished with the help of the forces and means of several fire and rescue units. In this case, a developed structure of the control system is created in order to improve the quality of management of a large number of fire and rescue units of different subordination. Goals and objectives. The purpose of the study is to analyze the structure of the control system created at large fires requiring the a significant number of fire and rescue units. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1) to identify the dependence of the dynamics of reliability of decision making on the experience of the operational work of fire and rescue garrison officials who perform the duties of the fire extinguishing driver.; 2) to determine the stage of accumulation of operational experience at which information, methodological and analytical support will bring maximum effect to potential fire extinguishing managers. Methods. To build the dependence of work experience and the probability of error when directing forces and means on fires, the Hala training model was used. Results and its discussion. An increase in the growth rate of decision reliability in a potential fire extinguishing supervisor is observed at the interval of operational work from 0 to 4 years, after which the growth rate decreases. Conclusions. In the characteristic dependence of the reliability of decision making on the experience of the operational work of the official performing the duties of the fire extinguishing manager, at the stage of exponential growth, the maximum effect of the positive change in the operational work experience on increasing the values of the reliability of decision making occurs. Introduction . Modern information support for firefighters performing work in unsuitable for breathing environment and technical equipment monitoring means controls the safety parameters of gas and smoke protection makes it possible to develop an automated information and control system, the mathematical basis of which is the sto­chastic approach. The modular structure of the probabilistic management model with the description of each module is developed. The specificity and diversity of work performed in unsuitable for breathing environment requires the formation of a database in which the management information resources will be synthesized within an object- oriented approach. The method of formation of information resources is presented, as well as the structure of the database interface is presented. Formal task description and solution method . Formally, the task of supporting safety management during work in unsuitable for breathing environment is reduced to the formation of a database of information resources of the safety parameters of gas and smoke protection, presented in both deterministic and probabilistic formulation. To solve this problem, a modular structure of the safety management model is formed, where each module performs certain functions at different stages of work. The synthesis of information resources is based on the moni­toring of gas and smoke protection safety indicators, the data from which are received in the analytical unit, which compares the processed resources with the planned indicators. Conclusions. The developed information resources to support the safety management of work in unsuitable for breathing environment is based on the theoretical foundations of risk management for the implementation of a destructive event consisting in the lack of respiratory resources in the cylinder of breathing apparatus. The information resources of safety management support make it possible to use as source data both stored results of monitoring of safety indicators and those obtained in real time when working in unsuitable for breathing environment from telemetry systems. The advantage of information resources is the possibility of obtaining, storing and digital processing of data belonging to a certain type of work, which will further allow synthesizing a large amount of data into a single information management system for the safe operation of gas and smoke protection.

Studies of 40 Ar and 4 He mobility in minerals (performed for isotope geochronometry problems) generally assumed that the migration parameters, obtained for the atoms preserved in a mineral, described the mobility of all atoms that were produced in the mineral, including those that were lost in the past. To test this assumption, an analysis of the U-Th-Li- 4 He- 3 He isotope system in amphiboles, separated from alkaline granites of the Ponoi massif, Kola Peninsula, was performed. The retention of He isotopes was determined, i.e., the ratio of the amount of radiogenic He remaining in a mineral to its amount, which should have been accumulated since the formation (metamorphism) of the mineral. It turned out that 36% of 3 He and only 14% of 4 He were preserved in the mineral. The results of experiments on 3 He and 4 He migration from amphibole grains during their step wise heating in vacuum were successfully approximated by a diffusion model. However, the parameters, obtained during the simulations, did not allow reproducing the above retentions of He isotopes. The mechanisms of 3 He and 4 He migration in the past, which have led to such different retentions, differ from the diffusion mechanism, which adequately describes migration of the atoms remaining in the mineral.

The structure of 1,3-benzotellurazole-2-thiol derivatives was determined by IR and NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and X-ray diffraction.

$\gamma p \rightarrow K^+ \Lambda$ differential cross sections and recoil polarisation data from threshold for extremely forward angles are presented. The measurements were performed at the BGOOD experiment at ELSA, utilising the high angular and momentum resolution forward spectrometer for charged particle identification. Monitoring the psychophysiological state of a human operator in the control process is one of the fundamental factors for efficient and trouble-free production. Emerging fatigue, excessive tension reduces the operator productivity. Therefore in the present paper the task of interpreting characteristics (spatial-temporal characteristics) is considered to determine the state of fatigue of a human operator by micromovements of his head. The Natural Point trackIR device was used as a data entry tool. The obtained data of micromovements of the human operator's head was converted into a spectral form (Fourier transform). The spectral data obtained were classified using a feedforward neural network.

The article explores the resonance properties of a hoisting rope. The object of the study relates to a wide range of oscillating one-dimensional objects of variable length. A classical mathematical model is used to describe the oscillations. To solve it, the Kantorovich-Galerkin method was used. In contrast to asymptotic methods, the solution has a modal structure, which allows one to analyze the resonance properties of the rope. Neglecting the small quantities made it possible to obtain a relatively simple expression for the amplitude of resonant oscillations. Using the expression obtained, the phenomena of steady-state resonance and transmission through the resonance are analyzed. Unlike most studies in this area, the article provides quantitative characteristics of resonance properties. The solution has been made in dimensionless variables, which allows for the use of the obtained quantitative results for the analysis of fluctuations of technical objects.

The BGO-OD experiment at the ELSA accelerator facility uses an energy tagged bremsstrahlung photon beam to investigate the excitation structure of the nucleon via meson photoproduction. The setup with a BGO calorimeter surrounding the target and an open dipole spectrometer covering the for ward region is ideally suited for investigating low momentum transfer processes, in particular in strangeness photoproduction. The associated photoproduction of K0S and hyperons is essential to understand the role of K* exchange mech anisms. A cusp-like structure observed in the yp → K0SΣ+ reaction at the K* threshold is described by models including dynamically generated resonances from vector meson-baryon interactions. Such interactions are pre dicted to give a peak like structure in K0SΣ0 photoproduction off the neutron. A very preliminary cross section is determined and compared to the prediction, the results appear to support the model

The setup consists of a highly segmented BGO calorimeter surrounding the target, with a particle tracking magnetic spectrometer at forward angles. BGO-OD is ideal for investigating low momentum transfer processes due to the acceptance and high momentum resolution at forward angles. In particular, this enables the investigation of strangeness photoproduction where t-channel exchange mechanisms play an important role. This also allows access to low momentum exchange kinematics where extended, molecular structure may manifest in reaction mechanisms. First key results at low $t$ indicate a cusp-like structure in $K^+\Sigma^0$ photoproduction at $W = 1900$\,MeV, line shapes and differential cross sections for $K^+\Lambda$(1405)$\rightarrow K^+\Sigma^0\pi^0$, and a peak structure in $K^0_S\Sigma^0$ photoproduction. The unexpected nodal structure of the beam asymmetry recently reported by the GRAAL collaboration in η′ photoproduction very close to threshold could be explained by a previously unobserved narrow resonance. The BGO-OD experiment is ideally suited to verify this measurement via the detection of forward going charged particles which in the threshold region of interest allows the identification of the reaction γp → η′ p solely based on the proton going in the forward direction. This yields unprecedented statistics if, in the missing mass analysis of the η′ meson, the background can be sufficiently well controlled. Preliminary results using a linearly polarised photon beam are shown. The reaction γp → η′ p was identified in the BGO forward spectrometer, with simulated data used to seperate signal and background.

The article presents a method for analyzing the activity of cold and abandoned wallets on the example of blockchain Litecoin. The implementation of the software for searching correlations in the behavior of cold wallets using the API resources for interaction with blockchain Litecoin in Python 3.7 is described. Also, the statistics of the approximate ratio of conditionally thrown wallets of cryptocurrency in blockchain at the moment is presented and the analysis of the received data is given.

The polyfunctionality of neutrophilic granulocytes (NG) is the result of the rich equipment of NGs by structures that respond subtly to changes in the extracellular environment and intracellular processes. At the present time there is a wave of publications that note the importance of the full participation of NG in the cascade of immunological reactions. Wherein the authors assign a key role to NG, both at the start-up and subsequent regulation and realization of the immune response. The existence of diff erent populations of NGs diff ering in the profi le of equipping with membrane antigens and exhibiting various functional possibilities is shown. The aim of this study was to study the eff ects of recombinant IFNα2b (rIFNα2b) on a non-transformed and experimentally transformed subpopulation CD16+CD66b+CD33+CD11b+NG in vitro of peripheral blood samples of conditionally healthy children. The expression level of the membrane NG receptors was determined by fl ow cytometry. The studied indicators of untransformed NG (control) and NG after incubation with rIFNα2b and N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP) were assessed. The immunoregulatory eff ect of rIFNα2b on the nontransformed phenotype CD16+CD66b+CD33+CD11b+NG and the immunomodulatory eff ects of rIFNα2b on the fMLP-transformed NG phenotype of peripheral blood of conditionally healthy children were established.

The problem of oscillations of objects with moving boundaries, formulated as a differential equation with boundary and initial conditions, is a non-classical generalization of a problem of hyperbolic type. To facilitate the construction of a solution to this problem and justify the choice of a solution form, equivalent integro-differential equations are constructed with symmetric and time-dependent kernels and integration limits varying in time. The method for constructing solutions of integro-differential equations is based on the direct integration of differential equations in combination with the standard replacement of the desired function with a new variable. The method is extended to a wider class of model boundary value problems that take into account the bending stiffness of an oscillating object, the resistance of the environment, and the rigidity of the substrate. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of the most common in practice case when external disturbances act at the boundaries. The solution is made in dimensionless variables accurate to second-order values of smallness with respect to small parameters characterizing the speed of the border.
