Occurrence data filtered from GBIF.org, trait database and dataset from IFBL square inventory ( Sotiaux & Vanderpoorten, 2015, updated in www.biogenet.ulg.ac.be ). These datasets were used for the analyses in the paper "Ecological and biological indicators of the accuracy of species distribution models: lessons from European bryophytes" accepted in Ecography (10.1111/ecog.06721)

These maps are from the paper entitled "Spatial resolution determines projected plant responses to climate change on topographically complex islands" (doi: 10.1111/ddi.13757) which has been accepted in Diversity and Distributions. Projection maps at present time and in the future (2071-2100) under two Global Circulation Models (UKESM and GFDL) and three shared socio-economic pathways (1-2.6, 3-7.0, and 5-8.5) were generated from ESMs realized at two different scales (CHELSA: 30 arc-seconds = MacroScale; CanaryClim: 100m = FineScale). Tif files are available in the zip folder "SuitabilityMaps_TIF" whereas png figures can be found in "SuitabilityMaps_PNG.zip"

Stable habitat in CanaryClim (100 m) and CHELSA (~1 km) is mostly predicted at mid-elevation ridges, at least for Leucodon canariensis and Rhynchostegiella pseudolitorea. New environmentally likely suitable ranges are mostly identified at higher elevations, but mainly by CanaryClim models. This figure complements Figure 6. Figure S8.
