An algorithm for planar circuits tracing in a single layer channel, allowing more effective design solutions is proposed.

The article analyzes the mutual capacitance and inductance of printed circuit and introduces an evaluation technique for conductor-to-conductor capacitance under electrical connections tracing, the technique based on a multi-layer channel model.

A solution to an efficiency improvement problem for microelectronic device topology design automation systems is obtained with allowance for noise stability. Noise-stable channel topology designing algorithms are introduced.

Water-soluble and emulsified petroleum products were removed from water using ultrafine aluminium oxyhydroxide (AOH) and fibrous materials (polypropylene, carbon fibre and basalt) in static and dynamic modes. The adsorption values of water-soluble petroleum products with AOH decrease in the series: diesel fuel – crude oil – gasoline. The efficiency of water purification from dissolved hydrocarbons amounts to 98% for diesel fuel in static modes. Sorption of petroleum products from emulsions is significantly greater and amounts to 15 mg/g of adsorbent under static conditions. The purification efficiency of water containing up to 100 mg/L of petroleum products amounts to 90%. Increasing AOH/emulsion ratio we shorten time of water-oil emulsion destruction and decrease residual concentration of oil in water. The efficiency of the removal of dissolved hydrocarbons and gasoline is about 80% in the dynamic purification process and that of an emulsion – about 90%. At the thickness of a filtering layer of only 1 cm AOH effectively removes both dissolved and emulsified petroleum products. One can use fibrous filtering materials to filter water-oil emulsions. It is shown that filtration of emulsions through the filters filled with carbon fibre and compressed basalt fibre with clay-cellulose binder increases purification efficiency up to 70-80%. Carbon fibre and compressed basalt fibre sorbents proved to be the most effective materials; the purification degree at their application amounts to 70-80%. Compressed basalt fibre is effective in a wide range of linear filtration rates (3-6 m/h) and a minimal thickness of filtering layer is 1 cm without any noticeable loss of purification quality. Combining of ultrafine AOH and fibrous filtering materials in a multilayered adsorbing filter allows one to purify water from petroleum products with various dispersion degrees in a wide concentrationrange. The filter is regenerated with live steam.

Синдром Дауна - генетична мутація, що характеризується трисомією 21 хромосоми. Синдром у більшості випадків поєднуються з іншими вродженими вадами органів та систем, також у цієї категорії пацієнтів констатується підвищений ризик розвитку автоімунних захворювань. Синдром активації макрофагів (САМ) – потенційно смертельне захворювання, яке викликається надмірною активацією макрофагів й Т-лімфоцитів, що призводить до системної запальної реакції. Тригерним фактором розвитку САМ може бути будь-яка інфекція, призначення медикаментозного лікування або заміна препаратів. Основними клінічними симптомами синдрому є лихоманка, гепатоспленомегалія, лімфаденопатія, виражена цитопенія та коагулопатія. Клінічні прояви можуть бути ознаками як основного захворювання, так і початком розвитку САМ. Діагностування САМ утруднене внаслідок відсутності чітких класичних діагностичних критеріїв, особливо в пацієнтів із системними захворюваннями. Додаткові лабораторні результати при САМ включають підвищений рівень тригліцеридів, лактатдегідрогенази та феритину в сироватці. Своєчасне діагностування та раннє терапевтичне втручання є запорукою запобігання активації синдрому. Мета - описати клінічний випадок пацієнтки із синдромом Дауна, в якої лікування системного ідіопатичного артриту ускладнилося розвитком САМ, що викликало труднощі діагностування на ранніх етапах прояву синдрому та нетиповим його перебігом. Клінічний випадок. Дівчинка 8 років із синдромом Дауна та системним ідіопатичним артритом періодично лихоманила до фебрильних цифр, мала висип на тулубі та кінцівках, в аналізах крові констатувалися тромбоцитопенія, підвищений рівень феритину та аспартатамінотрансферази, що вказувало на розвиток САМ на тлі імуносупресивної терапії. Висновки. Лікування системного ювенільного ідіопатичного артриту в пацієнтки із синдромом Дауна ускладнилося розвитком САМ, що мав нетипові клінічні прояви та лабораторні показники. Вищеописаний клінічний випадок є прикладом довготривалого діагностичного пошуку, що відтермінувало призначення лікування. Дослідження виконано відповідно до принципів Гельсінської декларації. На проведення досліджень отримано інформовану згоду батьків дитини. Автори заявляють про відсутність конфлікту інтересів.

Crohn’s disease is an immune-mediated disease cha­racterized by nonspecific granulomatous transmural inflammation with segmental damage to any part of the gastrointestinal tract with the formation of extraintestinal and systemic complications. The disease is complex, multifactorial, which lasts throug­hout life and affects the physical and psychological development of the individual. According to modern ideas, the occurrence of Crohn’s disease is influenced by external environmental factors against the background of genetic predisposition. According to the literature, in most cases, patients with Crohn’s disease complain of abdominal pain, diarrhea, unexplained anemia, fever, weight loss, or growth retardation. The classic triad of abdominal pain, diarrhea and weight loss occurs in only 25 % cases. Extraintestinal manifestations such as skin lesions, vasculitis, joint syndrome, aphthous stomatitis or para-anal lesions (anal it­ching, macerations, fissures, paraproctitis, fistulas) may be the first symptoms in 6–23 % of cases. The diagnosis of Crohn’s disease in children is made on the basis of anamnestic and clinical data, the results of using special research methods, including endoscopic, radiological, ultrasound, histological, spiral computer tomo­graphy, magnetic resonance ima­ging, as well as immunological and genetic markers. Achieving and maintaining remission can minimize psychological problems and improve patients’ quality of life. A clinical case of Crohn’s disease is presented, which was diagnosed in a 14-year-old child who was treated for juvenile idio­pathic oligoarthritis since the age of two and had frequent bacterial and inflammatory diseases. The difficulties of diagnostic search are reflected, which are caused by various symptoms and early onset. Treatment and clinical monitoring were carried out in accordance with the international recommendations of the European Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepato­logy and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) 2021. The authors emphasize the need for dynamic clinical monitoring of the patient’s condition, as well as a personalized approach to treatment.

The article presents a case of a fatal lung disease in a child with juvenile dermatomyositis. Juvenile dermatomyositis is a serious disease with an unpredictable course, and lung damage in juvenile dermatomyositis is one of the most severe manifestations and adverse prognosis factor of the disease.
