The report is concerned with the analysis of the functional and physical structures of human characteristics for the formation of reference digital models and individual portraits of a human which are his digital twins. A database structure has been developed for describing the human state, based on a variety of models, measured physical quantities, and results obtained from a mobile information and measurement system. The paper outlines an approach to the study and design of mobile information and measurement system designed for the construction of individual kinematic portraits of a human. A variant of a part of the inference system is shown on the example of studying the trend of changes in one of the time characteristics of the movement technique.

A study was carried out on the reaction of 4-hydroxy-1-phenyltetrahydropyrimidine-2(1H)-thione and its 6-methyl analog with a series of functionally substituted hydrazines and amines. Substitution of the hydroxyl group leads to 4-substituted tetrahydropyrimidine-2(1H)-thiones. Partial recyclization is observed in solutions of the reaction products with thioaroylhydrazines and a ring-ring tautomeric equilibrium between tetrahydropyrimidine-2(1H)-thiones and 2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazoles is established.

Hydrazides reacted with acylpyruvic acid esters possessing a terminal straight chain alkyl substituent at the C=O bond distal from the ester group, giving 5-hydroxy-2-pyrazolines. Acylpyruvates with bulky terminal substituents underwent condensation at the C=O bond adjacent to the ester group, giving products with hydrazone or 5-hydroxy-2-pyrazoline structure and capable of displaying ring-chain equilibrium between these tautomers in solution.

The reaction of carbohydrazide with 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds yields a series of ylidene derivatives, namely, mono- or bishydrazones, 5-hydroxy-, 5-alkoxy, or 5-methylene-4,5-dihydro-2H-[1,2,4]triazin-3-ones depending on the structure of the dicarbonyl compound and nature of the solvent.

The reaction of thiobenzoylhydrazine with trifluoroacetylacetone leads to the product of condensation at the CH3C=O bond with the 5-hydroxy-2-pyrazoline structure. The tautomeric transition to the 2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazole isomer occurs in solution. This isomer undergoes the cleavage to 2-methyl-5-phenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole and trifluoroacetone. The reaction of thiobenzoylhydrazine with hexafluoroacetylacetone affords one of diastereomers of [3,5-dihydroxy-3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)pyrazolidin-1-yl](phenyl)thioketone, which at equilibrium is transformed in solution into the second diastereomer of the 3,5-dihydroxypyrazolidine form followed by the elimination of water elements and formation of a tautomeric 5-hydroxy-2-pyrazoline-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazole mixture.

Leptospirosis was studied in the natural and anthropurgic foci in the Volgograd Region. The etiological structure of Leptospira was established in wild and farm animals. Retrospective analysis of human morbidity identified three main periods associated with the change of Leptospira serogroups that cause the disease.

Clinical and psychological features were studied in patients with central pain syndrome (CPS) in multiple sclerosis (MS). There was a variety of the clinical manifestations of CPS. An association of pain with the form, degree, and type of the disease was evaluated. The patients with CPS in MS were found to have psychological features (the high level of catastrophization, somatization, and psychoticism) and to use nonadaptive pain elimination strategies that can make a significant contribution to the development of CPS. The given data allow one to consider CPS in MS in the biopsychosocial model.

The products of the condensation of aliphatic aldehydes with N-(2-aminobenzoyl)-N-methylhydrazine exist in DMSO-d6 solution as tautomeric mixtures of linear aldohydrazone and cyclic benzo-1,3,4-triazepine forms. The linear tautomer predominates for 2-aminobenzoyl-N-methylhydrazones of aromatic aldehydes. A tautomeric equilibrium is observed in DMSO-d6 for the products of the condensation of the hydrazide of 2-aminobenzoic acid with a series of aldoses. This equilibrium exists between α,β-isomeric pyranose forms and the open aldosohydrazone form. Isomeric conversion to the seven-membered benzo-1,3,4-triazepine form is observed for the products of the condensation of aldoses with N-(2-aminobenzoyl)-N-methylhydrazine.

The reaction of a series of 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds with thiocarbohydrazide and its 1- and 1,4-alkyl-(aryl)-substituted analogs has been studied. Treatment of diacetyl with the polynucleophiles indicated gives monohydrazones and/or 5-methylene-4,5-dihydro-2H-[1,2,4]triazine-3-thiones. Reaction of phenylglyoxal and benzil with thiocarbohydrazide yields 5-hydroxy- or 5-alkoxy-4,5-dihydro-2H-[1,2,4]triazine-3-thiones depending on the nature of the solvent. The products of condensation with 1,1-dimethylthiocarbohydrazide showed a thiocarbonohydrazone – 5-hydroxy-4,5-dihydro-2H-[1,2,4]tri-azine-3-thione ring-chain type equilibrium.

The interaction of aroyl(heteroaroyl)trifluoroacetones with thiobenzoylhydrazine may occur at both carbonyl groups. Reaction at the trifluoroacetyl group is facilitated by terminal substituents in the 1,3-dicarbonyl part, which leads can effectively conjugate with the adjacent carbonyl group. The products of condensation at the trifluoroacetyl group are 2-[2-aryl(heteroaroyl)-2-oxoethyl]-5-phenyl-2-trifluoromethyl-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazoles, while condensation at the aroyl(heteroaroyl)group gave 3-aryl(heteroaryl)-5-hydroxy-1-thiobenzoyl-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles, which are not prone to tautomeric transformations in solution.

The reaction of 2-aminomethylaniline with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds gives a series of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazoline derivatives. A ring-chain tautomeric equilibrium of the type enamine-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazoline is observed in solutions of these compounds and its position depends of the structure of the starting dicarbonyl component and the solvent polarity.

5-Hydroxy-2-pyrazolines are obtained by reaction of hydrazides with acylpyruvic acid esters possessing a terminal straight chain alkyl substituent at the C=O bond distal from the ester group.
