Summary form only given. The data on the interaction of buckminsterfullerene C/sub 60/ with complex hydrides are scarce. Previously we have shown that buckminsterfullerene instantly reacts with tetrabutylammonium tetrahydroborate in benzene solution forming [C/sub 60/H][Bu/sub 4/N] [2]. In this paper we report the data on the interaction of C/sub 60/ with wide range of complex hydrides, e.g. Bu/sub 4/NalH/sub 4/, Cp/sub 2/MBH/sub 4/(M = Ti, Sc, Y, lanthanides), Cp/sub 2/M(BH/sub 4/)/sub 2/ (M = Zr, Hf), L/sub 2/CuBH/sub 4/ (L = organophosphorous ligand). The products of the reactions are characterized by the elemental analysis, NMR, IR, and XPS. It should be noted that the conductivity of the solid products is higher than that of the pure buckminsterfullerene.
