The Ural type of the domestic Black-and-White mottled breed is characterized high milk-yield rates and good suitability for industrial milking technology. The milk yield increase led to a deterioration of reproductive functions in the livestock. As a result of the research it was found that in the process of prolonged using of the cattle, the milk yield of cows regularly changes, reaching the highest rates among the mature cows by the 3rd lactation, and then gradually decreases, remaining sufficiently high and stable. The decrease of the milk yield starts from 13 kg (in the 4th lactation in comparison with the 3rd lactation) and goes to 663 kg (from 4th to 8th lactations). That decrease makes on average 132.6 kg per lactation period, or by 1.7%. The quality indicators of milk changed to the better from the 1st to the 10th lactation. The indicators for milk yield turned out to be more variable; they had a coefficient of variability from 20.7 to 17.6, which indicates a quite wide possibility of selection in the herd by this trait. The milk yield per lactation is not related with duration of service period; and increase of reproductive functions in the modern Holsteinized Black-and-White mottled cattle will not provide a negative impact on the milk yield of the cows.

The Ural type of the domestic black-and-white mottled breed features high productivity rates, good suitability for industrial milking technology, but the duration of its productive longevity is 2.4–2.6 lactations only, although in herds there are cows with productive longevity up to 10 lactations. The decline in productive longevity is associated in particular with reproductive qualities. As a result of the research, it was found that the Sealing Trijun Rockit cows proved to be the most resistant to their long use within the conditions of dairy farms for industrial milk production of pedigree reproducers; their productive longevity was 4.0 lactation. In other lines the productive longevity ranged from 1.8 (Pabst Governor line) to 2.5 (Montvic Chieftain line) lactations. A low fertility rate (less than 0.95) proves the existence of reproduction problems in the herd. Modern Holsteinized black-and-white mottled cattle bred in the Sverdlovsk region has high breeding qualities. The potential of their use is quite high and, despite certain reproduction problems, they are able to produce for a long time in the ecological and forage conditions of their breeding zone.

When testing the most advanced speaker identification systems on specialized databases, their minimum efficiency, estimated by the error probability at the point of intersection of the error curves, is only a few percent. However, many factors are known that affect the variability of the characteristics of the speaker's voice, each of which has its own, different from the others, influence on the results of the speaker's identification by the characteristics of the voice. The complexity of creating and testing speaker identification systems is the need to quantitatively formalize a number of specific factors that affect the characteristics of his voice. The article discusses the proposed method for accounting for a variety of factors affecting the parameters of the characteristics of the speaker's voice, which provides the fundamental possibility of indirectly accounting for their practically unlimited number. According to this method, «atomic» structures are distinguished from speech signals, which depend on the totality of the main factors that affect the speaker's identification process. With this method, all significant factors affecting the characteristics of the voice will be indirectly taken into account at the level of these structures. Subsequent decisions are made on the combinatorial set of a huge number of these «atomic» structures. «Atomic» speech structures are understood as the spectra of any fragments of any vowel sounds allocated in a time window of 20 ms. «Atomic» structures are selected automatically. The proposed method provides a rational consideration of the multifactorial influence of various parameters, since the spectra of these structures are influenced by all the main factors that characterize the individuality of the voice of a particular speaker. The decision on the identity of the voices of the announcers recorded on different phonograms is carried out on the basis of combinatorics of «atomic» spectra of vowel sounds in both phonograms. The method has shown high efficiency in the examination of phonograms of short duration.

The authors analyze the models based on deep learning neural networks on the basis of the general approach to pauses and speech signals as different types of audio information fixed in a phonogram, different in some characteristics. It is shown that such an approach allows generating the learning database with the use of the general for pauses and signals of speech methods of preliminary processing of information. This provides a higher level of unification of network learning methods intended for solution of various examination problems.

The use of neuron networks of the deep learning for the construction of tool for realization of examinations of materials and apparatus of the digital audio recording allows to solve the «frigging» problem of such examination — problem of exposure of tracks of editing in digital phonograms. These networks provide high probability of exposure of such tracks in the pauses of speech information writtenin on a phonogram. Before man-hunting of tracks of editing in the investigated phonogram it is necessary to distinguish pauses (to perform its segmentation), and tool built on the basis of neuron networks of the deep learning, requires its work to be done in automatic mode. The basic requirement of automatic segmentation is high efficiency of selection of pauses in the conditions of permanent change of level of noises in phonograms. It is determined by probability of errors of І and ІІ kinds. It is offered on the basis of neuron networks of the deep learning to create CAS of segmentation of phonograms, possessing high efficiency of selection of pauses in speech information. Thus the system must be independent of level of noises in every concrete pause, and also language, context and announcer, whose speech is fixed in a phonogram. It is suggested to examine pauses as one of the types of voice information, which characteristics differ from characteristics of speech information fixed in a phonogram. For educating of such network it was required to create the primary base of these sounds and pauses. On its basis three arrays of the data, intended for learning, testing and determination of the crooked errors of І and ІІ kinds, are created. After learning and testing the system passed verification on the real phonograms. As a result taking into account some features of speech on the neuron networks of deep learning there has been built the system providing effective segmentation of pauses in phonograms in the automatics mode. The obtained results suit examination that is conformed by given curves over of errors of І and ІІ kinds.

The authors use the model of a deep learning neuron network to substantiate and verify principal applicability of such network to create a highly effective examination tool for phonogram digital processing detection. An experiment was conducted on more than 100,000 experimental fragments of unprocessed and processed phonogram pauses obtained automatically. The obtained dependences showed that when the probability threshold for correct binary classification of pauses is more than 0.55, it is possible to construct a highly effective examination tool.

The aim of the article is to ground the probabilistic approach to the acceptance of expert decisions on examinations of difficult objects with the use of the information technologies conducted on the basis of the used methodologies of realization of examinations. Criminalistics identification researches of difficult objects are conducted by comparison of the identification signs got from debatable (investigated) and exemplary (experimental) identifying objects. For comparison at first it is necessary to measure them, and already after it to compare inter se, i.e. to find the measure of closeness between the compared identification signs. And here are two aspects of estimation of authenticity of results of comparison. First from them belongs to determination of probability of complete coincidence of parameters of identification signs of two different objects. In other words, it is the aspect of proof of strict individuality of descriptions of the investigated objects, confessed in the whole world and allowing to use the categorical form of formulation of conclusion of expert. The calculation of probability of coincidence of fingerprint cards of two different personalities belongs exactly to this aspect. The second aspect is related to probabilistic character of processes of both origin of identification signs in difficult objects and their selection, measuring and comparison during realization of criminalistics researches. Exactly he is related to the probabilistic going near the estimation of results of criminalistics researches of difficult objects. It is shown that the result of any examination of difficult object, related to measuring of concrete sizes, is characterized by the presence of random constituent and its result must be presented in a probabilistic form. There are three separate random values determined by probability, characterizing examination and tool intended for identification researches of difficult objects At creation of tool for realization of examinations of difficult objects and its introduction into practice, the curves of values of probability errors of І and ІІ family must be made and its minimum efficiency must be determined. Exactl efficiency of tool must serve as a criterion for its suitability for realization of expert researches.

It is considered the processes taking place when editing of digital phonograms performed by method of excision and transposition of fragments in such phonograms. There are theoretically and experimentally demonstrated that edition, made by the method, lead to traces inside the treated digital phonograms. It is shown that the traces of such a treatment appears as an additional high-frequency spectral constituents and change the fractal structure of speech signals and signals of noises of pauses in area of small scales of similar structures. In accordance with the research purpose, the effectiveness of adaptive pork quality management technology using chitosan was evaluated. The natural biopolymer was used during raising and fattening of sows. The introduction of chitosan in the technological cycle of pork production made it possible to increase the live weight by 7.42-16.74, to shorten the period of reaching a live weight of 100 kg by 3.11-3.89%. Meat productivity due to an increase in the slaughter mass and carcass yield increased by 1.65-13.46%, meat quality due to an increase in the carcass length, mass of the back third of the carcass, and the “muscle” eye increased by 1.84-10.85%. The effect of chitosan on the ratio of meat to fat was identified - it increased by 13.41%, and the coefficient reflecting the ratio of moisture to dry matter and moisture to protein decreased by 7.37-9.79%. The greatest effect was achieved when using chitosan for both sows and piglets, while the minimum effect was achieved when using chitosan only for sows.

In order to identify and assess the risks of poultry veterinary services in determining the effectiveness of production veterinary and sanitary control at poultry farms, a scale of risk indicators for violation of mandatory veterinary requirements has been developed. The list of indicators include 65 indicators used at poultry farms producing meat, 66 indicators used at poultry farms producing eggs, 69 indicators used at poultry farms producing second-order pedigree reproducers. It has been established that the efficiency of veterinary and sanitary control at meat production poultry farms is 96.92-98.46%, egg production poultry farms - 97.73, second order breeding farms - 99.28-100%. The use of the scale helped to reduce the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases to 0 at poultry farms of meat direction, 6 times - at poultry farms of egg direction, and 1.5 times - at second-order breeding farms. Permanent veterinary and sanitary control over the transportation of chickens for slaughter allowed to reduce the number of birds not allowed to slaughter 3.06 times, the number of rejected carcasses - 1.38 times. A satisfactory level of disinfection quality, negative results of bacteriological examination of products confirm the effectiveness of production veterinary and sanitary control aimed at reducing the risk of production of unsafe poultry products.

Зразком для досліджень була пластина р-кремнію товщиною 0.35 мм. До протилежних поверхонь p-кремнієвого зразка було нанесено два золотих плівкові контакти товщиною 50 нм. Для виготовлення золотого плівкового контакту використано методи прямого підігріву контакту в вольфраму човні. Поверхня кремнієвої пластини була активована для відкладення золота шляхом занурення зразків у 0.5 % розчин плавикової кислоти. Після цього кремнієву пластину промили дистильованою водою, висушили і помістили в контейнер для субстратів. Після відкладення золотих плівкових контактів пластину p-кремнію розрізали на декілька зразків. Водневій обробці було піддано лише один контакт за допомогою електролізу в 10 % водяному розчині H2SO4. Золотий контакт був катодом, а графітовий електрод був анодом. Другий золотий плівковий контакт був ізольований під час електролізу. Електроліз тривав 6 хвилин. Щільність струму під час електролізу складала 117.5 А/м2. Оброблені воднем p-кремнієві зразки з золотими контактами зберігалися в кімнатних умовах. Досліджено часову залежність вольт-амперної характеристики зразків. Опір золотого плівкового контакту збільшився в перші кілька годин після водневої обробки. Але потім, протягом тижня після цього, опір золотого плівкового контакту постійно зменшувався. Протягом подальшого тижня опір золотого плівкового контакту не мінявся. Насиченість воднем золотого плівкового контакту викликала значне зниження опору золотого контакту. Після водневої обробки та витримки в кімнатних умовах остаточний опір золотого плівкового контакту знизився майже в 1.5 рази у порівнянні з опором контакту до водневої обробки. Plate of p-silicon of 0.35 mm thickness was the sample of present studies. Two gold film contacts of 50 nm thickness were deposited on the opposite surfaces of p-silicon sample. For the manufacturing of gold film contacts the method of direct contact heating in a tungsten boat was used. The surface of the silicon plate was activated before the deposition of gold by dipping the samples into a 0.5 % solution of hydrofluoric acid. The silicon wafer was then washed with distilled water, dried and placed in a container for substrates. After deposition of the gold film contact, the plate of p-silicon was cut in several samples. The hydrogen treatment of only one gold film contact was executed by means of electrolysis in 10 % water solution of H2SO4. The gold contact was the cathode and the graphite electrode was the anode. The second gold film contact was isolated during the electrolysis. The electrolysis lasted for 6 min. The current density during electrolysis was 117.5 A/m2. The p-silicon samples with gold contacts processed by hydrogen were stored at room conditions. The time dependence of the volt-ampere characteristics of the samples was investigated. The resistance of the gold film contact increased in the first few hours after hydrogen processing. But then, during the week after hydrogen treatment, the resistance of the gold film contact constantly diminished. During the next week, the resistance of the gold film contact did not change. The hydrogen saturation of the gold film contact caused the significant reduction of the resistance of the gold contact. After treatment and exposure at room conditions, the final resistance of the gold film contact decreased by almost 1.5 times in comparison with the contact resistance before hydrogen treatment.

In the article the urgency of rational distribution at the terminal of sorting work with the local cars on selectingthem by the destinations of freight fronts of marine trade port is conditioned. The results of analysis of the basicoperation indices of the terminal freight station and marshalling yard are presented.
