The physical modification of poly(lactiс acid) materials suitable for use in the form of films for the packaging industry and paper lamination has been studied. Modification of poly(lactiс acids) of different degrees of crystallinity with glycerol was performed. The peculiarities of the formation of film materials on the basis of poly(lactiс acids) and their mixtures with glycerin are investigated, the choice of the optimal solvent (chloroform) for the formation of films by irrigation is substantiated and carried out. Concentration and temperature-time characteristics of formation of modified poly(lactiс acid) films are determined. On the basis of the performed researches the main stages of manufacturing of modified poly(lactiс acid) films are substantiated and their physical and mechanical properties are investigated.

The influence of the filler – talc, its content, additional heat treatment and temperature on the physical-mechanical and thermophysical properties of polylactide materials, in particular on the surface hardness, heat resistance according to Vick and thermomechanical characteristics has been studied. The influence of filler and temperature on the resistance of polylactide materials to the action of the aqueous medium is revealed. The diffusion coefficient of water in polylactide materials and the activation energy of the diffusion process were determined. It was found that the process of water absorption by filled and heat- treated materials based on polylactide is slower and requires more activation energy of the process.

Technological features of obtaining biodegradable binary blends of polylactide with polyhydroxybutyrate, polycaprolactone, thermoplastic starch, polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate, polybutylene succinate, polybutylene succinate-co-adipate are considered. The influence of polymer applications on physical-mechanical, thermophysical, technological properties and ability to biodegradation and biocompatibility of the obtained materials is revealed. The main possible directions of using binary biodegradable polylactide blends are considered.

Проаналізовано стан розвитку захворювання на COVID-19, підкреслено необхідність дотримання принципів біобезпеки, бази компетенцій, які забезпечують підготовку кадрів для біотехнології та фармацевтики для створення нових ефективних лікарських засобів, зокрема противірусних препаратів. Впровадження та поглиблення знань принципів біо- безпеки та біозахисту, використання молекулярних ПЛР-тестів, серологічних ІФА-тестів, знання про небезпеки подвійного застосування експериментальних досліджень торкається практично усіх дисциплін спеціальностей “Біотехнології та біоінженерія” та “Фармація, промислова фармація”. The state of development of the disease on COVID-19 is analyzed, the need to comply with the principles of biosafety, competency base, which provide training for biotechnology and pharmaceuticals to create new effective drugs, including antiviral drugs, is emphasized. Introduction and deepening of knowledge of the principles of biosafety and biosecurity, the use of molecular PCR tests, serological ELISA tests, knowledge of the dangers of dual use of experimental studies affects almost all disciplines of “Biotechnology and Bioengineering” and “Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy”.
