Research on the development of the recipe and technology of potable kissels containing native biologically active substances through the use of rosehip fruits is presented. Five variants of new products from fresh and dried rosehips with the addition of sugar, potato starch, xanthan gum and citric acid were analyzed. It was found that the potable kissels containing at least 21.5 % fresh or 5.37 % dried rosehip fruits were the most appealing. The use of mechanoacoustic equipment in the manufacture of kissels leads to physical and chemical changes in the raw materials (partial destruction of the cell walls, the formation of new coloring substances, etc.), which positively affects the formation of organoleptic characteristics of new products, as well as reduces the technological operations of production and inhibits microorganisms. The consumption of 200 cm3 of new products provides the human body with at least 62% of the daily requirement for ascorbic acid and at least 66 % for β-carotene, as well as dietary fiber of at least 0.6 g and 11 mg of phenolic substances. The shelf life of rosehip potable kissels is 12 months in glass jars at 25 ° C and relative humidity of 75 % or higher and in a place protected from direct sunlight. On the basis of this research, normative and technical documentation for potable rosehip kissels was developed.

The aim of the work is to create a simulation model of the transceiver path of the electronic module using various application programs and conduct a comparative analysis of the results. As you know, the development process of such systems is largely determined by the choice of the carrier radio frequency and the type of used radio signals. To optimize system engineering and circuit solutions, it is advisable to apply the method of simulation modeling. Currently available computer-aided design systems allow you to use the interactive design mode and simulate electronic systems in conditions close to the real working conditions. The simulation model of the transceiver path was created using two graphic programming languages - Simulink and LabVIEW, as well as using circuitry and system modeling programs. In addition, modules for collecting and processing data can be used in the model, which allows to compare the results of modeling and the results of physical research of the object in one environment. Thus, the user gets the opportunity to visualize all the conversion processes that take place in the simulated system, as well as measure the parameters of the system units and determine the signal requirements and evaluate the influence of various factors on the behavior of the system. The construction of the model involves its use, at the level of macro models component, and at the level of circuit analysis. Separately, the possibility of combining data from the results of experimental research and the results of modeling a prototype is considered, in addition, it is possible at the software level to use powerful and flexible devices (for example, USRP-2945 and USRP-2955) for collecting and analyzing radio signals. The problem of recognizing segments with abnormal behavior in multidimensional phase trajectories of dynamic systems is considered. Algorithms solving this problem with the help of the axiomatic approach to abnormal behavior recognition in dynamic systems are described. Two parametric families of recognition algorithms based on this approach are considered. For the first parametric family, a necessary condition for the existence of a recognition algorithm making a bounded number of errors on an arbitrary phase trajectory is proved. It is shown that this condition can be violated in the course of learning the first family, but this cannot take place with the second family. Results of a numerical study are presented that demonstrate that the second family provides a better recognition quality and requires less time for training an algorithm than the first family.

The automated landing system for unmanned aerial vehicle proposed in this paper is built around a short-range radio navigation system (SRNS) complemented with a MEMS-based strapdown inertial navigation system, laser rangefinder, and air data system. Integrated processing of information from different sensors provides a required accuracy of navigation. This paper considers the accuracy characteristics of the SRNS radio range-finding equipment obtained during the experiments.

The paper considers a parametric set of algorithms for recognizing phase trajectory segments of dynamic systems and methods to construct them by using learning samples. The algorithms are more tolerant to nonlinear distortions of phase trajectories than other algorithms.

Matching and mutual coupling characteristics of the elements of a waveguide antenna array consisting of a finite number of aperture radiators with a finite flange are analyzed. The radiators are formed by semi-infinite cylindrical waveguides of an arbitrary cross section. The array radiates into a plane-layered medium. The solution procedure is based on the single-mode variational approach. Numerical results are presented for an array consisting of nine apertures of rectangular waveguides.

With cyclopentadiene the main reaction products are cyclopentenyltrichlorogermanes and cyclopentenyltrichlorosilanes formed respectively by hydrogermylation and hydrosilylation of the starting diene. The explanation of the established rule is offered.
