The article discusses the history of suffrage in 20th century Great Britain particularly the participation of child voters in British elections. Topics explored include the right of then 14-year-old Alexander Atkinson to cast his ballot in the 1906 British general elections, the expansion of the 1918 Representation of the People Act which implemented changes in the voter registration process, and the prosecution of underage voters under the Corrupt Practises Act in 1923.
