Abstract

The analysis of features of work of a tooth gearing taking into account changing position of axes of cogwheels is given. Possibilities of longitudinal updating for maintenance of a demanded stain of contact are considered. The basic settlement dependences for definition of parametres of longitudinal updating and calculation examples are resulted.

Abstract

The basic requirements are formulated and the basic settlement dependences by calculation of a mode of loading for realization of process of dynamic stabilization are given. Results of use of the executed calculations are resulted at introduction of process of dynamic stabilization for manufacturing frictional disks. Recommendations for further use of dynamic stabilization are given at manufacturing details of mechanical engineering.

Abstract

In paper the problem of improvement of quality of manufacturing and the control of gear pairs planetary (epicyclic) gear drives is observed. It is solved by the introduction of tooth structure crowning. It allows to increase acceptable value of the angle of a mutual inclination of shafts in 2.8 times.
